What a great place. Wonderful Dad and Daughter Duo working the place when I arrived. I love family tun businesses and always prefer supporting locals over chain restaurants. The absolutely flavourful food was prepared to perfection and the portions were great. I order the medium chicken kabob wrap because I was very hungry. Despite the large portion, I ate every bite of it! I couldn't stop! (And don't skip the garlic sauce) Well done folks. Well done. Will definetely return. Sorry no photo. I ate it too fast

I would highly recommend this store. His prices are friendly, portions are generous, and the boss is attentive and polite. If you choose to pack, you can pack the meat and vegetables separately so that they still taste good even when you take them home. The chicken is just right.

My wife and I dropped in here on the way home last night and grabbed a large donner and a meat feast pizza. Very friendly, fast service and the food was great! Recommended.

I was told this kebab shop was great so I thought I’d give it a try and it was fantastic I got a chicken kebab which was delicious but they also gave me a free drink. The staff were really friendly so I would recommend it .

Rubbish! Waited more than 2 hours after the predicted hour for delivery, phoned twice to confirm, wrong food delivered. Even the delivery man said his wife had given up on her delivery and gone to bed!! Put the phone down on me when I asked for a refund.

I went in for a quarter pounder. Got a free drink and even a chips added on for nothing. The guys here work hard, always friendly, and if they can do a favour for their regulars they will do. Foods always great. Nice to see people that care about their customers. Always appreciated 👍

Thieves. Price above the counter clearly states '£9 for a large donner', but they charged me £10. The guy (who knows me from years ago) ALWAYS tries to offer you a drink (as though it is free) and when you refuse (as I did) he charges you for it anyway. What a clever trick, eh? And I remember complaining about the SAME trick about 20 years ago. I don't mind paying ten pounds for a large donner, but I do mind being tricked. I will NEVER return as I am tired of their antics. I just spoke to a friend who has also had the same experience, so I know they do this with everyone.

I got a meat fest pizza from Southend Kebab and pizza house tonight. I ordered the 12". I must say, it was absolutely lovely and loads of toppings. This pizza was literally half the price of famous pizza outlets and alot nicer. The guy behind the counter was very polite and chatty. He also gave me a can of drink whilst I awaited. The meatfest pizza was £11. Great service, great value, great food. Highly recommended food outlet. Thank you.

Order was clearly forgotten about as it took almost two hours, once it did turn up half the order was wrong! Rang back and was told the correct food will be sent but still waiting hour after everyone else has eaten. Food was standard and cold . Had high hopes as reviews seemed good won't be ordering again

Had a top quality burger and chips here tonight. Really tasty, a proper burger with loads of salad and burger sauce. Exactly how a kebab shop should be, the men who run it are nice too. Highly recommended.

Ordered haloumi kebab, chicken kebab and onion rings for my children. Fantastic food, owner is always so friendly and welcoming, always offers a free drink. I’ve had a few other dishes from there (vegetarian) and never been disappointed!

Been a long while since we had a Kebab, so it was our place of choice to get one, Doner non-greasy, plenty of it on the large at £9, mixed Chicken doner and Lamb Shish at £9, nice homemade chilly sauce, plenty of pickled Chilly, always get a free drink too.

Ordered here many times and lots more since lockdowns, always go for the grill section with the Turkish bread and rice. Never bad, always good and tasty and lots of it. Flavours are great.

The food is horrible I don’t recommend, the pizza is just swimming in grease if you order with pepperoni. The delivery takes a long time and the driver is not nice and rude at my encounter with him I honestly don’t enjoy it

Ordering with these guys for a while. Used to be superbly fast delivery it's now usually within an hour. Prices gone up slightly too, however seem to me that portions got bit smaller too or my eyes just got more greedy😁 However never had any issues with delivery and always very friendly approach with good quality food. Definitely recommend

Was kebab was so tasty and the jalapeño cheese balls has the correct bite not overpowering at all and I love hot but this was subtle and so full of flavour excellent cheesy chips and very fresh chunky salad well worth a 2 nd and even 3 or 4 th visit

Never showed up. Ordered and after 15 minutes of them failing to find the address, they abandoned the food on someone elses doorstep and blocked my number. Then lied to Just Eat to say it was delivered, so I was unable to get a refund.

Always get our takeaway kebab fix here as its local and consistent plus they have the chicken Doner which not all places have and no grease/oil either, decent portion size, good service and always a free can of drink, Large Chicken Doner £7.50.

Stopped here after a night at the Palace Theatre as the majority of places around the theatre had already closed. I must say, it wasn't a bad choice at all as the food was lovely. The place also looked very clean.

horrible customer service from the rude lady on the phone and wouldn't admit to forgetting my order and when we called again she hung up on me and the food took nearly 2 hours to show up and when it arrived we cancelled AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Have used this place several times, they have a large menu to choose from and my particular favourite is the chicken doner, it's really good. Friendly staff and not overpriced. Try it and see for youself.

Just ordered from Southend Kebab and Pizza house. Told my order would be an hour which I can understand. Then over hour and half later it still hasn't shown. I recently just called them to ask for update. Woman was rude and unhelpful. Just said order was only being cooked now after hour and half and said nothing she can do or will do about it. I find this outrageous. I work within catering customer service myself and I know times can get busy but the lack of care or apology from them is disgusting. I am not happy.

Poor service Phoned up and made an order as usual, was told there is a 45 minute wait for the food 1 hour later no food. So called up to ask where my order was and they told me they had forgotten about the order. Simply not good enough.

Avoid this place!! I have been here twice before and it has been relatively good. However, tonight I popped in on the way back from the pub at 8pmish and ordered some food, paid for it and sat down. After 5 minutes the elderly lady started shouting at me and accusing me of theft. I was sitting minding my own business. She continued to shout at me and told another customer that I was in the wrong. I protested stating that if I was then why was I sitting quietly in the corner waiting for my food. The rest of the staff became aggressive and I left. I paid for food but never received it. I am not happy about this and will definitely be taking this further. In the meantime I would avoid using this place. It's a shame as I like to encourage people to use local businesses, however, on this occasion I would recommend going elsewhere.

Service is absolutely awful, just called to find out where our order is as said delivery 20:10 to be told they are with 50 orders and to wait. Was a regular customer until tonight!

Byram is an absolute gentleman. Pizza is fantastic. Kebabs are generous and the guys are always helpful and welcoming. Even on the very odd occasion when food is not the best (every takeaway is entitled to an off night) just let the guys know and it will definitely be put right

Ordered on just eat delivery was 40 minutes, which is ok but then literally as order was placed the restaurant added another half hour on it. If I'd of known I wouldn't of bothered! Food was good, hot and reasonably priced. But delivery of 1 hour 10 minutes is ridiculous!

Cuando volvimos a llamar para pedir una hora más tarde para una actualización de nuestra entrega la señora me gritó su 6 km no tengo tiempo y me colgaron el teléfono. Así en 2. 30 de la mañana esta pasada comida fría. Los nuggets de pollo no parecía ser cocinados y el kebab estaba todo mojado y se cayó a pedazos. Ninguno de los gustos de la comida y no comer aquí de nuevo. Servicio personal grosero pobre y repugnante comida! ! ! !

3 visitas en una semana (desconocidas para nosotros) ha recogido dos veces y tenía domicilio una vez (sin que normalmente viven en llevar - conjunto de circunstancias) en ese tiempo tratamos una amplia variedad de platos de la casa a la tiramisú casero icilliana Kebab y innovadores todo estaba muy bueno. Probablemente no es el más barato de kebabs, pizzas y hamburguesas en la ciudad, pero la mejor que hemos encontrado localmente. No he probado la pizza, pero todo lo demás dieron un aprobado de 7 en total que comimos comida desde aquí esta semana.

Absolutely terrible customer service, unwilling to listen or accept responsibility for an order taking over and hour and a half to arrive at an address 5 minutes away, then the order being incorrect and unwilling to rectify said mistake simply blaming it on me claiming I ordered wrong, then hanging the phone up on me. I'm a long time loyal customer and I shall never be ordering again.
