Amazing buffet, would recommend for any family, decently priced buffet mon-fri 13 for adult 6 for kids.

Danniella help with the children getting ice cream and was very helpful and pleasant

Get takeaways a couple times a month but decided to dine in and wasn't disappointed, very friendly staff and excellent pizzas

Our experience at your Carlisle restaurant was really good, the waitress ( Jackie ) was very friendly and helpful and nothing was no trouble for her, we’ll certainly visit again when we’re in the area as we’re from Essex

Great atmosphere, food was lovely especially the pizza melt which was a nice change from the thicker pizza base. Our server Beth explained what the melt was as wasnt sure but definitely a must try.

Came for lunch and had the buffet. Kept fresh pizzas coming and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, the pizza was not cooked properly. The crust felt underdone, and the onions were still raw, which affected the overall taste.

Good food, my daughter loves the mac n cheese pasta but it’s expensive- glad I have blue light discount to reduce the price slightly. otherwise it’s a great restaurant and the staff are great and our server Daniella was attentive and professional.

The food is so much better in the restaurant than the one near me. We were in the area and we decided to go here for lunch. The music wasn't too loud, but it was just right to be able to enjoy it and any conversations, which is something that many restaurants fail to get right. The staff were kind and helpful, and the waitress who served us (older woman but I can't remember her name) was very welcoming, attentive, kinds and always had a smile. I would definitely come again if we are in the area.

I ordered a pizza from here with delivery via. Just eat waited over an hour for the pizza to arrive when it did. It was absolutely Stone cold. And like eating chewy cardboard tried to call the restaurant to complain but as it was 1030 at night. They were now closed. I imagine they cooked. It couldn't get a driver. Close, the shop, delivers it in his own car to my hotel and then scarpered off. I paid. Good money for this pizza and I'm anoyed that I was delivered a substandard product and service

Just placed an order for delivery from pizza hut. Was really looking forward to this. Sadly, it wasn't meant to be! The pizzas arrived late and cold, the bases were like rubber, there was hardly any cheese or tomato sauce on them, and the pepperoni feast pizza had hardly any pepperoni. Probably one of the worst pizzas we've had in quite some time

I order the pizza with pizza huts on. Justice waited an hour for it to arrive and it was stolen cold freezing when it arrived.

The food was lovely, Our server Jackie was fast and freindly and nice to chat to. After one of the pizzas came out wrong (it was my mistake not theirs) she was happy to fetch a new one. Will definitely eat here again.

I would actually give zero as it was that bad. Handcrafted pizza was dry the base and toppings - I had sizzler pizza. Beef on it actually looked like rat droppings. Restaurant was practically empty, tables were cleared. No staff on the floor. Salad bar looked minging. When leaving, said bye and not even 1 member of staff acknowledged us. Not returning to not only pizza hut in carlisle, but also any pizza hut in UK. The whole chain needs stop being greedy. If you have a 9" or 11" pizza costing £16-£18 make sure its top quality and served with a smile

Enjoyed the night at Pizza Hut. Danielle looked after us great and food was swift and good.. The little one always enjoys a trip to Pizza Hut it's her favourite

Really enjoyed my stay in Pizza Hut Carlisle. The all you can eat buffet is always a delight as I enjoy picking what I want. Beth in particular was really accommodating and made our stay welcoming. From the moment we arrived nothing was ever too much and she ensured we were accommodated for and satisfied with everything we received multiple times. Will be returning.

Having a pizza buffet is a dangerous option for my waistline, but definitely not for my wallet. Great atmosphere, great team, great time.

It's a pizza hut, you know what to expect and that's what you get. The food is fine, the service is efficient, and there's good deals for takeout if you order through the app.

my order was not delivered and the river disconnected my call and blocked me so I couldn't get my order. abysmal performance, I hope he gets some sort of repercussions, what a waste of money.

We had a power cut at home today and came in stressed for hot food and tea ! Andrea C was incredibly welcoming and kind, she could not have done more and we were so grateful! Food was as lovely as ever !

Corn on the cob missing from the order… not a massive problem, but not ideal when you’ve ordered and paid for it. Delivery driver was very polite and food arrived hot, only issue was missing item.

Top-tier pizza restaurant. I visited with a friend and the pizza, salad bar, and desserts were all so tasty. The service was fantastic—Rob was so friendly and took the time to explain all the vegan options, which was really helpful. I particularly liked the vegan cheesecake—it was a real treat! Everything came out really quickly, and I’d definitely recommend it as the best spot for pizza

We walk in, manager showed us to seats, and after that, we just found our way to order from the app, only other time we so some one is they brought our pizza, considering it only us and 2 othe family are eating in, could ask us how we finding to order or something 😀 but food was nice and staff served us was very nice

I really liked the food.it was hot and quick. The staff I interacted with were polite and assisted when we asked. The reason for the low service mark is no reflection on the staff at all. It seemed that scanning the QR code at the table was the preferred way the company wanted you to order your meal.When I did get the attention of a staff member they told me ,very politely ,"you would normally use the QR code on your table to order what you want"... I apologised and said I didn't know how to . He very kindly took our order with good ole pen and paper. To the "management"who sit in offices away from the restaurants..The QR code thing is a really bad way of putting customers off.Stop telling your staff to encourage it and let the customer be waited on first and THEN If they want they can use the QR.method..£102.00 we spent and we barely spoke to anyone who worked there.Its like a fast food place now,not a restaurant.

PIZZA HUT CARLISLE CUMBRIA - Ease of getting a table for 3 adults 5 kids, ability to feel comfortable with the kids there. Range of food to order was good. Daughter is Gluten Free and the options available for her we're brilliant. Improvements could have been better salad bar, keeping on top of replenishing the salad and cleaning around. Also ice cream station was lacking in sweets.

Overall it was ok. Quite expensive for what you get. Needs more staff as the poor girl working was overwhelmed but still smiling.

Ordered take out. It was the worst pizza Ive had. Dry, hardly any cheese but loads of chillis, jalepenos and not much else, the sides just as poor. I don't eat this kind of food often, but £30 for this was over priced 'meal' has put me off eating junk food again. I suppose I can thank them for that. I havent eaten most of it by the way, I gave most of it away.

Forgot how expensive Pizza Hut was, spent £65 on a family of five. Was told about their online ordering by the server so we said we’d check it out, she then insisted on coming over repeatedly asking if we were ready to order. Kids had unlimited refills on their drinks and ice cream as part of their Mega Kids meal. I’d go back but if you’re expecting a smile, maybe try elsewhere

Lovely food as always, Restaurant is always cold ok qhen weather is hot but on a cold July day they should turn air con off. I also disagree with the lack of uniform the staff wear today the waitress had jeans trainers and a wollie jumper which looked like she just got out of bed . Manager and cook are the same . Common get uniforms back on especially for hygiene reasons

The new thin dough was crunchy and airy. Tried the new kitkat cookie dough that’s being advertised on tables, was great. Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoy the food here and the staff are always lovely, one example I can think of is an employee called Rob who gave us some extra fries, overall, lovely service and great food, I definitely recommend it

This was for a takeaway for my son and when it arrived there was an extra box with garlic bread and a note so say “for a loyal customer this is on us”. So grateful we always have a great experience with Pizza Hut and this has added to that experience. Thank you Pizza Hut Carlisle!

Every time I come here , I keep giving it another chance , however same bad thing all the time , we always come for the buffet ,pizzas are never ready , the pasta sauce is watery and not appealing , I aksed if they could make a non spicy version of a pizza that they had on the buffet and was told they can't do that ? How ? The pizza they make is fresh and therefore don't put any chilli on it ? Or is that to hard to do ? I don't understand how you can serve a pizza buffet and not have pizza ready for people to choose ! Carlisle pizza hut I am not impressed unfortunately , your resteraunt is somewhere my niece loves to go but reasons I have expressed makes it not enjoyable .

Spoiled for choice. The most difficult pizza I've had to order! However, it was delivered on time for the whole family and we loved it. The bill wasn't as delicious but it was worth it.

We love Pizza Hut but I have to say the experience isn't great. Order by app, no cash accepted we were told. The prices have absolutely risen so much. To be fair, the food when it did arrive was lovely. There was a lady with dark hair and a ponytail in who was lovely. It would have to be treat now visiting with the prices, which is a shame as we were frequent visitors.

Went for a buffet lunch. Great range of Fresh, hot pizzas, lovely friendly staff. Salad bar was a bit unclean though. UPDATE went again for a buffet lunch over the Easter holidays, I dont think staff could keep up with the supply of buffet pizzas!

The staff were very attentive from the get go and made sure we had everything we needed, everything was clean and tidy, food was warm & cooked to perfection, good value for money, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal with great staff!

Quick easy experience with just eat. Arrived early and on a bike which was obvious and good to find in car park. Rider was polite and quick with delivery

Usually the individual pizzas are decent. This time around it wasn’t very pleasant at all, the cheese tasted a bit off - usually it’s mozzarella? Didn’t look very appealing either. Delivery was fast though.
