Pedí desde Domino's Pizza (Birmingham - Central) y rastreé la entrega en el mapa en vivo de su sitio web. Observé cómo el repartidor iba en dirección opuesta a mi casa, antes de regresar a la sucursal. Cuando llamé a la sucursal para averiguar qué había pasado, me dijeron -en tono muy grosero e irrespetuoso- que el conductor había llegado a mi casa (no era cierto) y me llamó por el teléfono móvil pero no contesté (tampoco cierto) , por lo que regresaron a la sucursal. Qué tan pobre debe ser la cultura de su empresa para culpar a sus clientes de su propia incompetencia. Para añadir más insultos, mi pedido de pizza y guarniciones finalmente llegó frío como piedra. Había planeado hacer un pedido para la reunión social de mi oficina más tarde esa semana, pero no quería arriesgarme después de mi experiencia. Hazlo mejor, Domino's.

Absolutamente terrible servicio hoy de Dominó. Pedí en grupo a las 10: 20 esta mañana para una entrega a las 13: 45 - 14 : 00 con instrucciones claras de que me llamaran cuando llegara. El repartidor no hizo esto y luego devolvió la comida y la aplicación se actualizó para decir que se había entregado. Llamé a la tienda y hablé con un hombre grosero y discutidor que decía que era gerente, pero que no tenía habilidades de servicio en absoluto. No hubo disculpas y la comida fue enviada de vuelta fría. Luego intentó darme una dirección de correo electrónico falsa para hacer una denuncia.

They messed up our order twice, we ordered two large pizzas the first time and gave us the wrong base. My boyfriend is allergic to tomato base pizza so we got barbecue and they did it wrong and he had an allergic reaction. They promised us a large pizza and side as return for messing it up and we paid and ordered again the next day. THEY MESSED IT UP AGAIN. We complained and they hanged up the phone on us. Silly people. Don’t come here.

Would give zero stars if I could. If you want to spend £30 for the branch to mark your food as delivered when not even attempted, then hang up on you and cancel your calls, then try this joke excuse of a store. Customer service no help whatsoever and refusing to give a refund. Don’t risk it.

It's certainly quite an achievement turning someone's pizza into a homogenised blob. However, the person at the branch was quite helpful and receptive when I called to give some feedback. Even offered to make things right. Hope they can improve.

I have ordered from here quite a lot, I was really hungry and ready for my Xmas treat, I was half through my pizza when I saw a hair stuck within the packaging. My Doughballs which were a big part of the reason for making this order arrived burnt and inedible, the order was also wrong and the Registered trademark Oreo cookie crumb was missing. I would probably give less than one star if I have an option to do it. Pizza came with a long hair stuffed in it. Shops smaller than this have good hygiene. If I have an option to upload a video, I would probably upload a video of me plucking a long hair stuffed inside the pizza base. Please don’t order the pizza from this dominos.

Delivery time more than 40 minutes after advised. Store blamed the driver and the app rather than take responsibility. Food arrived lukewarm, store said to sent it back to reheat it. So it wouldn’t even be fresh and probably take over an extra hour. The outcome - offered a side of wedges on my next order. Learn customer service and hire drivers and management that know how to deal with customers.

Pizza came fine but when I was eating the pizza there was a hair in the pizza as I took a bite then spat it out straight away. It wasn't my hair because it was in the dough of the pizza so it was attached to it and dominos was never that good but I didn't expect to have a hair in it from one of the workers there. Won't be ordering again and if any of you order from here, hope there isn't hair in your pizza

STAY AWAY. This is the first time I’ve been let down by dominos, and it was really disappointing. The food arrived cold and was not enjoyable at all. To make matters worse it was late and when I called to address the issue, I was met with a terrible attitude. I've never been treated so poorly. I ended up having to throw away £50 worth of food because of the unacceptable condition it was delivered in.

You can normally see 1-2 inches of dough on the outer edge! More dough than toppings. Pepperoni is wafer thin and getting thinner if that’s possible. It’s the same at every domino pizza store.

Ordered 2 pizzas, delivery driver claimed to approach the hotel to deliver the food but when I explained this didn’t happen they tried to shut me down and explain they would send a replacement. Eventually I managed to fully explain our situation and corrected the faults. But the initial phone call was rather hostile and degrading when I tried to explain our side of the story almost if they wouldn’t let me correct them and find a solution without conflict

Seems like there is a shortage of toppings at this dominos including cheese. Utterly useless. A pizza from dominos costs around 30p to make. Don’t skimp on the toppings.

I'm disappointed by the unprofessionalism of this team. We frequently make orders from this branch for our office. The orders arrive okay and the receipt is sent by email. For whatever reason the order I made yesterday they never sent me the receipt so that the person who paid can get refunded by the company. I called them and the person I spoke to was able to trace my order and told me they will send the receipt. A few hours later I called back and I was given an email to email and request for the receipt. I did that but didn't receive anything. Today I called again and they were able to trace my order and assured me they will send the receipt. That was in the morning. And now it's 3pm I've called back and I said "hi it's me again asking about the receipt" the person put me on hold and cut the call. I called again and they have blocked me. The employee who spent their money has emailed me asking for the VAT receipt so that they can make the claim. I don't have the receipt because the people who work here think it's funny taking someone for a ride. Absolutely unprofessional and cruel. I could actually hear them chatting about it in the background before they cut the call.

We ordered twenty pizzas and a range of dips from this store for our anniversary party. They arrived right on time, piping hot and were delicious. The driver was really helpful and parked in the perfect spot in a difficult location just to reach us. Highly recommended!

My partner and I were hungry after a long drive tonight, and popped in, ordered on site, and waited for our pizza and chicken. On one hand, it’s Dominos. You know what to expect. But the place was beautifully clean and nicely laid out. The reason I’m writing is because the man who was handling the dough worked with such mastery and precision and care that it made me so happy, and amidst all that’s wrong and unkind in the world, watching that gentleman carefully stretch and trim the dough and precisely ladle and spread the sauce felt like getting to see kindness at work. Both my partner and I thought the pizza tasted unusually good for a Domino’s. I don’t know how he sees his work, but I appreciate it. Also, the gentleman running the topping station was taking care to keep it tidy as things ran along. Just lovely to see people doing a beautiful job feeding others.

I fell asleep late at night with my "sleep mode" on and didn't receive my pizza that night. However, they were kind enough to make me another one the next day. The service was very friendly and great. Thank you.

Rude and unhelpful staff, have no idea on what good customer service is whatsoever and always mess up your orders. I once requested stuffed crust on two large pizzas and when it arrived they had no stuffed crust on neither of them. I was told they would sort this out next time I order. I ordered again recently and requested stuffed crust to be added free of charge, I explained that on my last order it was missing and I was told it would be sorted out on my next order, however the guy on the phone was not willing to help or understand and said he can’t do anything about it. After being told this, I requested my order to be cancelled and refunded as I’m not willing to give custom to a business who don’t care about their customers. Surprisingly, after I had said this, I was told it’s fine and they will go ahead and add the stuffed crust free of charge. When the food arrives, yet again, there is no stuffed crust on any of the pizzas. I was lied to about and believed they would actually do the right thing and honour and make up for their previous mistake. In a nutshell, I was lied to just so I don’t cancel my order and was given false promises which obviously and intentionally was only to get me off the phone and pay for my food with no true intention of sorting this out for me. To add to this, the delivery driver got to my address, called to say he’s outside, once I opened the door, he was just sat their in his car staring at me eye to eye for a good 30 seconds as if he wanted me to come to his car myself, lazy driver is the least I could say! I paid £2 delivery charge so I expect an attempt at the delivery being made, not the driver sitting down and waiting for the customer to come out. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE, THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND FULL OF UNHELPFUL, INCOMPETENT DECEIVING STAFF!!!

Think previous comments are harsh but that wasn't my experience.. staff were friendly and I didn't have any problems at all.. pizza was beautiful.. you can tell it's a clean place, 10/10 for me thanks guys

Normally amazing but today I ordered two pizzas and two deserted. When it initially arrived one pizza and two desserts arrived. The driver said he would be back in 15 minutes with the pizza but 45 minutes later no pizza. I called up and they said it was being sent to me now. I waited another 30 mins for a cold pizza which had obviously been sat on the side for the time where it was not with me. Not at all happy.

AVOID at all cost. The service is here is so poor, they need to shut it down. Seen them blowing there nose on top of the food and not wash hands.... Utterly useless delivery drivers.

Food was absolutely fine. However i went to collect my food, and although it said it was ready to collect, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for somebody to even come and serve me, even though there was only one other person infront of me. Service in store was shocking.

Went for the vegan pepperoni 🍕 it was just ok. The veggie sizzler is nice. The customer service was good and the members of were polite.

This branch, Birmingham central... The staff are incredibly untrained and rude. I live quite close and I always get upset each time I order here. They are always visibly angry at customers for no reason. They need to improve.

The pizza is good however the staff at this location are not trained in customer service. They don't talk to you unless you get their attention by calling at them and even then they act like you are annoying them. It's a customer facing role... Provide customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza with a big garlic dip yesterday, the driver forgot the dip and told me he's going back to the store to bring it, it was a late evening and I thought I'll stay awake and wait for it but the driver never arrived. Called Birmingham Central branch and asked for a refund the following day and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said because it is already the next day she cannot do anything. I had to be up at 6am in the morning the following day and spending half of the night trying to figure out where my dip is is the last thing I want to do. When questioned why should I pay for products I did not receive she said she's going to talk to the manager. Came back to me in a rude voice and said leave a comment next time you order and you will get an extra dip. That does not solve the problem as I asked for a refund for an item I did not receive yesterday. Absolutely horrible and this is not the first time this happened, the driver did not bring the dip and lied, the lady was extremely rude when asked a totally normal question.

The rude driver simply didn't answer and hung up on me, so my order wasn't delivered to me and I had to get a refund! A very bad ordering experience!!!

They served me a Haram pizza with extra Ham and bacon . I noticed this after delivery so feed it to my dog Liam smith.

Very good delivery service, however I was give around 30-40 mins for delivery. But it arrived within 20 mins. It was quite an inconvenience as I was balls deep in the wife. Overall a great service.

I used the drive through so I can't comment on the atmosphere but the food was hot & the swiftest I've ever been to. It can get busy, but I suppose that's to be expected.

Didn't even leave before making this review. Sticky booth seats. Rude manager who cut off my friend and rushed us through. Refused table service in order for us to use the QR code. We sent back two dirty plates, and they both came back as they'd been handed to us. One floor member shouting across the restaurant to his section. Also £3+ for a soft drink is outrageous, 4 soft drinks cost us a little under £16. As soon as we'd sat back to have a break and chat our table was cleared in a rush. We took our food to go to get out as quickly as we could.

I ordered my food they confirmed my order and I haven’t received my order and it’s saying it’s been delivered now I’m trying to contact them and they are cutting the phone off

I ordered a ranch bbq pizza but it doesn’t have bbq sauce. I tried to call them, and when I said I have a problem they hung up on me. I tried to call them a second time and I said “hi, I just called but you hung up on me”they hung up again. I don’t recommend ordering from them.

Very rude customer service . Apart from the top manager ( he was nice In behaviour) all others are having very bad manners and always rude. When we asked to connect to manager , they just refuse it by challenging us to go and complain to dominos head office .

We stayed in the hotel next door collected some stuff one of the days awful customer service! They can’t seem to take a order and seem to lack any customer service! The food itself I had after many years and glad to say I’ve not missed anything il give it a kiss for few more!

Horrible customer service. Driver didn't even notify me that he had turned up. I went back and forth with staff on the phone to try and retrieve my order. Rude customer service on the phones also with staff giving backchat. When the driver turned up he shoved the food in my hands and shouted at me for not calling him, when he should have called. Better off ordering from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns.

Ordered a Large Cheese and Tomato pizza, was made within 15 mins which was good. But super disappointing seeing it barely had any cheese on it, and the base was so thin it seemed as though they used a medium dough and stretched it out. What a waste of £14. I shouldve got one from aston for £2 instead and put in oven. Avoid if possible.

At around 6:30 pm I was ordering a pizza at Stratford-upon-Avon, one of the staff I was looking at told me he was being provoked by looking at him. I don't get it, we have to come to your dominoes without looking at the staff? Then he followed me out and wanted to beat me, he insulted me, your employees!!! How can this be, Dominos is a safe place without violence, I will raise this situation on social media. That it's not worth ordering like that, because you can lose your life or be a cripple.

Delivery time was 20 minutes when we ordered but took an hour, food was cold, nachos were burnt with barely any toppings - the top layer had a tiny bit of salsa/cheese underneath was just more burnt plain nachos, double decadence crust had no filling, we were both sick the next day from the food - ordered from here plenty of times but this order was shockingly bad

I've been ordering for a while, the food on average is to my standards however the driver simply can't follow instructions and ring the given door bell on my flat, in addition to this they have to call me just to say my food is here just so they can sometimes just sit around in their car whilst I stand around in the cold between my flat and the outside. Finally, i usually order dip and this can more often then not, be the incorrect one. I dont blame the driver but when I inform the driver they normally don't know what to do and they can't refund me because I pay usually with card. Honestly disorganization is very present in this squad. Edit: I forgot to add that I had to give my personal number as the people were too lazy to go through the anti scam procedures on my house phone which is literally just asking for your name or associated business which I dont think is asking much. Also occasionally drivers for some unknown reason, go to a house down my street at times when I know for sure I gave them the right address... 2nd Edit: Place pretty much gets my order wrong, promises compensation and doesn't follow through with it so thank you for robbing me

This is the first time I am leaving a negative review. She 1 star is the minimum I can give as the service deserves NO stars. I have been a long time consumer of Dominos and I have never had an isssue with an order. On this last order, I was sent chicken (Frank's hot wings) that smelt and tasted off. I rang the branch, a driver was sent, they spoke on the phone in a foreign language then I was told the return was unacceptable. What happened to consumer rights? I will never order from Dominos again and I certainly won't be recommending it to any one. Shame on you Dominos Birmingham Central

I added a picture of the actual appearance of a Domino’s Pepperoni Pizza and 2 other pictures of what they have sent me!!!! You can judge yourself🙂 I ordered the Pepperoni with Crispy Crust but they have sent me a burnt pizza and when I told them, they said it’s how it should look like as a Crispy pizza!!!! After being Domino’s customer for almost 2 years, today I have to say, I’m really DISAPPOINTED in them!!! Sending the wrong orders, not sending the sides with orders multiple times, not caring about the additional notes for the driver and NOW sending low quality pizzas! Well, again we have paid for another RUINED family dinner thanks to Dominos (Birmingham Central) !!! 🙂 I will never ever order from the Birmingham Central branch!!! It’s the worst branch as they always have deal prices to gain more customers but the pizzas’ qualities are not worth it!!!

Good pizza, made very quickly. Bit annoying that we weren't eligible for delivery yet we only live a few minutes away, and outside the store is double yellow lines so stopping to pick up the pizza was tricky. Otherwise was great

Driver refused to get out his car and walk 10 steps to meet me at the hospital entrance despite me being in my nurse hospital uniform and being unable to walk outside the hospital doors to meet him on the road. His manager then rang me to who I explained the situation to again, and informed them I'd have to go up four floors and get changed out my uniform and come down again which would take me 10minutes, then said he would give me five minutes and thats it. ZERO customer service.

Ordered a pizza online. They were supposed to deliver the pizza to the car as it was the selected option online. Waited ages with Hazard lights on and nobody attended to us. Went in and they said we didnt select the pizza to be dropped off outside when we clearly selected this option. Pizza was cold. What a waste of time.

Disgraceful attitude from the staff here. Had a few problems with them. Called to see if they could email me a VAT receipt after they ignored three of my emails to the store. He told me he was too busy and put the phone down on me.
