Not stated clearly . I ordered food over 20 pound . No cheese garlic bread . Food cold and under cooked rude when I called to tell person just told me not my problem bye . Never again will I have this food poor kids were so disappointed. I was fuming

The salt and pepper cheesy fries are amazing, ,good and quick delivery and the pizza is and you can order alcohol

I ordered a pizza last night, the driver seemed he didn’t want to deliver it. I then woke up next morning and i felt sick, next thing i know i was sick, i was then told don’t order from here as they were given a one star rating in hygiene !!!!

Ordered a 1/2 lb cheeseburger, 2xchips cheese n curry sauce and a large pizza. Both being from a food industry employment, both agree this is a mouldy pizza. Give us bk our money n shut this place down. Refund will only gove you 1/2 star. Doubt we'll get that. But doubt youll recieve our custom again.

Wow first time in about 10 years they have managed it!. Usually shocking and poor only used as deliver alcohol too.. tonight kebab was amazing.. meat perfect.. cooked great .. cant fault it. Maybe boss man was in or its changed owners but was 10 our of 10 . Keep it up.

Visit to an old friend with lots of catch up conversation, took us into late evening. Phoned "Hot potato", gave order waited 30 minutes and received probably the very best calzone l have ever had. The other part of the order was just as perfect. Will definitely use again on my next visit. One of those experiences one doesn't forget.

Spent £10 on a mixed kebab to have to box stuffed with chips, rice and a pitta bread. Only 3 pieces of chicken and a few strings of donner.

Before I rant and rage on I would like to make it clear that I have been a proffessional chef for more than a decade and have always enjoyed take aways from the Hot potato after a few scoops with the lads. With this said , i know how staff act and proform and behavior in this industry. To start: I came into the premisie more than an hour before it closed on saturday night at around 3:30 / Close time is 4:30 in the morning. I came in as a single person who took a few minute to look at the menu . After careful consideration I opted for the mixed grill wrap, I was told this would take 30 minutees to cook. (a single portion of a mixed grill- 30 minutes.... NOBODY INSIDE TO ORDER FOOD) I asked why... I was told because this is what it took.... I, decided not to push any further why a mixed grill which clearely is just extra effort for them , would take 30 minutes, I opted for a classic donner wrap. I asked for NO CHIPS. EXTRA salad and garlic mayo. I was asked if i wanted salad in my wrap, I said 3 times that i just wanted salad,extra salad and no chips.I paid 7:50 for this. I was given a dry meat wrap, no extra salad and a 1/2 box of iceberg lettuice, which is pennies on the pound with 2 slices of tomato, no onion no cabbage no nothing, the cheapest possible way to 1/3 fill a box I was asked if i wanted salad in my wrap, I said ''yes please mate''. I recieved non. I received no garlic mayo either. I was the only person in when I ordered. THE ONLY PERSON TO ORDER. 2 women did walk in shortly after I ordered to be fair. I feel that it is disgusting that this establishment is ripping off people who are slightly intoxicated due to the fact they are open late. I have worked in this industry most my life and have never felt so voilated with this type of service. I will forfiet the hotpotato to my friend and family becuase of this miss treatment. Unless stern action is taken then no one can comfortably take a takeaway without reassurance of a good meal. I have always been a fan of the Hot Potato but his experiance has ruined it catastrophically in ways which are irrepairable.

Ordered off the deals section, chicken kebab was absolutely delicious, very juicy & not dry as sometimes can be when grilled, tasted amazing too - only downside was the salad - what salad ??? Measly pieces of lettuce, more onion & cabbage than the lettuce & was very watery so never ate it. The burgers were, well burgers, cooked as they should be, not overdone. Chips were all still hot & not dry plus the garlic bread was one of the nicest I've had in a while. Ordered through Barrow Eats, as have discount on there & will be using again - all food was lovely !!!

Had ordered 2 shish kebabs and hot wings. Had to ask for the free garlic bread as they weren't going to give it. When I got home they had not supplied either salads or chilli sauce that had been ordered. The pittas were past their best and were dry. The lamb was very fatty and unedible. The chicken wings were disgusting. Most of this went in the bin. Waste of money. Will never go there again.

Absolutely awful. I ordered a cake, that looked nice on the photo. However I received it frozen. Not nice, also got cold chips and kebab that was burnt. Also staff aren’t very nice, quite moody when not customer is asking questions regarding their food ingredients.

I used these every week from their online menu, food was always great and delivery spot on, now they have room away online discount increased all orders crazily and sold out to just eat.....I've never used them since they did all this, nor will I ever use them again.....sizzle inn still offer rewards as in cash back for online orders, my money goes to them. Not happy with HP

Good food, a bit overpriced but tasty never the less. The staff need to smile at times though. They don't seem happy to be serving.

The food was delivered very quickly, Was hot and tasty Donor kebab was tender and delicious, However it took me over 20 minutes to get through to the take away to order my food But was well worth it Will defo order again

Pedimos a las 7:30 pm y sólo tomó unos 20-30 minutos para colección, pensamos que era buen momento teniendo en cuenta nuestro pedido. La comida que pedimos era muy sabroso y una excelente relación calidad-precio. Además de esto nos dieron un pan de queso con ajo para pasar una cierta cantidad, que era preciosa. El personal era muy amable, sin duda volveremos!

Really bad kebabs they got my order wrong and blamed me,I went to the shop to get my money back and was faced with 3 angry guys,I all boils down to them taking my order wrong.AFTER A VERY HEATED DISCUSSION, I got my money back in the end But know as pest and vermin they are,as a joke they think it's funny to call my mobile at unacceptable hours in the night PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY TOTALLY SHOCKING AND DISGUSTED ABOUT THERE BEHAVIOUR I HAVE ALSO CALLED THE POLICE REGARDS THERE NUMBER CALLING ME WATCH THIS SPACE

Got a take away delivered 2 large pizzas , garlic cheese bread and chips £15 bargain and enjoyed, ordered on line and got it delivered, delivery was very reasonable time and the delivery man very pleasant Will definitely use again

Had a lovely potato from here,my friend has a great kebab to fantastic service with polite staff,very clean inside,would recommend this

Great place to go to for special kebabs...really generous helpings of meat and salads,highly recommend eating here for your take away

No se puede superar un poco de noche scran en este lugar. A menudo encontrar yo en este establecimiento debidamente en mi mecedora desde el centro de la ciudad. No puedo recordar lo que los gustos de comida como, como el alcohol daños mi cerebro. Todo lo que sé es la mayonesa de ajo es sublime.
