Refused to bring the order 2 shops down from them. Was told I'd need to make it a delivery and pay extra.

Food arrives hot and in good time.

Food is very tasty and reasonable price.

The service is good. Manager and staff are friendly.

I order food from here on Uber eats….. it never showed up. Manager was rude when I told him.

We came to Domino's pizza for first time No one greeted us. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. She looked angry when we were choosing our toppings. When my son asked what toppings they had she completely ignored him. When we ordered she just told us how much we had to pay without saying thank you or please.. So our first and last time in Domino's

Rude customer service and don’t get extra toppings as you are wasting your money as you get basically nothing

After a few months, I decided to try this domino's again, and they have improved. The 2 times I've ordered from them recently, the pizzas have been great and on time. So they get an extra star from my last review.

Did not even receive my food. I didn’t get a call or anything stating that the couldn’t find my address just a no show.

Truly terrible place. Waited 1hr 30 for my food to turn up stone cold. App said it was delivered when it was not so I called up and the person lied on the phone saying it was now going out for delivery(which it clearly wasn’t from the temperature of the food).

Ordered last Monday and took over an hour for delivery. Assistant Manager couldn't give an answer of whether it was being made or out for delivery. She was rude on the phone and when we called back for an update she wouldn't take the call. Her colleague confirmed it would be delivered and shortly after that it arrived. Cold pizza and sides for £44. Still waiting on refund. Not impressed and won't be using again.

Thought I would order a quick bite to eat while I was at my friends on a Sunday, however the food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and out of 15 phone calls they only answered 3. When the food finally arrived it was cold, the only saving grace was that they offered a full refund. This was the worst take away experience I have ever had.

Worst costumer service and worst quality food had hair in my pizza and the people working wouldn’t do nothing about it was so rude never be ordering from them again

I don't order out that often however when I do I've never had any issues. I always order to collect and they always give the best deal possible. Food is always cooked thoroughly. The only suggestion I'd make is opting for some sort of grease trap paper to put the pizza on in order to capture some of the grease.

I like Dominos, but the Mildenhall take away has really poor service. The website estimated delivery timer is wrong 100% of the time, you often have to wait an extra 30-45 minutes after is it 'delivered' for it to arrive. Almost always cold! Go to Papa Johns, or save a bunch of money, and get the Sainsburys fresh pizzas for £5 not £20, which are bigger too. I enjoy Dominos when it's not from Mildenhall.

Tracker said pizza was delivered after half an hour. It was not delivered, and even after an hour they kept telling us that it was only a few minutes away. Wasted over an hour waiting for a pizza that was never delivered.

Order was placed at 8:19 pm. We contacted the Mildenhall domino's branch first time just after 9pm, then at 9:32. Both times being told that the driver is on the way. Finally called at 9:45 to cancel. Male domino's member seemed confused and somewhat dismissive. He did not ask how I was being refunded, so I had to raise a PayPal case to get my refund.

Took almost 2 hours to receive my order and that’s after I called the store to see what was going on when tracking showed out for delivery nearly 40 minutes. My food arrived cold and seemed as if it had been sitting a long time. Not to mention the taste was awful. My loaded wedges were nothing but wedges and cold cheese.

Order placed at 7:20pm. Rang store at 8:30pm as app was telling me pizza was delivered and told it was out for delivery. Arrived at 8:45pm, cold. No apology from store or delivery driver. Not happy.

Waited an hour for delivery. Both pizzas came stone cold. Also, hair in one of the pizzas.

Terrible service. Ordered delivery after an hour it said it had been delivered but no pizza! Took me 20 minutes of calling for someone to answer. Couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and was told it had ‘just left’ the store. Only answer was a glitch in the system. For the prices they charge the service is disgusting

I hate to write this, because I rarely give negative reviews on anything, but I've ordered for delivery from this place 2 times and both times took over 2 hours for delivery. Heed the warnings of other reviews - this place is SLOW to deliver. Beyond slow. That said, the delivery driver was very sweet. They're clearly understaffed with drivers and it's making both the drivers and customers suffer.

It’s never on time, and nobody ever answers the phone.

Ordered two vegan pizzas and both arrived with a piece of ham on each which seemed to have been placed there on purpose. Wouldn't answer the phone although I had been ringing for over an hour. Complained online to be told I'd be contacted after 5 days. It has now been 8 days with no attempt to contact.

i would give 0 stars if i could, we ordered around 8pm and at 9:30pm we got a message saying enjoy our food but never received it, so we called to ask where our order was and we were told that they never even had our order and gave us a corporate number to call so we called and they said that our order says delivered so we tried to call the store back and then got hung up on!! then we received our food at 10pm and it was cold and disgusting.

No stars waited well over an hour to have pizza delivered even though app said pizza was out for delivery. Rang up to find out where pizza was. Was told it was there waiting for a driver and pizza would be another hour. I collected them thank god I did pizza was cold and rubbery as it had already been reheated.Just hope we don’t end up with food poisoning. Last time we will have dominoes.

Took over an hour before someone from the store rang to say delivery wouldn't be possible. I only ordered sides and desserts for dinner. Asked if I could collect despite paying a delivery fee but I don't drive. Refund would take several days and all other take outs shut during the hour long wait so had to go without dinner completely. I expected better from Domino's.

Horrid I pre ordered a pizza for 1200-1215 I got it at 1320 semi warm and I was upset. I hated the fact that I had to wait a whole hour for food that was planned. DON'T PRE ORDER

Would be nice if your drivers understood/spoke english when they call for directions! Takes over an hour for a delivery to beck row! After waiting well over an hour the delivery driver went back to the shop as he couldnt find my house which is directly on the main road!!

Ordered well before 11pm closing time but never turned up. Took my money and did not even bother to contact us to say they were not going to deliver. NEVER AGAIN will we use this Franchise.

Ordered pizza and sides at 15:15 and it arrived at 16:30 stone cold, the pizza was disgusting and had to be reheated in the microwave. What a waste of £36, I will never use Domino pizza again!

Not one to usually leave reviews but this is the worst dominos I’ve experienced. Live less than 10 minutes away and we’ve been waiting almost 30 minutes now, called the store because the app said order was delivered and all they could say was it’s been busy..still doesn’t explain why it’s been almost 30 minutes and our order is still not here..won’t be coming back to this one

The reviews speak for themselves... Preordered our pizza for 18:15 at 16:45.... turned up at 19:30PM stone cold with bits missed off. I have now complained to head office as this is not the only time this has happened to us or our friends - give this one a hard miss and go elsewhere. It's a shame as the Newmarket branch is really good.

Waited for 1 and a half hours for delivery. Then called the store to find oit that my order still wasn't ready. No apology or anything just told it will be there when it is! So i cancelled my order and bow have to wait 5+ days for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Often turns up late. Often turns up cold. That said, they never miss anything off the order which is more than can be said for the nearby Papa Johns. I don't think it's a problem with staff competence or anything, I just think there's probably not enough of them and they're doing their best.

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery from the app. When I called the store, I was begrudgingly offered a 50% refund. I was then told that everyone was waiting 2 hours for cold pizza. I expressed my disappointment and eventually was given 100% refund, and I got to keep the cold pizza. Going to give this branch of Domino's a hard miss now. Also very sad that it has become normal practice to lie and say your pizza is on the way, when it wasn't.

Avoid, and don't use the app to order from here. I ordered at 6pm, went in at 6:30pm to find the Pizza hadn't even been prepared as they were "busy". I asked if I could have my money back, but they said the Dominoes wasn't anything to do with them, I asked if they were busy why there weren't a continual stream of Pizzas being made, just got a shrug. There were lots of staff, no organisation and no communication to customers. I'd recommend going to any other takeaway in Mildenhall, there are plenty - I'm never going back.

For my daughters birthday I ordered a perperoni pizza. I was told on the phone it would take 45 minutes. I called every 30 minutes and I was told the driver will soon arrive. It ended up taking 3 hours and I got cold pizza and I threw it out because it was cold and had no sauce. It was a big waste of time and money. I love pizza and this place is not a dominoes.

Pizza didn’t taste like dominoes. It was not tasty and it was dry with no oil. Worse dominoes by far. Honest review fellas.

This is only the second time that I have ordered from here and both times they have been over 1 HOUR late from my required delivery time ...apparently they have been ever so busy both times!! .. note to self if I want to use this service again..either i go pick up myself or make sure I order it to come 2 hours before I actually want it!! ..very disapointed customer here

Once again app allows you to order, and if you pick a time it states unable to pre order, So you then ring Mildenhall with your order but they don’t honor and discount given on app so your bill becomes higher, Also you can be ringing for a long time and no reply and after 5 attempts time to give up Sadly service has become poor and yes I’m aware of COVID 19 but drop the app as it a waste of time, but answer the phone let’s face it we all used to being put on hold, UPDATE: service has improved and phone answered and app working well thanks guys 4 stars!

Very disappointed having to wait nearly 1 hour for 1 pizza on collection and also surprised by being told by the manager they don't do half and half different toppings on large pizzas. Probably won't be returning unfortunately.

Order initially arrived 1.5hrs after ordering. Came with 2 items missing which arrived about 40mins later in a second delivery. Pizza was cold & mushy. Also, rather oddly, had a metal pizza grill plate in the pizza box. Careless, late and gross. Will not order here again.

Placed my order online and was easy. I had to call the store to make a change to my order and the staff on the phone was understanding and changed it no problem, my order arrived on time and it was piping hot. What else can you ask for? 🤤🍕❤️

As has been mentioned many, many times before. The service from this store has been nothing more than woeful. I have ordered from this store many times in the past and it is always the same excuse, the ‘tracker’ estimates aren’t accurate and don’t reflect reality. This evening our order took nearly 2 hours and arrived cold. When I challenged the driver as to why the order was cold his response was your can call and complain if you want?’ Then turned his back and got back in his car. For a service industry business, this level of customer service that seems to come from this store survey doesn’t reflect the brand nationally. But I’m afraid to say this is not a well operated franchise and whoever it is that owns it needs to have a serious look at the quality of their staff. Another disgruntled customer - who will NOT be using this outlet again.

Made an order for 2 pizzas and 2 ice creams asked for it to be delivered at 1900 my order gets here at 1930 and it was only half my order. Called to complain about not receiving my ice creams got told it would be sent ASAP. Waited 30minutes and still no ice cream called got told it was out for delivery. I have now been waiting since 1900 for my ice cream and still not here it is almost 2100! Every time I order there is always a problem!

Pizza was ordered online and received 2 hour after delivery was placed and the pizza is room temperature.

Waited 2 hours for cold pizza. The tracker had it as in Quality Check for the longest time. No apology for the late arrival and as I said, lukewarm pizza at 9.10 pm. Disappointed. Tracker doesn't give you chance to comment after, only before, the delivery

Food turned up later then it should although it said it was delivered on the app but then turned up 30 mins later. Food turned up and was cold and gave us the wrong size. When rung the manager was so rude he needs to be sacked, he was just cocky and didn't want to resolve the issue. I won't be eating from here again cause now I got an upset stomach. Waste of money, going somewhere else next time.

We've ordered from this store multiple times and each occasion it's the same sorry excuse of customer service. It's rare when they ever answer their phone and even more difficult to get a straightforward answer as to why our order always says delivered then shows up 30-40 minutes later. Their response is always, "The system is tracking the order faster than it should." or something to that nature. This particular order tonight has taken over 2 hours since the order was placed for it to even arrive. It's not a sometimes occurance, it's an every time problem. The only plus side is the gamble we take when ordering, since it's the only pizza delivery nearest us, is it going to take an hour? two hours? will it arrive cold or soggy and pathetic? If we could have the option to order with a different pizza joint, 11 times out of 10 we would take that route even if it was more expensive and their toppings consisted of dog feces and chopped slugs from yesterdays rain storm. I can't express my frustrations enough with this particular store. We haven't had the opportunity to try any other locations so I can't speak on account for any of your other locations but this one in particular is a sad excuse to be considered a branch of your establishment. Just look at the Google reviews and they all say the same exact thing I'm bringing to your attention. Please fix this store. Sincerely, A Disgruntled Customer!

I could grow the crops and raise the animals needed to make a pizza from scratch before this establishment actually delivers a pizza. I'd be better off for it too because their pizza is as good as a car crash of a loved one.

So annoyingly slow. Pizza is usually soggy. I think they have the record for 1 hour and 54 minutes to deliver 6 minutes down the road. I frequently have to call to check they even got the order because it says delivered on the tracker but I haven’t received anything. Once or twice fair enough but I can’t think of a time it was delivered in a reasonable time. If I owned the franchise I’d be annoyed. I genuinely wish I could order from a different store, Newmarket or even Soham. This store is a bad representation of Dominos.

I have ordered from this location a few times now and every time it takes anywhere between 1 and half to 2 and half hours to get it delivered without any reason as to why it takes so long and no apology and a lot of the time have to call 5 times for someone to answer the phone to get an update. I do not recommend ordering form this store if you live any further than next door and even then it will still probably take an hour to get there.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!.. *No stars* because you have to wait two hours for your food to be delivered for then the food to be stone cold .. and the delivery driver tells me that it’s supposed to be like that. I sent that food straight back to where it came from. Diabolical service I cannot express how poor it is. Such slow service. If you go in and order you stand there 20mins before anyone will even acknowledge that you are there, but you know they have seen you! Order online to pick up and exactly the same thing, only you can see your order sitting on the shelves.......going cold but nobody will serve you! So rude we wouldn't go there but it is my son's choice for take out night.

We have used this place a few times and the food is normally ok, not great but ok. Tonight my wife and I ordered a take away to sit down and watch a movie with and the food was absolutely toilet. The worse chinese food i ever put near my mouth. The chicken was very undercooked, pink throughout and slimey. The so called egg fried rice tasted of bleach or some sort of cleaning chemical, thats the only way i can describe it. Totally gutted that we parted with our money for this, never again !! Be warned. Oh well guess im cooking after all !

25mins I waited for a pizza that I pre-ordered over the phone and when I turned up after 10mins of standing there I see them start preparing my pizza. They say 15mins and I was in a rush but to hungry to leave.

Awful! Twice I've ordered now and last time it was over an hour even though their tracker said it was out for delivery after 20 mins. Rang them and they said oh we haven't started making it yet! Rang again tonight as I'd been waiting 45 mins. They said it's not been started and delivery is 2 hours!!!!! Completely disgusted!

Order the food at 7:30 then I rang up at 8:30 and they said it's been out for delivery 20 min and we didn't get it till 9:30 so upset

Order pizza at 7:30pm, phoned up at 8:30pm as it still hadn't been delivered. And phoned again at 9:30pm. Waited 2 hours for my food and when I got it, it was cold. The manger was very rude over the phone. Just feel sorry for the poor delivery driver.
