First time ordering from this kebab house and all I can say is what a disappointment!!! Ordered my food at 17.56pm and had to call the store at 19.00pm and was told the driver was just leaving with my food.!!! 30 minutes later my food turns up and was warm not hot. And as for the driver well all I can say is arrogant didn't really care. Won't be ordering from there again!!! 😠

good food but they often mess up orders, leaving something out, giving you the wrong item, giving you the wrong size. Been ordering from here for 5 years and there’s quite frequently a mistake with my order

I ordered 5 meals and two of them without chips and 2 drinks I phoned up and asked about my chips they were adjusting for me to pay even though I had already paid it was there mistake! I asked if they can bring me the chips and the drinks and I will pay even though I knew that I didn't have to but it didn't turn up anyway and left me and my son hungry not happy about this I shouldn't have to pay for there mistake!

I get food regularly with these guys and it's good tbh.

The food was exactly as described in the menu. For the first time I got my exact order as I asked for it, this is the first kebabery I ve went to that actually have fresh salad and vegetables . Strongly recommend!

Ordered kebab with salad x 2 no salad on kebab rang up said doner kebab had no salad man hung up 3 times then said he would bring salad out guess what no one arrived been going to these people for years very rude service and bad website won't use them again will be getting in touch with trading standards as website not advertising what it is pictures taken for proof

Been having kebabs from here several times , but tonight we ordered even though was good , seems to be different meat not as good , didn’t have any flavour

The food is very good, both kebabs and pizzas. Their delivery charge is a bit too high in my opinion and they also make the same mistake of putting the salad in with the meat so by the time it's delivered you have warm salad and cold meat. I can't understand why they don't put the salad in a separate tray. I did phone them and they were more than happy to put the salad in a separate box. When the delivery arrived we had beautiful chilled salad in its own container and piping hot kofte kebab. Their Kofte's are simply the best of which I cannot recommend high enough. By the way their pizzas are great too

For years I have been using these guys for takeouts never had a bad experience, every week I usually have a pizza and garlic bread which I might add is epic. This week my grandson raved about another pizza place near you and we ordered from there. Omg was i disappointed. Not a patch on you guys. Moral is stick to what’s best, never Go Go somewhere else. You guys rock.

When arrived and put on plate,pitta bread badly greasy on both,ended up pouring grease of plate,couldn't eat it,had a pizza as always forgetting cheese on burger,this was okay,never complained as they seemed didn't care,just not getting food again from there

The chips are like rubber. The burgers that I ordered were dry.

One of the best places to eat in newmarket

Passing through as a trucker and had a night in Newmarket. Called Newmarket Kebab and Pizza. Delivered within an hour and boy was it worth waiting for. Just sublime. I rarely leave feedback and reviews but I felt this needed my input. I've eaten kebabs since the early 80's when they where a pretty rare thing but I have to say this was (other than Egyptian street food kebabs in Giza) THE best I've eaten in the UK. Top top marks.

Great place to get a very tasty kebab.

We spent 40 quid with these guys. The portions were helplessly minimal but that was not all... Did our order online. It was 11pm so not a busy time and yet they somehow managed to get every single meal wrong! We rang up to complain the next day and they refused to subsidise or be at all helpful. Told us they were too busy and had customers to serve!! And said u have to complain within the hour of getting your order. Filthy service.

Tasty chicken kebab top quality service

absolutely awful avoid at all costs, spent nearly £50 with them and every meal was wrong, called to complain and they said it is store policy not to take customer complaints and asked me to get off the phone so they could take more orders.

Ordered cheese burger and house special only house special turned up, driver said £14.50 which thought was cheap so gave him £20 as thought he'd made mistake but as said no cheese burger. Please Please check order as shop do not want to resolve that's why its a Big No for me a 1 star is being generous

Although the food is amazing... there's always too many people trying to make the same order... they got my order over the phone, again when I got there.... and still got it wrong.

Very rude from the get go and adamant not to put onion rings in a burger on request? Terrible establishment! not the first dealing I've had with them either! Do yourself a favour and do what I've done, call Hmmm burger!

Been coming here for over 20 years still the best kebab ive had anywhere.i have not had one bad meal from here. The nk boys are the best set of staff ive seen. With no newmarket kebab there is no me . Dont go changing

Wrong food every time always getting wrong food or items missing from these lot . They don't care as they have a custom base built on newmarkets drunks who are too hammered to care , unlucky for those who haven't had 9 pints and are hoping for proper food you'll get substandard at best , wouldn't bother if your not wasted

Consistently excellent, I always have the grilled chicken kebabs that are tasty and don't have a hint of grease or fat, there chili sauce is pretty serious stuff as well, great food.

I ordered quite a large amount of food from here to be delivered when I gave the guy on the phone my order he was very polite and friendly we waited about 30 mins and was expecting the takeaway in 50 _60 as that's the usual time for most takeaways but they were very fast but also the food was absolutely amazing the chips were crispy and light and full of cheese the Donnar meat was succulent the pitta bread was soft the chilli sauce was just perfect for my boyfriend the onion rings were crispy and full of flavour I think it's fair to say that we will be ordering from here in future what an amazing dinner we had tonight thank you very much kebab house quite possibly the best takeaway I have ever eaten xx

Ordered a chicken shish kebab told me it would be 30 minutes very prompt delivery turned up wrong kebab. Phoned back gentlemen on the phone basically called me a liar that I ordered something else very rude do not order from them unless you want to be called a liar.

Great service, short wait times and most importantly, very good tasting food! Best kebab in town? Most likely. Good variety of takeaway food including halal at a reasonable price. Delivery available but if you want to go and collect, I'd suggest ordering ahead as this place is popular and can get busy but this doesn't affect the quality. Personally, I won't go anywhere else for a good burger or kebab, especially the wraps.

First experience wow 1 impressed Welsh man

Called in at this Kebab shop saturday evening on the way back from the No hurry Inn. I usually go to Rumbles .This was a wise move on my part. I ordered the Chicken Shish . I could see the raw shish in Chiller cabinet and you could see it had some yogurt based marinade over the chicken. The Kebab was cooked quickly on the outside leaving some nice charing , then the guy cut open to cook middle. This is the same as rumbles but I think rumbles overcook leaving the chicken dry. Once cooked I was offered the usual salad,chilli Sauce and garlic sauce.I asked for everything with lots of salad and chilli sauce. Once I got home and put the kebab on a warm plate,It was very obvious that they had been very generous with the salad and chilli. The salad looked fresh and the cabbage had a really nice taste with plenty of fresh lemon and oil. The tomatoes were very nice especially as they has been warmed by the hot chicken. I was worried that they had also dried out the chicken but how wrong was I. The chicken with the marinade and the charring was delicious and still moist, maybe 30 seconds over done but that's being really picky. As for the chilli sauce it was something else, lots of fine chillies and maybe chopped onion . It tasted really homemade and really good. Would love to have reciepe. I visited the shop about 9.45 pm and one other guy came in who had a little too much to drink but I noticed he was served with the same level and quality of service that I received. Great Job Lads and I'll be back . If you would like to to come and help you make your chilli sauce just ask and I can have a look at how it's done.

This is my go to place in Newmarket. The food is awesome and the staff is always friendly. I come so much, they know my order automatically.

I really like the kebabs here. Get in early on a Friday or Saturday so you do the have to deal with the drunks.

This used to be my favorite place for pizza, until the new owners took over. Now they are constantly burnt. They never understand no onions! And the chips are so hard they break you teeth. Its a shame this place has gone down hill since Del left. STAY AWAY!
