Shockingly poor pizza for a company that specialises in pizza! Cookies ok but a bit pricey and small.

Very nice yet expensive place to dine.

Do not go here, they are completely unhelpful and tried to charge double the amount of money to get a small gluten free pizza on a Tuesday when the deal is 2 for 1. The man at the till got really frustrated when we told him our order and clearly did not want to be there. He didn't have the slightest clue on how to work the till. The delivery takes extremely long due to staff incompetence, and a complete disregard for the customer.

Well known for pizza deals! It has to. 3 pizzas delivered, over £80! Had a voucher to get 50% off, only reason to buy.. Just sell it for a fair price, then you don't need the voucher. Never generous with the toppings. Will only ever buy when voucher available. Such a rip off!

Food is usually pretty good but EVERY SINGLE TIME they deliver they forget something. Each of the last 3 times we’ve ordered delivery an item has been forgotten and they’ve had to come back with it. I understand it’s busy but surely someone checks the order before they take it out the door.

I am not actually a great fan of pizza, but I was buying them for people who I work with to thank them for their help and understanding of a situation that they have recently had to endure. The staff member at Domino's in Truro did a great job, very very helpful.

Was so excited to hear the wraps were back what a total waste of money mine was so hard only eat half there was no bacon or sauce suppose to be bacon & chicken with bbq sauce 🙄

It's sad! I love Dominoes Pizza, and usually its just in-and-out and then you have pizzas in your hand... but not this time. Someone clever once said: ' Don't judge someome on their mistakes; judge them on how they DEAL with the mistake ' and this time, they failed compleately!!! I went to Dom8noes and ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a big drink, and was told it would take 25 min. After 25 min the display showed 'Order for Paul READY' but they could not find the order in the shop... so I said: OK just do them again and I wait another 25 min. After 10 min one of their delivery driver returned and he had got my(!) pizzas by mistake, so then I was finally given my puzzas. ...but when I asked for my sides, they could not find them, so I was given two sides from a shelf of pizzas and sides that never been picked-up (it said 'failed deliveries' on the shelf). At that point, having waited over an hour, I went with my pizzas, sides and drinks. Now, pizzas was sort-of cold, but we could eat them. Both sides where not only cold but downright stale, as if they been their for hour (chips was stone hard and cold... sort of dry, from having been prepared A LONG time ago. The ONLY OK thing on my order (costing around £27) was the drink, but even that was warm, as in not having been in a fridge. The worst thing is that it could all have been so easy to fix: make me new pizzas and sides, and all would have been fine. I even told them I didn't mind waiting 25 min more to help them fix it, but no. Dominoes failed me on every point.

Thank you Domino's Truro for saving my evening. After a crazy 7 hour drive from Birmingham to Truro I got to my hotel to check in and had the most horrible experience from a DPA breach to staff so disinterested they couldn't be bothered to take an order because it was minutes before closing even though they don't advertise a closing time. So what to do???? Order to collect from nearby Domino's, order placed and I then went to leave and the monsoon came from nowhere. I called on the off chance and spoke to Charlie the manager who said it was no trouble at all to change from collection to delivery. So friendly and helpful, very friendly delivery driver too. What a great team. Hot, tasty food and amazing service. THANK YOU 😊

Not worth the money. Spent £30 and got a sub par pizza and chicken dippers that cost £9 but looked like the stuff you get from farm foods on special offer. Won’t be getting anything from Domino’s again. Or at least I’ll be waiting for the half price offer. But AVOID the chicken dippers people, for the love of god! 😂

Food and service always good but well priced £60 for 2 large pizza is a ripoff

No stars would've been given had that been an option. Over 2 hours late, freezing cold. Ruined the evening & upset children to top it off. Not the first time this has happened. Absolutely horrendous, no excuses can make up for this awful experience. Avoid avoid avoid

Consistently undercooked and late takeaways and deliveries

I recently ordered from Domino's in Truro and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The pizza arrived not only beautifully presented but also evident that a great deal of care had gone into its preparation. The garlic bread was a standout, both in appearance and taste – truly amazing. The delivery service was exceptionally fast, and the delivery driver was extremely pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. Whether I’m collecting my order in person or receiving a delivery, the staff at this branch consistently demonstrate professionalism and friendliness. Their commitment to customer service really makes Domino's Truro stand out as a top choice. Order the food at 19:33, waited until 20:23 and called truro Dominos to find out about the food. Answered by an employee, the excuse was we're very busy. But food on its way, then the manager said that he can't do anything. So we waited until 20:42. Food was cold, not nice. We live 2 minutes away from the domino's Pizza in Truro. Disgusting service. Not ordering anymore from them.

i ordered a delivery when it come the chips was cold so was the wedges the texas babacue pizza i took one bite into and nearly threw up on where it wasnt cooked properly ive had to phone up and now im waiting for someone to come to collect the food and hopefully i get the full refund for the order i would not recomend this place so thats two pizzas waisted and the other items ive allso put in a complaint to customer service to make sure i get my money back

The pizzas (Texas BBQ and Cheeseburger) bore no resemblance to the photos or description on the app. The cheeseburger pizza had no burger sauce drizzled on it at all. The app said it had gone through quality control which must have been a lie. Will not be using them again in this location.

It's way to expensive for a pizza you can get same in Tesco 10x cheaper

I've no idea why Domino's is successful. The only plus is that they are open when everywhere else is closed. Parking here is limited. The pizza was hot.

Staff seemed friendly, order provided on time. Food was terrible though. Dough was not cooked properly, minimal tomato sauce, next to no topping. I know what a good Domino's pizza looks like, this was not it.

Very annoyed! Walked into order a pizza (last minute decision) upon ordering, the gentlemen behind the counter informed us he would not take cash? With this being our only form of payment on us my family of 4 leaving hungry and my youngest in floods of tears as she had her heart set on pizza! I truly hope the whole franchise hasn't gone down the ludicrous idea of going cashless!

Every pizza I’ve ordered from this branch has too much sauce on it, and is always under cooked. I’m not trying to be mean but I do feel some additional training is needed, as the pizza from here is clearly not up to the same standard as other outlets.

Small lovely outlet located in Truro just at the junction of the Malpas Road and Roundabout. Very friendly staff with great food, always providing great recipes. The delivery of food is also very reliable. I especially love the meal deals often provided on the Domino app. Helps with the cost of living problems the UK is currently battling with.

Don't take cash and the wait was rude

Driver didn't even come to the door just left it at the entrance with the excuse that was my door obviously you pay for delivery and my door clearly had a no. On it anyways if ya fancy a walk downstairs these are ya guys 😉

Considering they are 30 seconds away from my house the pizza arrived, warm not hot. Pizza looked uncooked. Very bland looking junk. I know ots fats food but not what I expect for what it costs. They collect the pizza and are issuing a refund but even that takes ages. Absolute joke. Learnt my lesson and won't be ordering ever again. Shame as I used to love a dominos but clearly the quality has taken a massive dive. Now at nearly 11pm I have to start cooking

I really enjoy a Domino's Pizza and have eaten them all over the world and never had a bad experience .......Well that was until we ordered from Truro after the lockdowns. We have ordered from our local franchise several times since it opened. The early days were a great experience of piping hot tasty Pizza with similar sides. However, over the last 18 months we have been really disappointed with the time it has taken for the delivery and of the standard of the Pizza. We do keep ordering in the (vain) hope that we will eventually get that genuine Domino's Experience. Despite living within 3/4 of a mile of the store, it invariably takes at least an hour and a quarter after it is 'out for delivery' to arrive. Sometimes it is over two and a half hours. On two occasions the delivery person has apparently got lost en-route (a tricky single right turn at traffic lights straight ahead from the store). The Pizzas are at best Luke warm when they eventually arrive, are always very heavy on the tomato sauce base and invariably very light on cheese and other toppings. The delivery last night took over an hour and a half and was all but cold when delivered. I appreciate it is difficult to recruit and retain production and delivery staff but for this standard of service to happen every time for what is quite an expensive product is unacceptable.

Ordered pizza, took an hour to arrive- stone cold and looking like it was dropped on the floor. Phoned up and the order was re cooked and sent out for delivery again. Took nearly 1hr30 after I rang for it to turn up again- better but still cold. We live 5 minutes away. Awful service and pizza. Nearly 3hr wait for like warm pizza that arrived at home 9pm. Never again. A sainsburys pizza would’ve been better!

Atrocious. Took an 1h 45 minutes to arrive and when it did come, it was stone cold. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else. Complete waste of money.

Ordered and paid for pizza delivery from Truro branch . Three hours later no pizza !! Rang 14 times and no response . Totally spoilt the evening with our grandchildren. Never again !!!

Two for Tuesday offer, friendly staff, pizza made quickly. I like pizza anyway so bias. Parking to the side just off the road, ideal for pick up. Could improve topping choices, and bring back meatior.

Every dominies pizza i have ever had has been absoloutly flawless, the only reason i give it a 4 is due to the sheer cost. Dominoes pizzas are always full of flavour, the delivery is always quick so that the food is still good and warm If i can afford it and im in the mood or a special occasion, dominoes is always a good shout.

Worst pizza we ever received. Undercooked, actually raw dough with warm ingredients on top. We called the shop and they said they can bake the order again, but it will be the same (undercooked). Unbelievable!! They won't refund any money either.

Disgusting, ordered pizza and over an hour went by and nothing so phoned them up and driver has it out for delivery (10 min journey), 30 mins go by and still nothing , so phoned them up again and “drivers car has just literally went bang” , 2 little kids fall asleep with no food ( coz thought pizza was turning up ), not first issue with this place absolute disgusting service and never contact you with what’s going on . Will never order here again. Am fuming

Online order for a birthday treat , nightmare . Only delivered 1 of the pizzas , driver was going to return anD collect the other , waited 20 mins then called the shop . They were remaking the second pizza , so we ended up with 1 hot pizza the rest of the food cold . Not much of a birthday treat . Wouldn’t bother again .

Lovely pizzas and good prices, its a pitty they dont deliver to Mount Hawke otherwise we would use it so much more.

Terrible service! Refused to not put tomatoe sauce and just use the garlic butter on one of our pizzas. Every other domino's I have ever went to all over the UK has done this for me as I do not like tomatoes. It's funny how domino's in Belfast, Liverpool, Manchester, St Helens and plenty of other domino's in the uk are able to just not put tomato sauce on but for turo this is apparently impossible!!

Ordered twice recently and both times the pizzas have been ready on time, hot and very enjoyable. Great price too with the current pick up offer.

Really lovely pizza. Slightly longer to do than the estimated time but still taking social distancing into account which I was pleased about. We had the vegan pizza and it was amazing.

Walked in and ordered pizzas was told would be 10-15 mins 45 mins later I asked where our pizzas were and they were all ready they'd just left us sat in the building no communication at all. When asked why it took so long 'oh one of the pizzas was behind' no reason why they couldn't of just told us what was going on. Unlikely to see a smile in there

Ordered a pizza 2hours in advance of delivery, even then it was half an hour late. After phoning up the store I was greeted by a very rude individual who informed me that my food wasn’t near ready and I’d just have to wait it out. I get it if you’re busy and I don’t mind waiting, but I don’t appreciate being treated in a rude or demeaning manner...

Terrible pizzas, little to no toppings and much to expensive. Even the side dishes aren't sufficient enough.

Pizza arrived cold and the order was incorrect. I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas and was given one with meat on it. By the time another one was sent out I'd well and truly lost my appetite. On a positive note, the delivery driver was polite and friendly.

We had been a loyal customer of Domino's Pizza Truro Branch ever since we came here in UK. We love the food and the staffs are kind. But today 18/7/19 when I ordered a delivery from them. This delivery man had been absolutely rude to me. I was patiently waiting for our delivery which took 40 minutes to come, he told me I was just deaf to not hear the doorbell rang. I can't believe he had the audacity to be mad when I was constantly checking on my phone and in the window for him to arrive. I did not catch his name but that's not proper.

Hygiene of staff was quite poor. Witnessed guy taking my order scratching his itchy beard for some time before making my pizza. He didn't wash his hands beforehand.

Staff peeped and handled food with out washing there hands or using sanitizer after dealing with cleaning products, and other items in the depo will NOT be using the store again food and hygiene dose not exists
