Good food when they can be bothered to open very unreliable

Just demolished a tasty mixed kebab from Pizza Time. Chicken and Kebab meat tender and juicy. (Tip: If you have a salad pore, the juice from the red gabbage onto the meat makes it even juicer). Chilli had a nice kick to it. My wife enjoyed her half/half pizza, balagnase/chicken tikka .. Food was on time, and nice and hot. No complaints here. 👌

Pizza number 2 of trying to find the best in Carlisle. 16" pepperoni. The pictures actually make the pizza look good. It wasn't crispy underneath or on the crusts unfortunately, only 1 slice had a crispy crust due to where it was in the oven. The rest was soft, didn't look too good underneath either. The toppings and cheese didn't stay put. 5/10

Ordered twice recently, best kebab and pizza in town (deep pan) ! Wish I had taken a photo but looked so delish I just had to eat it ! Love the proper chippy chips aswel.

Possibly the worst Pizza I have ever tasted, I had one slice and the rest went in the Bin. They also tried to overcharge me so be carefull if you do order as I thought they were "trying it on "because it was late at night and they presumed incorrectly that I had been drinking. Better Pizzas available elsewhere, Avoid.

Ordered an Extra large mixed kebab. When I collected it I thought it felt light. Opened the container and it was swimming in grease. 2layers of soggy grease proof paper and the extra large kebab was completely wrapped in 1 pitta and the greasy paper. Small tub os salad and tiny tub of chilli sauce. If this was XL I'd hate to see the normal one. Took a bit of chicken and it was the saltiest chicken I've ever had so I tried the donner which may have been OK but my taste buds were still in shock after the chicken. 2 1sts for me as I've never had anything from here before and won't ever again and I've never had an XL kebab that fitted inside 1 pitta bread. Salty, greasy, tiny, expensive for what ended up in the bin. I wish I'd taken a photo before I threw it away.

Your average kebab shop. I found it reasonable in all areas until I found a red spider in my garlic bread box like the ones you find on walls

£2.50 for minimum amount of chips wouldn't even make a butty quite ignorant too. Should of went to the Warwick for a bigger portion

Food came chicken kebab covered in greese was like chewing on rubber...16 inch cheese pizza the cheese was stuck to the top inside of the box.. rang to complain to be spoke to rudely! Another pizza came and the delivery driver argued with me saying I dropped the pizza!!!! Will never order from here again

Food ordered for the first time, ordered from here as it was a bit cheaper(on a budget) good was hot, not greasy and overall good, chip shop style chips is a bonus rather than soggy fries. Chips could have done with a min more cooking. Would order again. Delivery come within 30 mins. Don't understand some of the reviews.

Order from here regularly never had any issues. An order was late a few weeks ago, called and they were very professional. Order arrived shortly after. Pizzas are amazing and you cant beat the price!

Ordered for the first time today. I will not be ordering again. The food arrived late with a very snotty driver. (+30 Min) The drink was wrong. The cake was smashed more then Botchergate on a Saturday night. They forgot my damn sauce. The pizza was cold. Then to top it off the chips were slightly undercooked.

No important was for a the driver that he was waking up my neighbours and was keeping buzzing loud buzzer even though I was notifying him of me coming down. My asking for distance finished with food being dropped deliberately on the concrete. Food was like it was prepared with out being patience about it. But yes quite good not really tasty but it might be just me .

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS ON FOODHUB OR JUST EAT!! Got an extra large mixed kebab that has NO shish, large chips wouldn't even be sold as small in a chip shop! Everything has gone in the bin, guess its karma for ordering a takeaway!

The food was rank poor quality and standard packaging the food came in was damaged I found a hair in my wrap and the shish kebab was chicken pizza the topping fell off aswell as the dough did not seam to of been cooked long enough

Never ordering again. I ordered chicken an chips, don’t know what that meat was but it was NOT chicken. Chewy, rubbery.. half the size of a chicken. Been ill since. Never ever again !

Order never turned up. Rang a number of times and got the excuse of it’s around the corner. The forth time I called they said they’d lost my order. I’m still waiting for my refund. Do yourselves a favour and avoid!

I phoned the takeaway to explain my displeasure (as this has happened numerous times) and they put the phone down. Disgrace. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Won't be ordering here again and considering their food is average... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Frozen veggie burger was stone cold in the middle, "salad" consisted of lettuce and raw onion, no seasoning on chips. Worst takeaway ever.

I’ve eaten more take aways than I care to remember and binned off most, first time here can’t fault it. Ordered three pizzas and two Donnas, all lush, boiling hot, discounted and delivered within 40 mins on a Saturday nite 👍🏻

Great pizzas at superb prices, with friendly helpful staff, and very quick service even at peak times.

What a pile of $#!%! Orderded a deep pan mushroom pizza, missing one of the key ingredients, was thin crust, and had about half a mushroom on it. Properly quick service though 👍

ordered a deep pan pizza which was thinner than what I would expect a thin crust to be! Garlic bread tasted like cardboard. The only good food from this takeaway is the donner meat and chips, if you’re looking for a quality pizza you will definitely not get it here!! Very disappointed, will not be ordering from this takeaway again.

delivery driver a misery, the food - terrible! the fried chicken i ordered was like biting into a leather boot, pale unappetising chips that are terribly undercooked, the pizza was ok if they never topped it with rock hard what i think was bacon. will never order again.

usually always collect from here which is never a problem at all but I had to get delivery tonight and unfortunately it was a shambles. due 19:35 rang restaurant at 20:00 and it arrived just after 20:20. restaurant however resolved the complaint satisfactorily.

I ordered 3 cheese pizza and go 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni and because it was well over 1 houralmost 2 hours late he said he give me a bottle of Coke for free but I ordered the bottle and paid for it then he gave the excuse the driver let him down. I rang the shop and someone shouted at me that the driver was on the next street even though I hadn't given my name or address. One pizza was wrong & everything was cold. I ordered a vegi heatwave but it only had onion and pineapple on, the driver blamed to shop owner for it being so late & told me to "take it up with him" A simple "I'm sorry your food was late" would have been nice. I'm never ordering from there again! (The chips were ok but not sure why there was one chicken nugget in the box...)

Not nice at all... food came within specific time scale but was cold. Chicken wrap was worst as it was all onion... not good for a child that doesn't eat much onion...

Great quality, lovely food, but we ordered it for 8:15 (for after we’d put the babies down) and it came at 7:45, so it was cold by the time we got it. We also got two bottles of Diet Coke instead of one diet one not.

I ordered a kebab meal tonight as I was hungry and they used to have a good name until tonight.....the kebab was in bits the bread all broken and the meat well even the dog didn't touch it .

This was literally the worst takeaway I have ever had! the food was 2 hours 35 minutes... the phone had been left off the hook and they had closed on just eat. I rang them 67 times repeatedly and the phone was just going straight to user busy. i gave up trying to call, then 2 and a half hours later I get a phone call saying my food was here. i got the food and the pizza was nearly falling out the box because it was that greasy, I felt it and it was barley even warm. I asked to speak to the manager and the driver phoned him, didn’t let me speak but gave me my order for £10. bad customer service and awful food. will not be ordering from here again!

I ordered at 9.20pm it added an extra half-hour to my delivery time it has still not arrived Evan tho it say my order was delivered at 10.50pm I have been trying to ring but your line just says busy

Food did not even get delivered. They got our order and even added 30 minutes onto our order time which is fine. But to not even deliver it and not let us know they couldn't get it to us is appalling. Christmas or not a simple phone call would have been appreciated. Never ordering from here again.

Food was wrong. The Donner meat was burnt.. and the delivery guy was useless and didn't help us at all when the order was wrong!!

I order from here every week as the food is the best in town. How ever most of the time you don't get what you order. My chicken donner wrap was missing the donner meat again for the second time in a few weeks. There is always some thing missing they either are stupid or not even bothering to ring people when they don't have what you order. If this doesn't change I'll find a new takeaway.

It says on the app that with any 16 inch pizza you get a 1.5 litre of coke for free only to get told off the guy that delivered my pizza that I had to ask for it which is ridiculous to be honest you shouldn't have to ask for a bottle of coke that your meant to get for free with any 16 inch pizza.

The food was tasty but had to wait for almost an hour to be delivered after I received a message saying that its on its way.I ordered it earlier on purpose because on night shift tonight.

Most of the jacket potato was under cooked. Chips and drink were both missing from the meal. Not happy with the orders from here lately!

Asked to have no cheese on a pizza and ended up with it covered in cheese. This is the third time it's happened now.

I ordered a Meal deal of 12" pizza, chips and a can, I wrote on the note to swap the chips for garlic mayo and the can I chose was Fanta. I ended up getting the chips, no garlic mayo and a can of 7up 😕
