Sorry to say probably the worse pizza I have had under cooked looked dull and not appetising at all festive & texts bbq

2nd time I've ordered and 2nd time the food has tasted awful and dry. Hardly any cheese or tomato sauce. Always loved domino's from St budeaux, but will not be ordering any more. Ridiculous prices with what taste like ridiculous cheap ingredients. Wasted £28 on this crap and one full pizza ended up in the bin.

Ordered last night as couldn’t be bothered to cook for me and the kids lol, the food was perfect, delivery was quick was still steaming when he got here and was very polite! Was impressed with how easy he made reversing out of my road look in his blue bmw! Tip left on TiPJAR thankyou!

Called in for a takeaway last night as we were running late and was served by Ash, top man! I’d recommend collection as they’re heaving at weekends.

The worst pizza I've ever eaten

Positives, telephone order was taken and the order was correct, food was hot. Negatives, hardly any topping and sauce topping wasn't to the edge. This place has gone radically downhill and presentation of the pizza was absolutely awful. Nothing like the adverts. Two other pizza places on the square and will try them in future.

Amazing store in St.budeaux my partner got us a pizza on way home for tea when we got home was a little doughy and didn't taste right but there normally amazing so I rang them and they where amazing spoke to a young man on the phone and he spoke to his manager and rearrange a new one to be dropped to us and gave us some cookies as extra there where so friendly and understanding honestly amazing store there customer services was outstanding so well done guys keep up the good work and thank you to the gentleman on the phone who helps us and the thing is they didn't even have to send one out as we are out of there zone and they still did so thank you again xx

Price isn't the same as promo's

My pizza arrived looking as though it had been involved in an horrific car crash. And all they would do was collect my pizza, with no replacement as asked, and no refund. Haven't ordered a Domino's pizza since that experience.

They always say our food is ready and then make us wait, once for an hour and a half and another for 40 minutes, they give excuse after excuse and promise it's almost ready but it never is, happy to lie to your face though. Terrible service.

Order didn't turn up via Just eat, marked as delivered, to the wrong house I'm guessing. Called restaurant, told to wait a sec to find out what's going on, put on hold for 22 minutes, phone cut off, tried calling back multiple times, being hung up on/ignored. Now I'm hungry, out of pocket not knowing if I'll get a refund and no answer from restaurant. Last time I order domino's, a real shame. Worse than awful customer service. If you couldn't for any reason deliver the food, you could of just said so on the phone and refunded my order, really terrible.

Pizza took 25 mins longer than was told when placing the order. Location was dirty with food and plastic waste on the floor

Staff very flippant, not everyone sees the need for hygiene like wearing hair nets. Language not great in front of customers, especially when they don't know who they are.

Arrived at what should be a quiet time of day to collect 4 pizzas which were showing as ready on the screen. Despite counting nearly 20 staff members, many of which were standing around, I waited 10 minutes before anyone asked if I’d been served. I was stood less than 2 foot away from one member of staff the whole time and he didn’t once make eye contact with me. Disgraceful customer service

Great piping hot food and very quick service

The delivery we received was dossapointing. The nachos were burnt black . Very little cheese on the pizza and the dough balls were undercooked

I placed the order online as I was unwell from having a medical procedure, unable to cook for myself, and so hungry. I ordered with Domino's as they said that food arrives quickly. However, it took much longer than expected. Eventually, the tracker said the food was due to arrive in 3 minutes and then it didn't come for a further 15 minutes. Very frustrating as I was just waiting by the door to be ready to answer quickly for what felt like ages in my unwell state. The cheesburger pizza with cheese stuffed crust was tasty but it was slightly burnt in some areas but not enough to warrant a complaint/mention. However, an item of the order was missing (garlic pizza bread) and I told the delivery person - he said this item wasn't on the list. I said "okay, don't worry about it, I'll call the restaurant". I call the restaurant and they said they can deliver the other item, but as it took so long for the pizza, I asked if I can just get a refund for it and he said yes. I don't have a problem with that as the pizza was more than enough food, mistakes happen, and everyone was polite. This refund doesn't come and so 4 days later I call the restaurant and the woman says "wait longer it hasn't been 5 working days yet". This refund still hasn't come and so I call the restaurant again today (16 days after the orginal order) and speak to the manager that puts in the refund - this time asking for my card details (I don't know if they were meant to take them the first time). He also mentions something about a remake of the pizza (something I knew nothing about.. but I suppose they either took too long to deliver or majorly burnt the food the first time and decided to remake it), which I suppose is why the order was missing stuff in the first place and took ages to come. Because it is quite ridiculous to highlight it wasn't right 4 times and they'd wasted a lot of my time, I asked if they could offer anything more than just a refund for the garlic pizza bread that never arrived, but they said no. To be honest it is poor customer service. They should get their orders right the first time, and if they get them wrong then they should fix the problem the first time, and if they continuously get it wrong and can't fix the problem promptly then they should offer something more as an apology so we're not put off with ordering for them forever because of their incompetence. Also, it makes the delivery fee less good value for money when only ordering one item. Hopefully the refund actually comes through this time. To their credit everyone I spoke to was polite enough (even if useless at solving the issue and didn't actually give an apology) and the pizza that did arrive was tasty albeit slightly burnt and very greasy.

This used to be 1 of the best Domino's, since the Pandemic it has gone right downhill. I've just been served one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I paid for Extra Ham & Chicken & my pizza looked like they'd sprinkled a few toppings in the middle. I don't normally mind paying the price for a Domino's, but this wasn't worth a fiver ...very disappointing . The

Hard to review this place as it’s so hit or miss. I have had plenty of pizzas that were fresh, hot and stacked with the correct ingredients but on the flip side I have had plenty that weren’t hot enough, had a lack of filling and even missed vital ingredients. Anytime I have called about something gone wrong they do replace the pizza but when your eating with others it’s no fun watching them eat and then eating on your own later on.

Awful experience. Made an order of a mixture of chicken and a veggie pizza. Wrong items were sent and the vegetarian pizza was covered in the chicken sauce. The food /box looked like it had been thrown. I refused it and asked for a refund 9 days later still waiting. Terrible experience and customer service!

This shop persistently has problems with the Card machine, also doesn't take cash, so no chance of ordering, was advised to order online & this didn't work with an error message to call the shop, who couldn't help either. I now have a pending payment in my account & still can't order a pizza. This is not the first time this problem has happened, appreciated the app isn't the stores problem, but at least have other options. Sort your card machines out or go back to cash, because this is terrible.

I honestly don't understand how to justify paying £19.99 for a large *"classic cheese and tomato"* that's not even that good. Considering the same thing is available at pizza hut for £15.99 I think I know where I'll be going for pizza in the future. Unless you got money to burn you'd be better off not buying from ol domi's anymore

Amazing! Pizza never tasted anything like it and so maurish as well. Same as the chicken wings which is amazing and can't get enough of them. Amazing staff! Amazing atmosphere service 10/10

Place my order through just eat order never arrived even though it said it did on the just eat app called up dominoes and they said they couldn’t find my order put me on hold and then I got cut off I would put no stars but doesn’t give you that option

Ordered large pepperoni pizza. When it was delivered the box was physically dripping orange grease that was soaked through and has now stained the carpet. Also it had mushrooms in the box when it was a plain pepperoni. Crust was stupidly thing to the point you couldn't grab a slice without it being in tiny pieces.

Received two pizzas with no toppings after spending £30. We were not notified that they had ran out. Advised I would get a full refund and didn’t need to return the order. Only received a refund of £8.50. Customer service here is a joke.

Never had a bad pizza from here. Wether we have it delivered or collect, always great pizzas & chicken wings. Delivery is always excellent, food is hot & drivers always friendly. Been using the St. Budeaux one for 4 yrs & we genuinely have not a bad experience... Happy Customer 🙂

Must try the burger pizza absolutely amazing and credit to the delivery driver for being out in this weather.

Feeling foolish for giving this store a 3rd chance over the course of 18 months. Absolutely appalling standards being delivered. I used to work for Domino's years ago and they're using dough for a smaller size than the pizza I received. The base was paper thin and not cooked this time. The management team in this store clearly don't care as this is the consistent standards they deliver.

Missing ingredients on 3 slices of pizza, and other slices barley any ingredients on it. Paid £22 for some dough and extremely soured their own sauce. Shame on you Domino’s! And you have quality check! Really? Have you? Never again! 👎 And it’s not the first time having this. I was just hoping you will improve your quality.

Used to get from here all the time and now they don’t deliver to my address anymore, I could understand when the tamar bridge was being worked on but that was months ago was always good quality but disappointed that they won’t deliver to my address anymore

Minging. Worst order I've ever had from them they've really gone down hill. The wedges box was open half missing think driver hungry. I feel sick

Ordered a large pizza (13.5”) and received a pizza smaller than a medium (11.5”) Contacted the support team in an attempt to change being charged for a large to being charged for a medium. Their repeated response was that the T&Cs tell you that the pizza may vary in size. Apparently this includes 2.5 inches. It’s a blatant rip off and the support are less than helpful. Avoid ordering from here, never had this issue with Papa Johns or Pizza Hut so if you want to actually receive what you order then pass on this place. Here is the pizza in the box, at least the crust is socially distancing from the sides of the box to keep up with current times.

Absolutely shocking, used to order Domino’s all the time then back in the summer eveytime we ordered the pizza was disgusting, too much tomato sauce. Hadn’t had one in a few months, papa johns quality is much better. I thought I would give Domino’s a try again, again it was disgusting, too much tomato sauce, didn’t even try the garlic break as it was oozing out of everwhere. Won’t go back to domino’s again

Would give it no stars if I could. Two lots of orders and twice delivered to the wrong address. Both were cold and tasted revolting. I used to love dominos but pizza hut here I come. Maybe their staff won't be as rude and their pizzas will taste better.

Great pizza and I am driver for them

I used to order dominoes all the time for delivery in saltash I moved for 6 months and come back to saltash and find they no longer deliver to saltash, no explanation no nothing yet can order papa johns which is couple doors down from them fir delivery no problem so can't be a mile range problem or covid else they wouldn't deliver either just a joke of a shop as delivery drivers don't want to go over bridge

I ordered food. Only some arrived . I immediately rang the store and explained I had some food missing and a child was without his food(a child sleepover evening). I asked if it could be sent out straight away, as I live 5 mins away. They said they would. 50 mins later, I rang again to see where it was as everyone had finished eating and one child had still not eaten . They said it had been sent out but lost on another delivery???? I asked if they could send another immediately. 5 mins later it arrived COLD. I rang again, thanked for the delivery but explained it was cold , to be told no 100% I saw it go in the oven . So now I am a liar . Never ever will I use this incompetent store again. Bad bad service. One crying hungry child . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I ordered late from Dominos pizza in St Budeaux in Plymouth UK. The Pizza arrived with all the toppings just thrown in the middle and was undercooked as a result. I emailed them as when I went back online it said the store was now closed and sent pictures of what I received. My reply next day was that I should've called and they would've sent another one but I explained it was closed. I got no reply from that so emailed the main customer complaints email, eventually once I'd explained I didn't want money off or free pizza and just the right thing to be done they emailed and said basically you've had your reply so case closed. Absolutely disgraceful way of dealing with bad service and shows how little they care about quality whilst constantly banging on about it. I'll never use them again and from many reviews on here there are others who think the same. By the way I have the emails and photos to prove all of this from start to finish.

I would like to give less than one star but will tell anyone to not go there. Ethically unsound business practice and they will not accept responsibility for their actions or inactions. I now go to Papa John's.

They do one single vegan/veggie meat option and guess what. It isn't even available as a topping 😂😂😂 only if u buy the pizza with the rank vegan cheese. I mean one single meat replacement topping for veggies and your not even allowed it on a normal pizza. My head's gone 😂 one star.

Sent us the wrong order tonight (a cheaper dish!) And when we try multiple times to phone them to rectify it no-one answers the phone.

The kitchen was packed with staff, some screens between workstations but one area had 3 employees in an area for one person.

Cold pizzas turned up 40 mins late, the kids are all upset and tired, I was offered to wait another 1.5 hours for replacements. Customer service on the phone was shocking and the be honest the lad just didn’t care!

We ordered our pizza from her last night for delivery in crownhill great service , food was piping hot and the delivery person was so polite it was a pleasure to use , we will definitely be using there's again far better than we have had from other pizza outlets

Ordered a pizza and some chicken wings, was told 30 minutes, was there in 25 👍 very friendly service on the phone as they helped me find the best deal for what I wanted, eventually ended up using military discount for a decent 30% off. Friendly delivery driver also whom acknowledged 2 metre social distancing as delivering. Finally the order was completely to order and taste great 👍

Orded a pizza on line..said payment failed but money taken from my bank..no pizza and will take 3 to 5 days to get money back..Will need to pay again if I want pizza..no help when phoned St Budeaux Domino's pizza..Will stick with PIZZA HUT much more helpful at PIZZA HUT..

Terrible customer service!!!! Pizza not cut and toppings an absolute mess no cheese on garlic bread no garlic flavour what so ever. Potato wedges hard!! Only thing you got right was my bottle of Fanta.

Gone there for 3 pizzas after a shift. I work for the emergency services, because of this they offer 50% off when collecting pizza in store (as shown on blue light website). The staff member decided to tut at me and say it is only 30% and when I questioned further she called me a liar despite showing proof. The pizzas we eventually got were on the wrong bases to what we asked for. Didn't even bother to complain to the staff as they clearly didn't care. Do not bother using it!!

I have been to this place today. I ordered a veg supreme pizza and a garlic bread. The person took the order and money straight away went and prepared the pizza. He did not bother to wash his hand after handing the cash. But we got a soggy pizza. It didn't taste great some thing was missing. We wasted our money. We will have to rethink about visiting to domino's.

Great for a treat and perfect cold the next morning too.

Ordered from here online it said pay cash but then they rang up and asked us to pay 20 pound for large order up Front we have been getting pizza from them for about 11 years and and not had to do this they need to change their online ordering service because this is not good you order online and it says do you want to pay cash we said we want to pay cash but to be rang up and told that we need to pay a £20 deposit because it was over £50 order so basically we are being penalised because people are not paying For the food if they want us to pay a deposit it should say online and then you’re not paying for your meal in cash you’re paying for cash and credit card when you could pay for all on credit card it does not make any sense to dominoes need to update their system online

I do enjoy dominos although it is rather expensive unless you can catch a deal.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza and a supreme, the toppings were so sparse, hardly anything on them for the money we paid, it seemed ridiculously expensive. Gonna stick with the cheaper independent pizza outlets in the future.

Called ahead for collection on a cheeky deal as you do. They informed us over the phone after us checking to see if the deal was still on they said it was we travelled to the store to collect and they had us wait 10 mins for them to tell us that the deal has ended and completely pied us off without compensating us for the negligence would not recommend going there I certainly won't be going back.

This store doesn't have the good day time deals like the others I have been too. But pizza wasn't burnt that's always a bonus

Order frequently and did so again last night. Arrived late and missing potato wedges. Immediately phoned store. They advised they would send again and it would take 50 minutes. Appalled by the time scale for rectifying an issue she said she would send via the next available delivery driver, which should take 20 minutes. So I waited and waited and waited! For 50 minutes! In the meantime everything else is cold! They never arrived. I tried to contact the store again with no answer! I phoned to speak to the manager today who sounded very un concerned at my complaint and offered me.......What u already owe me from last night! A free side when I next order! I have already paid for it! What kind of half measure customer service do you offer?! It's a cheek and a con. A free side when u next order?! No you are getting the side you paid for and didn't get last time!! Well thanks! Very generous! Not good customer service at all! It ruined the evening! I am someone who votes with their feet so I will be taking my business elsewhere in future. I will also make sure i use my right to word of mouth! This is not the first time I have had problems with this store! Attention to detail lacks and clearly none of the staff enjoy working for dominos, as they have no pride in their work! Monotone, repetitive, incincere sorries! it wasn't always this way! This store used to be very good.

Always a good pizza, expensive though

We are regular customers of dominos. We ordered our usual order and came to find a woodlouse baked into the base of our garlic bread. My partner phoned up and complained and the man at the other end was quite rude and tried to insist we must have put it there and that we must have woodlouse in our house. I complained on dominos complaints section of their website and they said the store in question would contact me ASAP to arrange to collect the contaminated food which they didn’t. I had to contact dominos again to say I hadn’t been contacted about this collection so they told me they had made contact with the store in question and told them to contact me right away. In the end they gave me a £30 free credit but wouldn’t accept that the woodlouse had come from them. I have photo evidence as proof. Not happy with the way they dealt with the problem but I did accept the apology from them and the £30 credit. Will keep an eye out for now on when ordering from them in future

Pizza is normally all right alltough can be very greasy but im fed up with there terrible customer service and treating you like a liar everytime they mess up an order which hapens to often. Do not bother with them, not worth it.

Ordered for 18.00 came at 18.25 I order this at 16.00 so no excuses really, pizza arrived cold very little topping Phoned up to let them know only for them to say ( stop eating and we will deliver a new pizza and we will take the old one away) Really waited 25min past it’s time to wait for it to be redone and delivery again. I had had a long day at work it was my sons birthday treat so he was really hungry So I ended up giving it to the dog he turned his nose up at it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE ORDERING PIZZA FROM HERE.

Utterly rubbish do not order here. At approx time of 6pm I was told 50 minutes delivery. I phoned to ask where my pizza was oh we are busy and not have a record of my order.i was cut off so called again,told my order was on its way. Phone again asked to speak with a manager he said my order would arrive soon.phoned again where is my order oh we are busy. Don’t touch this place ever. Utterly useless.

Only the second time I've ordered from here the first time was fine the second time not fine. Two days ago on my daughter's birthday I ordered two large pizza's and asked specifically if I could have it delivered at 4.15 (seen as though Domino's offer a service where you can pick your delivery time) I was told over the phone that was fine, I then asked this won't be late will it? He said no, if anything it will be 5 minutes early, I said OK. The Pizza's didn't turn up until 4.30, I pointed out to the driver that he was late but he wasn't bothered. No apology or discount was offered. I rung to complain yesterday morning, the girl took my details and said someone would call back. I rung back later that day and the same person said the manager was busy! I pointed out I should get a phonecall back by the end of the day... And guess what, I didn't! Shocking! It may sound petty but it's only because I was my daughter's birthday and all her friends were waiting for it. Sort your customer service skills out!

Recent takeaway - two medium pizzas, with some extra toppings and wedges - free garlic bread, free cookies and a free drink - £25. Delivered in under 30 minutes. Nice staff on the phone and at the door. will use them again.

I ordered a the meatball side and 11 inch pepperoni. It arrived suspiciously quickly. I was very hungry so I ate it without thought. Have not been able to move very far from the toilet for the last 2 hours. I shall never order from domino's again.

After waiting for our order to be ready to collect me and my partner were told that the pizza wasn’t made correctly so we had to wait another 10 minutes Which wouldn’t have been an issue if there was atleast an apology but there wasn’t and the staff member that told us had a smirk on his face and was on the verge of laughing after joking around with his colleagues! So me and my heavily pregnant finance went back to the car to wait, which at this point we we had already been waiting 10 minutes more than we should have been, to see what seemed to be the manager texting on his phone and joking around with other staff. Our pizza ended up taking and extra 20 minutes with still no apology by the end of it but by this point my finance was in agony from sitting the the car for so long she could barely eat any of it! In fairness they gave us the pizza they had messed up but the wait and the pain it put my finance through definitely wasn’t worth it! We won’t be going back there...especially seeing as there are two other pizza places which are actually cheaper either side of the store.

Quality of food was poor the pizza was burnt and so were the cookies couldn’t even eat them. Disgusted that the delivery driver was smoking in his car. Not happy at all doubt I will be getting that again.

I can’t actually even give one star for this experience, but had to to write the review. The food was aweful, Wedges undercooked, chicken strippers tasted liked they had been left out for a few hours and reheated, 1/2 and 1/2 pizza was not 1/2 and 1/2 with way too much purée that over powered the very little toppings on the pizza, The garlic bread had way too much purée on and not enough Garlic and cheese and there was no icing dip with the cinni dessert. This is the worst Domino’s we have ever experienced and very disappointing to find this, as it’s our local one to the area we have just moved to. Customer service not interested at all and not willing to give refund, claiming they advise on their website to call the branch you ordered from straight away and they will apparently come and pick food up! This is a lie, there is no such thing and when you follow the links to make a complaint they end up just giving contact details for branch and email address which is the one I sent email to straight away. Absolutely disgusted with the service and treatment and will not consider going back and trying again at some point until they at least reimburse me for the aweful experience.

Worst dominoes within plymouth. Very poor quality compared with others and the customer service was just as bad.

Items missing from our order and took three phone calls and almost two hours to get the the rest of our order. Oh but we get a free side next time we order. Wont be getting that side as wont be ordering from dominoes ever again.
