Milano Pizza & Kebab in Carlisle

Got to say my munchie box was banging 😋 enjoyed by all! Everything fresh and cooked well,service was great too.

They did or still do sell alchol without a trading license,sorry but grassed when my car was torched,good ridence.£10000 fine,whAt you call karma

Ordered on Just eat and there was a mix up on the couriers- left a nasty review and am happy to say i take it back- went to the store and both employees were 100% understanding and sorted my order out right away- pleased to say will eat for here again 10/10 service

Don’t recommend. Called 3 times within 20 minutes. Lady kept saying it’ll be 5 minutes. Ordered at 8.22pm it came at 10:30pm. Food came cold.

The prices are diffrent online to when you order I feel like the women on the fone makes her own price.she said 21.95 then I rang bk up asked hm things was then I said well that's not the prices online can u send me a menu out apparently new Oweners so there waiting on the menu I think this is lies as I rang other week and she was trying to charge 30 pound for a small order when the food arrived it was only 19 so she ovisley changed the price cause I questioned her

Food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive, half the order was missing and the rest only Luke warm.

I ordered chilli dips and got sweet chilli, the chips were cold and not up to their usual standard, they forgot to give us our salad boxes with our kebabs which isn't the first time this has happened, some hairs were found on the pizza and kebab box and lastly we asked for thin crust pizza and recieved deep pan. Serious lack of attention to detail. Such a shame as this is my usual go to place but now I'm not sure I'll be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Got the large munchie box but asked for no jalapeno bites and wasn't offered anything else in place of them other items we got were nice apart from cold Donner meat. Pricing was a shambles sign outside sats £11.95, on the phone I was told £13.95 and then when we went to collect was charged £14.95. not going to bother next time as trying to catch the place open and getting them to do the munchie boxes is a challenge in itself.

Ordered at 20:30pm, called up to cancel the order at 10:15pm as it still hadn't arrived and 3 out of 5 family members had given up and gone to bed at that point. Obviously can't give much of a review on quality as nothing arrived to eat.

The Pizza from Milano was great. No doubt about it. And the service also was prompt and polite. Although I'd prefer takeaway to dining.

Was lovely but unfortunately cold on this occasion. Garlic mayo is one of the best in Carlisle, not that bottled rubbish. Would try again.

It is quite a small shop, it has some tables and chairs but is very basic. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. You can also get food delivered.

My order never arrived. I waited two hours for the order for nothing to show up. By which time it was then too late for me to sort another arrangement for food meaning that I am having to go the whole night without eating anything. Not good enough at all absolutely shocking service.

I swear on my life this is honestly the worst kebab I have ever had in my life wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Asked for chilli and yogurt to get no yogurt and the chilli is all clumpy and freezing cold making everything else cold kebab meat tastes like it’s days old defiantly wouldn’t recommend visiting this place as it’s a complete waste of time and money.

When delivery time was reached it came up as food delivered which it hadn’t been, I then called the restaurant to be told it was on the way and would be 2 minutes, 15 mins after that the app changed my delivery time to another 15 mins and it arrived late after that, food was cold

Trying to find the best pizza in Carlisle. Ordered a deal with 12" pizza, 2x chips, 2 cans and mixed kebab. The deal didn't mention getting any dips so I paid for a couple and ended up coming with free dips anyway. The kebab was huge I couldn't even finish it. The deal was £17.50. Pizza wasn't bad, cooked underneath, not very crusty though. Pizza 5/10 kebab 5/10.

I ordered stuff crust and didn't get it

Got a kofteh wrap and chips for delivery and it was fast to arrive, the wrap was packed with kofteh and delicious although I wish they had a larger variety of sauces, the chips were also nice but not the hottest and slightly greasy, overall I would definitely order again

Love the pizza and kebab here, probably my favourite in Carlisle. Only thing is I ordered via Foodhub at 2pm on a Tuesday when the shop is meant to be open and the order has been cancelled as it says the shop is closed. This is the second time it's happened and it takes several days to get my money refunded by Foodhub.

Set time to 4:30 then had to call to tell them no tomato on the burger. Was told they would be closed by 4:30. (Why have it as an option then) and that it would be around 3:30-4:00. It then turned up at 4:45am WITH tomatoes in the burger.

My food has not arrived if it doesn’t get sorted then I will be coming down to the shop and making it fresh by myself doesn’t take this long

They delivered one thing the chips were cold and as if they were cooked a day or two before ordering had to phone up and the person who answered was rude and didn’t have any customer service at all was basically hello you forgot to send one of my items then them coming out with “yeah we know ok bye” what customer service is that won’t be going back

Disappointed to experience impatient, rude behaviour from the delivery driver. He continuously vented his frustrations about having to wait 1-2 minutes for me to reach the door. yelled that he will not wait if he sees my name on the delivery screen next time. Won’t be ordering again; food is ok otherwise!

Excellent food and value for money. We usually order a different meal deal, but tried a new one. Impressed as called in due to missing 12" Garlic bread with cheese from meal deal, but was quickly and politely rectified. Excellent service and hot tasty food. Thanks. Will deffo order again.

Pizza was warm,hubby's was cold

Have been ordering for years but won’t be ordering again. Second instance that food has been missing/ substituted for cheaper alternatives. No phone call to check/ explain. Delivery driver obviously annoyed that there were items missing and rude. Food although consistently good, let down by missing food and substandard substitutions. Sorry Milano’s, will be going elsewhere from now on.
