Order collection and it’s £10 for any size pizza. Recommend getting ‘the meaty one’ as a large and can split between 2/3 easily. Open til 23:45 for orders. Middle of mutley beside mannamead. They’ll also give you free dips if u ask.

The ever worst quality of pizza i got... It wasn't hot and hard to eat.. I thrown it in bin. When complained about the same the person argued and talk with an attitude to me instead of apologize. Staff hasn't manners that how to talk with customer. Never suggest to anyone.

Guy answered was really nice, got a large pizza for 10 quid and could half and half it with different toppings. Went and picked it up 15 minutes later smelt delicious, was delicious we ate it all in one sitting. 10 outta 10 would recommend 👌

Ordered from this place for a long time but never again. DO NOT ORDER EXTRA CHEESE because my experience is they will not give you any. They'll pocket your cash as a tip and give you the regular amount. Must be a lucrative skim. Some of the delivery drivers are lovely but there are 1 or 2 that are incredibly rude. They also constantly forget items. I imagine the drivers have about 20 bottles of drink in their car by the end of the night to take home. The service quality drips and the prices go up. £2.50 delivery fee now to top it off alongside removing deals that have been a staple for a long time. Avoid.

Order food over and hour ago. Rang the restaurant and they said it’s going to be another 2 hours and they only have 1 driver available. I understand it’s busy with holiday season but don’t give delivery time and not stick to it. Can’t really give a review as I still don’t have my pizza and still starving. Also paid for delivery and ended up collecting anyway as there’s no refund option on just eat. Customer service is useless too!

Ordered one pizza at 16.23 and it wasn’t delivered until 17.51. How can one simple pizza take that long?

Please can I say a special mention to Craig at your mutley store? I was struggling to order online (I’m old), so I called instead. Despite a child shouting in the background and me multitasking like crazy, Craig remained helpful and professional. Really appreciated his help. Well done on having such an amazing employee! Look after him or domino’s or someone will nab him 😬

Small hole place, waited ages to be taken an order, staff was dirty stressed and not friendly. Order and waited standing 40 minutes for a pizza. No seats for customers no apologies for the long wait never will ever go again.

Quite quick service for a Saturday night

Pizza was cold,very minimal toppings,i paid extra for extra onion and barely had 3 slices on the whole pizza,and not even 1 whole mushroom …for almost £20 per pizza i would expect it to have an amazing taste and amazing quality.extremely disappointing

Always really friendly on the phone, the delivery drivers are all seriously polite and friendly and the food is brilliant! Couldn’t ask for more :D

Not happy at all, not only did our order take two hours to arrive, we tried calling the restaurant over 15 times with no answer to find out where our food was. They answered once and told us our food would be 5-10 minutes to which it arrived over 30 minutes later. By the time it got here the food was Luke warm and we hardly ate any of it. We would like a full refund.

I’m currently staying in a hotel for the night I’ve ordered food asked to be called when it’s here haven’t heard anything phoned Pizza Hut and was told they couldn’t get through to my phone so now my food has been sat in reception for 30 mins now it’s cold

The macaroni cheese container had a hole in it and most of the sauce was in the delivery box making the meal itself very dry and barely edible. Birth the chicken and the macaroni cheese were only lukewarm. On the plus side the delivery guy was very polite.

Food was really late, so I called to restaurant to find out where’s my order. After I called, I was told that delivery driver was banging on my doors, and when no one showed up they brought it back to restaurant, without anyone letting me know. I did requested to be called on arrival in note as I’m living on top floor, and have no way knowing when someone banging on doors. I was told that delivery driver don’t have to call me even when I requested it. I was also reassured that food will be redelivered, but after that I was waiting another 30 minutes. When I tried to call second time, no one bothered to pick up phone. 15 minutes later food arrived cold. Had to reheat it in microwave. I payed about 30 pounds for cold food, and poor service. I will think twice before ordering from Pizza Hut again, and I’m loyal customer. Was ordering from Pizza Hut for last 10 years. Shame how service have degraded.

Never received my order, tried calling the restaurant multiple times but couldn't get through. Will not be ordering again. Really disappointed as looking forward to pizza after a difficult day at work 😕.

This is a decent pizza place. Great value for money and an acceptable pizza. However, this can not be classified as a great pizza without additional toppings. Overall I would recommend it because it's quite decently priced but for those who want a really tasty pizza this is definitely not the place to find it

The food as usual was spot on but this was massively outshined by the customer service. What a lovely bunch of staff they have working at this location. Brad met us at the door and kindly found us a nice quiet spot to enjoy our food. James L was super cool.. smiley, positive and helpful when it came to ordering what we wanted.. everything we needed he made happen so as a result.. we had a fantastic time! Tonight I ordered a pepperoni pizza from deliveroo and called before hand explaining the last couple of times I ordered I didn’t receive garlic sprinkles which is the reason why I love Pizza Hut. The nice gent on the phone kindly gave me a complimentary pack of garlic sprinkles and the best pizza pepperoni I’ve ever had, that absolutely made my evening thank you so much will be ordering again in the future! Awesome service!

It wasn't what I ordered, but what came was alright. I just wish you'd READ what people are actually ordering.

On the app it never stated saying my delivery was here had no contact and when it arrived eventually it was freezing cold.

Part of my order was wrong. Food didnt taste very nice and the icecream was like soup

Really good good tonight. very enjoyable. although, i ordered chicken wings and only 4 out of 7 as advertised were in the box with no sauce. I called up to tell them. They were very polite and accommodating. Supplied me with another box. I recommend, thank you very much.

Dont ever cut pizzza properly how hard can it be, a return effort to see if they had changed nope so bad really really terrible save yourself and do not order of this particular pizza take away

Amazing customer service and my delivery guy was very lovely.

Never let down by a banging Pizza from Pizza hut or Dominos, but last order from Pizza Hut was really not nice. Tasted like a watery £3 pizza you get from premier and nothing like the usual Pizza Hut taste, i ate about 2 slices let my brother try and he agreed and didnt believe it was from Pizza Hut lol. 2 stars cos they usually amazing but will be sticking to dominos after that!!

Great service and friendly delivery driver. Only negative comment is the delivery driver wasn’t given the door code which I had provided whilst placing my order.

Massive thanks to the manager for correcting a wrong order, he didn't have to but he did. This is why I've always stuck with Pizza Hut.

Delivery was quick but the chips were stone cold and we were sent a can of orange tango instead of Tropicana which I ordered which was a problem as my daughter doesn’t like fizzy pop.

For £30 I expected better for less 4 typing and and 4 garlic bread is more than I expected but quite disappointed when it came and quite late to. I'll go to dominos in future. Not happy at all

Horrendous. Cost £18.99 for a 13" pizza. Bland and no cheese! How can you make a pizza without cheese?! They didn't forget, there was a little bit on 2 slices, however not enough for those 2 slices let alone the whole pizza. There are dozens of places around Plymouth that deliver good quality pizzas, so will not be ordering from here again. I've never had one worse than this place! Shocking. Feel completely ripped off.

Awful staff, awful service, orders always incorrect and items forgotten. And let’s not mention the price ££££ at almost £19 per pizza for incorrect order and awful service. Not worth it at all. Check out Plymouth Barbican Pizza Hut restaurant instead. With Great value for money, friendly staff and delivery also an option they win and over the mutely branch by far!

I booked it for my work break at 17:10. It arrived at 16:50 and was cold by the time I got the time to eat it.

Paid for 2 topping but didn't get them

Just Eat said 5 past, arrived at 35 past. If there is an obvious delay, please notify on the website.

absolutely disgusted I spend £46 on a 4 pizzas and I asked for welldone pizzas and they literally dragged out the oven half cooked i rang them to explain my concern and they weren't interested in anything I say I have now ill child from the uncooked chicken and I'm taking further to the council i have all the pictures

Llegué un poco antes, que todo estaba bien, la comida estaba bien empacada y aún estaba muy caliente. Conseguí una buena oferta por menos de 20 libras en un día para comer para ayudar, ya que no había restricciones para sentarse. Conseguimos una pizza grande, 2 lados y una bebida de botella grande para compartir para menores de 20 años. 00, lo cual es bueno considerando que una pizza grande solo puede ser hasta 22. 00 para sentarse y comer sin ofertas! Todo abundante y buena comida.

Ordered two pizzas, they arrived promptly, fresh and hot. Tasted great. However they didn’t deliver the dips with the order!! Also someone needs to retrain the person who cuts the slices, I don’t think any of the slices were anywhere near the same size. Impossible to split evenly between 3 hungry teenagers! Shame really because the pizzas were really good!

Three items were missing from our order. After calling, these were delivered about 25 minutes after the rest of our food

First driver was great, 2nd driver that brought something that was missing from my order was dreadful, did not respect the 2 meter distance, went right up to me.

Food was expensive and was a full hour pate and was poor quality even the ice cream was missing

Ordered our pizzas online in the morning for delivery in the evening.Due to be delivered at 6pm but due to the delivery drivers not being given our full order,it took two phone calls to complain and 3 trips by the drivers to eventually delivery our full order,taking 45 minutes from the first part of the order being delivered to receiving the final part. The pizzas were quite dry by the time we got them,and the reason the girl gave at the store for the errors was due to them being busy. Appalling service and average food.
