Worst kabab I have ever had. pitiful amount of salad. Seem to not be bothered to fill the pitta but instead served on the side.

Absolutely shocking people who run this place. Rude, aggressive and pervy towards women. They also like to not deliver your food but still charge you...when challenging them about this they are just aggressive and hang up. The food is awful too, salty and greasy. Id never spend my money here every again due to morals, they are bent and hopefully one day things will catch up with them. If you have a drink at central, you can observe them coming out and trying to talk to young girls who they think are drunk and vulnerable. Seriously these men are vile and make me sick.

I order thought the app called few time when it was getting closer's to the two hour mark it now been 3 hours since my order no food received although it has been paid for and now no one picking up the phone I will not be ordering again completely out of order

Found the food very over priced. £11 for a mixed kebab wrap and £11 for burger and chips. My husband watched them make the kebab and saw how little meat was put in, he made a comment regarding this and a guy came out from the back shouting and swearing at him if he wanted more meat he had to pay more money. He even called my husband racist for saying we were being ripped off. The customer service was aggressive and abusive, had we not had our german shepherd with us i feel it wouldn't have ended in just verbal aggression . We ended up having a refund. But that didn't stop there, the member of staff then charged round to the chicken take away around the corner and told them not to serve us.

Just Ordered for Delivery and Ordered 1 Medium Kofte Kebab- Lettuce and Garlic Sauce (Separate) 1 Chicken Burger , 1 Chips 15/20mins told Turned up 1 hour+ Later and the Kofte which was supposed to be Garlic Sauce separate had half a bottle of garlic sauce smothered all over the Kofte So called and told them make another and send and collect this one and was told will be over a hour!! No professional don’t know how they are still running

Dinner at Central Grill Again, my husband and I had our usual, Large and medium Doner kebab with salad and garlic and chilli sauce. Both were absolute delicious. Great food and service.

Food was disgusting!! ended up with upset stomach hours later after eating only bits, hygiene was on the poor scale no hair nets and sweating while working.. AVOID!!!!

Greasy chicken,expensive for nothing sort it out

Obviously someone in this place knows how to cook a kebab. However....... Weather it's a breakdown in communication from the phone or maybe theyr'e really using modern day slaves that only just got off the boat something WILL HAPPEN to your food before you attempt to eat it..... Might be dripping in grease or just have bits missing, be cold or something left over from yesterday???? STAY HUNGRY AND DONT BE ANGRY AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOUR RICH AND STUPID!

And for the price you pay, you expect the food to be 10/10 for the price you pay but it was far from that! Full of grease, in fact dripping!! Totally overpriced disgusting food (£8 for a small garlic bread) and the service is appalling. This is the worst takeaway I have ever visited anywhere in the U.K. Garlic sauce was totally tasteless the kebabs and garlic bread bland and overcooked. Lamb kebab very fatty most of it thrown away. Staff downright rude and totally unhelpful. Simple advice to anyone considering going to this takeaway - don’t.

Really gutted. Food took an hour to come, meat didn't taste great quality and for some reason our kebabs had been doused in sweet chilli sauce, which we did not nor would ever order.salad was dripping in lettuce juice too. Such a shame :(

Paid 9.50 for a kebab. I asked for mint mayo and chilli and they mocked me for wanting those sauces. Ended up huts getting mayo and chilli. If I’m paying £10 for a Kebab I should get what u want thank you. Absolute rip off and really bad quality too.

We just went in for 2 small portions of chips and said very clearly JUST SALT. We then got given 1 box and told it’s our order with a ton of vinegar on, the staff were so rude and disrespectful , and onto cleanliness , the kitchen looked disgusting and pieces of old food scattered all around where the food was being cooked, would only recommended if you want to spend the rest of the day over the toilet.

Ordered from Central Grill via uber eats on our last evening of our holiday. We were expecting a proper heavy, fatty and greasy takeaway to line our bellies but alas we were presented with misery in the form of food. We ordered a large cheesy chips , one veggie and a bbq burger. The cheese on the chips was not melted and cold with an odd tang to it . The veggie burger was warm but soggy and the bbq burger was gristle ridden and resembled something found in a petrol station toilet cubical. It fell apart but not in the way you would want meat to. I proceeded to meet my meal again when projectile vomiting it at 4am . AVOID THIS PLACE

It's changed a lot since I was 18

This has really gone down stars over the years use to be all prepared fresh and now the food is cold and the meat is not even cooked right donor meat is not shredded correctly and chips are cold and hard this was meal. The worst I have ever had from here. I am local and accept better food than this I have been going here for 7years and the food is hit and miss I would now avoid this place as the food is not fit for dog to eat let alone a human being!!!!!

Cold food, soggy, tasted disgusting

Ordered at 4pm. Called around 17:15 to see where my order was, the guy I spoke to told me it would be sent out soon. 45 mins later I called back. He said food was on way. Food arrived around 18:05. Like warm. I’ve never had food so dry it was disgusting. Gave the kebab meat to the dog and even he wasn’t interested which says it all really. £18 for cheesy chips and a donor wrap. Worst take away I’ve had to date.

My burger was cold and had pink spots in it…. Couldn’t/ didn’t want to eat it. Chips were soggy. Just a real bad meal. My other half was disappointed. Wouldn’t use again.

We were walking in the area when we found this place, and thought we would place an order - we then went for a quick drink whilst it was being cooked and looked at some reviews online and then worried about our order and what food we would receive. We returned to where we were staying, (on holiday), and were presently surprised that the food we had was nice and there were no illnesses afterwards! I'm glad we did not panic and cancel our order after reading the reviews, We went on a Tuesday night, were the only customers ordering and the area was quiet, so that might of made a difference to the service. We would use them again at present.

DO NOT ORDER. Never had such disgusting food. The burger wasnt cooked, and the ketchup they put on it was basically water. Everything was greasy, the thought of the food now turns my stomach. We couldn't eat it, and to top it off £28 for a kebab and a burger with chips... Absolutely disgraceful. I don't know how they're open to serve food.

DO NOT order from this place. I usually don’t write bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I waited 2 hours for my order (2 cheeseburgers, 1 kebab, 2 large chips), not peak times either I ordered at 11pm. I called the restaurant after the delivery time was up and I was told “they must be outside by now”. I went to check, they were not. Tried calling again and again and again and my call kept being declined. When it finally arrived the food was cold and the cheeseburgers did not have cheese on them. Literally just a bunch of salad on top of a patty. Didn’t even taste good. The patty was hard and bland, chips were soggy, kebab was 80% just sliced raw onions. So disappointed. I just wish establishments like these who get an overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews actually listened to their customers and did something about it.

Came to get chicken and chips and some fast food kebab + pizza - the place was kind of dirty NGL, but the food was good!

Visited here for a chicken burger and chips, I watched them stick the burger fillet on the grill for less than 2 minutes to warm it up, it was lukewarm at best and I threw up within a couple of hours of eating it.

Awful. Stay away! First and last time there for me! Only 2 days ago I walked in to see if I could order a pizza as I was very hungry after coming back from being all day in the beach! Well, it was disgusting!!! I left practically everything inside the box they gave me (not even a plate, even though I said I would eat it in!) It was just cheese, hardly any toppings, and the bits of the so called chicken, tasted weird!! They're taking the mick!! The girl there, who takes the money, is a rude awful sort that can't even speak! The hygiene it's cero to none! I paid £11 for a bad "project" of what a proper pizza should be like!!! I wanted my £ back, but I knew it would only angered me even more asking for it, as they wouldn't even think of refunding me not even a penny of what I spent!! Wouldn't let them crooks ruin my short and so much needed well deserved break!! How on earth this place is still open, it's something I just can't quite get it in my head! They should get closed down by the department of health and literacy too, if there was one!!

Had a pizza chips and garlic bread and onion rings from here we had to wait a bit but its freshly cooked from what I saw but was WORTH THE WAIT as few people have mentioned in reviews. The food was delicious for takeaway pizza etc we ate whole lot within few minutes would use these again

Not very happy. Been ordering from here for years but my last few orders haven't been great. Thought I'd give one last chance. Pizza was almost coldso had to warm it up, it had a very funny taste so it went in the bin. Burger was drenched in sauce which I asked for separately, so bun was soggy and everything just fell out. Why you put chicken under the doner meat and chips I don't know and the chicken looked and tasted old. Had over an hour wait for delivery so considering the shop is 5 minutes drive from my house didn't make sense. So I'm sorry but you have lost a good customer but you don't seem to care

While on holiday in the Newquay tried the pizza fromcentral grill.. not the cheapest prices but the 12inch pizza were hot and tasty chip (fries) were ok .. enjoyed there pizza 🍕 😋

Ordered after a family night out, had an issue where they missed a pizza and a portion of chips off but the guys were really good and sorted it quickly. Called them up (ordered through Uber) and when they found the order (over 200 ordered on a Saturday night) they sent the missing pizza and chips to us straight away. Food was decent, the kebab meat was actually really good and the pizza and chips were really hot when we got them. Definitely a decent kebab shop, just happened to have an issue with the amount of orders when we happened to order. Despite the issues would definitely order again, at the end of the day, the mark of a decent retailer is how they deal with a customer when they have an issue.

22nd September 2021 I was trying to get food to sober up my mate as another customer was trying to start a fight with myself and my mate.
