The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I had an awful experience at Domino’s Lancaster. The staff prioritised phone orders over customers at the counter, leaving many of us waiting with no one willing to help. The restaurant was packed, yet no staff came to speak to or serve us. Other customers were coming back with incorrect orders, and people were waiting for ages only for the staff to disappear into the back when questioned, never to return. We tried to use the university Freshers code, and after being told last week it wasn’t valid until this week, we came back only to be told we needed to use the app. When we tried to clarify, the staff were rude and raised their voices at us. They were even shouting out names of people who had already left. This place is a complete shambles. I will never be returning, and I’d recommend others avoid this location. A truly disappointing experience.

I ordered a veg pizza and they sent me a pizza full of meat

Imagine having 4 children under the age of 4 one who isn’t able to walk and because I live in a flat they can not enter the property due their policies. They told me that if I was disabled and lived in a flat they would not deliver my food. From such a big company how disgusting

Worst chicken kebab I have ever eaten in my life, by a country mile. They couldn’t even bother to fill the pitta bread, they literally put the salad in the box, slapped a few chicken breasts on top (which is the cheapest chicken I have ever tasted, it was revolting) and left the pitta bead outside of the box. They literally couldn’t be bothered to make it properly. Shocking and will never again visit in my life

It’s not papa johns fault but it seems like often the drivers they use cancel the orders. This usually ends up in someone from papa johns delivering it themselves

Use this place all the time. Great ingredients piping hot, great pizza's. Look out for the offer's brings the price right down.

Absolutely atrocious service, I called for a collection and the customer service was rude from get go, half way through me saying my order the person ended the call and did not even bother to call me back!! Never order from this place stay away!!

Pizza was thrown together !!! Hot & spicy pizza there was no meat on there & hardly any cheese just loads of Peppers & jalapeños … wish I just stuck to big johns because one thing about them there pizzas are on point 🎯 Best thing were the cookies !!!

I have used this store for years the same lads work in there and the food is always fantastic. Please don’t close this store down it is the heart of Barnsley town centre and I’ve never had a bad meal from their top fellas top pizza top place. 👍
