The food is good, just don't expect it to come on time. They only sent my order out to me because I asked them what was up and why was it delayed.

my delivery was later than it said it was going to be and when I asked for some money back because i was still waiting an hour and half after ordering and them changing my delivery time twice. I called to find out what was happening and they said that it had been cancelled on my end because I had asked for some money back

Didn’t bring the chips cheese and curry and then said they will bring it in 5 minutes 20 minutes later and still waiting

the food is always great here and always hot i order chips cheese and curry then a chicken strip wrap with a note to chef for no fries with the wrap, usually i get what i want but this time i got the fries that are just gonna be wasted

Absolutely discussing l ordered a chicken strips wrap that took over an hour for just a chicken wrap bing delivered less than 2 mins away (unfortunately I suffer from ms so unable to pick it up) and when it came the chicken was cold and still raw in the middle when complaining I was met with hostility. Unfortunately it won't let me attach photos. I was a regular customer but I will NEVER order from here again

Our order took four minutes shy of two hours to arrive. Unacceptable. When it did arrive it was tepid at best despite telephoning the shop twice. To be fair, once heated up the food was good hence the three score rather than a one.

Order took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive but I picked this restaurant due to their claimed time of 25/40 minutes. I had to go out and missed the delivery due to it's late time. Awful service and misleading delivery times. Don't order food from here if you expect it within the shown time frame.

Didn’t received something off my order.

Waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery when to food came it was Stone cold , we rang and asked if food could be resent They did yes so we waited another hour (no food again) we ring them up again delivery driver answers the phone (should be delivering) so we requested a full refund whick took 5 days to come back. Wasn't impressed sorry won't be back. Not sure if different owners but used to be a great takeaway.

The quality of food was too bad. Food was cold. They packed pizza, kebab and chips all together in a box. Never recommend this to anyone. Please improve

Absolutely discussing how this business operates, orded food for 3 people, took 2 hours and 25 minutes to get my food an was extremely disappointed with soggy chips that were cold an very dry Donna meat, was that upset with the whole affair that I didn't eat my cold food an went to bed extremely upset. Not good at all.

I ordered 3 pots of sauce and got 1 and the one I did get had been spilt everywhere inside my bag!!

Would have been a nice meal if it was hot when delivered instead of only just warm. What a let down

Ok the food was "only 30 minutes" layer than their latest quoted time, but the app told me 40 minutes before that the food had arrived.. I was .MISLED. They obviously do this to ensure they don't get reported for late food... I left the cd garlic bread, the chicken was dry.. I'll never buy fro. BEST KEBAB again

Overcooked tough not even spicy chicken wings, burger very basic not tasty at all with soggy buns, can of drink was literally warm because it was packed together... Will not order again...

The worst takeaway I’ve had in a long while. Cold Small “LARGE” kebab Old pitta and crumbly Pizza dough still raw I could keep going all I’d say is just keep clear of this one. Shabby

Just moved up here recently and this is the first time we've had best kebab was lovely will definitely be my place for a kebab lovely 😋

Chips tasted like warm ups, not fresh, dry. Chicken dry and again tasted like it was made yesterday and kept under a heater for hours. Chilli sauce was missing from our order. Very dissappointed.

Chips were wet and hard probably due to sat in box for period of time. Kabab wrap tasted good however very dry despite requesting garlic sauce. Delivery was later than the higher estimated slot. Probably won't return in a hurry.

Waited for 1 hour 10 minutes when it said it was gonna be 25 to 40 minutes then when my chicken kebab came it had 6 little bits of chicken in it and the can of pop was warm because it had been wrapped up with the order for 1 hour 10 minutes.so all in all the meal cost me £8.50 with 50p survice charge and £3 delivery.so £12 for a warm can of pop and 6 little bits of chicken.i would never order from this place ever again.

Ordered two chargrilled chicken kebabs with chips. Overall the food was nice. The chips were a bit bland and the pitta was just put on the top not cut and over cooked. I would recommend a light flavor to the chips and the kebab inside the pitta, other than that it was nice. I think maybe it was the best kebab house when it opened but has gone a bit down hill since then.

Waited over two hours to be told the food had already been delivered and just been left at hotel reception without even contacting me to say it was there or leave a number for the reception to call me. Leaving me with no food and £20+ out of pocket. And restaurant won’t answer the phone

The food was awesome if a little bit cooler than I would have liked. The service was let down by the delivery time I ordered at 18:55 but it didn’t arrive until 19:52 even though the time I was given on order completion was 19:30
