Best team work,all staff are polite and do listen what you say,there is nothing to talk about food restaurant been there over 25 years and best cook with they established business and ingredients!

The kebab was absolute s**t for a large had hardly any meat + was dry and blatantly been re heated and had a not nice smell to it . I would avoid this kebab at all costs. Would rather put a lump of my dogs s**t in a pita bread and eat it tbh.

I am so relieved I hadn’t read the reviews before eating from here! The 1* was luckily not our experience at all. We really enjoyed all our food and thought prices were compatible to other local kebab shops. We’ll order here again.

Disgusting waste of £20.00!! Food arrived prompt that was the best thing about it, chips inedible And the meat in the shish kebabs were pretty much inedible too. Soft wet chicken grease filled bottom of the pitta bread , it’s a shame as had a nice 1 three weeks ago so was confident it would be nice again WRONG. Won’t be returning . As a previous review stated the prices have gone up lots too.

Used to order regular for home delivery Hot hut special kebab £15 Always been good. Since covid now over £30 for the same 😡 Not going back here again

Visited yesterday evening for our usual doner kebab and chips on a Friday. Got home and the plastic bag was swimming with dark orange grease. It was everwhere. The meat was disgusting with a mixture of small burnt bits and hard meat. It must have been the waste meat at the bottom or off the floor. We usually have nice food from there but never again. Yes I should have taken it back but I threw most of the grease covered contaners and the most of the food in the bin. I think their more interested in the delivery food so customers are given the scrapings off the floor !! Best thing to do is never go back there.

My friend and I had been working 36 hours looking forward to a nice meal.what we got was dried pitta, dried up meat a week old salad. Which we binned. Never come here again.we ended up cooking ourselves what a waste. Very very disappointed.

How dare you increase your prices so much during the coronavirus, as regular customers we have been using you for years, tonight we ordered our usual and were appalled to be told the price had increased by 1/2, when I asked fo a menu I was told the prices had increased but no new menus were available, you should be ashamed, greedy, abusing and shameful! That's what you are, good luck with the future Hot Hut Ashford

Food arrived on time and was hot and fantastic..order was spot on as I had requested different things from what was on the menu regarding what I had ordered on a set meal

We’d never eaten here before and as it is reasonably local I suggested we try it. Chips were awful! Both myself and my friend couldn’t finish them. My friend hadn’t even wanted the chips, she’d asked for potato wedges, but they’d run out! The kebab I had was quite nice, but not enough to entice me back.

Tasty good freshly cooked shish kebabs but I like their wraps even more so. Easier to eat and do not fall a part. Pizza good value and tasty too, better than some pizza takeaways especially for the price, like £6!
