Fin smith made me the best pizza one can ever lay eyes on before feasting he also brought me out flowers and candles for my lovely wife

Waited for 10 minutes for a staff member to even come and take my order, meanwhile all staff were in the back chatting and swearing to each other. No apology given when finally served. Was told food would take 15 minutes to make even though I was the only order (it doesn’t even take that long when I’m sitting it a Pizza Hut restaurant and ordering). Staff have a very ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude.

I can highly recommend ordering a pizza from here. My son and I have been on a ward for over 2 weeks at Derriford Hospital so we went on the website and ordered a pizza for a change. Ordering on line was easy and It was delivered to the main entrance at the time stated on our order and it made my 16 year old very happy. Well worth the money to see him smile 😀

I ordered a deal for 2 large pizzas, a side and a tub of ice cream, I then ordered 3 dips as an extra. My order came with 3 large pizzas, a side and the ice cream but no dips. I was confused and obviously needing my garlic and herb dips so I rung up and a lady who answered the phone told me she accidentally only made one of the toppings on my half and half pizza so she put the other toppings onto another large pizza, my lucky day! Wasn’t disappointed about the mistake as it worked in my favour for the same price! They then told me they’d send out my dips with the next order they’re delivering, in came in about 20 minutes with an extra ice cream...I guess for all the accidental mistakes. They handled this is in a very positive way so that I’d still see the great service they have. Overall I’m very happy with what happened and honestly felt like it’s been my lucky day! They definitely know how to handle situations where orders are wrong etc. I definitely recommend, food was delicious as well me and my boyfriend were very happy and not disappointed with anything at all. Amazing customer service, friendly delivery driver as well.

We ordered a delivery timed for 12.30 for my daughters birthday. We had an appointment at the hospital at 11.40 so thought 12.30 would give us plenty of time to be home for the order. However, for some reason the order turned up at 12.10,meaning my daughter ended up with cold pizza as she was still at the hospital then! No reason for the pizza turning up that early and completely ruined her special lunch!

Que le digan una hora para la entrega es perfectamente aceptable, pero todo lo que se exceda es un toque y listo. Llamé por teléfono para pedir mi pedido original a las 7 pm para que me dijeran hasta una hora, está bien. 8. Llegan las 15 pm. . nada. Llamé por teléfono y pregunté cortésmente dónde estaba la pizza para decirles que estaban muy ocupados y que querían que estuviera agradable y caliente, así que ahora está en el horno. Serán 20 minutos como máximo. ¿POR QUÉ DECIRLE A ALGUIEN UN HORARIO SI NO PUEDE ADHERIRLO? 8. 50 viene. . ¡nada! Llamé de nuevo para que me dijeran que había salido del edificio hace 5 minutos. . para llegar a las 9. 10. Porque aparentemente se necesitan 25 minutos para llegar de Derriford a Tamerton Foliot. ¡No lo creo! Ahora estoy sentado aquí, cenando a las 9. 20 PM! Ideal.

Placed a £50 order at 3:30pm for a 5:00pm delivery. 6:15pm and still no good. After two phone calls we found out that the food wasn’t even in the oven at 5:30pm. Food arrived at 6:25pm with wrong items and burnt pizza. Attitude of staff in store was interesting. Only saving grace was the delivery driver who was extremely apologetic. Don’t think I’ll use that company again.

Visited for takeaway pizza on 16th Feb around 7pm, two young chaps putting an order in at the counter as we arrived and other than myself and my wife nobody else waiting. The person completed taking their order but did not acknowledge us being at the counter, told the other customer the order would be about 10-15 minutes and disappeared out the back. 10 minutes passed and we were still just stood at the counter with no acknowledgement from a staff member or indication we would get served. Eventually the phone on the counter started ringing and another staff member came out to answer it (young lad with ginger hair). As he approached the phone her literally glared at us as he answered it. He sounded uninterested on the phone and after taking the phone order disappeared out the back. At this point we left, probably the most unwelcome I've felt in a take away establishment in my life. We went to a nearby pizza hut near the KFC (sorry not familiar with the area as we were there for a hospital appointment) what a contrast they were really polite and helpful

Took ages to take our order, then drinks took even longer to arrive! It wasn’t even busy and when the drinks did arrive they weren’t what we ordered! The game not reason they scored 1 star is because they did bring out my Grandaughters birthday cake when we asked! All in all the service was poor and we were made to wait for ages! NotHappy and will not be going back

A simple tip for this Pizza Hut. Always collect never ask for delivery. They always take way to many orders and over promise on delivery times with very few actual delivery drivers. But for collection the pizzas are usually quick and spot on. I didn’t give it five stars as the staff are always so grumpy having to deal with all the telephone complaints.

Service and delivery were the best things about it. Food was a disappointment and tasted better reheated the next day.

Visited the store brought a medium margarita pizza, brought it back to the ward in the hospital to find that it was all greasey and tasted like grease, and the pizza wasn’t even cut properly 🤢 worst pizza ever. I don’t understand why the takeaways always seem to make such terrible pizza compared to the restaurant. The picture doesn’t even show how greasy it was!

We placed an order which took over 2 hours to be delivered !!! Absolutely terrible customer service on telephone. All they could say is that they were busy. Will never again order from this place

Staff friendly food the same as all other Pizza Hut good parking a slight wait but all in all another pizza hut no better or worst than the rest

One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! I was in shock! I did not expect this quality of ingredients from a Pizza Hut! That said I dont think I have been in one for around 25 years so my comment is rather askew. Fresh vegetables , great crispy base, perfectly cooked and served on a stone slab. A revelation! I am never a fan of shared salad bars for hygiene reasons but the ingredients were good, everything was fresh and topped up and a great choice of excellent oils and dressings. Husband had a vegetable type of bread which was cheaper than my pizza but did not have the same abundance of toppings. Bottled still water very good. Pepsi from a self service machine. Staff varied in manners but a nice welcome and cheerio, Food service was speedy which is great! Would be a great place for children (our three grandchildren would like it). One thing we didnt like was the over loud awful music. Why so loud? Anyway, it was a good lunch and would go again and probably will when next going to Derriford Hospital!

I had a take away pizza delivered. Its was an Hawaiian so nothing special, easy ingredients and usually this sort of thing is enjoyable. I took delivery of the pizza, opened the box and it looked OK. That is where the enjoyment stopped. It was warm bordering cold. I had ordered a crispy base, this was under cooked and soft. The tomato base was excessive, it was all over my fingers when I was trying to eat so made a big mess. And the pineapple had more of a plastic taste like taste as if it had been stored in a plastic tub for too long. Such a shame. Maybe more attention to quality control is needed and some fresh ingredients used.

We visited family at hospital today and had a large pizza for £5.99. Staff were lovely and polite and pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Very good quality pizza and well, the price was superb. So good to have it in a hospital ground as the hospital restaurant is very limited for food. There is parking outside and it is next to Subway and Costa coffee.

large pizza are about £17.00, with sides we paid £3.50 for small portion of potato wedges. a new business with some pizza deal on for under £10.00 but the side orders are very expensive as are the bottles of soft drinks. The pizza was good...
