Fast delivery And if you like the bbq chicken pizza you must try the bbq chicken wrap omg it best thing I can't eat a full bbq chicken pizza but the wrap is just perfect it so delicious It a must try and also the cheese burger chips are the best if you like gherkins and red onions it is the best

Awful experience. After receiving the incorrect order, I called the branch where I was then immediately told that I am "wrong" and that the order was correct. The man answering the phone was extremely hostile and condescending. When I tried to explain what my order was the individual, stating the exact ingredients/toppings, he hung up! Honestly, there are so many great local pizza spots in the area, don't bother.

The food was awesome. The service was prompt. The atmosphere was a little hot, and little wonder is preferable to order online to walk into buy.

Only takeaway is available...The main proplem is there is no customer parking.

Always a quick service, and the food is always pretty spot on. The delivery riders are a nightmare on the roads though and I'm amazed that none have been killed or injured...or hurt someone else with the way they ride.

The food was very nice, both pizzas that we had tasted good. The service was not so good, I followed the app, which told me when the order was ready, went into the shop, to be told it was not ready, as they had forgotten to cook the extras that we ordered, then to come back in 10 minutes. I can appreciate we all make mistakes. I asked if it was possible for one of the team members to pass the order to me when it was ready, I was parked outside, they were not positive in doing that. Then it was quite clear that the extras had been rushed, as they were not cooled as well as they usually are. As I say above, we all make mistakes, but it is how they are dealt with that makes the difference, Dominoes Ashford did not deal with their mistake very well.

Just.a standard Domino's, better than others I have visited.

I have been a loyal customer of Domino's Pizza for years, but this experience has shattered my trust in the brand. The Ashford dominos and their customer service have failed miserably in providing even the most basic level of service and consideration for their customers. I will certainly think twice before ordering from this particular location again, and I urge others to steer clear of it as well. In conclusion, my experience with Domino's Pizza was a complete disaster. Missing bread the cold pizza delivery to the non-existent customer service, I cannot find a single redeeming quality in this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment, and opt for another pizzeria that values its customers and takes pride in delivering a quality product and service.

They Don't exept cash . £ / sterling which I believe to be legal tender . Perhaps they should stop trading in this country and go to a country where where the £ isn't the coin of the realm

Offers great deals, wide range of pizza and sides. Only Downside is delivery is £1.99 and never arrives on time. Past 3 times I've ordered tye pizza turned up about 20-30 mins late.

Always loved a dominos. But MUST bring back 1/2 and 1/2!

Well about a month ago, feeling lazy, we ordered a couple of pizza’s from this establishment along with a larger portion of garlic dip. It took an age to deliver (we tracked the progress via their online mapping and obviously it was a busy delivery night judging by the route taken). When the order finally arrived the delivery guy said there had been a slight spillage but not to worry, the pizza’s were fine but the dip had gone! Ok says I, takes them in from my darkened porch and discover dip had completely disintegrated the cardboard box so it was ‘married’ to the pizza making it I edible. The other pizza was cold, I guess due to the time it took to deliver. Both pizza’s in the bin and a call to dominoes. Would you like a refund I was asked yes please I reply. About five days later I see I am refunded £1.69, the cost of the dip!! I contact customer service who stare the franchise will contact me within five days. Nothing heard. I contact again eight days l after and am told the same thing. Again nothing. I have contacted customer service again only now they don’t reply either. Rubbish pizza and equally rubbish customer service. Deserve zero stars

I really love this place I got delivery and they literally delivered exactly what I ordered! Most of the time in other places I have not been as fortunate to get the right things when I get my food delivered but now I have come across dominoes and they have delivered exactly what I ordered without any change and they haven’t forgotten a thing. They are very good with security and they will make sure that you are using a credit card that isn’t stolen and the place is just all down good. If you want to eat in then there is nothing stopping and definitely not this review because I encourage you to try dominoes! If you want to get delivery that is also a fine option because they deliver exactly what you order and they don’t change anything! Dominoes has made my day and I encourage you all to try it! There are also great deals that you should definitely try!

Very bad Web site be careful I did orders 2 pizza by large size the was dell's but they send to me medium and one pizza was completely wrong I did called and was been in shop but they didn't help because they said its website problems and I must contact office the lose people be careful

Ordered a managers special which included chicken strippers only to receive some disgusting wedges in the strippers box, called to complain, didn’t answers the phone so rang again to be told that these mistakes happen all the time….. strippers got sent out but I had finished eating by the time they arrived…. Terrible service

Pizza takeaway and delivery. Hard to park if collecting as on busy ring road. Food OK. Vegan nuggets are good additions. Quite tasty.

I made a mistake on my order (completely my fault) and was charged to much. I spoke to one of the staff and she said she'd leave a message for a manager to refund some of the order the next day. Next morning I receive a message from PayPal telling me that a refund had been applied. They didn't have to do this, and the server could easily have done nothing just to get me off the phone. Ok Domino's is tasty junk food - but the staff in Ashford are great.

First time of using Domino’s. Not a regular Pizza eater and first time of a takeaway/delivery. Very quick friendly delivery, that’s the positive. Hot and Spicy is the title, one would expect some chilli maybe. Nope just a few jalapeños, hardly warm let alone hot. Onions almost raw, dough very soggy and the meat, well no idea what that was. In future will stick with Asda frozen healthy, 20 mins in the oven pizzas and as a bonus less than half the price. Sorry but never again.

Rude women on the phone believes to be a manager I asked to please call do not nock on the door due to having nhs staff living here working nights i begged them asked 3 times during ordering my order please do not ring door bell please phone me . Staff should know the offers and advise you if can get more food for less money if you ask for a deal. Also check the order as ordered bbq base on both large pizzas. Only one was.

Great service and under 30min delivery, including making the pizza! You can choose your toppings and base of the pizza. Alot of pizza places charge more for delivery, but dominoes have great prices!

Pizza's were nice, quite centrally loaded

Went thinking they take the meerkat deal but they have now stopped doing it at the outlet. So we paid a lot of money for a crappy pizza and cold bolognese. They have a captive audience so can charge what they like but be prepared to part with £25 each. Came out feeling robbed. At least dick turpin wore a mask.

I ordered a dominos online and accidentally pressed collection. I’ve done this once before, called them up, there was no problem and within 25 mins my food had arrived. This time, I called up to explain, there was a lovely lady on the phone that did what she could for me however I could hear in the background the delivery driver moaning about this situation and told the lady to tell me that they will deliver my order in OVER AN HOUR. Always liked this place until tonight, food is lovely, some staff can be very rude.

We purchased four pizzas which some were half and half and very few tasted any different and the ones that did had little to no taste . This was the view of family and friends . All of us was shocked at the low quality of the product . We normally go for Papa johns but this weekend decided to go for a change . Big mistake which we will not be repeating . None of us had been drinking or had colds/viruses so no excuses there . The only thing that eat it was the birds .

Tasty pizzas, used them loads and the one time they were behind by at least 5 minutes they gave myself and my sister a can of free Fanta as an apology.

Pizza , garlic bread taste very powdery and different today, not a massive deal but I put a note asking for no barbecue dips yet I was still sent some . Didn’t enjoy it at all and I normally do .

Always get great service and pizza when I order from here. I often ask the driver to say something funny when delivering. The delivery drivers are great sports for playing along, rain or shine. They deserve tipping guys so look after them.

I use this particular take-a-way quite often as it is only 30 meters from my house and if I am feeling lazy and do not want to cook, it's ideal for a quick bit of nosh. Even though they are so close to my house and I have lived here for nearly 8 years I actually only started using them a couple of years ago and that was because my previous experience of Domino's was that they were all run by spotty teenagers with greasy hair and it took me a while to get over that experience. However these guys are not greasy adolescents and they are always friendly and helpful. I use the App to order all my pizzas and 8 minutes later they are ready to pick up. If you are ordering for delivery then it can work out a bit pricey, however if you pick up yourself then you are able to get access to some very cool discounts and offers. I also enjoy the fact that you can walk in and watch them make your pizza should you wish and keep an eye on what they are doing.

Very clean and good food, however it occurred to me that you get buy one get one free after I ordered how ever I didn't offered any of the deals feels like it's lacking good coustmer service when asking for extras as mostly a deal does indeed cover what you would like. The times are also outdated as it says there shut a quarter of an hour before they even do!

Read some poor reviews of Papa Johns so chose Dominos as generally reliable. BIG MISTAKE! Pepperoni topping burnt to a crisp, wierd fruity taste, probably just too much tomato and not enough cheese but how do you get that wrong? Garlic flatbread tasteless and over cooked. Totally disgusting, after two slices of a small pizza chucked it in the bin. The can of Diet Coke was OK. How on earth does such a ubiquitous chain get a standard order pizza so wrong?

I'm not usually a fan of dominos, but I have to admit ashford dominos is in my top, and I love pizza. Customer service is always friendly with a smile

In a a town with so many pizza outlets I really don't know why Dominos has such a good reputation. It is expensive considering the food you get and it's not the best slice in town by far. Their staff are always very polite and that does go a long way for me.

Paradise pizza! Pizzas y sus galletas portazos están fuera de este mundo. Base de la barbacoa era super tomate y carnes blancas al principio agradable la experiencia. Recomiendo muchachos, pero no el jalapeños, no flotar mi barco.

Abbiamo preso delle pizze da asporto in questa catena e devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. Avendo una pluriennale esperienza in pizza avendo fatto l'Università a Napoli, devo ammettere che la pizza di Domino's mi ha sorpreso, molto morbido l'impasto e ben condita la pizza, con cornicione ripieno di formaggio. 2 maxi pizza, peperoni (che in realtà è al salame) e una Texas bbq molto gustosa. Ottime le patatine con salse da scegliere, e il pane tostato con salsa all'aglio. Certo il prezzo non è quello tipico delle mie parti, il tutto è venuto quasi 40 sterline, però esperienza positiva.
