Pizza Italia in Carlisle

£10.50 for a kebab that looked sad real sad you know when you wake up sometimes and realise your just working to pay bills and stuck on a endless cycle of trading your actual life for someone else’s freedom ..that sad

Such a shame! 3rd time ordered from here. Last time we give them benefit of the doubt. Food is lovely. But needs reheated due to being cold because of the terrible delivery time. We were given an hour to hour and 15mins delivery slot each time but have failed to deliver this within time. We ordered earlier this time taking into account poor delivery service. Not sure they are short of drivers. Last week daughter waited 2 and half hours and will not go back. Like I said such a shame Pizza Italia

Late by over 1.5 hrs and wrong item

Ordered a munchie box. Awful, didn’t touch the chicken wings looked disgusting and had asked them to be swapped for nuggets instead (didn’t get this..) halloumi hard and burnt. Everything else just looked sad. Deffo doesn’t look like the Facebook photos. Avoid. Delivery took ages too

Missing a kebab from the order. Then they refused to even accept it was missing. Paid £9 for something we didn't receive and someone didn't have their meal. Bit disappointing really. Won't be ordering again bad customer service.

in all honesty I wanted a greasy pizza & a decent parmo.. I've never been so disappointed with a takeaway in a long time, I've had parmos in Middlesbrough all the time & the parmos in Carlisle have so far been similar, but from Pizza Italia it was bone dry with no bechamel sauce. the garlic bread had no grease what so ever, and the best thing while having a beer is a greesy pizza as we can all agree. Me & my partner are the lot as we spent over £30 but the best part was the sourZ & the salad.

Why is the TV set up for customers but they show Turkish? Things.

Avoid at all costs, delivery was over an hour late and items missing off the order (which we were told was going to be delivered to us if the driver still had them, they were probably never sent out in the first place) my husbands pizza was hard on the bottom and my sons chicken wings were slimy and mushy.

Food is somewhat edible after a night out. Hard to eat when sober Really greasy and average Service is great with how quick and friendly they are.

Ordered numerous times and always been perfect the past 2 del have been horrific, should of not ordered after the 1st bad del, missing pizza, told del driver who was so rude, and staff on phone exactly the same, just ordered and got topping I never asked for cold uncut pizza, think they have either changed owners or staff but 1 star is too much for this place now, cold, mushy pizza, with minimal toppings a 5 year could do better, don't waste your money

The food was cold . Asked for spaghetti and got penne. Didn’t have ham and mushroom pasta so got Chicken and bacon pasta dish. Had 2 bits of chicken and no bacon. Bland. Pizza was cold and chips so hard they were binned

We and my partner ordered a xl chicken and xl donner kebab and it dose not tell you if you order this one it comes in a wrap but we asked for plain and didn’t receive it and came cold

2 daddy long leg spiders in 1 one of the slushes

ordered 2 pizzas 1 wrap and 2 slushes and 1 of the slushes came with 2 huge daddy long leg spiders in the bottom and my girlfriend had only noticed after she had almost finished hers. wont be going here ever again.

It was overcooked and rubbery and cold . I don’t think I’ll be eating that again!

Burgers were unfortunately filled with small bits of bone, nearly chipping my teeth. Fries were also stale. Pizza was okay.

Missing items but we’re brought rather quickly

Can't order pizza without adding at least one extra. When pizza came it only had the extra. Ordered spicy feast had no beef, pepperoni or jalapeño. Only had chicken which I'd only added coz wouldn't let me proceed without adding something. Ordered donner kebab, got a wrap, can only add one item of salad to the wrap/kebab.. Ordered diet coca cola got diet Pepsi not the same. Food was hot and delivered early.

Food tasted ok. Can’t order a pizza without paying for a extra topping and you don’t get much topping. £10 delivery was a bit much but just before food was due they called and told me I had to give the delivery driver a additional £5 or they would just cancel my order kinda had to choice to agree as it was late and I have 4 young kids who were hungry after a long drive.

Gladly giving one gold star to Pizza Italia, because as a last resort it was better than a pot noodle. Truly bad food ordered through Just Eat, but gotta admire the audacity of the delivery driver asking for an extra fiver when he arrived with the order. Particularly liked the option to select a single salad item to accompany my cremated parm. Opted for the white cabbage, which was soggy enough to balance the dryness of the chicken. On second thoughts, I should've stuck with the Bombay Bad Boy.

Gourmet box 🤣 no seasoning on fries, rock hard rubbish standard pitta, cold kebab meat, a few pieces of chicken and lamb and that was it. Your basically paying £18 for awful donner meat and chips. This place hasn't got a clue about food or taste. All about the money. Never again

Best mix salad in town when I order a take away this is what I order fresh salad every time and comes with a 9" garlic bread and a pot of homemade coleslaw excellent service to and very polite on the phone 5* rateing from me

I normally order off pizza Italia no problems but I think they have gone down on there normal standards I have never had a problem but ordered few times no problem but as of tonight I have ordered a couple of wraps both arrived but unfortunately my tikka wrap was stone cold and my mates was not hot in my view we phoned up spoke too manager who said they were freshly made no way she was very rude if I was honest trying too say i must be wrong I told her they were cold but too be fair after minutes arguing she said if I gave bk the old wraps she would send two more fair enough I thought so went ahead it took bout 25 minutes for second lot of wraps too arrive they were very hot thought great hot food only too find yes she had replaced the wraps fine but i realised after eating the salad was also hot too be fair salad should not be boiling hot I realised she had only gone and put it into the microwave very disappointed with this as normally I would recommend so disappointed… and this is a review as too this is how pizza italia work and guess what pizza italia have gone and done cause I left this review they have basically gone and blocked all payments off me any orders apparently won't go through how petty are pizza italia it is a free world freedom of opinions and speach I was willing too let things go gave them a try again as every takeaway makes mistakes when busy but no my order was declined and I payed on card I am waiting on a refund and am in talks with foodhub as too getting my money back I was willing too forgive and forget how petty they are the lady on phone again said she chooses who she delivers too and who she does and not very petty lady has a total attitude problem I have also told foodhub that I will be submitting this second review gosh people BE WARNED with this takeaway if you have to leave a review you may be blocked from ordering too just BE WARNED petty women power trip I have the rite too complain and won't be silent sorry ... Items missed off order. Sauce. Salad. Extra cheese.. At one pound extra. No cheese to begin with!! What actually did arrive was purely fit for the bin. All at the cost of 21 quid.

Ordered medium chicken and a large Donna kebab. Also 2 chilli sauces, white and red cabbage and onions. Didn't receive any sauces, onion or cabbage, red or white!!

Always my favorite place to order, Always friendly delivery Food arrives hot and Always on time or before. Affordable and tasty. Can't fault one thing ever when I order. Incredible takeaway.

Ordered a chicken Salad and specifically asked for no red or white cabbage.. Came full of the stuff.. Couldn't eat it the pickled stuff so was an entire waste.. Specifically asked for Frijj chocolate milkshake which is more expensive than the Yazoo, to be sent a Yazoo.. Awful!

Amazing! Had a delivery (in the am-ish on a Friday so you can imagine how busy it'd be!) They were very accommodating in terms of what I wanted and they were all so polite given the time of night. Piping hot delicious food, listening to what you wanted, A* brilliant :)

Couldn't be more upset. Waited over an hour and 30 mins and when I complain I get threatened by NATALIE who says my full address and name to me and insinuates something is going to happen to my property. So bad it to the point of where I had to call the police. Honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. Stay away if you value your safety 😡😡😡
