Kashmir Balti in East Riding of Yorkshire

Food was ok although it took 2 hours to arrive and chips were missing. Will never use this takeaway again.

Our food came and the chips were manky and chewy , they tasted like they’d gone cold and stale but then been warmed back up. The burger had way too much mayo on both sides and the batter was dry and chewy. Then my boyfriend found a leaf in his corma. He’s been throwing up all morning and think he has food poisoning. ( he didn’t eat anything else yesterday) This place is actually vile needs too be shut down.

Getting so much better. Had a blip but the food recently has been outstanding. If you want a basic dish a little spicy then they will accommodate for this. Ali did the best Asian Style and now they can match that. Will keep enjoying the food they serve. It’s a big fat 5 from me.

Do not go here. Ordered at 7pm via just eat. Got message at half 8 to say its on way. Phoned at 9 and told its on way yet again . Half 9 i ring back to be told its been delivered. It clearly hadn't. Reading reviews on here and alot the same. Seems like they take the money but dont deliver your food.

Ordered a slightly lower priced order than usual today so they decided to decline our order. Also, ordered a delivery for 9:30pm and it came at 7:30pm. Delivery guy does not speak, which makes delivery awkward . Food is good but customer service needs addressing.

Tried ordering from them on JustEat. Order went in at 2032, with delivery for 2120. Asked when 15 minutes late and they said it was on its way and would be there in 10 minutes. Roll around 2230 and they cancel it as 'they cannot find the address'. Must have forgotten about sat navs. Joke. Avoid.

The food was awfull, arrived late then asked to pay delivery when it finally arrived. They forgot part of are order and had the cheek to ask for an extra £1 delivery !! Food was dry and tasteless. Will not order from them again.

Worse food I’ve ever eaten in my life - no taste , watery curries , absolutely diabolical at £26 for 3 meals !!!!

First time ordering amd very pleased with qaulity price and fast delivery 20 mins! Now thats a fast takeaway

Ordered a takeaway on New Year's Day (hangover cure haha). When we called to order we were greeted by a polite gent at the other end who was very accompanying with our order. We ordered the curry deal (number 6 meal deal) but we wanted an extra boiled rice rather than the chips which were fine to switch. We have visited here before, iv had a korma which was lovely and my partner has had a madras which he had said it was nice but we both went for a change this time. I went with the chicken tikka pasanda and my partner went with chicken vindaloo. We were rather disappointed when it arrived. My dish was rather spicy rather than creamy and I couldn't taste the coconut or almonds at all and it was a very red sauce. My partners vindaloo was very red also but very tomatoey too and not a too spicy to say it was a vindaloo. The rice was lovely and the onion Bajis were too. The deal is value for money, just a shame the currys were not up to taste.

Called in after getting back late from Working In Warrington, was having difficulty sorting out was to Have but Ali the owner was very helpful and semi-designed a curry for me on the spot and asked how hot Would I like it a, then promptly told the chef exactly what was required. I did Not have to wait around whilst it was cooked and was able to go home and Await delivery which was only about 15/20 mins later. Would like the same again sometime soon.

Have been here a few times and must admit the prices are high for portion sizes. Portions are an ordinary size as most takeaways yet costs a lot more. Food tastes great but donner meat is way too greasy and chewwy, also thick cut. Everything else has a great taste and is perfectly cooked. Will be going back to see improvements. Would not say no to food but prices are definitely a bit too high.

Had a late night (after 1am) visit here recently and decided to get a Balti Pizza (chicken korma). I've had them from other places so decided to give this a try here. The price was pretty reasonable and it was made quick enough as the place wasn't busy. I got my pizza and drove home. When I got home and opened the pizza box, a lot of the topping had slipped off the pizza and against the sides of the box, basically the topping wasn't very solid and when I lifted each slice, more of it fell of until I ended up eating the pizza with a spoon beside me to scoop the dropped bits into my mouth. I haven't been here before so no idea if this is typical of this place and would hope that if I try them again the quality would be better.
