PIZZA HUT CARLISLE CUMBRIA - Ease of getting a table for 3 adults 5 kids, ability to feel comfortable with the kids there. Range of food to order was good. Daughter is Gluten Free and the options available for her we're brilliant. Improvements could have been better salad bar, keeping on top of replenishing the salad and cleaning around. Also ice cream station was lacking in sweets.

Overall it was ok. Quite expensive for what you get. Needs more staff as the poor girl working was overwhelmed but still smiling.

Ordered take out. It was the worst pizza Ive had. Dry, hardly any cheese but loads of chillis, jalepenos and not much else, the sides just as poor. I don't eat this kind of food often, but £30 for this was over priced 'meal' has put me off eating junk food again. I suppose I can thank them for that. I havent eaten most of it by the way, I gave most of it away.

Forgot how expensive Pizza Hut was, spent £65 on a family of five. Was told about their online ordering by the server so we said we’d check it out, she then insisted on coming over repeatedly asking if we were ready to order. Kids had unlimited refills on their drinks and ice cream as part of their Mega Kids meal. I’d go back but if you’re expecting a smile, maybe try elsewhere

Lovely food as always, Restaurant is always cold ok qhen weather is hot but on a cold July day they should turn air con off. I also disagree with the lack of uniform the staff wear today the waitress had jeans trainers and a wollie jumper which looked like she just got out of bed . Manager and cook are the same . Common get uniforms back on especially for hygiene reasons

The new thin dough was crunchy and airy. Tried the new kitkat cookie dough that’s being advertised on tables, was great. Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoy the food here and the staff are always lovely, one example I can think of is an employee called Rob who gave us some extra fries, overall, lovely service and great food, I definitely recommend it

Great customer service, very clean restaurant

This was for a takeaway for my son and when it arrived there was an extra box with garlic bread and a note so say “for a loyal customer this is on us”. So grateful we always have a great experience with Pizza Hut and this has added to that experience. Thank you Pizza Hut Carlisle!

Every time I come here , I keep giving it another chance , however same bad thing all the time , we always come for the buffet ,pizzas are never ready , the pasta sauce is watery and not appealing , I aksed if they could make a non spicy version of a pizza that they had on the buffet and was told they can't do that ? How ? The pizza they make is fresh and therefore don't put any chilli on it ? Or is that to hard to do ? I don't understand how you can serve a pizza buffet and not have pizza ready for people to choose ! Carlisle pizza hut I am not impressed unfortunately , your resteraunt is somewhere my niece loves to go but reasons I have expressed makes it not enjoyable .

Spoiled for choice. The most difficult pizza I've had to order! However, it was delivered on time for the whole family and we loved it. The bill wasn't as delicious but it was worth it.

The food was fine. I'm not a big fan of the online ordering system. There were two different sets of music playing at the same time which was not very pleasant.

Chips came and the box was half full, halloumi was burnt and pizza was nothing special. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve had.

We love Pizza Hut but I have to say the experience isn't great. Order by app, no cash accepted we were told. The prices have absolutely risen so much. To be fair, the food when it did arrive was lovely. There was a lady with dark hair and a ponytail in who was lovely. It would have to be treat now visiting with the prices, which is a shame as we were frequent visitors.

Went for a buffet lunch. Great range of Fresh, hot pizzas, lovely friendly staff. Salad bar was a bit unclean though. UPDATE went again for a buffet lunch over the Easter holidays, I dont think staff could keep up with the supply of buffet pizzas!

Wide range of pizzas available. Tasted good and good value for money specially in the week for the buffet. Should always have 2 Margherita pizzas out though as they are gone in a flash!

Better than I expected. Spent 20 years living in Australia and New Zealand and Pizza Hut was a complete disaster in both countries. Pleasant surprise that it is much better here.

The staff were very attentive from the get go and made sure we had everything we needed, everything was clean and tidy, food was warm & cooked to perfection, good value for money, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal with great staff!

Very poor service, very expensive . Had to order it all on your own phone. Didn't get any help . Two adults and three 16 year olds .

Quick easy experience with just eat. Arrived early and on a bike which was obvious and good to find in car park. Rider was polite and quick with delivery

Usually the individual pizzas are decent. This time around it wasn’t very pleasant at all, the cheese tasted a bit off - usually it’s mozzarella? Didn’t look very appealing either. Delivery was fast though.

The melts look gorgeous & gooey in the pictures. They're fairly small, and very, very, very dry. It's like a stale, toasted, thin flatbread. Crisp & crunchy. Dusted with a garlicky, salty powder. Hardly any cheese in the filling. Not what I expected & very disappointing.

Have to scan the table and place your own order on the app or website. Overpriced pizza, more expensive than Domino delivery. NO CASH, only card! Won't be returning!

Not been to pizza hut since covid so pleased to see the return of the chilli flakes. Got the lunchtime buffet so really can't grumble at the price. Unlimited soft drinks and ice cream factory included. The only grumble was the lack of honey mustard dressing and a reduction in the ice cream sauces and sprinkles. Fresh pizza was great with a good selection and quickly topped up.

Had to re mortgage my house to pay for a sharing size chicken pizza that me and my wife got at the weekend £31.95 for a very poor chicken pizza and she's was ill later that night . Avoid avoid avoid

Wow just paid £19 on uber eats for a pizza with stale fries and 500ml of warm pepsi. The pizza is tiny, greasy and very basic. I honestly have had better pizzas from Asda dont waste your money! I wont buy pizza hut again absolute scam for what you pay.

I can't believe the price of this place now £20 for one 11inch pizza And the menu has totally changed, we where told because of calories the couldn't do certain toppings anymore I will not be returning Another restaurant chain ruined by people at the Top

Really poor choice of product in the salad bar - no pastas. Only option for me was some tortilla chips, the only topping for that was tomato salsa which hadn’t been refilled. I had also found a hair in my tortillas (I’m shaved). I had told the waitress about this and she said okay and walked off - no apology. It’s almost as if the staff don’t want to be there.

Ice cream is not as good as it used to be. More icy than creamy!

Exquisitely expensive for what you get. Much cheaper with far better food from our local pizzeria. The food is genuinely OK, but could not get over how expensive it was. Even Pizza Express was better than the Pizza Hut when it came to value. They are roughly the same price with superior food. Sorry but won't be back unless I absolutely have to. Its just not worth the money. Have spent less on better food, but that's what you get for going to a franchise chain.

Would have been quicker to have table service rather than using the app, but we did have the choice . Cuts down interactiveness, and staff, good or bad, I don't know. But my son and me enjoyed it

Good courteous staff, cookie dough icecream superb variety

My grandsons had been before with their parents but it was my first time and I was really impressed. I thought the quality of the pizzas excellent. Salad bar is a great idea and really well stocked, plus a very good choice of alcoholic and soft drinks. I think the Kids meals are an excellent idea and the fact you have crayons and puzzles etc to keep the kids amused is a Godsend!

Excellent restaurant especially for children. My grandsons love it. Kids Meal Deals very good value and the plentiful salad bar is a great idea. Tasty pizzas too and friendly staff with good service times. Like the idea too of crayons and puzzles tokeep young ones amused. Very good value and best 'fast food' outlet I've been to.

Arrived at pizza hut traveled 30miles as hadn't been since before COVID was shown to table and was told they didn't accept cash? Was then told to download an app then order and pay for it on app no option to ask for a bit service since we left phones in car we decided just leave and won't be back

Paid for 5 people to enjoy the buffet. The restaurant was quite busy. There was half a pizza and two dried up bits of garlic bread. Considering it was a Sunday lunchtime, you'd expect them to foresee a busy period and actually shove a few more pizzas in the ovens!!!

Nice food great staff and clean quick service even though there was a large group of us 4 stars because the ice-cream was warm and when it melts developed into a weird gel not nice at all other deserts looked nice though

So the pizza arrived complete incorrect. Hot n spicy chicken turned up as a mixture of pepperoni salami and jalapeños. Phoned Pizza Hut to the woman to admit it was her fault. Collection only from a delivery collection? Fantastic given I live 3 miles away and chose delivery for an option. One pizza was correct pepperoni, which arrived relatively sad looking. Quite honestly disgusting behaviour given the woman admitted she prepared it incorrectly? Incompetence is a strong suit that’s two times in a row there’s been errors from the store now. Don’t worry I contacted head office.

We popped in here on the off chance after a busy Friday. Seated and served immediately by polite and well presented staff. For 2 adults and 2 children I must say the menu and available deals were very reasonable. The children both enjoyed pizza, sides, salad, drinks and ice cream factory all for 7.99 each! The restaurant was lovely and clean including the bathrooms, service was absolutely fantastic. We can't wait to return!

We arrived to eat on Sunday 2 adults and 3kids) hoping that it wouldn’t be too busy. To our delight there were only 2 tables,we were asked by one of the (approximately 5) staff if we had booked a table,I said no but luckily the restaurant is empty! I was told if we hadn’t booked we couldn’t get a table as there wasn’t much pizza dough left !! I had been working all day had lots of cash and was wanting to spend it in there. I was informed that Pizza Hut no longer takes cash (crazy and alienated a lot of customers I would suspect ) which wasn’t a problem as we had our cards. As I have my own food business I found this utterly bizarre,you have an empty restaurant with staff stood about and don’t let hungry customers come in,and also don’t take cash now. After explaining this to many of my regular food customers today and yesterday, the overwhelming response was ,that’s why it’s always quiet nowadays. Management give your heads a wobble,you’re paying staff to stand about and turning down customers that would have spent lots of money. My wife worked in Pizza Hut for a couple of years when she was younger and it was always so so busy ,and always an enjoyable experience to be honest, but I wouldn’t spend a penny there again I’m afraid

It’s Pizza Hut. It’s not fine dining. It’s consistent and tastes good. Had an issue where my son’s food was brought out with a small metal bucket of fries. The metal bucket was hotter than the sun. Fortunately I was the one to empty the fries out. The metal was so hot the my thumb stuck to it and started to blister. Anyone with kids knows that most places serve kids food WAY too hot or with crazy hot plates…but this was another level. The shift manager took care of it though and was incredibly apologetic and made up for the mishap. Really good service and clean.

It's a great place to bring the family and the food is always cooked and served well. Your staff are always very friendly and provide a positive experience for us every time we visit. The mobile ordering is easy and helps give families the chance to order in their own time. The kids love the salad bar and of course the ice cream factory and it's always easy to navigate and kept very clean.

My son, 15 month old granddaughter and I went today for lunch. The gentleman was very polite when taking order, which was 2 adult buffets. Never once did the gentleman say anything about our little lady, who ate very little and had a very small amount of juice as it was mainly fizzy and she already had water in her own cup. She had a vey small ice cream factory again with small amount of sweets. I was happy to pay for my 15 month old but did not expect to be charged £9.99. Having checked the menu, after returning home, on line it looks like kids under 12 meals are £7.99 which is excellent value for a 12 year old but is most definitely not for a 15 month, think staff need to discuss orders with paying adults for little ones and highlight what is on offer.

Just been overcharged so went back and manager couldn't calculate how much even with a calculator and only when I asked for a breakdown he realised he still owe me money. I know people make mistakes but just saying double check your bill. Food was good although the coffee machine was broken so had to go to Costa across the road. Really I would expect better. Manager needs to go back to school to lean how to calculate properly.

Are used to go there with my grandkids and my daughter and other other members of my family. My favourite piece in there is a margarita with cheese and cheese inside the right round them and I was a good cup of tea or a Coke Coca-Cola, all the staff Very helpful I miss it now it’s too far away for me. Only can go when I can go. I have no pictures but good memories

The best pizza that you can eat anywhere. The main comes with free salad.. There is also buffet service available. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the place is clean. Within the grounds of B & Q, and Costa.

Ordered takeaway and manager helped me with it to the car as was too much for me to carry 👍. Great pizza

You have to order on your phone which can be a pain if you are solely paying for an entire table. 80% of the restaurant was empty but the server tried to sit us next to another table which was obviously a couple enjoying time together.

We had the food delivered and there was a nail in the food box I want to have a refund for this order I have photos of this

We had the buffet on a weekend. I thought the choices were actually pretty poor and there were a few empty pans so not much choice. If you need to pay more in a weekend you would expect better and more choices.

It was clean extremely, compared to the Pizza Hut at the Beach in Aberdeen. Staff were very attentive and timed it right when you’d finished or needed to ask something. Never felt rushed.

Driver never got in contact. Which would have been fine if the food had been left at hotel reception. So I didn't get any food. However, it was "delivered," so maybe someone enjoyed it at least

Freezing cold very hard and chewy not edible

Both items of food are burned. Requested a refund and won’t be ordering from Pizza Hit again.

Ignored instructions, looked like food was dropped because pizzas were all bunched together, undercooked as cheese barely melted and didn’t receive part of the order too! So many wrong things in one go. Normally it’s better than this!

Quality of the pizza's has gone down and the prices have gone up. QR code on the table for ordering , what's wrong with someone coming and taking your order. Pay when you order and ask for a tip before any interaction with staff what a joke.

Food was cold, burnt… was supposed to be delivered between 17:45-18.03 didn’t received until 18:20

Chips were seasoned which it doesn’t state online and the pizza was cold with very little toppings.

I was in not so long ago and had pre-booked a table for 2. We were greeted at the door by a really friendly waitress who quickly informed us about all the items that were not available due to stock issues. In addition it was card only which was not stated anywhere online thankfully not a problem for us but could be for other customers. The food was quite nice we had 2 9" pizzas which were a touch on the oily side, despite this, the overall taste was good. We were given extra plates with our main meal to put slices of our pizza on as the dish it was served in was hot. We were very disappointed to discover that the plates themselves didn't even look like they had been washed, they still had oil all over it with crumbs on the plate as well. All in all, reasonable food, moderate hygiene standards and lovely staff, would go back and would recommend for takeaway over dine in.
