Good pizza, but a delivery driver that doesn't read the delivery notes, then when asked if he read them, couldn't care less

Always on time when I've collected or got a delivery, food is always good quality. Overall no complaints

Always lovely fresh hot pizza. I've never understood why there are loads of made up boxes all on the ordering counter. Staff were polite and friendly. The counter is filthy though, I was looking at the menue when I spotted black gunk and fluff around the acrylic holding the menu in the counter. It's a bit gross but the pizza was amazing.

I loved the half and half , I only got half the toppings on my half so guess I got what was on the label 🏷

Can’t fault them. They had a great offer on for cheesy bites. Collected it and easy to park. Food was great and friendly people.

Collected a pizza and two sides from here. Food was good, decor could do with an update. The person that served me was very nice and quick.

Pizza was soaked in oil undercooked staff spoke to me like I was a inconvenience when I called up asking for a replacement would not recommend to anyone

I ordered the mighty one and asked to remove pepperoni and add mushrooms but they didn’t do that so I had to call them up and the guy that I spoke to one the phone was very rude and didn’t apologise and kept asking if I touched the pizza even though I told him I haven’t touched it I won’t be ordering here again

Avoid if you will be ordering late. Used to go here semi regular, maybe once a month or so as work late in the area sometimes, for a Pizza Hut it used to be quite good, a few rare duff ones but could sort it out in branch or on next order. Rang up 10.50pm on Friday night for myself and some night crew working near by, no answer for 5 mins, eventually get through, told they are shut, staff agreed it was 10.55pm but we're shutting 5 minutes early despite me ringing and them not being busy taking orders even. Could argue I left a bit late but opening hours are opening hours and it's a Friday night, guess people wanted an early one, unprofessional and disappointing, will never use this branch again. I used to work in a pizza shop when younger, you took orders until closing time and then wrap up over the next hour cleaning and counting up, hand out any made pizzas for collection or deliveries, it's part of the score that you take orders till closing time. Standards are not what they once were at Pizza Hut.

Great to be back! unfortunately they didn't have any jalapenos, cold pasta or my favorite blue cheese dressing on the salad bar but fresh pasta and pizza constantly and a great variety to cater to all needs! clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Every time I order, I get top quality food service, it's tasty, piping hot and just great. Thank you for a great product.

Ordered in advance for pick up, pizza was hot and on time. Best pizza hut we have had in surrounding area, Eureka and Folkestone collection very poor. Thank you to the man on front till answering the phone yesterday and thank you from the Nhs .

Een ideale stop als je juist aangekomen bent of bijna vertrekt. Een half uurtje van Dover juist naast autosnelweg is er een grote parking met verschillende fastfood restaurants. Pizza hut is zeer goed. Aanbod is groter dan in België.

I have to say hands up I work for dominos delivering pizzas in a ped but pizza hut is hands down the better pie and sides 👍👍😎 enjoying one now thanks pizza hut

We went to pizza hut yesterday for a family meal. On getting there, table was sticky, so was the seating. I cleaned it off.. Staff was rude, didnt want to do her job... The cutlery was dirty, when I asked her to would she eat with it, she snatched off of me, came back with another spoon. Was very rude when she came back. I had to go to them to pay the bill, she asked another member of staff to sort my bill out. Then she had the cheek to ask if I would give her work mate a TIP. dont think so.. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Very poor tasting pizza. Was this really pizza hut.. wish I went Asda and bought there made to order pizzas which are much better tasting and value

Domino's is probably better to be honest. If you prefer pizza hut its definitely worth going to the eureka park restaurant for collection instead.

We waited at the door whilst a herd of service staff ran around busy being busy. There were 4 or 5 tables that had not been cleared and when eventually taken to a 4 person table, we pointed out a table for 2 available and had been all the time we had been waiting. The young lady then blatantly lied and said it was taken. 10 min later she brought a couple over to said table who had just walked in. The food was under cooked and the salad bar found rather wanting. It is obvious that they have a captive market as they would not survive if there was any competition.

staff very slow I saw the manager telling one of them to clear our table which she half did then got asked to take another tables order, saw member of staff checking her phone, chatting amongst them self, music in the toilets is VERY LOUD what’s the need for this, there self service drinks machine had run out of gas so the coke was flat told staff she said she will change this never did sat waiting for a drink, restaurant wasn’t busy so not sure why they all take ages to do anything salad bar girl needs to smile looks so miserable won’t bother going back

Dropped in here after hospital visit. Quickly seated by friendly server. Menus brought, order taken by various servers, all of who were smiling and helpful. Salad bar okay, pizza hot and tasty. Bill provided when asked. Well done!!

Simple meal well presented. Awesome to have access to copious amounts of salad. Lovely tasting Pizza - I would definitely recommend the Pizza with goats cheese.

Dont read the stupid negative reviews,We get pizza from here not once but twice a week,Its always fresh and tasty and the staff are excellent and they have fantastic offers, By far the pizza we have ever had.Try it and 1 million % percent you will be more than happy .

I order regularly but tonight one of the pizzas was overcooked... must say it's disappointing...

I've never had such a bad pizza from Pizza Hut. The whole thing was a complete mess. Tonnes of unnecessary black pepper all over the thing, poorly prepped, poorly cooked, far too greasy. Pizza Hut by name only.

I Place order on the web site and was rang 25mins later to be told the ovens had broken down and I needed to ring customer service for a refund. I wasn't anywhere I could take the number down so I asked the girl to get customer service to call me. Was told they couldn't. After saying they would have to as I couldn't take the number she said she would talk to the manager. She then said they would refund me. I asked when and she said 3days, at which point I heard someone shout "just bloody tell him we'll refund it". Customer service at it's best.

Pizzas were OK wedges were cold chicken strips were OK. Delivery terrible took an hour when I was told 25 to 35 minutes. Called and spoke to the manager was told there's nothing he can do but I will be sent an email with a 10 pound off voucher because it took twice as long to get to me. Don't want the voucher as I won't be using them again. Domino's all the way from now on .

Food was really nice and was ready to collect very quickly however when we finished and was moving the pizzas into 1 box we found a very long curly hair which has made us feel ill. We are very disappointed and shall be going back to dominoes.

Great little outlet of Domino's, can pop in and order a pizza at lunch and pick it up in about 20 minutes. Staff are reasonably friendly, food is reasonably well priced (moreso if you can take advantage of a deal of some kind). 10/10 would pizza again.

Only second to Dominos. Very much enjoyed it though and will order again as you get a lot of lovely vouchers and what not!!

Have ordered many times in the past and the quality of pizza is always great - as good as you can expect for a pizza delivery! They have always delivered on time and within around 45mins.

We always get a great pizza from this takeaway, no skimpy toppings and normally very quick delivery.

Nilly really good, but tonight they got my order wrong. Lucky I have no allergies then took nearly a hour to send my replacement

Used them for 4 years and never ad a bad pizza or delivery problem. Staff are always polite and helpful on the phone and drivers come to your door with a smile, even when you collect all the staff greet you with a smile.

Never had a problem with the order. Pizza is always piping hot. There is one delivery guy who is hilarious, he gives you little snippets about his life, he's so funny.

El conductor de entrega fue enviado a la tienda para comprar una bebida y volvimos con el equivocado. No use estas personas a menos que quieras comida fría y una más de 2 1/2 hora de espera!!!!!!!!!

it's given me food poisoning! Been laid up in bed not been able to do any of my daily activities and have had to have help looking after my toddler aswell have got from here a couple times before and been ok but never again after this they forgot stuff also when they delivered my order not happy at all.

Los chicos de entrega son siempre amable y cortés. Cuando use las ofertas que son bastante frecuentes no se puede superar el precio y la calidad.

I have been using pizzahut delivery in Ashford for about 3 years , and have never had a problem for delivery or collection ,staff are allways polite and helpful ,and they do great deals, and great pizzas.

We ordered about 34 pounds worth of food arrived within good time opened it all and the garlic bread was burnt and the margarita pizza had mushroom on it so we phoned and they said we would send another one out it took about 45 minutes to bring that one out and then it was too late so we sent it back and phoned and asked for a refund and they wouldn't do it cos the bloke had to talk to his manager all though he was manager on duty so should of been his decision and I would have given the refund to keep the customer instead of going to other pizza places.The customer service and tone of voice on the phone when receiving a complaint is appoling and I would not recommend this to anyone

Pizza Hut pizza at home. Very reasonable and buy one get one if u collect . Clean and friendly and pizza always really hot.

I always order online, pizza is always hot on delivery and loaded with toppings. Lovely delivery drivers, very polite :)

On ordering the takeaway we used the 40% off voucher when spending £35 or more, when it came to ordering the sides we was told that the mega box for £7.99 wasn't aloud due to this being a deal in its self and would have to order 2 chicken strips separately. But does not state this on the menu.Not happy with going somewhere else over a 3 pound different . (There's a reason you're losing customers )

Ordered by phone for a delivery. Order turned up in good time, but once driver had gone we realised that some of the order was missing. Phoned back up and was told by the team leader that it will be delivered straight away. Two hours later and still waiting. No apology or expected time. Complaint to HO in morning as managers in store are to inept to deal with and will be expecting a full refund. Will be using the many other pizza delivery firms in future.

I have had pizzas delivered from here and they we not that great, a bit burnt and a bit cold. However if you drive there yourself and place your order and wait for it the pizzas are much better, very hot and fresh and loaded with toppings. They mostly do a deal for buy one and get one free. So it's quite good value. It's not gourmet food at the end of the day it is take away pizza and usual Pizza Hut standard.
