Papa John's Pizza in Forest Heath

The chicken wings tasted like chemicals. Totally inedible. Wrong sauce on pizza and delivery texts were over zealous and even threatened to not give us our food if the door wasn’t answered BEFORE the driver arrived. Wholly disgusting won’t eat here again and would not advice others given the chicken is either being bathed in chemicals or off

Ordered at 18.04, chased at 20.30, told 10- 15 minutes, called back again and initially told 30 minutes!!!!! Then 15 minutes but if not a refund. Gut feeling says no food or refund.

I have ordered from Papa Johns before, and it did not disappoint - prices are slightly up but everything is going up at the moment... Pizzas were yummy as always

Driver noted on app that food was delivered 8 minutes before he got to our door Then part of the order was missing When we called Newmarket shop to ask for remaining items to be delivered - he said it was drivers fault as he was new Then we had to wait a further 45 minutes to have one of the missing meals to be delivered Service simply not good enough Terrible

Ordered through app for for a xxl pizza and the driver arrived with a medium, the app even gave receipt of a medium pizza, so possibly an app issue rather than branch, although the newmarket store was willing to do nothing to resolve the issue

Thought we would try papa johns pizza instead of dominos for a change and took advantage of the 50% off offer and booked delivery for 7pm , pizzas ordered were the works and the Greek , unfortunately we received 2 x the Greek 😳 and both were cold and late which my partner commented on . So I rang shop and advised them of this and that I wanted the correct one delivered and agreed . About 15 minutes later I got a call saying they wanted a photo of the pizzas and boxes and an email or they would do nothing and it sounded like they were having a row in the background whilst on the phone with me, very dissapointed with the food , really not tasty at all .cold and bland and upset stomach following morning !😳 But money well spent as I won’t be going there again and I’ll stick with dominos

The management is tooo good as their food and so much helping staff their way of talking is very good they have etiquette’s how to treat the customers highly recommended

We like getting food from here but there Delivey service is disgusting always late and they never keep you upto date on your food in the oven/ out for delivery etc they could send a text or phone if they are actually busy

My daughter ordered pizza at 8pm via Just Eat for home delivery, by 9.30pm heard nothing so she rang Papa Johns to be told problem with Just eat and they would do order now. By 10.45 still nothing! So I rang and was greeted by an extremely rude member of staff I could barely understand telling me it wasn't her fault, she ended up shouting something at me (I couldn't understand what) then she hung up the phone on me!! 5 minutes later the food arrived which tasted ok to be fair but as a family we will NEVER use Papa Johns again. Worst customer service I have probably experienced ever!!

I normal rate papa johns as one of the best about, but tonight was the case. The pizza was warm at best and they were scrippy on the toppings. Also they sent the wrong sauces which we phoned to double check was right. The box’s even said the correct sauce but inside didn’t match, let down indeed

Me and the family love this store! Customer service and management are so friendly and welcoming and the pizzas themselves taste so fresh and well cooked! Highly recommend!

The delivery speed is great. The kids love the pizza. The price is very good and nice to see Papa in town!
