Food was extremely bad,pizza was cold,bland

Not good at all, pizza was burnt ended up feeding most of it to the dog, not even sure he enjoyed it

Was passing to popped in to order. Card only which was disappointing. Also they charge for delivery now, so do you tip the driver or not as you've already paid?

Ordered on line but for some reason the web site wouldn't let me order sides.. so when I went to collect the pizza. I spoke the staff explained what had happened. Then that was it, no help whatsoever didn't really care. not a problem just will order from pizza go-go in the future.

Excellent service great food would go back again

It's a takeaway shop, so rating on atmosphere does not matter much. Parking can be an issue. About food, the pizza taste exactly like Domino's Pizza. No complaints..

Watched the pizzas being prepared , was clean and hygienic, Had a takeaway x6 pizzas when home were still hot and freshly made , Nachos not so good a small handful dry and not much cheese at 5£ plus not worth it ...otherwise good

Horrible experience. Ordered online selected delivery and used one of the vouchers. Waited forty mins ,called up to be told that the delivery was changed to collection because of voucher used. I requested for order to be cancelled and asked if an email confirming cancellation would be sent. I was told that I would have to email head office.?!?!?! I have to wait four to five days to be refunded. Never again.

Pizza is good and so are collection deals.

Service of the counter staff is amazing. All are very friendly and supportive.

Its dominos what can i say! All good so far, the deliveries are not so great to be fair, food comes warm not hot usually which is annoying. Collect its fine the delivery takes long.

Pizza was good and the two guys that served me were very helpful, told me 20 minutes and bang on time it was ready.

Ordered a pizza from here after a long shift at work. The order came the pizza was wrong and the wedges were raw. After having the pizza replaced this also turned up raw, clearly as it was close to closing they wanted to rush it. Phoned to complain the next day and was told we would get a larger pizza free of charge, and would be put on the system. Surprise surprise no free pizza, and have been waiting for the manager to call us back to sort this out for the last 3 days. Phoned again tonight and was told there is no manager there, and the rude person on the other end of phone put the phone down on me. Disgusting way to treat your customers. Will be taking this further now.

This store is Excellent, Food is Perfect, Delivery is 10/10 You can trust this place to provide good food.

This store has no dine in. Anyway..pleasent service. Waited about 15 minutes for my pizza. Piping hot ready to eat, and very tasty.

Ordered large,made small, had to wait for for another one to be made ,got home wrong toppings.

I only purchases online. Not disappointed at all. I love the customer support, the delivery guys, the chicken wings are best. I can hardly believe the negative reviews put in here.

Hey, ordered our pizza tonight, website said it would take up to 40 minutes. Well according to Dominoes tracker, it took at least 30 minutes to be delivered and turned up cold. Currently re-heating in the microwave cos your pizza is too expensive to eat cold!!

Possibly the worst run Domino's in the UK. Seem repeatedly incapable of getting pizza to a customer. Reflects badly on the Dominos brand.

Rather expensive over £20 for a pizza, if you are buying one and one free. It's definitely not worth the money

Rubbish experience, Dominos forgot one of my pizzas ...the second time this has happened. Delivery guy had to call them up, lady who answered was rude did not offer anything as a gesture of goodwill/compensation considering i had guests waiting and we couldn't eat until the missing pizza arrived. Negatives first. Ordered 4 large pizzas on 2 for Tuesdays. They said it would take 1hr for delivery, then got a call back around 30/40 mins later saying that they were delayed and it would be another hr. I had alot if hungry people waiting for food but the communication was good rather than not knowing where it was. I asked for a receipt so that I could claim the money back but when it was delivered no receipt was presented. I called the store only for them to inform me that because it had already been delivered that they could now not provide me with one. Now the positive Food was hot, and cooked to perfection, we has 4 different types and it just what we needed watching the football England V Wales. On a side note, I understand they would have been busy on that evening and once it arrived I had lots of happy people. All I would say is if you do need a receipt then I would ask them several times to make sure they fully understand.

Ordered 2 pizza way over an hour ago, one of which I processed incorrectly online. Called the restaurant and asked if they could change this and they said “no not really the drivers about to take it.” I offered to pay extra for a later delivery and still the woman insisted to argue her point across for 5 minutes saying the same thing “no, drivers about to take it” does not sound like the drivers about to take it and as customer service it’s your duty to help and fix these things if people pay money. You charge extortionate prices yet cannot be bothered to help because it would mean making a new pizza up!! Furthermore the delivery driver “was not about to leave” because I’ve waited another 40 minutes!!

I called to ask a simple question ( how long orders were taking tonight because last time it was 2 hours) just for Tom to hang up on me after saying “sorry” in a funny way, tried to repeat myself but just put the phone down. staff are so rude, I went with ask Italia instead.

So after my order was missing one of my sides, I’m told it will be a further 15 minutes , so the rest of my order was sitting getting cold and soggy and had to pay for the privilege of them making the mistake In the first place too, so decide might be best to let the kids eat it whilst we wait, hardly any cheese on the pizza 3/4 slices had no cheese on at all so took it back in and asked for some cheese on my pizza please. Anyway 20 mins later go in to collect order and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even bother to redo it, was exactly the same only soggier! Really glad I wasted money I don’t have on this! And 45 mins sitting waiting outside! Could have got delivery quicker and cheese on pizza from my local branch!

Chloe the manager of Southend very Rude on the phone, the whole team not helpful, bad customer service, food took 2hrs and didn’t even end up getting it, and now have to wait for 5 working days

No cash payments accepted. If you order by phone, you can't pay on collection, you have to pay over the phone.

This was a very good place a little while ago but it has gone down hill massively recently, staff are rude and generally don't seem to care about the customers

Great pizza as always. Good fast service for dinner rush hour

Ordered and followed the tracker via the app. After 50 minutes the pizza came up as delivered. This wasn’t the case. I gave it 5 minutes and called up and was told that the driver left 5 minutes ago and would be with me any minute. A further 15 minutes passed without my order. I called up again and the operator paused I then heard someone else say just apologise and say it will be there in a minute. When questioned they passed the phone over to the other person. They said exactly the same and refused to answer the why was I lied to 15 minutes ago question. Anyway 5 minutes later the pizza & sides turned up it was warm at best. Such a shame as Dominos was a go to takeaway and now it’s an avoid!

I like it because it is so much better than McDonald’s so my choice is domino’s pizza I even liked the one that had the mobile number called +44 1245 357777

Pizza arrived quickly and tasted nice but was a bit cold. The nachos were really bad. £5 and there was basically no cheese on them, plus they were burnt.

I was told that there was a 45 min wait for a delivery. After an hour and a half I phoned all together 16 times. There was either no answer or someone will answer and put you on hold straight away. After 2 hours it arrived. The same time as our next food delivery. I would definitely never use this branch again.

Not sure why there are bad reviews, pizza is always good rarely late, in the rare cases I've had where foods been late, it's only been for 5-10 minutes late. Ordering via app is very easy and staff are always friendly when ordering over the phone. Also, they always have great meal deals which work out to be excellent value. (shout out the Mega mix and collection deals)

I'm giving a 1 star because my delivery was sent to a different address the address in question is 3 Cecil's court to a man named Ian Moore who ate my order and I called the dominoes about this and they didn't do anything not happy 👿👿👿👿😤😤

Update: got the two for one special last night (11/5/2022) - I wasn't too impressed with the pizza. The toppings were pretty sparse and the crust was a little dried out. I've had better from Domino's. Great specials available. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean shop. It was a pleasure going there!

We swap between here and the Shoeburyness store for the offers available on collection orders. Getting into the parking lay-by can be tricky.

Pick up a pizza i ordered it was ready when I came through the door. Staff were friendly

We placed an order online, turned up at the time given. Once there it was apparent our order had been sent out to someone else. One of the two pizza had to be redone. This took approximately 8 minutes to do. While this was being done my other pizza and two side order and being kept warm under the heat lamps. Once the 2nd pizza was ready and being boxed it came to light that one of the delivery drivers had taken one of our side orders. The manager was running around like a heedless chicken. We were then given the side order from another order. Problem happen, I get that. But the proper sorry and decent apology would have gone a long way. We got nothing.

Asked for bbq base got tomato. Not happy

Just awful, marked as delivered - it wasn't. I phoned I was told it was on it's way - it wasn't. Phoned again was told it was just leaving the shop - An hour later our cold pizza arrived. Worst thing was the lies - I would have just cancelled and ordered elsewhere, instead they get this rubbish review!

Ordered twice from them both were extremely late...still waiting on my second pizza. I will not be ordering from dominos ever again.

Had a hair in my food the pizza was undercooked and the staff was very rude

So me and my homie Chrissy M were two hungry guys on the way ho e from work so decided to pop in to dominions for a couple of extra delicious large pizzas. Off course I went for a large meat feast with extra gerkins and Chrissy M went for a large ham double pepperoni and jalapeños. Absolutely top services from Thomas who was serving us. Went out his way to find us the best possible deal. Very polite indeed. Thanks Thomas, you are the best!

I ordered a Veggie Supreme 14" Pizza, 8 cookies, Nachos and a 1L Coke. This was a home delivery order and came on time. The Pizza was delicious. Yummy Yummy Yummy. The food was brilliant and the delivery driver came straight to my flat door. I will definitely become a regular here.

Stopped by here to pick up a couple of pizza before heading to the beach for sunset. No joke, the tastiest domino's we have ever had. Ordered for collection and it was perfectly fresh when we arrived. Everyone super friendly behind the counter.

Dominos was open 11pm 14/5/21 guy refused to serve me ..full house. Racist guy other than that there is no reason why I wasn't served. I checked online at midnight so I called. Tom told me they have just closed at Midnight. I did not complain to him of my experience by which time the store was open. Why the undue hatred?

I bought 2 pizzas when I got home they were the wrong sort. Luckily we could eat them otherwise I would gave gone back.

Wow what a good feed, ordered two vegetarian options as i'm a devout vegetarian. Consumed both large pizzas in one sitting (feeding time 20 mins 45seconds). Garlic and herb dip was epic, kept dobbing my crusts in there. Can't wait to order again tomorrow. Yummy yummy yummy dough bloat in my tummy.

2 hours not enough to deliver a menu to 7mins distance. Absolutely not acceptable.

Arrived very late and cold with no apology and no social distancing measures in place. Also the pizza looked like it was cut by a blind toddler, or a sociopath.

I live 10 houses away from this shop. And what a disappointment. The staff are rude and the pizza is terrible. We are now regular customers of papa John's who have friendly staff

Went in to buy a medium pizza half and half. Had a mistake in my order but the staff quickly corrected our order instantly and the manager was wonderful.

Always great pizza's with lots of toppings, compared to other Domino's that I have been to. Always a friendly service and if things are not as quick as they should be they are always complimentary. Great food, great service and have a large range of toppings.

Despite an abundance of negative reviews I decided to order from this Dominos through the Dominos app, I ordered a free choice pizza and dip - the order arrived within the estimated time (20-25mins) and was still piping hot, the delivery driver was also exceptionally kind and wearing a medical mask and gloves. Perhaps I was just lucky on my first order from this Dominos establishment, I will however be ordering again to see if this is the case. Nonetheless previous reviews don’t lie, either this Dominos has improved recently or needs to work on consistency. -H.G

Completely useless. Website said delivery would take 30mins, phoned the shop after 45mins.. 1st call phone was picked up and nobody spoke, just ignored. 2nd call put on hold for 10mins so i hung up, 3rd call somebody finally answered and said delivery would be TWO HOURS. Order cancelled, never using Domino's again.

Horrible service. Ordered food at 9:20, called at 10:05pm and was told food would be with us no later than 10:30. 10:30 past, waited another 20 minutes for it to turn up ice cold. Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Still not one so hung up. Appalling service. Will not be coming to Southend Dominos again.

Appalling service from manager Sharee, Dominos please investigate this franchise. Ordered at 7pm at 8pm tried to get an update no answer on the phones 2100 had to go to the branch, only to find pizza was ice cold. This was about 2130. Standards have fallen soo bad in this branch. Had my daughter waiting for food she went to bed hungry. Appalling

My worst ever experience, from any takeaway I’ve ever had! Ordered my pizza at 7:16 it’s now 9:00 no sign of my food. My kids bedtime is now and they’ll go to bed hungry. Called dominos 3 times asked for my pizza and every time they said it’s being sent. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Please don’t use this dominos if your hungry.

Complete joke. Yet again incorrect order, so far 5 unanswered emails and a broken phone call promise from the franchise office. This is from an order made in early October. Over 2 months of waiting patiently. Just embarrassing.

We do a monthly all-team pizza lunch, and usually order over a hundred pounds worth of pizzas and sides. It's unfortunate, but they've managed to get the order wrong 2 months running...

Went to collect our pizzas and one was wrong from our original order when we got home phoned the store and arranged for the correct order to be delivered when the replacement was delivered it was again wrong so phoned store back up to then speak to an extremely rude staff member who was apparently the “manager” someone called Jack, who was disgustingly rude to myself and partner basically saying we were lying and they were right and we would need to prove our original order to them if they was to make another but they wouldn’t deliver to us so we had to pick it up ourselves yet again, arguing with us over the phone was very unprofessional, offering me 10 free pizzas the same evening if I could prove my confirmation order, again very childish all we wanted was the one pizza that was made wrong by them in the first place and ending up not getting anything and having to order more food from somewhere else. Will not be returning and wouldn’t want to order any other further pizzas from this store and will be taking further to head office.

Not too sure why I even bother ordering from these guys anymore, they literally get the order wrong every single time. The number of times vegetarian pizzas come with meat on them is shocking. Especially worrying as I order on the app so it cannot be put down to misinterpretation. Recommendation: ALWAYS check what’s in the boxes before letting the delivery driver leave!

Order arrived 45 minutes later than due. Made an excuse that the drivers car broke down. Food was cold. Spoke to the 'manager' Shree on the phone, he was very rude and didn't offer appropriate compensation. What makes it worse that it was fathers day, they completely spoiled that. Maybe Shree should learn some customer service skills/maybe he shouldn't be manager. Have been ordering from this Dominos for a long time and never had this sort of hassle.

Currently sitting in your store waiting for my pizza and am listening to your staff banter with each other in the back (in very raised tones), swearing every other word and slagging off customers, imitating voices and customer requests. At this point really pleased I left my children in the car! Highly unprofessional.

Who doesn't love a Domino's pizza, in our opinion the best pizza there is! Shame it's so expensive and I end up getting provident loans just to eat pizza!

The food has taken well over an hour to come. The app states it has been delivered. The man on the phone states there is a problem with the GPS, no idea where the driver is but he will be about 10-15 minutes?! Don’t take orders if you cannot fulfil them. Our food is definitely cold having been on the road for 45 + minutes.
