I ordered pizza last night but the delivery guy was deliberately ignoring me even though I had specified the house location and number but he deliberately didn’t recognize the house and went and took the order with him even though I was standing outside the house and pointing to him but he deliberately didn’t recognize the house even though everything was clear and I gave him the address again then he went right and left and I was in front of him I want to file a complaint against this driver who almost robbed me intentionally and I called the pizza branch Mr. Dan and he didn’t give me a good response

When did pizza hut get good again? Admittedly it's been a *long* time since I got the hut but damn, it's vastly better now. Genuinely one of the best chain pizzas I've had in ages.

This place had just been taken over and I am very impressed i must say. They are friendly and get the order right. Really fluffy and tasting with new menu vegetarian supreme. The lady at the order counter repeats everything to verify to a t.....I will recommend this place all day long Ricky

If you want a pizza that won't disappoint you. You need to goto pizzahut st mary cray. I've never been let down by the staff. They always mail my order as I customise it. Daniella the manager is amazing and her staff she has set high standards. I always go here and no where else....

You phone up, And they put through the wrong order and unwilling to correct it.. awful service!!! Asked for a vegetarian pizza for kids get given a spicy vegetarian pizza. Would not correct the mistake. Ridiculous

I just had the best experience with pizza hut driver and the food. The driver was so happy, polite and chatty to my young son, the food was still steaming and tasted so delicious. Disgusting customer service. Ordered a veggie pizza they sent me a chicken one. When i called and told the lady (a south asian woman working at 12 am on a Saturday), she blamed the delivery driver when it was obvious it was the restaurants fault as the rest of the order was correct. I told her the pizza was the same size i ordered and had the two extra dips i ordered so it must be the restaurants mistake and she blatantly lied to my face. Gross gross customer service. No apologies, no refund offered, not even my original pizza was offered to be delivered to me. Just told to contact deliveroo. Disgusting lady and disgusting pizza. Avoid.

I ordered two pizzas'. Neither of which had cheese on them and the meat was very dry, some bits too dry to eat. Never again.

Twice in a row delivered unfinished pizza because they run out of ingredients. NEVER AGAIN

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Took them over an hour to even put the pizzas in the oven and that was because I called up and asked where the pizzas were and was told they're just going in now after an hour of waiting. Was then told no delivery driver to deliver the food so waited again. Finally decided to go to the store and there were at least 4 delivery drivers there. Spoke with staff, no apology, refund or discount offered. Then got a call to say the pizza was now at home. Got home, pizza was stone cold and inedible. Tried to call and complain but kept getting out on hold. Ordered from DOMINO'S PIZZA instead. Pizza arrived in 25 mins and was piping hot. Honestly can say it was the worst delivery and customer service experience I have ever encountered. Spent well over £50 with them too and no one cares...

Went on website and it stated it would be here with 30 mins. Been waiting an hour and half, still not here. Kids gone to bed complete waste of money and time

Easy ordering via online and order was ready when arrived. Only thing is you have to shout to get their attention at the till, as its usually not manned!

Cold and a waste of money have tried a few times now and pizzas aren’t made well ( for example they just put 1 blob of cheese on each slice… odd, and it’s oily) Wasn’t too late but quality was lacking

Order arrived with cheesy bites, hot sauce, sweet chilli missing and the beyond meat flat bread was cold. Called the store for missing items. Was told they no longer do hot sauce even though it is on the website. The person I spoke to said they would put one extra sauce in as an apology. When the missing items arrived the cheesy bites were cold and all the inside had leaked out and they hadn't included the additional pot of sauce. Didn't bother to call back again about the cheesy bites as I had little hope of getting what was expected. Generally quite disappointing.

This store is a disgrace. Kept me waiting for about forty-five minutes, says they forgot to put the order in the oven.

This is 2nd time in a row, they delivered pizza lot later than their estimated time. In the end tracking system stopped working as it was too late. Pizza are cold and shoggy. Everything were shoggy and cold. After eating Pizza rather than feeling good, I got irritated both time. Both time I needed to call to check when they will deliver. Excuse was they are busy. If they are busy, I can expect it will be late but not cold and shoggy. Very much disappointed.

Made order on just eat. I accidentally cancelled the order and phoned the store straight away to confirm that I do want the pizza and I have also still be charged. The women I spoke to on the phone told me that’s fine we can still send it out for you. I wait another 40 minutes and still have not received my food. I called back up again. The women answered she then put me Straight on hold and then a male answer confirming they now can’t do the order. Just waited 40 minutes for food which I was advised by a colleague serving’s me. a

Absolute rubbish had two pizzas turned up one after the other was soaked ..like it had been sweating in the box ... ingredients slide straight off the the pizza and the dow wasn't cooked through .. very disappointed

The pizza was ordered at 7:20pm and it didn't arrive till 9:00pm. The pizza's were delivered cold. Very bad service and the top box was opened. Not expecting this from Pizza Hut.

The pizza is normally good but they are late every single time and when you phone up there's no apology just an attitude , I waited over 2 hours for my pizza a few weeks ago!

Order was late had to ring to see where my order was it was over the 60mins, when ordered finally arrived we where missing a large pizza, rang up straight away was told they would remake and send out with next delivery driver! Again another hour wait rang up to see where said pizza was and was basically called a liar and was told by the assistant manager that I should have rang straight away which I did, could hear the staff in the back ground saying that I just wanted a free pizza and that it had already been sent out! I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn't there very disappointed and upset of what was said will not being using pizza hut again.

It was a bad experience today. Was billed for drinks but no drinks arrived. When I called I was told that they didn't have any drinks and would be sending ice cream instead. That didn't arrive either. The pizzas took nearly 2 hours. Disappointed overall. Will try Domino's or Papa John's from now on instead

Ordered on Sunday evening, received an hour late and incomplete missing one pizza and all dips. Refused to give refund.

Great pizza except not delivering to Swanley

2 hour's wait for our order. Then on top of that delivery driver didn't understand how to actually deliver a pizza and use the communal gate for access.

Cookie dough delivered burnt and hard as a rock, completely unedible, over a week later still no refund.......don't use this place

Ordered the wrong pizza show I rung the restaurant, he told me the pizza was already in the oven and for the mistake I made he said he will send out both pizzas. So thank you to the man at st Mary cray Pizza Hut for the help!

Awful experience. Ordered 3 pizzas at 6:15. 2 of them arrived at 8:00, cold with the third one missing. Called up to enquire about the third pizza and we have been waiting nearly an hour for it to arrive. Wouldn’t order from here again as disappointed with the service and the attitude of the employees.

This has to be the best Pizza Hut branch I’ve ordered from . We placed an order for three pizza’s , (one without cheese as my son has a diary allergy ) . We ended up with three pizza’s with cheese . We called the branch to explain what had happened , and it turned out that the issue was on our side as the special request had not registered . Despite this the Manager was so understanding and said he would make my son a pizza right away , he was soo polite as well as the staff member who initially answered the call . The pizza arrived promptly , the delivery driver was soo pleasant . We order from this branch quite often and can honestly say this is the best Pizza Hut branch ever .

Really pleased with my recent order. Everything arrived in good time and was hot and fresh.

Very happy with our issue regarding an online order. This happened on Thursday 12 November 2020. After an online error with the sizing of our pizza, we called St Mary Cray hut and spoke to the store manager. He was polite and understanding to our issue. We were decorating at the time and were quite hungry! The turnaround time for the staff to rectify the issue was amazing; didn't have to wait long and we were supplied with the correct size pizza. Thanks so much!! The delivery driver was kind and understanding also. Will definitely be ordering again. Amie & Maxine (order number 6156***106)

Awful customer service from Pizza Hut Delivery, St. Mary Cray. They had absolutely no interest in finding out why my order hadn’t turned up after an hr and 20 minutes of waiting. I was told ‘they’re busy’, whoever I spoke to clearly shouldn’t be on phone duty as all they did was speak over me and say ‘they couldn’t help’. I’ll save you the hassle next time Pizza Hut and I’ll give my money to Dominos instead, if nothing else I’m sure their customer service couldn’t be any worse.

Not sure what the problem is, they always forget extra dips and the pizza is greasy. Last two times have called up and the other person on the phone is miserable/passive aggressive and not bothered to ensure the order is correct. 'Sorry for asking for a correct order that I payed for!' Poor food and poor customer service all in all, you've lost a customer for sure.

Amazing food but sadly it takes them an hour to arrive for a delivery that they charged me £3.99 for... I am only a 5 minute walk away from them! It is a shame as it really let them down.

Difficult manager, what one may call a jobs worth ! I was using twice a week for years until they refused/stop doing a tomato/bbq on 1 base that they had been serving me for years. Surely it can't be that hard, their loss now a loyal Domino's customer as they have no problem making this !

I have always patronise this branch of Pizza Hut because they are the closest to us. I have not had any problems with them until recently when the staff started being rude and Unfriendly. They don’t make your order correctly. I don’t know if it is the kitchen staff but they always the order wrong. When you make a complaint instead of them to apologise and assured you they will improve it next time they became rude and asked me not to order from them again 😮. They lack customer service and the manager is of no use himself. The girl at the till is rude! They will benefit from having customer service training until then I will not be patronising this branch. Good luck to them!

The service here is shocking it's so bad I cant even order from here again everytime I place an order either by phone or in the shop there is bad attitude I ordered 5 pizzas for my son's birthday party and said no pork and they gave me ham on 3 pizzas and argued with me saying I should have been more specific just tried to order again but still get the same outcome it's like he's impatient and I'm bothering him for calling up wanting t buy a pizza I think there is 2 managers the caucasian manager has excellent customer service but the other foreign manager is extremely rude we almost got into a fight the last time I was down there that's how bad he his I'm not even gonna order from there again cause when I call in he knows how via my address and I fear he will try and spit in my food or something can't risk it shame because I love Pizza Hut been eating from them for years.

This is the worst place to get a pizza !!!!! DO NOT GET FROM HERE!!!! Manager has no customer service skills what so ever, spoke very rudely and treated me like I was mentally challenged. My pizza was dry, hard Cold and was missing half the Ingredients, I informed him of this and the attitude was that he made it himself and got very hostile on the phone. Never had this experience before and I am a regular customer.

Moved from West London recently and order between the hut.. Doms and Papas all the time. This specific location is 10 out of 10
