Very delicious Pizzas I ordered three large ones for a little get together. - Mushrooms with Veg - Tandoori chicken with onions and sweetcorn - tandoori chicken with peppers onions and sweetcorn They were all equally delicious.

So I ordered a pizza and 2 burgers, guy on the phone was cool advised me 14.50 on the phone and then received a text confirming this. When the delivery driver came said I owed 18 for the delivery when I said I have the text and also the guy on the phone said 14.50 he said It was his mistake and I have to pay 18 pounds. When I said I have to pay for his mistake ye said aggressively YES OR GIVE ME BACK A BURGER. I felt threatened and felt like if I didn't give him the money he would hit me or something so I gave the money but I will never go to here again they scam people

I swear they gave me Aldi £2 pizza from the oven ...please check if your pizza is fresh made...sad branch

Pizza was overdone and dry with barely any tomato sauce , the dips were boiling hot, called the takeaway and was spoken to very rudely, I usually order from Caspian in Alum rock and pizzas always good, I told them this and they told me I should go there then if I didn't like their pizza and this is what they do apparently , awful customer service and will not order from this Caspian again.

Worst pizza place ever !! Sent the wrong food out then when I spoke to them they was nothing but rude to me, I waited 2 hours for a new one to come And still didn’t turn up! Ordered chicken kebab pitta. Thete is deginately no kebab in this. All chivken which a horrible whiff to it and stale.

Food was nice but employee trying to charge more regardless of advertised prices on the menu. (Had to call his boss to confirm.. saying he has been charging that price to all previous customers.. not acceptable)... also apparently if you want to get it delivered it will cost me double the price... never going here again

I ordered a large American pizza and it was delivered piping hot. Plenty of cheese, not overbaked, just the right amount of jalapeno slices.

I've seen more hygienic crack houses than this place, how hasn't it been closed down, there was dried food all over front counter, clearly been there some time, tables were filthy, floor was filthy, mouldy ceiling, grimey chairs, really disgusting.

Awful service. When food delivered it was missing items and when rang up they were not bothered. I have asked for money back but they do not want to give me money or the rest of my order.

I ordered for this restaurant via foodhub on 17 july but the shop was closed. It DIDNT show this and let me pay, and then when I tried getting a refund I was taken in circles and told to call the shop directly - who didn't know of rhe order! - phone calls not answered for ages. I'm leaving this so people will NOT use foodhub - they steal your money! Just use justeat, even if they take more of the restaurant's profits at least I won't be robbed! Also pizza quality is poorer, and I ordered recently and was sent the wrong order! Very disappointed in the deterioration over the years.

Ordered online and they charge me but food was never delivered. Tryed to call but no one attended. Went to shop to collect myself but shop was closed. Took pic of closed shop as a prof. Went to other branch they said they cant do anything its a different owner. Paid again for food to other shop for food. A lot of hasle money stil not refunded

Not worth it. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, the pepperonis were cut in half its like their saving money but charging customers extra, only 2 mushrooms per pizza, not worth the money. The chips didn't taste fresh. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have ordered online and collection. I must say this Caspian does not represent other Caspian pizza shops. Was very disappointed, special pepperoni? there was nothing special about it. The pepperoni were cut half and joy could only get 1 pepperoni per slice. Not worth it at all, the dough is 20p n 1 pepperoni sliced into 2 is worth 20p. They need to fix up. I asked mushroom instead of peppers and onions. Barely saw any mushroom in the pizza. The pizza looked like a naked cheese on toast

love this place lots of space and never been there when its over crowded. People all seem to be cleaning the equipment after use. All the staff seem very helpful and pleasant too. There is also a big car park so no need to worry bout parking

Ordered twice both times late cold and rude staff o the phone won't order from there ever again

I ordered 2 cheese burgers but we only took a few bites and couldn't finish the rest. The burgers were overcooked, there was no flavour and the baps were very soggy. I took them back and asked for a refund which he refused at first "because you've eaten (a FEW bites) them so I can't re-use them now." I said "So if I hadn't touched them you would've used them for another customer instead, but because you can't you won't give me my money back!?" He said "Well I can't use them like this! You should've just looked at them and then decided you didn't want them" I told him to stop arguing with me and give me my money back, which he did, at that point. It makes me wonder how many times customers have taken food back and he's given it to another customer? This shop has a Food Hygiene Rating of 1 - now I know I will NEVER visit here again.

Not up to usual standard! Can’t usually fault the food from here but today it was dismal! Food arrived after an hour when it should have arrived in half the time. Driver had not got a clue where he was going even after he was told the house number on the phone still went to the wrong house. Pizza was cold in more ways than one. Heat cold and not a ‘spicy hot’ one as requested fries were soggy and also stone cold. Sauce tub was squashed so half the sauce was missing...... Not saying I won’t eat from here again but it’s the last time I get a delivery!

Chicken was off, bad smell ok the chicken tikka kebab and chicken pizza. Told them about it but all they had to say was that they have a lot of customers and no one has said this before well the review says different. Not worth the spend could not eat any of the food, fries soggy and cold

Making up prices and overcharging rude customer service

Disgusting pizza. The chicken was old and smelt off. Family couldn't eat the pizza. We tried to take the chicken pieces off the pizza and try to eat it, but even then could smell something was off. Never ordering from here again. Wasted over £20 for something inedible! Luckily didn't get food poisoning! How can the restaurant play a lottery with people's health by using old chicken? Disgusting! Unhappy to say the least. I mean it's Caspian pizza, there prime food is pizza surely they could get pizza right and include fresh ingredients!?

I wouldn't even give this place half a star let alone one star. Absolutely disgusting service. My family ordered an 2 XL pizza's, 2 fries and a bottle of drink. We received 1 XL pizza and 2 packets of chips. We didn't even order this and it didn't even taste nice. Chips were raw as if they were boiled. We told the delivery guy we received the wrong order who proceeded to say he's just the driver. We called in and explained the problem. They said they will deliver the rest of the food - they didn't. We called again and half way through talking they cut off the phone. We called the next day explaining our problem and said we can't do anything about it and they were really rude. They practically STOLE from us. If you're going to order from Caspians then order from the coventry road store, never this one. Best thing is to shut it down :)

where do i start?! ordered food about 7.20, said to be delivered at 8.35. 9oclock comes and nothing. phone Caspians and sounded like the food hadnt even been made but we were told about ten mins. 9.30 comes and we get a call from the driver who cant find the house, even after directing him and searching the area still couldnt find him. at 9.55 we cancel order because its been way to long and thats when the pizza place decided to try andbe helpful. WHAT A SHAMBLES. Stay away from this place unless you like being messed around and having your eveninf ruiened. worst place ever

Amazing food, lovely stuff, friendly manner

Pedimos Donner Kebab especial. Antes de hacer el pedido, preguntaron si eran los trozos de pechuga de pollo que tenían o los trozos de pollo kebab. Me aseguraron que eran las piezas reales de pechuga de pollo. Después de recibir el pedido vimos que eran las piezas de kebab de Donner. Tampoco había pan naan. Les pedimos que les devolvieran la comida y nos dieran un reembolso que no devolverían. La persona también fue muy grosera. No aconsejaría a nadie que comiera en este restaurante o que ordenara de él. Ni siquiera ofrecieron algo más en reemplazo de la comida que no nos gustó. Esto es muy mal servicio al cliente. No vayas a este caspians.

I was hear yesterday and I saw him pick his nose whilst doing my pizza so I confronted him and he then got angry and spat at me very unpleasant so I went next door and told them they said shouldn't eat there anyway the place is covered in rats

Disgusting food. Burnt fries, burnt garlic bread, not cooked properly pizza. My daughter got food poisoning after eating this. Speaking to the manager, rude and asked me to bring the food back and then hung up. Worst experience ever.

We order a cheese and tomato pizza for our son and we got a jalapeno pizza instead. Called them straight away. They were getting the manager to call us back. Never did phoned time and time again we were disconnected or told the manager would call us back. Never did never got a refund.

Ordered 3 large pizzas, on the one pizza as I was about to take a bite there was a black hair! And it wasnt lying on top of the pizza is was inbetween the base and the melted cheese!!! Disgusting, made me feel sick! The hair was either an eyebrow or something worse.... Vile! Unhygienic, never order from here!!!

Thought I'd try from here as Frankies Pizza was shut. Pizzas came on time but just warm. Had a seafood pizza with extra anchovies (there was none at all). Also a Caspian pizza with extra pineapple (which was bland) both pizzas were very bland. Great value at £11 for 2 large but blandest pizzas I've had in a long time. Won't order again.

Order was wrong. Opted to the free garlic bread as part of the special offer after ordering caspian pizza, Mexican pizza, onion rings & chicken wings but Mexican was missing & received 2garlic bread instead. Tried ringing but couldn’t get through, shall not be ordering from here again

I ordered from caspians on Tuesday 10th October 2017, when I opened the box I was shocked to see the state of the pizza, it has been squashed into one side the base was nothing but fat not like what a pizza should look like, I called back the gentleman I spoke to didn’t have a clue what I was even saying after having to repeat myself several times, I had given up they had got the driver to drop of another pizza which was better, the driver has no fault in this but the staff who pick up the calls really need to focus on there customer service skills won’t be ordering from here anytime soon.

The pizza ordered was OK, but normal Caspian quality. The chicken we ordered arrived and the batter on it was too thick and hadn't been cooked properly so was thick and grey looking. I scraped the batter off and gave her some normal chicken, she rushed to the bin to spit it out as it tasted really bad. Such a shame as I've ordered from here over a year ago and the quality was better.
