Sophia is such an asset to this place she is amazing and goes out of her way to make sure your order is right well done her!!

Wouldn't even give it a one star but it's the only way you can leave a review ...chicken bites were all gristle and tasted disgusting .....pizzas looked dropped and mangled as soon as we opened the boxes ...called to complain and got told they'd send new ones ...delivery driver didn't have my phone number to find my address..he said the shop never gave him my phone number ....is that not part of being a delivery driver ?....awful !awful ! How hard is it to make and deliver two pizzas when your meant to be pizza pros !?

Disgusting! Nachos and pepperoni pizza, both very overcooked, pizza tasted disgusting, some parts of it couldn’t even be chewed. Used to be a nice place this.

Garlic cheese bread was drained in tomato with no cheese,both pizzas were cold,chips were not cooked.considering they go through a quality check this is pathetic

While the quality is usually spot on, lately there has been a few times it's been seriously lacking, I think it's fair to allow most take aways the odd slip up, but when you're paying the prices dominoes demands, you'd really expect it to be spot on everytime. So for that reason, it gets a 2 star

Very well staffed shop & first time i’ve been to dominos and they’ve got the order right! Quick too. Too much sauce on both pizzas though.

Found a bone or tooth like object in pizza in November, told Domino's and they were very quick to come to collect and told me they would be in touch once it's been investigated. Nothing was offered to me at the time. I've waited 3 months and had to chase them up multiple time, now only to receive an email today stating I will be receiving an £8.99 refund. I have tried to ask more questions regarding the object but because I will be receiving a refund the case is now closed. Shocking service.

Ordered and the app said 26 min to phone up 30 mins later and find it over a 2 hour wait and 7 working days to get the money back

So dissatisfied.. a few times items haven’t been delivered I’ve rang up to say and they’ve said they will bring it up and never seen or heard from them after that, won’t be ordering there again

Stopped here on the way to the lakes and staff were really nice, and considering I'd ordered 5 minutes before closing! couldn't be more courteous - good vibes 😎

The worst Domino's Pizza i've ever had.

Had my fair share of Dominos over the years and I've got to say this is probably the worst one. Due to my postcode I can only order from this one for delivery. Everytime the pizzas come they are very undercooked and too salty. You guys really should go to London road Dominos and maybe they can teach you how to cook a pizza properly. I also missed that they've had the covid restricted menu for a year longer than London Rd. Still no sizzler, seems you want it as easy as possible just to slack off.

Cozy place. The staff is polite. The food is delicious.

Domino's pizza just how I like it!

Pizza's were great. I thought they'd given me someone else's order of chicken wings, only to be told with a smile that they were on the order. I didn't order them. No offer to refund the money for the wings. Could have been a genuine error, but they got an extra few quid off me.

We order from the Carlisle wigton road shop frequently and never have a complaint, always the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce every time and tasty toppings to add, delivery is unbelievably quick some days (less than 15min from order to door), price is about right when the right offers are on and you order 3 large pizzas. The mustard/honey & salsa dips are to die for.

Absolutely amazing staff. Especially the Scottish girl.. sorry I don't know her name. Just made my 7 year old boys night. Thank you so much for the message on his pizza box. He's so happy. Can't thank you enough ❤️😍. Can't wait till we are allowed in again. Riley says he misses all of you too. ❤️👍

I phoned and asked for a pizza, now a week ago our boss ordered fro. domino wigton road Carlisle and was given discount for being a key worker in public transport, however when I ring tonight I was told blue light workers only, dont get me wrong the NHS, POLICE AND FIRE DO A great job, however public transport is key to all it's a shame I like domino's pizza but I shall go elsewhere now

Food was great, always is. There was a mix up with our order though. Staff handled it quickly and professionally, we went home happy

Bitter sauce, poorly seasoned. Fresh dough but ending pizza bitter and otherwise bland.

No where makes a pizza like Domino's and 2 for Tuesday makes them taste even better and I didn't think that was possible. Great service and kept well informed by text as to what stage of the process my order was at.

No faults with this at all, consistently good food always arrives piping hot. Drivers are a bit miserable but guess I would be driving a car with a massive pizza on it! Wanted the game of thrones boxes but unfortunately didn’t get them 😫😫😫.

Ordered half and half pizza. Delivered quickly and was hot but with hardly any topping or cheese!! The person making the pizza obviously struggled with the concept of 2 different toppings on the same pizza. Some slices had nothing on at all!!! Wish I'd taken a picture. Completely crap for the price. Don't bother. Just buy a frozen pizza. Cheaper, tastier and probably comes with more cheese 😂

Wrong order delivered. Ordered garlic bread and got cookies! Nachos (which were part of the delivery were burnt black). Won't be ordering again.

Ordered a pizza, they forgot about it and took 1hour 40 mins to come. When it arrived it was soggy, wrong flavours and smaller than normal. Told I didn't have to pay then charged on delivery. Worst pizza I've ever had and by far worst dominoes ever. Avoid.

Ordered from dominoes today and it was awful they forgot half of our order so phoned to tell them and the manager was not at all helpful and said we hadn’t ordered a pizza but they will send the wrap out ,however the food we had received was not up to standard the “cheese and bacon” wedges were missing the bacon and the garlic pizza bread practically had no cheese on it either,disappointing won’t be ordering again

I just went into this same outlet today13/03/2018 to be honest i am disappointed with the quality of pizza buy 1 get the other free. I was disappointed it cost me £18 i was craving for pizza i decided to go to domino becos they had name bypassing other pizza outlets. You need to improve improve on your quality pizza am so upset with myself you just killed my appetite and craving I have tasted better pizzas the tomatoes on the pizza wont made well etc am not try to black paint you but help you see where to improve. If you ask me if i will make another trip? NEVER!! !!!!! TILL YOU IMPROVE ON YOUR QUALITY OF PIZZA that's if a friend buys it for me i obviously wont be doing that and not glory in your name Pls give people good quality pizza worthy of their money £18pounds is no joke

I have always ordered dominos online and had it delivered but the other week I was out in town and needed pizza I arrived at dominos just as it was closing and the guys very nicely made me my pizza and we had a really good laugh!! Brilliant staff! Great pizza!!!

I ordered a mighty meaty but when it arrived i noticed that there meat balls had been replaced with cat food. I can only assume this is die to the running out of the meatballs. Also I opted for the bbq Base but that had been replaced for a custard like sauce. Not the worst pizza I have eaten but just put me off towards the end when I felt a bone In the crust. Overall I would rate it a 8/10

Great pizzas, few teething problems when first opened but seems to have sorted them out now. Collection only pizza £1 before 4pm. Margarita only toppings extra. Staff friendly enough. Generic dominoes menu. It is what it is. Can't complain.

this is ideal to pick up your takeaway if you live at this end of town and delivers great tasting food on time which keeps the domino flag flying

Ordered three times since they opened, each time something has been forgotten/order wrong. We kept going back because the problems were rectified quickly. But we're getting sick of it now. Ridiculous service.

Ordered online, my first time for Dominos, earliest time they had was 20:45 I ordered at around 20:10, food arrived just after half past 8, the guy apologised for the wait although it was ten minutes sooner, customer service was good, as he was the only interaction we had with the store. Food was really nice. Everything we had ordered was there. Definitely order again.

Poor all round, despite only living 1 mile away the pizza's ordered were cold, they forgot about the 3 dips we ordered, cherry coke instead of normal coke, i rang up to tell them but was told the "pizza was on the rack for only 5 minutes so should have been hot" for a first time experience it wasnt the best, next order will be from london road store i think
