Very nice pizza best dominos I’ve had

After looking online that they are open until 1am, I visited at 11pm, was told that I cannot order in the store (yet there was 3 people inside). Told to go outside and order online which is the most bizarre concept. Just went to a. Different takeaway. Maybe I’m missing something but surely the reason in having a physical shop is to allow people to come in and order?

They clearly cant use google maps. Make you walk to the location to pick up your food. Not good enough really. Bad service. Wont refund delivery fee.

Walked in and placed an order, got told 15 minutes. Then fund out that my order when ready had been sent to someone else. Takes special effort to get two customers unhappy with one order.

wont allow me to collect after 11 because of comapny policy... stupid its the only area in this backwater town open and i live 2 minutes away.

Every order I place there's always an issue. Wedges / Fries are always cold/under cooked. No notification if items aren't in stock so you'll be sent something you didn't order. Awful customer service. Drivers can't read notes provided. I could go on and on. Has to be one of the worst Domino's restaurants out there.

Can be slow service and the staff can come across as rude as there rushing around like mad. Food is always hot and good 👍

First off, delivery driver was lovely. Absolutely nothing to complain about with him. Food was good (I didn’t have any) I bought dinner for my friend and bought myself an Oasis, which was the only item I didn’t get. When I phoned up they repeatedly hung up on me 3 times, so I just gave up. Very disappointed with how I was treated over the phone. I don’t leave reviews but I had to for this one to perhaps get Dominos’ attention on here and maybe get an explanation as to why I kept getting hung up on.

Says open to 01am. I go on at 11pm and they say it's too late. Never again, global horrible people. Do not come here as these folks are nasty

Worst domino’s experience! We ordered 6 pizzas, received 5, and 3 of them were without toppings that were supposed to be there? We then called to ask about this and they had apparently run out of the toppings but they could’ve had something that said they were missing toppings?? We also asked about the missing pizza and we were told that the driver had just left (the lady on phone asked her manager what to say and clearly their approach to missing pizzas is to just shush the customer). Half hour later no pizza… so we called again and the man on the phone said he’d send it now, so they had lied the first time? 5 minutes later we get a call back from them saying we can’t get the missing pizza because they ran out of drivers, but low and behold 15 minutes later a domino’s delivery driver is across the road delivering another pizza, so they lied AGAIN. Just been in bought a large rum and coke and 330ml can of pizza beat and a takeaway gealic bread £25 the garlic bread 175 x 125 £6.50 very poor

The food is nice no different from the normal dominoes experience. The parking in this location is awful and the restaurant has no reserved parking which is why it has to loose a star. They need to find a way to make collections more accessible.

You can never not like dominoes can you it’s cozy the service is great and it’s fairly inexpensive the pizza is absolutely delicious and amazing and it’s great for anytime of year highly recommend it’s just all round great.

Dust go above what you would expect for a domino's...

Do Not buy the texas BBQ. I got major food poisoning from here, and I know it was the dominos because I hadn't eaten near anything before it. I don't think they store their food properly. Seriously Ill. Update, retried as I had a craving. Big mistake, this time, I had no food poisoning as of writing this review. (10 mins after). However, the cheese was ridiculous. Swamped and smothered. On top of that, the thin crust it's on made it taste like I was eating wet cheese cardboard. It seems no improvement has been made. I fear it is a lack of quality control, we all know dominos uses it as a wait while drivers are out. but my god, could you actually just once over the pizzas one time. I hate that I get ads for dominos and then get a disappointing excuse for a pizza. I will not refund, as I only care about you actually making an improvement.

Overcooked, greasy, and devoid of filling. Refunded without issue but went without food.

Tried entering the premises at 11pm to find the door was locked and yet the signage outside clearly states that dominoes stays open till 1am 7 days a week. Terrible service, don’t say 7 days a week unless you actually remain open at those times.

Never had any real issues in the past, but tonight I got the worse customer service! I requested the drizzle to be removed (I can’t eat egg) and it arrived with drizzle! I called and whoever answered the phone told me I’d get 50% off then hung up on me! Very unprofessional! Partner then rang them back and was told the same thing and if we wanted it replaced we’d have to wait an hour! Absolutely ridiculous!

Food good but waited over 1hour after they lost 1st pizza

Falmouth dominos have gone cashless. Both In store and home delivery. Card payments or simply no pizza to clench your hunger. Open till 1am for delivery and stops taking orders at 11pm for collection, yet went in there at 10pm and told us they were not taking any more orders. Totally disappointed. I've lived in Falmouth for 5 years and has gone from 5 stars to 1.

Finished work late and having not eaten decided to get domino’s on way home, I knew they were open as I had seen the huge window decal saying open till 1am . So you can imagine my frustration and disappointment when I pushed the door only to find it was locked at 00.20 and to be told they are closed this is not acceptable either remove the advertisement or commit to what you advertise!!

Another outlet that won't take good old fashioned British sterling.

Utterly incompetent. Consistently messes up orders, missing items or swapping in items never ordered. This happens on such a consistent basis that you're certain to get an incorrect or missing item if you order from these guys more than once. Calling back to fix an order? Whoops! They'll mess it up AGAIN anyway. Doesn't matter how specific you are. 👍

Really let down by domino’s pizza one minute they deliver the next they don’t but take your money anyway,

We have just moved from Helston to Falmouth. Had pizza regularly from Domino’s in Helston and it was always amazing. Tonight we ordered from Falmouth Domino’s. The app said 30 minutes, the food took an hour to arrive, the one pizza that was delivered was cold and the other one we had to re order. When we phoned up to complain the person on the other end of the phone was extremely rude and didn’t care our order was wrong. I think we will be going elsewhere for pizza.

I ordered a mighty meaty pizza half the ingredients was missing, also the pizza was burned. What a waste of money ended up thrown in the bin

Ordered a double decadence pizza - no cheese in the double crust, it's literally just two crusts and l paid extra for it.

I went with a friend and we both ordered through the app. For some reason, my name disappeared from the waiting list but after asking it had been prepared and was waiting on the shelf. It was busy when I went and this was a very minor inconvenience. The staff were very helpful and apologetic when they corrected the mistake.

Excellent service after a previous week’s mix up; my money was refunded by a lovely manager (Amajeet), who would easily gain 5* on her own account (more if I were allowed!); Mark, the manager who put himself out to help us tonight, and all the staff working in the restaurant and out delivering pizzas tonight. Not good. Often pizzas arive in poor condition. Waited over three hours for our pizza to come, tracker said out for delivery and "arrived" but hadn't. No one answers the phone when things go wrong. Had to drive down there then no one would answer the door so had to send a delivery driver in to get anyone to acknowledge us.

Ok so first off staff on the ball friendly and quick and made it cheaper than I expected so give them a raise secondarily to all the negative feedback I ordered chicken and sweetcorn pizza delicious u lot who had bad things to say must of thrown Ur pizza on a roof peace brothers and keep eating pizza and keep the pizza off the roof!

Bad experience. Burnt pizza, base looking like it’s old. Cookies burnt and not eatable. Was threw away and not eaten. Waste of money!!!

Took an hour to come and when it did it was cold and found a bug crawling around on the pizza. No excuse for that, it’s disgusting. One of the sauces also came opened

Usually a great service however, waited far too long for delivery, from an unprofessional driver and received stone cold food. Rang up on the day to request a refund as my children didn’t want to consume the food, was greeted by a very rude and abrupt manager under the name of RITA. She was rude and ended the phone call on me after I requested my refund. Turns out she never began processing my refund. Rang up a few days later to request the refund again, was greeted from a LOVELY temporary store manager, who’s name was AARON. Aaron resolved the issue and was extremely apologetic and professional. I would like to say a huge thankyou to him, and to the other managers, please act more proffesional as it is DISGUSTING.

Was hungry so ordered pizza. It came quickly and was hot. Now im full off pizza. Well done staff, great job!

Ordered 10 pizzas, all came in boxes that look like they had been sat on and squashed flat. Ordered a large Garlic and Herb did which was put in the middle of all the pizzas and was squashed also, which then exploded and leaked all over some of the pizzas. Not ideal

Collection: Kept waiting in shop for 10 minutes. Eventually got order home - was cold and missing an item. Phoned to advise them, got told was my fault for not collecting on time 😳…. Really rude Dominos person on phone, no idea whatsoever of customer service!! Never again!!

Absolutely shocking delivery service, they didn't deliver the first order and after I called to find out where the food was they said they didn't know, I was offered a free side as a good will gesture, they then told me they would get another order made up and sent out which never arrived. After another 45 minutes wait I called again only to be told they didn't make another order for me. My daughter had friends over for a sleepover and it was absolutely embarrassing for me to explain the situation. My advice to anyone ordering for this company is GOOD LUCK or drive down and collect it yourself. I will never order from this company again.

On the 4th of October at approx. 20:10 I ordered a pizza for delivery, to penryn campus the driver, Mark I believe his name was called me to let me know my order was on the way. In the background I could hear 2 people shouting at the driver (possibly the managers) with regards to the weather which was very bad and not safe to drive in. After a brief encounter they were arguing with Mark at this time. Mark told them to stop as the comments were unneeded, they ended up sending Mark home, and this ended up with them sending another driver, which delayed my order by about 25 min. My order was stone cold. Mark did apologise for delay, and unprofessional encounter I had heard. Once I’d received my cold order, I tried for over an hour to get through to the store and had no answer. Mark was lovely, but the service in store was shocking.

Excellent, very extensive bar menu with lots of rum, food was gorgeous, I had the brisket and the hubby had mixed ribs and chicken, I was recommended the cheesecake for dessert, white chocolate and raspberry and I ca honestly say it beat any other I have ever had including the fabulous ones in new York, hubby had the rum and raisin rice pudding which he thought was delicious and the brilliant chef even gave him more rum soaked raisins on the side. We would highly recommend this place and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, keep up the great work guys 👍

Friendly service, very good pizza

The delivery staff are paid £6.45 and told when to come in but not when they will be leaving, so they could be doing an hour shift or a 9 hour shift, they don’t know.They’re not given any sort of break, which is a legal requirement.When they’re told they can go home they will often be told that no actually they have to stay on instead. No wonder they have such a big turn over of staff! They’re treated awfully.

Absolutely disgusted, found a brown hair on my pizza.

My order tracked as delivered when it wasn’t. Called the store and they said I must have put the wrong address in. I checked my order confirmation and the address was correct. It turned out the driver had gone to the wrong address, nobody had answered the door so he left. But then I was told it was my fault because my phone number was wrong. I asked to have a fresh order sent out and they said no, that I had to have the food they had cooked or nothing (By the time it would have reached my house it would have been an hour since it had been cooked). The person I spoke to said his name was Ruben. He was awfully rude and argumentative. Really confrontational and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager he simply said “no”. I asked the managers name and he refused to tell me. Then he has the audacity to hang up on me! Absolutely appalling. I was reduced to tears by the way I was treated. My partner had to call back and find out if I was going to receive my order or not, at which point they said they would just give me a refund. My partner spoke Ruben and he was very abrasive towards him as well.The worst customer service. Utterly rude staff. Absolutely appalling behavior.

We’ve never had a problem with Dominos, however this evening has completely changed my mind. After waiting an hour for our delivery, I rang up to see where our order was. The rude lady on the phone said she had it right in front of her and that there was a problem with my phone. She accused me of putting the wrong number in (never been a problem before). She then said this was all my fault and I should take better care when ordering. We will not be ordering from Falmouth Dominos ever again and I hope the lady learns some manners and understands the importance of customer service.

Lock down pizza , fancied pizza and equally supporting local business . The mushrooms were dried out , tomatoes not fresh ...peppers dry . All and all , a waste of money as it ended up in the bin after 2 small slices of a large pizza .. Disappointing..

Cured my hangover from hell... thanks. Made a mistake and ordered too small because I felt sick but after I started I wanted a XXXL. Rookie error bro.

We ordered Two for Tuesday deal and some sides and desserts and wanted to large. We got a large and medium. Rang to complain and told that "they highly doubted" I was correct. I told them that the pizza was clearly undersized but they said they couldn't do anything about it and told it had probably shrunk during cooking. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager had agreed I was wrong and to complain online. The assertiveness of the employee and the rudeness was unacceptable, leaving a family of 4 including a three year old child very unhappy. We have also been charged twice! We tried my father's card and it was rejected so tried my card and it went through. We have now been charged on both cards for one order. Over £70 paid for two pizzas and a couple of sides. We will not be ordering again.

I was there tonight. Ordered a large pizza, after 10 mins they gave me a medium pizza. When they realized the mistake no one cared that I was there with my child. I received no apology and my number was taken of their board so I had to keep asking when my pizza is ready. After I received the right pizza, still no apology I asked to speak to the manager and he just shrugged and walked off and told me there is nothing he can do and walked off.

Always disappointed by the sparse toppings on their pizzas, this one was no different, its like they deliberately try to palm you off with the least amount they can get away with. Maybe I'm just a fat git but independent pizzerias seem to slaver the toppings on and don't give you paper thin cardboard bases like dominoes do. It's all about the profit, sod the customers.

I ordered a pizza & it was never delivered. I called the store & they claimed that the driver came to my hotel & there was no one at reception even though I & 2 hotel employees were there. No one should order from this horrible Domino’s location.

Low quality ingredients, not enough topping, took ages to come, and the delivery man refuses to come to my front door!! Not worth the expense

I ordered a thin crust, and the pizza that arrived was classic crust. In addition, found multiple hairs in the pizza itself. Upon calling the man on the other end was confrontational and aggressive; really need to address both customer service and quality control.

Reasonablly quality and reasonable priced

So everything was going well, pizza was out for delivery within ten minutes. However, when back in the house and opening the pizza boxes - we ordered two cheeseburger pizzas - there was no burger sauce. So we called and they said they would come out with some. 20 minutes later they arrived - we thought that we would have a tub of sauce, but no. Our now room temperature pizzas had to be taken out into the cold March night air to then have the driver put a stupid amount of sauce on one, which ruined that pizza, and a squirt on the other. Our now cold pizzas were ruined. Apart from delivery time, they couldn’t get one part of our order right. Not happy!

I am not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. Ordered from Falmouth Domino's a couple of time - never had a bad experience. 4 stars because of the prices, it's not cheap unless you order for a part of 2+. Good service, quick delivery and advanced online offers proposal.

Check what deals they have has staff feel they don't have to inform you and Ruben is extremely rude and couldn't careless regards customer service last time we will have dealing with them

This is the second time I have ordered 2 garlic bread and they only delivered 1.. veg pizza, no peppers as I have an allergy to them but they put peppers on it. They have lost me as a customer. Terrible customer service.
