Standard dominos not a long wait but the app to order is so bad

Ordered 2x gluten free pizzas without cheese (celiac and allergic). Both pizzas arrived with cheese. When I phoned to complain they told me they couldn’t do anything as the order came through with cheese. They couldn’t send anyone else out to deliver new ones as they were ‘busy’ and I couldn’t go to the shop as I had children home in bed. Over all very poor customer service and I now have 2 pizzas that I paid for and cannot eat!

I’ve had a few pizzas here and I’ve never had an issue, I did have an issue with one I purchased from Redruth, this team sorted me right out with no issues. I got a ‘rushed’ pizza that seemed much smaller than the typical large (13.5inch) and these guys offered me a refund or a new pizza, of course I went for the new pizza. Excellent work guys thank you for giving me the time of day!

Pizza was loaded with tomato sauce but no cheese

Usually not too bad but today, order was stuck in QA for half hour, then I had to meet the driver at the bottom of the street because even though I've been ordering for years here, they still can't find something I can type into Google maps. And guess what, good was cold AF when it arrived. Voting with my wallet and never bothering with this store again, Hayle Kebab knows where its at.

I had the best fast food service ever at this Dominos. It was so fast and efficient, that surprisingly I had time to eat at the bus stop instead of missing the bus as expected. The staff was very friendly and the shop maintained a friendly and relaxed atmosphere despite during a busy period of time. One of the staff was even concerned about whether I was cold, which is so cute. From what I can see, the staff seems to be getting along pretty well with one another as well.

Ordered via the app and the wait was far too long. When the food eventually arrived the potato wedges were stone cold and the pack was half full. Pizza was standard dominoes but without any deals the prices are borderline unacceptable these days. Really poor delivery time and quality on arrival this time.

Ordered via the dominoes app for collection. App said 11 mins and it was ready in exactly that. Parked up outside and waited (little carpark so just be aware of it) and when I entered was met with a nice smile from the lady behind the counter which makes all the difference!! The chicken kickers wasn’t as crispy as usual but still lush, cookies were outta this world as per usual and pizza was lush too. We enjoyed and will be using again should we come on holiday here in future!! 🍕 😍

I like dominoes, as long as they follow process nowt goes wrong, plenty of offers so I assume it's realise costs are too high

Refused to take cash payment. Card only apparently. I Will not be using again, cash is still legal tender last time I checked.

Pizza done to perfection. The very tight carpark was a bit of a nightmare, especially with the delivery motorbikes parked up and making the spaces even harder to get into. But they have nowhere else to park so it's not their fault.

This place put me off dominos they got difrent rules then any other dominos I know when I ring place to put order I been told they don't do telefon order when I ask why sombody on other end drop the phone older aisian guy absolutli nob head making comments once you come outside when you ask him in face he say nothink to me material for toilet cleaner

Ordered a pizza deal last night.the driver came with chicken side and cookies missing driver said he’d be back with them ,he didn’t.rang up and told I get a refund for missing items .no refund as yet .first negative experience with dominos .

It took three hours for the order to arrive, calls to the driver went unanswered, the pizza arrived inedible and completely cold, which was really disappointing

Food was really good. I think the dips that come with the pizza are really good. A little expensive but worth it. The cheese garlic pizzas were a bit small and I missed a toilet

I stayed in one of the caravan places nearby. When I placed the order, they ask for a specific caravan number and location, but before delivery, they ask me to go and collect from the gatehouse. Pizza delivery men were hidden so difficult to spot. In the end, the pizza is overcooked, and the potato wedges are soggy and not eatable. Worst pizza experience I ever had.

We ordered via the just eat app. Where the product is advertised as a "Doubly Bubbly" Deal. This meal deal is advertised as 2 X LARGE pizzas and 2 Classic sides. On delivery we were handed 1 SMALL pizza and 1 LARGE pizza and 2 classic sides. We explained to the delivery lady this was incorrect. She confirmed looking at our just eat app information that this was indeed wrong in comparison, and told us to contact the store immediately. We did this and were told abruptly, that the order we recieved was correct and they could do nothing for us in a quite rude manner, and staff told us to call head office. We called dominoes head office only to be told that with that we needed to contact just eat to check that their company's information was right. This is not an issue for the customer to rectify if your dominoes products are being advertised incorrectly on a third party app! This has put a severe damper on our night, as we are in holiday on a strict budget. This error has left us out of pocket and with less food than promised. Do not use this store wether it be direct or through a food ordering app as cleary their communication is non existent and when it is incorrect they will not resolve! Terrible service!

Pizzas are ok ,they don't take cash so won't be using them anymore ,just imagine a world without cash ,scary isn't it ,and if you don't think so then your not getting the bigger picture im afraid. So on that note Domino's not good at all.

Quick and fast service. I was collecting from the store, friendly staff and was ready on time.

I wish I could give it 0.5 if not 0 stars as the last 6 times I’ve got food delivered from here they have messed up 5 times twice being forgetting my bottle of coke, once being forgetting my cookies also they have dropped my big sauce in front of me twice and now have just forgotten my big dip and coke gutted ! I love to pig out to a fat order of dominoes but this is getting long now.

Ordered delivery which never arrived. Called after an hour to be told it was processed 15 minutes prior and should be on its way. After still no delivery at over an hour and a half called back and spoke to the manager who said it had been declined as soon as the order was made. No reason given for this, no apology given either and no attempt to rectify situation made.

Waited 1 hour 40 mins for cold pizza! I called to find out where it was after 1 hour and told it was out for delivery (5 min drive) but to call back after another 45 mins if it didn’t turn up. I tried to call back and nobody answers the phone. I accept places are busy but this is a joke.

We husbands ordered 2 large pizzas. Gin quite quickly and tasted great. I can only recommend it.

Have a dairy allergy. Rang to order a pizza with the vegan cheese. Arrived with standard cheese. My husband rang back and had to have a 20 minute confused conversation. They said the only way to rectify their error was for us to order my pizza again and pay again. Awful service given the error was theirs but we agreed in an attempt to get dinner underway. New pizza eventually arrived - again with dairy cheese. Waste of time and money and could have caused anaphylaxis had I eaten it.

I ordered after a long business to meeting to find that my pizza was soggy and falling apart. Borderline Disgusting

Waited over an hour and a half, over double the wait time, and then they were delivered cold! Delivery person was lovely about it and said would report it at the shop on his return and enquire on our behalf about a refund / free replacement. We rang the shop the same night to be told we would hear from them to confirm. However, this was not true and there was no follow up at all. My husband tried again several nights later and was told they would investigate and ring back. Again, this was not true. Dreadful customer service and our money wasted on cold, hard pizza!

The franchise appears to struggle with staffing that affects delivery and collection times. My last collection order during school half term took 1.5hrs from "order" to "ready for collection" which wasn't reflected in the app for estimated collection times but did have a high delivery time. Pizza is okay but generally not worth the cost (circa £21 for 12" pizza) unless you get a 50% off voucher. Deals and vouchers make for a more affordable family treat.

Ordered via the app for collection which told me the food would be ready in 30 mins drove to collect over 30mins later only to be told my order hadn't eve been started to be made and would over another 30 mins to be made and then cooked so I cancelled the order, what a waste of time and money for fuel.

Ordered on line and paid told it would be ready in 30mins drove to collect 30min later to be told it would be at least over another half an hour as they hadn't even started making it yet cancelled the order told I would have to wait five to seven days to be refunded wasted journey fuel and had to find something else to feed my family not even an apology.

Waited around hour half for are delivery wasn't a major problem but when putting it out on the table for are family meal it was cold,so ended up heating it up in the oven which ended up drying it out and didn't taste the same,o and on the garlic bread it was basically just bread hardly no garlic!very disappointed never again

The wedges were non existent - I thought the delivery guy had perhaps got hungry on route. The pizza was soggy, bordering inedible. We didn't even bother opening the coleslaw.

The food didn't taste all that great but thats expected for this chain I suppose. The main reason for the 1 star is because they don't accept cash. Refusing a basic method of payment is ridiculous and refusing someone who doesn't have access to a card is appalling.

Just parked outside watching the so-called chef, making pizza's.... no gloves, wiping sweat off forehead, dirty cloth, hands in all the toppings. Subway uses gloves.... why not dominoes? "Buy one get one free"= joke, you pay for two!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! You can only order a 50/50 pizza online and NOT instore?

We placed our order online, got our timeslot of 8.30, no delivery by 9 phoned them & basically couldn't understand a word he was saying apart from 5mins. At 10.30 we had a call from them saying we wouldn't be getting our order & refunding our card payment which can take upto 5 days. We had to go hungry, stay away!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered over an hour ago, rang up after 40 minutes of the tracker being on prep. They said they only had 1 delivery driver on but they were putting my order in the oven and it would be with me soon. 25 minutes after that my order still hasn't been delivered. For such expensive pizza and paying a delivery charge I am very disappointed and quite angry.

As a customer that spends in excess of £50 a week, along with my work colleagues. I was extremely disappointed that when I missed a phone call (I played bingo and phone was put on silent, I never turned it back) and my delivery £25 worth was returned. When I went to chase my delivery, too late at 11.50pm. I then rang today (the following day) to explain it was an honest mistake and was there anything they would do. Either refund, redelivery of order or simply a discount on an order.... I was told in a very rude and abrupt manner that as it wasn't their fault then NO they wouldn't assist with customer service. I explained it wasn't their fault but as a valued customer surely they could help in some way (geture). No was final. I will not be (nor my work colleagues) using them again. The amount of profits they make in the pizzas (cost literally pennies to sell at ££'s) you'd think a good branch manager would have helped in some little way. Useless and poor customer service. I buy from people and the service I receive. I would not recommend this franchise at all.

Paid the £1.99 delivery charge even though just down the road as was too lazy to collect. Food arrived freshly cooked and hot. Prices are a little high for some of the portion sizes.

I ordered a 9" American hot.. Took over an hour to get delivered! Then came as a Ham and Pineapple 🤢 When I rung the hayle store the member of staff that answered was very rude. No apology and said im looking at a 2 hour wait for the order to be made right!! Its disgusting that I have to wait over 3 hours in total. Sort out your staff they are rude, unhelpful and clearly can't do their jobs properly!

Delivery was late and it said online that it would only be 30 mins . It was cold. The delivery driver was apologetic.

Ordered online for delivery and waited over an hour! Even though it said 25/30mins! Had to ring up and collect in the end! I even paid 1.99 for delivery! They tried giving me a small bottle of coke and never even offered me my delivery money back! Very rude member of staff!!!!

Terrible service. Ordered pizzas etc for delivery and two and half hours later finally got it and it was cold. If they had said they were short of staff to deliver we could have picked it up.

Really bad service. I wait around 40 min to get ready and after ready they are keeping the pizza inside and not giving to us. On the screen it says ready, when we ask they are telling that not ready yet have to wait. Never suggest to anyone. If you have time to wait then I don't know

They take delivery orders without having delivery drivers. After 1 hour their advice is to wait until they start baking for deliveries as they have no drivers. My question is, how dare you charge people money when you know you can't honour your orders. The excuse was that the higher ups make them take orders. Now that's the best company culture.

DISGUISTING!! Ordered a vegetarian pizza off a guy called Ardil. As a muslim I started eating the pizza and bit into a pork pepperoni slice that was carelessly left on top of the pizza. As it was night and dark in my car i only released when i bit into it and spat it out. When I made the complaint the giy just said sorry and offered to make a new one when I'm already on my way home over an hour away. Will never recommend any muslim or vegetarian to come here!! Too busy chatting and rushing instead of taking time with your orders!!

Pizza was OK, the staff was rude, it said buy 1 get 1 free, the pizza was £9.99, but if I wanted the free one I had to pay £20 so not quite sure how you have worked out its buy one get one free, because clearly I would be paying for it, plus I collected it and was waiting outside about 30 minutes when they said it would be 10 minutes

What a shambles of a place we ordered a pizza for my family at 8pm via online to be delivered this never happened no one answered the phone and no one could even call me at the point of order to explain there was a problem with delivery drivers, what sort of place takes your money and don’t deliver ? I know who DOMINO PIZZA HAYLE !!...

We visited this Sunday to order a pizza as we couldn’t get through by phone at 10.00pm There seemed to be only 2 people working and the poor girl who took our order looked exhausted but was very friendly & polite, even when a very rude customer was shouting and being abusive to her apparently they were short staffed and I’m sure people will complain but our pizza was fab and think they done the best they could with so few staff

Never again. Only ordered as late coming off the beach. Ordered 6pm. It’s nearly 10.pm and still not arrived.

Excellent pizza and service. Made an error with my order and Mark and the team put it right and turned it around quickly even though they were obviously extremely busy. One of the best Dominos I’ve had for a long time. Keep up the good work

Would be better off being an out of town venue so the legions of dominos vehicles that show no sign of courtesy for others can come and go as they please without impacting other poeple or businesses. Maybe the Guildford industrial estate as i do not see many walk in customers. Its the lack of respect that makes me bark and low score as the product is over priced compared to the Italian garden down the road or the asda Asda pizza bar

Best dominos I've been to. Food was actually hot when we sat down to eat it. Too hot in fact I had to let it cool down. Better than the dominos in my local area

I will be sure to never use Dominoes again. I ordered food at 8pm for myself and my family. I received a call at 11pm from the delivery driver asking if I still wanted my food. No apology just an explanation that they had been very busy! I explained to the driver that my children were now in bed very upset and hungry. We where on holiday it was our last night in the caravan. We had no alternative for food, all the restaurant and shops on site where shut. I had been calling the store on and off for over an hour to which i had no response. I have still yet to receive an apology nor has my refund of £35 been issued. It's now been 9 days still awaiting a response from head office. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here. Regards

Absolutely fantastic service, I ordered on the app and watched the team work to make my pizza. They are a fantastic team who work together well and it was clean, organised, tasty and efficient ( even though it was busy!) Where I love it is not as good as this branch!

Hi I ordered online for me to pick up.it was ready and waiting when I got there. It was busy as expected but had no issues. The door was good like how it normally is if you have Domino's.

Over 2 hours waiting for delivery, tried calling, no answer, send a Facebook message asking if they’re open, got a reply. Terrible customer service. Paid for a delivery which my husband ending up collecting. The food was awful and the cookies… what did you do to them?! You have contact details for customers, at least let them know if theres an issue. Will steer clear from now on.

Staff very nice but very expensive

Their double decadence pizza is amazing.. 2 thin crust pizza bases with a layer of herbed oozy cheese in the middle topped with more sauce, veggies, and all the goodies and more cheese on top.. kill me now!! I am absolutely in love with this crust! Had it 4 times in the last month. They are fast and timely too.

Shocking service. Over an hour late with no communication. Rang the store and an inept manager barely addressed the problem. I have a hungry child still waiting for food and no ideas when it will actually arrive.

Shocking money I spend here to get a cold pizza & wing when the shop is 10 mins away lol. That's me done with use. 1 of your drivers ate half of my pizza the other day & I didn't even complain i was hoping he would try it again though

We decided to have pizza one night and drove to the store. We didn't know what deals they had at the time, but the staff were friendly and helpful sorting us out a deal. We ordered and paid and waited for our pizza. It was good we could watch it being made and staff kept us informed of the wait time. Pizza was hot and stayed hot until we got back to Carbis Bay. Pizza tasted great and surprisingly a good amount of toppings.

Tasty pizza. Crazy expensive pizzas without the deals, not sure why they just don't price better. I had trouble ordering online and there was no option to order in store but that's just life at the mo!!

Ordered at 5 .10 pm an order for 12 items told about 20 to 25 minutes went to collect 5.30 all done and checked off against order all ready to collect really pleasant friendly service food was all perfect would highly recommend.

Jobs Worth Staff - Have a Blue Light Card & they point blank refused to allow me to pay for a Collection Service to obtain my discount stating they are following Covid rules (rules are no longer in place as confirmed by the government) and...

Terrible service from staff. Online said 10-15 minutes and we were waiting for 1 hour. Staff were very rude and unhelpful. This is the second time we have been to the hayle domino's and it has been exactly the same service both times.

Pizza was cold and cheese was not melted properley.pizza was raw.Had better supermarket pizzas.very overpriced and poor quality for £18.99. Will not be using again

The store in hayle is by far the worst ever experience i have had with any takeaway. They constantly get your order wrong this has happened to me on multiple occasions with missing toppings of my pizza one even had two toppings missing so just...

The pizza tasted like all dominos pizzas.what was quite off putting was to see the chap who prepared the pizza wipe his nose with his hands then preparing pizzas and shouting to other staff members when stood over the pizzas.no hand washing and yet you can't enter the store.suppose it's no different at most dominos just seeing that put me off the pizza.
