Absolutely ridiculous service they excepted my order and once the payment was cleared then a few mins later cancelled the order and then when I tried to call and speak to them he couldn't understand English properly and kept on saying im sorry i dont understand and said to me to speak to his manager 3 times and the manager refused to come to the phone everytime and was just a joke I might aswell have been talking to myself on the phone VERY VERY POOR service!!!

Food didn't arrive they lied to deliveroo and told them my order was delivered my kids had been waiting for three hours for food I had to order McDonald's instead il be going down there tomorrow to get my money back.

Disgusting!!!! Ordered 2 pizza's, Hawaiian and Pepperoni Passion. Burnt, soggy base, greasy. Hawaiian hss mushrooms all over it. No refund facility just a replacement on the Hawaiian which again was rubbish and went straight in the bin. Don't waste your money. You get what you pay for....

We order from here a lot, always from their app. I would say at least once a month. And most of the time it's in acceptable or even good condition. Only 1 time it was so hot that the cheese was still soft, all the other times it was warm. Even though we are only a 5 minute drive away (but don't drive). On one occasion, I found a hair and called to complain. I was called a liar and when I asked to be put through to a manager I was told no manager was in but he'd leave a message. I never got a call back. Every single time we have ordered a pizza with chicken on it, they put tandoori chicken on it. On their menu they have 4 different kinds of chicken, including plain. Logically, if it doesn't mention what kind it is, you'd assume it means plain. We called months ago to check that the pizza would have plain chicken on it and we were told "of course! We'd never do otherwise". Last week we got a chicken pizza and surprise surprise they put tandoori chicken on it! It's so strong tasting, it completely changes the taste of the whole pizza. We called to complain and we were told all pizzas come with tandoori chicken and that we should have mentioned it during the order and it's our fault that we didn't know that chicken means tandoori chicken. I asked if they can at least change the menu so it's obvious you're not getting plain chicken, but was told no other customer has complained so obviously my complaint is invalid. According to the reviews on Just Eat, I am not the only one unhappy with the misleading description. This time I was apparently speaking to a shift manager, who clearly knows nothing about customer service. He was incredibly rude and spoke over me. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told they weren't in (on a Friday evening). I asked to leave a message to be called back and yes you guessed it, that call never came. Rude, disrespectful and argumentative.

We had these delivered for my daughter's birthday, absolutely huge and brilliant food thank you. Will be ordering for my son's birthday Friday.

Bought 15” Pizza with a bottle of coke, coke didn’t arrive with the pizza and there was an unpleasant surprise in the pizza… Have ordered from here before but this time food was cold aswell.

I oder pizza from you guys and ask 2 chilli pizza and 1 none chilli pizza but they give me 2 none chilli and 1 chilli pizza. And the chilli wasn't even that spicy so I called them and they said it your fault and nex time when you call say "can you put really really spicy pizza" and we will put on top only chilli. They said it in a rude way and hang up. Because I'm a costumers I don't want to be treated like that so as other people too.

Was recommended by a bar maid in one of the local pubs, she said they did good pizzas and is great value for money. Could not agree more. Pizza was lovely and was here within 20 mins. Also, great customer service as I called to change my order to add a small fries and was £1 short in cash, which the very polite delivery driver let me off with. Highly recommend

Rubbish pizzas. And Rude staff. They used to be good, now absolutely rubbish. I was allowed four toppings on a 19inch pizza, so i choose all 4 toppings the same, they definitely put at most two lots thinking i wont notice. Asked specifically for thin crust, got deep pan. And to top it off when placing the order, i asked the guy to repeat the order, but he rudely said they were too busy!!! Absolute joke!

We ordered 3 pizzas, all vegetarian. One arrived with meat, so I complained. He said that's what I ordered and argued with me, even after I explained we're vegetarian. He misheard margherita/meat feast. Rather than admit the mistake, he told me I was wrong. Eventually he understood his mistake and then asked if we wanted the replacement now or tomorrow? Side note, their dips all exploded in the boxes. As someone who hates garlic, this was also annoying.

I pay for 18inch pizza and I received 15inch pizza they done this twice and I try to call them they didn’t even answer

I ordered a medium pizza, some garlic bread and some chicken strips. The food got ordered to completely the wrong address and when we found out who's address it went to, it turned out the gave out the wrong stuff too being the smallest pizza and a piece of garlic bread. I'd be more understanding if the staff were nice about it, even if we didn't get a refund, which would've been fair enough. However, the staff we called not only kept giving us all the excuses in the world, but he also acted condescending to me on call. I'm never ordering from there again!

Always used this place as loved the pizza, tonight I was given an eta of 45 mins hour later called to find out what was going on. Phone answered by a parrot that kept repeating wgat ever I said and then kept saying five minutes... no apologises so much for repeat custom. Deleting app and wont be using again

This place is a perfect example of don't judge a book by its cover, as while the interior might be unassuming (perhaps even underwhelming), and the location may be to their disadvantage, the food is absolutely superb, the pizza comes pipping hot and full of flavor, the cheese is cheesy, the portions are fair and the prices are great. Overall great place and would recommend delivery if possible however the owners and nice and welcoming if not. (Also my pizza recommendation is the 3.99 pizza with a BBQ base, and ham and chicken as the toppings).

Do not ever buy from super pizza. I ordered 1 12 inch for myself and 1 18 inch for my partner and got 2 12 inch pizzas. I called to see if I could get the one I ordered on discount and they only gave me £2 off. My 12 inch pizza was £13.95 and the other was £20 which is ridiculous for a pizza I didn’t even order. And I didn’t even get my money back or even something free to compensate the mistake. They are thieves and horrible

Disgusting service and food. Almost an hour after the estimated delivery time and a poor excuse from the guy who answered the phone food arrived. My partners pizza was completely wrong, half cold and the lettuce in my burger was literally brown. Won’t eat there again.

A good quality reliable Pizza at an affordable price - half the price of Dominoes up the road. Apart from the habit of hiding Pepperoni under the cheese(!), their Pizza recipe is very good. Above average. No high salt content like Pizza Hut, or pithy Chilli-heat factors like from Dominoes; Super Pizzas have a good balance of Dough/cheese/toppings, & their variety of Pizza choices is fair also. They have 3 Base Sauces: Traditional Tomato, Special Sticky BBQ, & a Creamy Garlic Sauce. All have their place & are very enjoyable. Especially if you ask for their Thin Crust Base. Their HOT Pizzas don't muck about! I was Clean shaven when I started the American Hot Pizza.. just finished it, & now I have a beard that drags across the floor. It makes or breaks macho men! They do all the other stuff which I cannot speak for as I always get Pizza! My Dad loves them! Super Pizza have been serving in this rough area for years, & have taken more abuse than they have given. That much I have seen. It cannot possibly be an easy task dealing with the infamous UK Public from (SUFC) Roots Hall Football Ground or any number of the pubs in the local vicinity in an already toxic culture. I believe they have been misunderstood, & can respond very defensively at times due to the abuse they have received over the years. I would like to appeal to the owners of Super Pizza & ask them to please, let us show you our support on social media. I cannot find a Website, Facebook, or a Twitter for them. There are always a few nasty people, but for the most part, people love your food guys & would definitely show you their love & gratitude if you only let us! It's always nice to have a face to a name too. Anyway, I would recommend this establishment if you're open minded & don't believe the hate. Their BBQ pizzas are amazing! And during covid19, with a Hospital near by, they continued to give everyone the same service. It's time we looked out for each other - especially family businesses during these hard times. Thank you for treating my Dad to his favourite, even on Father's Day!

Have been going here for 9 years and in the last year the food has become poor and they have changed the portion size and now they even try to charge you for using your card and they add the price up wrong and when you question them they say it’s a just eat charge when you have called them to order

Do not order from here. What a waste of £30. Straight in the bin. Order super feast. 3 pizza all wrong. Charged me for extra toppings which I didn’t get. The wings were cold and hard. Tried to call but no answer. Avoid this place.

Mostly seemed alright, however placed an order, and upon receiving, they forgot an item. Instead of fixing it, they just made an excuse that the item they "forgot" wasn't a part of the specific deal (even though it was listed right there), and blamed it on someone else for having not amended it. It wasn't until after I listed everything I was meant to get and then informed them of what was missing that they could suddenly say "That item isn't part of the deal" Food was average. Nothing special. Pizza taste relatively boring, chips were average, onion rings and garlic bread were nice. Chicken wings also weren't mentioned as being spicy. Honestly, you can probably quite easily find somewhere better.

I ordered a pizza not realising that my boyfriend had lost his wallet, I called the company back within about 5 minutes to make them aware, and the man on the phone told me to ‘fu** off and find my wallet’. I am a young girl and being spoke to by a grown man in this way, is disgusting. Won’t be ordering again that’s for sure if they think it’s okay to speak to somebody in that way, let alone a customer.

Rude staff! Waited half hour for burger and chips in store and he refused to give me more than 2 mayonnaise (very small ones) caused a big scene in store when I asked for more, I offered to pay and he said 'they are not for sale only 2 per meal' then left to realise he had missed out 6 chicken wings! Chips wasn't Cooked and the hygiene in the place was terrible!

Love this place. I order online and have it delivered. They have a good menu and good prices. Delivery is prompt. The food is excellent quality and cooked perfectly. I’ve never had any problems, I will continue to use them and would highly recommend.

The pizza is nice, but the staff.... awful. The guy in the red shirt that served us today, actually extra charge us £4 . When we realised about it ( in the 19" pizza offer) , he tried to convince us that our pizza was bigger or special, even thought we saw it while they were doing it with all the others, and is in the same box that the other 19" pizzas. My wife confronted him, and they were laughing about it and completely refused to give the £4 back. What a greedy and ridiculous man.

DON'T ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE!!!!!! so i ordered pizza for me and my family , it arrived around super late at like 1.30am i told them it was too late and everyone was now asleep so we didn't want too accept the order , they said if i phoned next day it would get resolved , so afterwards i phoned many times asking to speak to the manager they said i had to wait up three to four days till i could speak with someone , so i speak to someone eventual but he clearly was not the manager and very unhelpful , they refused too give me a refund or another pizza at an reasonable delivery time and were very rude and unhelpful , :( big waste of money me and my family got no pizza or a refund , this pizza place just doesn't care about there customers in the slightest !!! I'm very upset how they can take my money like that , i feel like I've been robbed !!!!

An amazing alternative to the big companies that cost ludicrous amounts for a small pizza. This place does amazing pizzas for low prices, as well as burgers and chicken for those who want variety. The deals on offer are great value. Highly recommended over Domino's or Pizza Hut.

Good size pizza for £10.99, the website didnt discount by 10% like the flyer said. I'm not really fussed this is cheap. The checkout threw me, seeing a PayPal logo, but not having PayPal as a payment option. I will probably order again.

It's funny about the guy who complained about the ham tasting like dog food, well he must of eaten a lot of dog food in his time loooool. Overall decent food.
