Pizza is missing toppings and they didn’t deliver my drink

The pizza was really fresh and good. Barehanded though moulding the pizza dough

food not that hot as I only live 4 minutes away as I can't walk to far or don't drive please do better

Ordered a pizza at 12.30 when it should be quiet. At 1.15 it's suuposedly on the way. 1.30 and still no pizza, despite me being only 6 miles away. I rang and was told its on the away. I couldve walked! 2pm and stlil no pizza!!! Finally, 2.15 and the pizza turns up, COLD!!!!! So I rang to complain and told to give it back and I will get a fresh one. No chance. I wanted to eat at 1, not 7pm. NEVER USING THESE AGAIN, I'LL STICK TO DOMINOS!!!!!!

Please accept this as a formal complaint against this store and its appalling customer service. I placed an order and phones for an update as the order said its left on the app, to find the advisor first telling me the order had left then to tell me it's still in store. I asked for a refund and was told I need to contact head office which I find ridiculous. Then he said to call back tomorrow as there no manager and when asked for his full name the phone was disconnected and now is not answering

The Papa Johns XXL pizza that we received was pretty much the same as a large from anywhere else, really not impressed with the quantity but the quality was fine.

I haven't even tried it but it's probably terrible, dominoes is better.

Order just before closing time was told ten minutes, but I arrived 15 minutes later. All the shutters were down, but he was waiting with my pizza

Food arrived cold, driver unable to find hotel.

need to stay off their phones when delivering food. this has happened a few times before. food was cold.

When we finally received our order it was cold. Ever hot item was well past its best. The cardboard boxes were all soggy and moist. It arrived 30 minutes after its latest advertised time. One pizza was missing the Oregano topping.

I pinpointed my exactly location but no one seems to look at it! Food was cold by the time it got here.

I allways use this Papa John's as my go to Pizza shop . The pizzas are always top notch and delivered on time or early . ☆☆☆☆☆ take away

Mi hija pidió dos pizzas. Entregaron la pizza de al lado. Llamé para quejarme y negaron que les hubiéramos pedido. Después de darme cuenta de que no me iba dijeron que el conductor tardaría dos minutos. Bueno, son casi las 3: 15 am y sigo esperando. Gracias a Dios mi vecino nos lo trajo también después de darnos cuenta del error. Lástima, ya que he tomado bastantes pizzas a lo largo de los años. El servicio y la actitud dejan mucho que desear. Estará buscando en otro lugar en el futuro.

Food was expensive and not great quality most went in the bin

Took over an hour to be delivered. If the ‘track your order’ was correct it was out for delivery for over 20mins when should be a 5min journey. Probably not helped by the driver sitting on his phone in the driveway for 5mins before contacting to say he’d arrived. Unsurprisingly food was cold.

Pizza's from papas are extremely nice but on 2 occasions now our vegan pizza has been wrong from this store, I left a msg in the driver box when ordered online but didn't get through so you could do with a comment box on the site or maybe just get it right if we ever order again from this store, pics show missing items on the vegan pizza

Picked up a pizza last night, spent the night throwing it up in the toilet. Some serious hygiene concerns here. Reading from previous reviews that include ex-employees, I shouldn't be surprised, as they've openly admitted poor hygiene practices, including sanitisation. Wish I'd never have bothered!!

My Pizza arrived a few seconds after I got a message saying it was on its way . Very pleased with this order as the food was still hot . I was amazed how quickly they processed my order . I highly recommend this take away

Small shop, for ordering, collection or delivery, I collected mine, took 10 mins or so, friendly staff. Able to park outside and wait, in-between local shops. 1st time using papa John's, not bad at all !

Pizza was okay but the potato pops were cold. Had belly ache after eating. First time ordering in about two years and wouldn’t rush back.

Worst place ever. First of all, food is disgusting as there isnt any hygiene maintained. Workers are underpaid according to the amount they work. No workers rights. Rude boss. Wants workers to work like a labour but pays nothing compared to it. Food is cross contaminated. Beef, pork, chicken, vegan, etx everything is made with same unwashed hands and platform. Not recommended at all. (Ex worker)

Myself and friend thoroughly enjoyed our meal it was the 'all meat' with a few extra trimmings. Absolutely delicious. Thanks to the hardworking team at Pappa Johns.

We have used this papa johns for nearly 10 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the food. However we had a delivery last night and things were very different. The food was nearly cold there was very little topping on the pizza and to top it all we both had upset tummies and diarrhoea. Needless to say we will not be using this takeaway again. Buyer beware.

Horrible delivery service. The driver did not put the postcode and I had to walk up the road to collect it from him. He was also very rude saying he won’t deliver because he couldn’t find the place. We have never had anyone have difficulty finding the place before. It was just bizarre! If I need to walk up the lane and across the road to collect my order I could have just gone to a restaurant for a take away instead. I’m paying for a delivery service and that was rubbish! Totally unhappy! Food was ok, but worst delivery ever!

Since Christmas the service has gone down hill abit the old staff was friendly the new ones don't acknowledge you there and the pizzas don't have a lot of toppings on them at all so will not be using again and will stick to pizza hut where it is much more inviting and the food is spot on

We ordered a pizza from the Kings Heath store in Birmingham it was cold on arrival and had all the wrong ingredients it was thrown into the box and was was folded we we opened the box. Disgusting service I checked the hygiene level on this store after this disappointing delivery it was one star. This store is a disgrace and the management need to review the running of this one store. Do not order from Kings Heath papa Johns as you will be disappointed.

Food was nice but delivery was 1 hour and 15 mins late

Ordered at 6.40pm, the order arrived at 9.05pm absolutely stone cold. As the order was over an hour later than the estimated delivery time (7.25-7.45) we kept ringing the restaurant to see where it was. Never got any answer and still can't get through now to make a complaint about the food and get our money back. Wouldn't order again

Even though it was 30 mins late it was nice and hot and very tasty so being late didn’t matter 👍well worth the extra 30 mins but let us know it’s going to be late that’s all we ask.

Hello Horrible attitude by the PAPA JOHN driver. After i have made mistake with the address i asked multiple time what should i do to get to the right address. Drive asked me for £5 cash. Also 15 min later he called me and laughed on the phone and telling me not gonna deliver. Be aware

Late food, called to ask where food was and was spoke to a rude girl with a serious attitude problem. Food was not worth the wait and hassle. I won't be spending money at Papa Johns in Erdington again.

Delivery, value, etc is all generally great. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much of the toppings on the pizza. We had an XXL stuffed crust Mexicana pizza - the spicy beef bits on each slice you could have counted on one hand. I will order from somewhere I know I get a better amount of toppings in future.

We probably order from here, once a fortnight, and normally have the same pizzas. I don't know what they put on my pizza last night but it was vile. I had eaten 2 pieces without issue then I bit into the 3 piece I tasted something nasty. It instantly made me feel sick, that was the end of the pizza, or so I thought until 01.50 hrs when it decided to make a return. Now these will say it wasn't there pizza, but I can guarantee 100% it was, I know when I taste bad food. My faith in this shop has been destroyed and I won't be ordering anything again

I had a Very bad experience. First time ordering. Ordered 2 extra large vegetarian pizzas for the weekend. Cold and disgusting look. Taste like frozen pizza. Tesco or Asda's frozen pizza is better and cheaper then Papa John's pizza. Garlic sauce taste like melted butter. Very watery. Very bad experience, waste money. Spoilt my day with my family. I am not writing this because I want my money back. I am writing this as it spoilt my day. You should work on your vegetarian pizzas and the colour of your pizzas. Will never ever recommend this company to my family or friends or anyone. Not happy. Whoever is reading this please do not order this pizza unless this is the only food left in the world.

I will not order from them again I placed the order at 6.55 showed up at my door after I had to phone them cold at 8.45 I have paid almost £20 for the food load of rubbish they have lost a customer don't waste your money by ordering from papa John"s.

Over 2 hours for my food to be delivered. When it finally arrived there was food I hadn't ordered and I was missing the Pepsi max I did order. One of the worse services I have ever used with the the restaurant blaming the just eat app or what ever and just eats live chat being completely unhelpful. Shocking experience.

Hasn’t even one yet! Over an our late! I’ve rang restaurant a few times, and each time it said it was out for delivery, yet when I tried to see what I can have for inconvenience, they say they will give it to the driver.... ok... but it’s not out for delivery then as you just admitted it... please do t order when you are waiting to go to bed.

The Pepperoni Pizza was delicious, however we were disappointed with the amount of Pepperoni received as we had paid for an additional topping which was apparently omitted.

Anyone with allergies should avoid. Purposefully includes dairy cheese on dairy free pizza. Managed to put vegan cheese on the base but then put dairy cheese in the crust. Would never order again as this is the second time non Vegan pizza has been sent when specifically ordered.
