Pizza was dead chewy like doe had been there for weeks absolutely freezing cold my advise is never order from this place the donner meat is rotten and pizzas are shocking absolutely rotten

Got a pizza to takeaway and it was pretty average. They forgot the sauces that we had ordered but by the time we’d checked the bag and got to where we were going it was too late. Only came because the chippy next door doesn’t accept card payments.

The salad i ordered didnt come with kebab so whole meal was dry. Meat dry and overcooked.

Ordered food that didn't arrived. Called the place and was told it would be five minutes. Over half an hour later received cold pizza and undercooked, cold chips, with a missing item. Sticking with Mario's.

The best pizza I've ordered in a while, wanted something that didn't taste like rubber and dripping with grease. Topstop delivered a top meal for us. Great value and pleasantly quick to arrive, I think this will be our go to takeaway from now on.

Do not go to this place it is disgusting. The food was cold, brown and tasted off. But when I talked to the people they said they can't do anything about it. The chicken on the pizza tasted funny which can lead to food poisoning or something more serious. But when explaining this to them they didn't care. This is unacceptable especially for families who wanted to have a treat. This is a disappointing experience. I will not be coming back here

Do not go to this place. it is discussing the food was cold, brown and the food tasted off. But when I talked to them about it they said they can not do anything about it. The food was also cold. They don't understand that when something tastes off it normally is especially with chicken on pizza. that can lead to food posioning they didn't seem to care about that either.

Absolutely done with this app! The drivers are incable of delivering. once again no order turned up. Phoned restaurant and said it had been sent over 20 minutes ago at time of call. now over a hour and stillnothing has arrive. will not be using this service again!

My pizza was cold the kebab meat was burnt and I had very little cheese

burgers wore nice but would not rate the salad as it only consisted of lettuce and to much onion. chips wore under cooked. pizza was nice but once again to much onion on the Bolognese pizza ,over all poor .

was cold needed warmed up in the microwave 😞

Wrong sauce on a basic order with clear instructions on what sauce is requested. Really poor attention to detail on my order.

Food arrived cold. Donner meat was hard and dry asked for chilli sauce and salad and I got a slice of onion and red cabbage! Chips were like cardboard. Horrible experience won’t be buying again

Really nice food, nearly all delivered on time. Forgot one of my items 'pizza', quickly resolved by shop staff, was cold when redelivered 25 mins or so later, but still tasted good.

Top stop great but once again just eat changed my order to collection when I had made sure it was delivery and had asked someone else to verify that, this is the second time and it's ruining my order and top shop have been very understanding both times I've rang them

The food is roughly made and the ingredients are clearly not fresh. more than once, i happened to find my chips green and soaked in oil, dry salad and stone cold bread, almost like chewing plastic. I don’t know why people open restaurants if they have no interest or commitment towards the customers or food in general. Such a shame.

The food as always was lovely but an increase in an already over priced extortionate delivery charge from £7 to 10 pounds is enough for us to consider looking elsewhere in future.

No garlic mayo as per usual it happens every time I order and orderd 4 pots so not cheap.

I specifically asked for no cabbage in capital letters and was given cabbage witch I don't like so I did not eat the garlic mushrooms were nice

The food is tasty. Despite this, I ordered and payed for a garlic dip. When I collected my order I again asked is my dip there as I didn’t feel confident that they had remembered. A staff member assured me the dip was in there. It was not. It is not that hard to include a dip in an order.

Awful food and such rude customer service orderd a pinapple pizza and chips when I got to the bottom of the chips I noticed it tasted weird. Only to see there was around 5 nuts at the bottom of the box. When I rang to Inform them they called me a liar and a bull shifter and said I was on the blocked list avoid this shop at all cost the pizza is rotten

Absolutely disgusting service.Waited for 20 minutes and then were told they weren’t open to put chips in fryer (despite them already being in for other customers) waiting for nearly half an hour. The server took a personal disliking to me and any my partner, there is absolutely no justification for this type of profiling. Wouldn’t order her again if my life depended on it.

Rip off joint. XL Doner kebab & Medium Kebab ordered. Both were tiny so I put them on the kitchen scales. 303 & 317 grammes between them. Smallest kebabs ever.

Used this takeaway for many years and always been really happy with it however this evening I ordered a takeaway using the app which said it would be delivered within 45 minutes, after 1 hour I called the shop to ask where it was to be told it was on its way, turned up in another 15 minutes not very hot & almost like it had been reheated, ate half a slice & in the bin it goes, very disappointed & you have now lost a loyal customer. Avoid at all costs.

Well the chicken was the most dry and tasteless i ever had. Had belly aches after until this morning. The guy who initially served me was nice and friendly enough. But the blonde guy i asked for sauces after he could be a bit happier and respectful for customers. Deffo won’t be going back
