Food always fresh and hot! Highly recommend! The staff are amazing and always happy to adjust the order if you need. These guys are busy so expect fresh food and a 45 minute wait. Order early and enjoy later. 😎👍

I love Four Seasons at Shoebury. Every 2 or 3 weeks, I drive my Bentley Mulsanne Turbo Convertible from Thorpe Bay, along the sea front to Shoebury. My grey hair blows in the wind from under my cap. (I have to wear a hat cos I'm a bit thin on top these days). Usually have a small chicken shish kebab. The salad is to die for, so fresh and so much of it. Yummy. The jalapeños are just the right compromise between slightly hot and slightly pickled. If I've had a good flutter result on the orses, I might have a bit of BBQ chicken too, which I have as a sorta starter. Lovely. People say, oh, kebabs are not healthy. Whilst a doner may not be its true, nothing wrong with marinated chicken, loadsa salad and pitta bread. Sure Tim Spector would approve.... Brings back memories of just how bad the kebabs were in Barking, where I woz dragged up, compared to whats on offer at Four Seasons. You go in there some nites and there's 8 or 9 staff on sometimes, all working away, serving customers in the shop, just eat, deliveries etc..... And, the best thing is, in the summer, they shut up shop for a few weeks, and all go back to Turkey (I think it is), to get some R n R and see their families. Still they need a good bita sun to see them thru a Shoebury winter don't they....😉❄🌨. Keep up the good work guys. Geronimo Prosser

New to the area, tired twice now,rude ,offish people, and food nothing special ,kebabs r us couple doors away,total difference ,service first rate and food far tasty,

App is saying our order has been delivered but it’s still yet to arrive. Have called the restaurant twice and quite frankly they could not care less and keep saying it’s on its way and blaming the just eat app. Will not be ordering from here again as it’s the second time it’s happened. I’d like a refund! And I’m starving.

our food arrived as though it had been thrown around, all packaging was battered with half of it fallen in the plastic bag. taste was ok but nothing special, chips were soft, unflavoursome and like warm. not inclined to order again 😒

Ordered at 8.18pm...got a notification that it was on way about 9.15pm ..still no food at 9.30pm..called the store, its being cooked now apparently at 9.35pm...First time of ordering from here, won't be ordering again!

Delivered very early so really not ready. Doner kebabs are greasy to an extent - but these were very much so! Had to wipe mouth at every bite so not a quality product. It served a purpose but if I wanted a quality kebab, I probably wouldn't order this one again.

Ordered three times so far and the food is always hot and delivered promptly. I live in Shoebury about 5 minutes walk from the shop (how lazy is that 🤔). Veggie kebab is very good quality and good value with lots of halloumi and veg. The meat kebabs are less value for the price. You don’t get that much to be honest. The burgers are nice but found pineapple a bit weird so removed. Delivery man looked cold and wet last night and wanted to give him a hug (looked like he needed it) 🤗

Food was nice but wasn’t happy with the chicken steak burger advertised as a quarter pounder, the boss kindly sent a pizza out to make up for it. Also it wasn’t the woman on the phones fault!

Second time ordering. Ordered burger this time for myself. It was definitely the best burger I’ve had from a takeaway. Love that you get a choice of red cabbage in the burger to! Not many places give you the option.

This is by far the best kebab in the UK when they are not open I will not go anywhere else... The food is cooked to perfection and extremely fresh. The service provided is first class and when you go to collect the atmosphere is great so friendly and welcoming. They even know most of our orders now as we have been going for so long... This is my favourite place in shoebury and we'll worth a visit.

Lamb shish was delicious and hot. Lamb was tender. The kids enjoyed their small pizzas burger and chips. Will definitely order again

Missing can of drink on meal deal... Shame!

Food was cold and tasteless when it arrived. Missing items again for the second time in a row. Called the restaurant no apology and the response was we will bring the item to you if we can. So basically we paid for items without receiving them even after calling the restaurant and waiting another hour. Very Disappointing considering we have been regular customers and that’s the way you get treated. Me, family and friends won’t be using again. Poor service.

Our food was never delivered. We waited 2 hours, the app didn’t update past the expected time of 20.50 and then at 21.55 it updated to delivered which it wasn’t. That also means I was unable to cancel the order. I called the restaurant as they close at 22.00 and they confirmed no drivers were there and I order hadn’t even been made because there were no drivers and recommend we cancel our order - which we can’t do as it was showing as delivered at 20.34. We ordered at 19.47 and not until 22.00 d

Food good, took a little later than was first told, 35-40 mins before ordering but took over an hour in the end; worth it for the food tho (not chocolate fudge cake, it’s gateaux)

Best kebab in Southend. Get from here atleast once a week. Best to go pick it up yourself its quicker.

Food technically was in the time periods.’stated but still arrived an hour and ten minutes after ordering and the food was cold and very wet. Like it been sitting there for awhile.

Had onion rings, chicken, chips and kebab, hot food was fab! Nice and hot on arrival, kids kebab meal was big! Issues… ordered a chocolate fudge but received a frozen gateaux?! Heads up also, doesn’t say on the menu the kids meal came with chips so ordered more than needed

Waited from 7.30 till 9.15 for order. Burgers were ok but not as nice as normal but the garlic mushroom were either reheated or over cooked. Git message to say enjoy your food 10 mins before order!

Ordered Doner Pizza and have felt very unwell since eating it, severe stomach aches.

Been ordering from here since December and can not fault it one bit. Service and attitude towards special requests is beyond amazing and there is something about the pizza dough that just makes it so yummy. As long as we live in Shoebury we will be regulars here for Kebabs and Pizza for sure! Great work.

Fancied a mixed chicken doner kebab and a pizza to share. We got a free cheese & garlic bread with the pizza order so more than enough food for two. Mixed chicken / doner kebab was as expected with a side salad, the pizza was a pan style pizza (not my favourite type) but was hot and filling. Overall nothing to complain about and the big question is as always. . . Would I go back? Yes.

Nasty oily food. The kebab is just soaked in orange grease. No salad even though I ordered salad. The manager was rude patronising and sounded like he was blowing something down the phone. Avoid at all costs

Food is great from here with fast service, great as a kebab takeaway but feel they need to up their game as other Turkish restaurants/takeaways are probably a bit better. I must say that there is nothing wrong with the food they do now tho.

The food was cold. Was 24 mins late . When I rang the restaurant was told they was busy and food was left for driver to take wasn't offered a anything for the inconvenience.

My kebab and chips were lovely however I ordered chocolate fudge cake but received a frozen piece of chocolate gateaux that’s not defrosted 2 hours after receiving it- tiny bit disappointed as every other time I’ve ordered it’s been great

Love this place.. but tonight the pizzas were luke warm at best and soggy! There also must of been about 3 tiny pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. Would order again as love the kebabs but the pizzas were horrible. We threw most of them away.
