Pizza Time in Southend-on-Sea

I've always recieved great service from Pizza Time, one of the best in the area.

Had a pizza from here tonight , what a lovely pizza at a really good price , had one a few years back and was nice then , and it's not changed well worth a try much better than domino's or papas

always fantastic service, pizzas always amazing reguarly order from pizza time never dissapoints, where its a individual pizza just for me or a large order for all my work place.

Prefer it to domino’s considering this is fresher ingredients and more local

Easily the best pizza I have ever had. Better than dominos or pzza hut. Price is ALOT cheaper than the above. Turned up on time and friendly delivery driver. What more can u ask for.

Always had good service, pizza's are tasty, spicy chicken is what it says, a bit too spicy for me but if you like it hot go for it 😋

This isn’t the first time we have used pizza Time and we have always been pleased with there service, and food unfortunately we was not satisfied with our spicy buffalo chicken, it was absolutely awful far too spicy the sauce that was used was simply pored over the chicken. I was under the impression that the chicken would have been marinated. Would not recommend the spicy chicken!!

Not our first order with Pizza Time as you can’t fault the pizza, always cooked really well and is very reasonably priced, but this time we had a mix up with the order which should have been easily resolved, but unfortunately wasn’t. Instead of 2 cheese garlic pizzas we received 2 cheese & tomato pizzas. Phoned up to let them know but I was greeted with the worst customer service! The phone was answered with a very fed up sounding ‘allo’, so I had to double check I’d actually phoned the right place and not someone’s personal mobile. And then we were completely fobbed off and told we were wrong and we had received the right order. I know the difference between garlic pizza and cheese & tomato pizza. So we didn’t get the garlic bread in the end but the main point of this is that customer service is everything when you’re a smaller restaurant competing against the larger chains and we didn’t receive any whatsoever! Really disappointed. So whoever answered the phone on Saturday 9th April at 5pm, you’ve just lost a customer

When some one asks for a burger to be plain then it should be plain! What are you gonna do if someone has an allergic reaction due to you not reading comments on orders. Honestly terrible.

£6.99 for a medium pizza and comes out like a large, tasted good, great value for money and I'll definitely use them again.

I have ordered pizza twice from this place and both times I got bad gut and diarrhoea. It’s pricey compared to other Pizza places but I still ordered thinking it would have a better hygiene as the rating was good. The first time, I said it might be something else not the pizza but when it happened twice, clearly there is a problem. I would not order from this place again.

Really enjoyed the pizza and nachos, first time I've ordered food from here and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend!

Had the best service from Pizza Time last night, I had rang a few days prior as I don’t eat cheese, I’m always so jealous watching my friends eat pizza as it looks so good, so I called to see if they could make me a pizza without cheese, the man on the phone was so friendly and helpful and said of course we can! So Saturday night for the for the first time ever at 40 years old I ordered my first pizza!! It was AMAZING!! I have found a new love in cheese less pizza 🤣 I had the Mexican heat pizza, it was so spicy and full of flavour, cooked to perfection and turned up hot and fresh! Thank you Pizza time for my first experience, it won’t be my last!! My husband always orders from you and says that your pizzas are the best he has had, looking forward to our next take out 👌🏻😋

When the food was delivered my girlfriend answered the door as I was in the shower and the driver made some inappropriate comments about my girlfriend, I have complained and probably will here nothing back 😡😒sh*t service.

Asked for a chicken bbq pizza and got the wrong pizza, the dough wasn’t even cooked it was raw!

Glorious pizza and good deals, esp mid week. Their cheese hot dog dough balls are to die for ans they have a good vegetarian range. Heart broken that they stopped the cream cheese filled crust though!

No staff in reception, called out to a man in the back room for five minutes and got ignored, spoke to a surly man who said someone was coming..finally a woman arrived who took our order. All in all our whole lunch break was taken waiting for a £7 pizza. perhaps be more prompt when serving pizza to NHS staff!!

Very bad experience when dealing with this take away, some of the staff are very rude and in my opinion shouldn't deal with the general public, I won't order from here again

my go to pizza gaff, probably ordered well over 50 times in past year and half never been disappointed. I may have to cut down before i turn into a ham planet

Had a pizza delivery from here waited an hour for it to arrive, when it finally arrived it was Luke warm not hot at all!! When I complained to say to was cold, and please could I have a fresher one? they were very rude and refused to offer a fresher pizza or refund, I won't be ordering from there again to be spoke to in that manner.

Most disgusting pizza I've ever seen and tasted, did not even resemble a pizza - arrived late and cold

Had a delivery yo us. Friends said the pizza was ok. I had the bbq chicken wings that were ok but a bit too greasy. The food is ok but really not very exciting.

From walking up to receiving pizza was about ten minutes. Really tasty too.

You guys never stop what you do its fantastic the food is superb, the drivers are great and I will only use you! Please keep up the great work I will recommend you to everyone I know! Thank you again made my night :)

Regular order..great pizza deals and service

Definitely one of the best pizzas' I've ate. Great friendly service. Apologised because the pizza would be 20 mins! They will probably cause a few heart attacks in the years to come but, it might just be worth it!

Never had a bad experience, always give options to have the same as our last order (even when it's been months since we ordered) and stick to the time scale given.. 😀

I have been using this company for about 12 months and I have never been disappointed. Fantastic food, amazing service and very friendly. Super Saver Meal is worth it!
