Domino's Pizza in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Just have my cheeseburger pizza again. When I order before was ok, but today not meat at all only gherkins, burger sauce and taste of to much vinegar. If thats not will be change, I will stop ordering your pizza and won't recommend it to anyone. Thanks for keeping me hungry, as I have to cook something now, can't eat that at all.

Standard domino’s where you know what you are gonna get. Better pizza place in looe and keep in mind picking up From here it’s quite a drive back to any of the holiday parks

Stood there with cash in hand for 10 mins working out what we wanted. Decided and told them what they wanted then decided to tell us at that point they don't take cash. Found a nice kebab shop few doors up worked out better hence 2 stars

Normally we get delivery which has always been good efficient no issues but this time we thought we would collect. I pre ordered on the app and went into store a couple minutes earlier than the time so I waited on the side. The app notified me it was ready so I went up to the desk and was ignored for 5 minutes straight. It was so embarrassing. All of the people working there just made a point of talking to each other and not acknowledging me. I don't think I'll be a returning customer.

Absolutely terrible, pizza dough not cooked enough, which also means the toppings were barely warm, the chicken wings were the greasiest I've ever had, and I paid for this meal twice, once in the shop and again overnight in the loo. Worst Dominos I've been to in the UK, it's put me off for a while. The lad serving didn't seem to have a clue what was going on.

Third POOR order from this particular Domino's.. WILL NOT be back. You can keep it Domino's. Some of the worst delivery drivers too.

If I could give no stars i would!!! Ordered a pizza which arrived stone cold.Dominos gave a refund code for this.on using the code a week later we ordered another pizza !! After an hour wait the driver finally brings the wrong pizza and yet again cold!!!!! Ringing the store if I wanted a replacement the wait was 2.5 hours..Absolute joke of a place, save your money!!!! On complaining the staff member advises me they have alot of problems in store, hardly the customers fault!!!🙄I've had alot of problems with your poor food & poor customer service!!

Ordered food was stuck in quality check for quite a while on the app and once food arrived about 5 minutes before writing this review it arrived cold.

Just had the 3rd poor order. Although delivery is quick the standard of the dough management is poor. The pizza quality used to be excellent but is now just poor. Although they fix it they shouldn't be sending poor food out and hope nobody complains. Really disappointing

Good pizza for Domino’s, we ordered on the app and collected. Ready in 15 mins, pizza was hot and everything as ordered. Can’t fault them.

Cold by time it got to me 45mins after ordering

We ordered from here fortnightly for the past 3 years but for the last few times one of the pizzas has had missing toppings. We order standard pizzas with no extras. The first time we didn’t complain/let them know, these things happen right? The next week and the second time it happened we phoned them to let them know and we were offered £5 off our next order (had to listen to a load of laughter and messing around in the background which the person on the phone told us was staff; no wonder they can’t get things right). The third time was fine (probably because we had to phone the order through to get the £5 discount) but today we’ve ordered and, yet again, the order is missing its main topping. Well, if they can’t be bothered then neither can we; there’s other places to get pizza from in town (with much better reviews than this place) and in the future we will be ordering elsewhere.

Getting very tight with the cheese and sauses now, even if I PAY for extra cheese there's plenty of places with no cheese at all and only any sauce by the crust if any. It's not a cheap meal, but it sucks to feel ripped off!

If i could put no stars of would , Their scammers ! i ordered domion's on the 13th of December 2022 at 10.47 the order went through and money had left my account . afterwards at 10.59 a lady called me from domion's and said due the weather we cannot delivery your order . At the time it was lightly snowing and icy which was fair enough she said you'll get a refund within the next 14 days...... 16 days later still no refund after ordering i call back to speak to a man over the phone and explained what had happened. he said to me all he can do is take my name and number and will send this off to somewhere higher up either a manager or someone above that . Its now the 13th of January 2023 and still no refund or no contact back this is the not first time I've been issued a refund and not got it. Literally given up trying and will not be ordering from them again.

Arrived as they were closing, but they still went out of their way to sort me out a pizza. First class

Ordered a few times now from here. The pizzas are great. Only thing I would say is that the pizza needs to be in a little longer to make them more crisper. Ohh and I wish they'd do chips but that's me. Delivery always good. People are kind and polite.

Ordered tonight 2 large pizzas. 1 Vegetable Supreme 1 pepperoni passion. I always say Brown is cooked, Black is buggered. The pepperoni was on another level, inedible. Apparently after calling we was told that they are all coming out like this. Well take them off the menu and not charge customers something for nothing. The 2 star was for the veg and it being hot.

Really quick service and friendly people however all 3 of the last times I have gone they have made a mistake with my order and I still haven't learned to check but it will say the right thing on the box and then be something completely different or missing a pizza or the wrong size just getting a little disappointing.

Very hit and miss what you will get at this branch. This could be because there’s not that much competition?…You can be lucky and get a good pizza however the odds are just as high you’ll get a pizza with ingredients missing arrive cold or a pizza that looks very slap dash. This branch is not up to standard with other branches sadly yet will happily charge very high prices for what is essentially a below par junk food type of pizza.

They were really fast with preparing the food.

We had ordered our food (a lot of money worth) just to be called and told we wouldn’t be receiving our order. Apparently the delivery driver called the shop to say they couldn’t find the address (although they have delivered here many times before with no problem and the staff member we called said this delivery person wasn’t new). We missed the call from the shop but we called back 3 mins later. They basically blamed us for the delivery driver not contacting us first hand to find us, he just called the shop, cancelled our order and went home. I expressed my disappointment with the shop and the staff member had a foul attitude calling me an insult name. I then asked for a complaint procedure which he said the company doesn’t have which may I add all companies should have.

We have had dominos from Liskeard a few times as we live near this branch. The food has always been good.. there have at times been a couple of mistakes but they've been sorted or been offered to be sorted. The most frustrating is when we have ordered the large BBQ sauce but always get Garlic and Herb. It isn't the end of the world and the delivery drivers have always apologised and offered to replace immediately but we have always declined.

Would not allow us to order a vegan base pizza and put pepperoni on it. I’m DAIRY FREE NOT VEGAN!!! Very poor service

Food not great, staff not great either!

never complained online before, this awful place has prompted me too for the first time, I collected 2 pizza's, when i got home about 1/4 of the slices had no meat on them ( i had paid for double beef) each slice aslo had 1 pickle only, I have never had a Dominoes as poorly made as this before and will never go back to this branch as all the other ones i get BOGOF have been great, also the staff were a bit rude so I am assuming the poor staff are responsible for the low standard of food.

The attitude of the staff in here is an absolute disgrace. Firstly you can not just walk in and order it has to be done online or on the app. That effectively rules out many older people from ordering here who are not tech savvy which is quite disgraceful. Secondly I asked if my pepperoni pizza could just have pepperoni on one side as two of my kids just like cheese and tomato. The manager or whoever he is point blank refused and said they can’t do half and half. All I was asking was for him not to put pepperoni on one half of the pizza, surely that can’t be too difficult? I asked if it was too difficult and he replied ‘yes far too difficult’ with incredible bad attitude and sarcasm. As there were no other pizzas places in Liskeard I had no alternative to buy but would have gladly gone elsewhere if I could have. Awful service and awful management attitude. Would not go back ever.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Wow manager Jamie the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You deliver to the wrong address with out informing us. The most appalling customers service. Left with no pizza and no even the slightest incline of an apology! Left Absolutely fuming!

Tried to order online only to receive a message saying no pre order available at present. Went to shop only to be told to order online after explaining that app wouldn't allow order. Tried again to place order & same again. Went to shop to show them the message & basically staff couldn't be bothered. Disgraceful customer service.

Lying, rude, horrendous staff!! Pizza delivered to the wrong address. Instead of just apologizing and re-makin the order. We where told repeatedly it was our fault by Jamie the manager that we entered our details wrong. Even when we have screen shots of the order detail and gave delivery instructions. But don't worry we "are not banned" Have no fear Jamie I will never be returning. I feel sorry for your staff who work for you.

Disappointed used to order regularly until covid when they cut menu down. But accepted this until NOW they brag about there new range just released but still not providing food from the original menu blaming covid hardly an excuse if you have a new range. We need a pizza hut in Liskeard

Toppings wrong..was told they tried calling us.. no missed calls or voicemails phone didn't even ring..Jamie wouldn't let me speak after raised voices put the phone down on me..rude and arrogant should not be in the business at the end of the day you messed up not me take some responsibility..very poor customer service

I tried to order a pizza using the online service! The app sent my order to Truro!! When my nearest Dominos is Liskeard... after speaking to the Truro branch the mixup was sorted quickly, it wasn’t “user error” the website directed the order for no good reason to Truro, which was acknowledged by the manager at Truro, the Liskeard branch is a totally different matter! The manager was exceptionally rude, and reduced my Daughter to tears... in all my 48 years I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully. I can’t give a rating on the pizza because we weren’t served!!! The Manager at Liskeard is rude and obnoxious in the extreme, needless to say “Dominos Pizza” won’t be getting anymore of my business or my Families. Avoid like a Covid19 hotspot ... terrible service

Helpful friendly staff& good service.

Wasn’t ready when we arrived, even though we ordered an hour earlier, was a queue when we got there and everyone was getting told wouldn’t be ready for another 10-15 minutes, we eventually received ours 30 minutes after the time we’d been told it would be ready. The quality of the pizza was superb that’s why it’s getting 3 stars, otherwise it would of been lower. There seemed to be enough staff working so I’d question productivity. Sort it out Dominos

The pizzas are delicious with a very good selection of toppings and sides. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the service cannot be faulted. We don't usually order in advance or have a delivery but just walk in and the time from ordering to leaving is usually less than 15 minutes. However I do feel that they are a little over priced compared to other takeaway in the area so we only tend to have one as a special treat.

The pizza is always good although pricey even with offers.

Been in twice now to get pizza for my kids, ordered in shop both times, 1st time waited over an hour, order forgotten all together, 2nd time yesterday very similar, waited 45 minutes only to be told that my order had been buried under other orders and overlooked, therefore pizza cold when kids got to eat it, if I wasn't annoyed enough the first time I'm really on one now, will never darken those doors again

This Domino’s cuts all corners - i’ve been a few times now, and each time they are so mean with the cheese and the toppings, so much so that it doesn’t look like a pizza. The Bodmin & Plymouth Dominos are far better.

Very expensive wrong pizza received

Ordered a takeaway tonight was shocking paid extra for toppings which were not on paid for drinks which were not delivered. One of the pizzas was not even cut. Very expensive meal. Shall not be going here again and.

Love the staff here especially the young lady with multicoloured hair always greets me with a massive smile on her face and like to have a nice chat with the customers. Best pizza place in liskeard

Good service great food sometimes do not take cards

Convenient ordering from the mobile app which tells you when your food will be ready to collect plus it clearly shows you any special offers and deals. I've never had a bad pizza from here, only a possible bad combination of toppings on my part! The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is the price, without using a special offer a couple of large pizzas can quickly become very expensive. As I said, if you order via the app you know exactly what you're spending, exactly what toppings you can order and exactly when it'll be ready. The fact that this and other Domino's have consistently good service and are spotlessly clean shows that staff training pays off.

If you’re famished or nearly skint and keep an eye open for specials or deals then this may be an option. They are the same at all branches. Possibly better value than those at the pub megalith close by. But don’t expect authentic or quality pizzas.

We ordered 4 pizza's (take out) but the friendly lady behind the counter told us about a better deal for 2 large pizza's. Good service. Pizza are tasty!

Ordered two thin crust pineapple pizzas, first they get the order wrong then when I get the pizzas, the bread tastes 100% the same as a cracker, it's not bread. Sparse on toppings, avoid.

This domino's has just opened last week in liskeard.I bought a pizza, on buy one get one free offer, They only gave me one pizza. Didn't realise until l got home. As the box they gave me was large and l thought both pizzas must be in same box. Suppose it was my fault for not checking but still, and my pizza had hardly any topping on it. Worst pizza l have ever bought for a tenner. It was mostly crust. Wont be going back there again. Avoid...!!!!

On the facebook page the said that they will give out free pizzas if you sign up i did that about 2 weeks ago and i havent heard nothing since!
