The quality, the service, and how fast the food is made is very good. The price is very high, much higher than competitors.

I preordered, app said food ready to collect, only not all of it was. Was told, after a while, it would be 5 minutes for the cookies. It took 15!! Whilst the pizzas were sat under heat lamps. Order then handed to me with absolutely no apology. Really poor customer service and communication

Never will I order from here again from st.austell. I order £30 food to be not cooked right and the cutting skills need to be taught to these mongols

Yet another pizza collected and not cut properly had this multiple times over the past few years where it’s only just been scored on the top not cut though not ideal when eating out and not having anything to recut with 👎

Allways had a good experience with Dominos pizza. But the food quality last night was very disappointing and all the family left feeling ill afterwards. We all noticed there was a difference to the quality of the ingredients! Like a lot of fast food currently, price up! Quality down.

Well it's a domino's pizza they got the order wrong asked for deep pan got thin crust but I think the revised as they stick 2 thin crust together to try and make a deep pan will say it didn't work as I pulled thr pizza apart both basses separated from one another 🤔 so had 2 extra crispy bases will say the lady behind the counter was helpful looking for deals but that's about it Not very good seems dominoes have gone down hill since I last had it

Very helpful with purchase sorting out best deal but pizza not so good. Some pizza base not got cheese on BBQ sauce not evenly distributed. .. not the usual standard. Friday 12th 7.15.

Won’t be ordering again. The last 3 times we’ve had hardly any sauce and cheese. I paid for extra this time and still got the same result. It’s too expensive to be this bad. Very tight with ingredients.

Having work done on the house. No way of cooking, so for tea we decided to feed the family dominos as a treat. Went all the way to dominos st austell. Who refused to take our payment as they dont take cash. Disgusting to not support your own nations currency. Thanks for leaving our children very late for tea and hungry Next time we will go direct to someone who does want our money and to someone who supports the pound

Order once a week at least but never again. 17 pound for a wrong order and I get given 25 voucher to which I said I'll just have my 17 pound order again. Told I have to pay £5 joke of a place.

Well what can I say another great pizza they are amazing,hot and delicious.

I was let down on this occasion. I ordered a couple of pizzas for collection at 6 pm, I arrived about 6.05 to collect to see there was another 10 minutes to wait, the girl behind the till asked if I was collecting to which I said yes and pointed to my order on the board. The staff were standing around with only a couple of them doing anything, there were no pizzas in the oven and no drivers waiting. About 10 minutes later a pizza was placed in the waiting area, and about 5 minutes after that my order was marked as ready to collect on the board. I stood by the counter waiting, a few more pizzas came out and were given to the people behind me in the queue at which point I was told they were still making one of my pizzas and it would be another 5 minutes, I eventually got both pizzas at 6.40, the one which had been sat under the hot lamps was barely warm. I was late to get back already so didn't have time to complain to the staff at the time. I was quite disappointed in the lack of communication from staff, and it seemed having waited in the shop for 35 minutes that the staff were in no rush to fulfil the mounting orders.

Driver spilled an entire large dip all over my doorstep and patio offered to get another one and never came back food is stone cold and customer service plus management were very unhelpful

Ordered an hour a hour ago said it was out for delivery and then went back to the store for some reason while I was waiting outside. Then about 10 minutes later said it was back out for delivery, delivery driver was in the same stop for 22 minutes. Knocked on my door ridiculously loudly and woke my whole house up. Food finally arrived and was all stone cold. Absolute joke

Disgusting treatment of staff. I heard a staff member (possibly a manager) mistreating a junior member of staff, calling him a F'ing idiot! Needs sacking! I do hope he is reported. Bullying is not acceptable.

Garlic bread was great However, pizza was a let down, the red onion was not cooked, and the bacon was terrible, the pizza was congealed and mushy Overall it didn’t taste good at all, such a shame as normally the pizzas are great, unfortunately I didn’t eat any as it tasted undercooked and raw

We thought as domino's make everything to order that they might be able to help out with a specific dietary requirement. I have a severe intolerance to dairy, and I've been feeling pretty limited only being able to have vegan options to make sure I'm not having dairy when eating out. Domino's have started doing a plant based pizza option, their normal base has milk in it, so I asked if they could make me a pizza with the plant based base and cheese but with regular toppings. Apparently no I cannot. It's not something they're willing to do, they just flat out refused, no explanation given. As we did a walk in and we didn't use the app we were charged a ludicrous amount more than if we'd ordered on the app, I'm talking £50 rather than the £30 it would have been on the app. We didn't use the app as we wanted to see if they could help us out with the dietary issue. The place itself was clean and the food we got was as you'd expect from domino's, so no complaints there!

Best Pizza, when you are hungry!

If you like burnt pizza, this is the place for you. This has happened twice now, we will not be returning.

Kids wanted a Domino pizza after a 5+ hour drive to Cornwall. We see this place, stopped and noticed they had tables. Team looked busy enough and we placed our orders. Sat down and kids needed a drink and if I go to buy them. However they only do large bottles and there’s no cups to drink from! Sat down explained to the kids we will get a drink next door at the garage when we done. Kids need to use a toilet but we can see it’s blocked off. This is going well 🙄 after 20 minutes pizza time and good pizzas like always. However some 15 minutes later the chicken strips are done ordered at the same time as the pizzas. Not a good experience, we will avoid this Domino’s in the future.

We were regular customers until the pizzas went down hill fast - undercooked dough, scant toppings and most recently a piece of meat on a vegan pizza. Not using again.

Ordered and collected using the app. Super easy and always very quick. Ordered and collected all within 15 minutes. Staff friendly and polite. Pizza tasted good, only down side is their normal prices are extortionate but they nearly always have offer codes to bring it down and the before 4pm large pizza for 5.99 is brilliant

Over an hour and it was a collection, first pizza was cooked 30 minutes b4 the second one was cooked and they expected me to accept a cold pizza !

I order extra cheese and get only specs of cheese?? Come on!! Always bad pizzas here, especially compared to Bodmin branch. Needs quality control and retraining. Always a massive disappointment, I won't go again.

Frequently undercooked dough, and dripping with grease, hardly any cheese, absolutely no sauce. Garlic bread is basically a 7" Margarita. Very poor service now. Been using St Austell Domino's for ages, just gone downhill over past 4 months. Shame the fantastic delivery guys have to shoulder the failings of the kitchen staff.

Waited well over 45 minutes and ithe order didn't show up. Don't expect your pizza to he delivered in the time stated - the app "tracker" reported my order as delivered after almost an hour when it had not arrived. Having chased it up with a phone call the order was redone and delivered almost an hour and a half after the original order. A voucher was applied to my phone number however I am still awaitng the Area Manager to call me to discuss my concerns (over a week so far, no call). Secondly, the voucher applied, doesn't allow use in conjunction with the price I usually pay though the app (so I lose out) its not worth me using and was the only reason I was going to order from them again. When they fail to deliver I recommend you insist on a refund and dont expect any follow up from management. Very poor.

Pizzas were well made and very tasty friendly service and was ready on time for collection. Easy free parking right next to the shop.

4 stars for the service, would be 5 but getting expensive unless you get the 2 for Tuesday. 👍

I always find some of the meat not cooked fully

This had to be the worst pizza I have ever purchased. I bought 2 create your own pizzas from the restaurant as part of the 2 for 2 Tuesdays. They were supposed to have light sauce and extra cheese, they had an unbelievable amount of sauce and cost me £5 more than they do at my local store back in Manchester. I will never buy from this store again and looking at the ither reviews, other people should stop going to. They don't listen to their customers and do things the way they always do. Do yourself a favour and avoid this store spend your money elsewhere or at a different Domino's store.

I worked here for just under a year and I've got to say it was the best and worst job I've ever had, the people I worked with were great, the store managers were brilliant understanding and overall great people, the franchise owners and the higher ups were awful, I had quite a bad accident on the road while working for them and understandly I wanted to work in store for a while till it all settled and all they could ask was if I could go back out on the mopeds and they never fix any of the mopeds that were broken and expected you to go out on them without a second thourght I really hope something changes in the future and the people in store get the respect they deserve.

Bit pricey just for Pizza, i say this about Asda too.. wound me me up I could only order a gluten free of a small size not adherin to all customers needs I'm glad they actually have it back now but what's the point for a tiny pizza. it's tasty especially on two for Tuesdays

I love the pizza but the service is very poor, always very busy to take my order and the website doesn't recognise my postcode. I have been in this new address for 9 months now and your website still not updated this. I'm sure I'm not the only one in PL25 3GF postcode that ask for pizza through your website. Even the kebab shop on the corner have my postcode on his website, why don't you have it?

Came while on holiday, would only take orders online or app, or in person even at the front door. Signal awful, not helpful at all ended up phoning from the car. Long awful, and what a mess about!!! Couldn’t even take the order at the doors while outside wearing a mask Lost 5 customers while we was sitting waiting We only waited as we promised our kiddies they could have a holiday pizza Covid is being blamed for everything now, even now we are back to normal

If you have not got the app or a phone/tablet/laptop you are stymied. How pathetic cannot make an order at the premises. Definitely a plus with the competition, we resorted to fish and chips at White River Fish Bar, St Austell. Definitely the best Fish and Chips for miles. I know not a pizza but hey ho we could order what we wanted at the premises.

Normally the food is brilliant however last time they forgot aspects of a £100+ order. Were not delivering the other day on the app. Overpriced and the new deal wizzard didn't seem to work out a 50% off voucher made the price cheaper 😅 so don't trust it.

Went and got a couple small pizzas, both were nice, it was quite late in the evening. We were greeted by a nice lad with brown hair, I didn’t get his name unfortunately but a very nice guy, very friendly and were super nice to us. Really pleased with the service. (Review from Ben)

I've given it 4 stars because pizza is really expensive for what it is, so it is a treat. However, the ap is easy to use and the collection service well organised. You can park easily and we ordered from the car park and the pizza was ready in 7 mins.

i went to get my pizza and someone very large and tall with a beard i couldn’t see him name badge but his name began with a R threw my pizza at me and didn’t even say have a good day or anything poor poor

Over an hour wait only for the app to say the pizza had been delivered but no pizza arrived. Called to see what happened, waited longer only for the pizza to arrive cold and missing the drink from the offer.

Dominoes it's just the one to go for delicious pizza 😋 as a vegan it's not easy for a good one but this store offers ingredient packed pleasure for your mouth 😂 previously got disappointed with vegan pizza at Chester store which didn't deliver what they advertised but St Austell store is definitely the one with great quality and service

When the chips are down, dial this Dominos team! 👏🍕🏆🥇 We were staying on a caravan site in Par and decided it was easier to collect a pizza than try to have it delivered. We set off only for our car tyre to explode on the way. We called the team here and explained that we didn’t know how long it would be before we could collect and after talking amongst themselves and finding out where we were stranded, they arranged for our pizza to be delivered kerbside!! Such a brilliant thoughtful team, top notch service and delicious pizzas each time we ordered. Thanks!!! ❣️❣️❣️

Terrible service. Every time we order I immediately call up to ask for half of one of the pizzas to not have cheese on it. On this occasion I was told that they can no longer do that....... Baring in mind they had no problem doing it 2 weeks ago or any other time that it has been requested it!! Order cancelled and £40 spent with a local pizza company instead!! Won't even bother with Domino's now.

Under extreme pressure, due to difficult circumstances and a high amount of orders, the team at At Austell deliver once again. I ordered a 2 for Tuesday via the App. Had to wait a whole 5 minutes longer for my order but I, along with other customers was always kept up-to-date with the progress of my order. Hot, tasty and amazing value. If I could give 6 stars the team at At Austell would get them. I'm not a local, just visiting, I live 4 hours away, so not biased.

Pizzas came out the oven but was delivered 25+ minutes later so were obviously not hot at all, rang for change and some hot pizzas but waited another 20 minutes, 1 hour 30 minutes in total and a let down when we were hangry

It's dominos. It's never going to be 5 star. Starf are professional and friendly. To be honest if it wasn't for fact the delivery drivers are always so friendly and helpful I wouldn't bother as food isn't great but when ya tired, the Chinese is shut and you just want hot food now then this will do.
