There are plenty of Caspian Pizza locations, but this one stands out for all the wrong reasons—terrible service, poor quality, and extremely rude behavior. Not recommended.

Uzebuallah was giving us brilliant customer service he was very patient and a very kind man thanks to him we will 100% be coming back to the shop thanks !

Erm what on earth have you done to the sauce lol caspian sauce has become trash sauce 😑 never ordering from here again nasty doesn’t go with the pizza the sauce made your name not the pizzas, you can get the same style of pizza from any pizza shop around… but the sauce used to be incomparable to other shops….

Very nice and clean pizza Shop. The food is very good and all products are halal and healthy. All the stuff are very friendly, specially the owner Mr Nima. I raccomand to visit with your family and friends and enjoy eating a pizza .

This branch isnt the same anymore. I used to be a regular here for years but the food quality has gone down (A LOT!) even after giving it a few more chances it hasn’t changed so it wasn’t a one off experience, you just need to look at the quality of their caspian sauce its been watered down and dont hold the same taste. Compromise on quality to increase profit = lose out on customers.

This place used to be good but now the pizza are not nice.

Rather get a pizza from Domino’s than this place, the prices are the same and Dominos tastes way better. This is worst pizza I’ve tasted

This is the only Caspian's pizza I go to in Birmingham! Absolutely fresh delicious tasty food, and amazing service by the staff always feel welcome and comfortable in the shop. Also the owner always looks after us as-well as his staff! My go to is California chicken on thin crust with sweetcorn - you will deffo need to try 🔥

Delicious pizza and lovely staff. Offered dates and water so we could open our fast while we were waiting for our food to be made. Their pizzas are to die for, and excellent size. The dough is soft and not chewy, the cheese and stringy and the ingredients are fresh. Love eating from here! Highly recommend :)

The owner is very nice. Never had a bad pizza from here in my life and I’ve been coming here ever since they opened. This is the best caspians in Birmingham . I wouldn’t come here for the chicken, wings or anything else, but you can’t go wrong with their pizza and fries. 10/10

pizza was nothing special, "meh" at best. ordered via uber eats- definitely not worth it, far too expensive for what you get which is below average pizza for above average cost. Delivery was swift though. Cannot recommend and will not be purchasing from here again. One star for the food and one star for delivery.

Am amazing place to get pizza from. The quality of food is amazing. It is a bit pricier than other pizza stores but the quality of course is much better. They have a spacious seating area if you eat indoors. And of course can't forget the Caspian sauce. Perfect sauce for the pizza.

I had a children's party happing and I ordered 20 large pizza. These guy were brilliant they were so good i got the food on time and they gave a really good discount when they found out that it was for a children's eid party. I'm so pleased with them. Couldnt be more happy.

My husband phoned them at 11:36 to place an order for collection, they said it would be ready in 10 mins. When he got 10 mins later, there the shop was closed! Cant understand why they accepted the order if they were going to close? Appalled.

This is the best Caspian pizza in Birmingham and if you want good food at a good price then this is a good place to go. Great value, great staff who are engaging and so friendly. You can eat in or takeaway, but I always call first with my order and they get it ready for me. Recommended!

Ordered 4 xl pizzas & 1 large, tandoori chicken ones, outstanding pizza, the base and quality cheese n ingredients, SPECIALLY the chicken is best, looked fresh nice shredded chicken, not like this frozen machine made processed small chicken cudes / pieces which every other pizza shop do all around. could taste the pizza just the way a pizza should be. 4 family members really enjoyed and rated 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I heard too much about this place as there pizza are the best in the local surrounding areas. give them a try and it was awful. i gave them benefit of doubt and order once again after a year. but got extremely disappointed with them. this time i tried different option but result was still same. they need to improve on the quality and drop their prices.
