Nice place overall got delivery whilst staying down at Thorngumbald and I would get it again. Delivery pretty quick and pizza wasn’t too bad.

Once again can't take a simple order stated 3 times no chip spice put loads on pay for large tub of garlic got small food mediocre bit over priced it's about time Keyingham got it self a new pizza shop

Not good at all... Food was cold, even the dogs wouldn't eat it. Felt bad offering it to them .

Brilliant experience at this takeaway. Ordered delivery, came exactly when they said and food was still hot and tasty. We ordered garlic bread and order then came with a free garlic bread which was generous.

Used this place for a few years. Past year its gone down hill. All our food was stone cold when arrived. Had chip spice on chips when said no as allergic. Was told next takeaway would be free. Anyways ordered in shop and not honoured what was said and that was the manger. Spent over 40 quid

Made 40 pizzas in record time at good prices and delivered to hungry guests on time. Incredible service, all guests said pizzas were v good quality, stacked with toppings. Spot on.

Second visit unfortunately nowhere near as good as the first. Pizza dough still moist. Only half a kebab for large kebab price.....but then they're not on their own for this. Don't want to rate too low cos last time was great, pizza could have been a one off. But would look somewhere else first in the future.

Awful, if I could leave no stars I would. Used to be nice but seriously gone down hill and could prove dangerous when things are so undercooked

Ordered through food hub for collection got there and they asked for more money on top of what I paid on food hub then when we got back with the food they was items missing the food wasn't the way we asked for it forgot all sauces in a wrap so it was dryer than the Sahara desert, no chip spice even though I specifically asked for chip spice so chips were soggy and flavourless and to top it off didn't even taste good ask for a refund for the items we didn't receive and still no refund. Manager called and didn’t even apologies spent almost £40 and what a waste of money will not return prices way too high for low quality food

Absolutely disgusting the chichen was not edible I don't know how anyone can send food out looking like it did. Dryed up and shriveled went straight in the bin. New to the area and will not be using this takeaway again

Really nice food will also make the food how you want too, I saw a pizza online which wasn't on their menu it was another flames takeaway my bad, but they still made that pizza for me and it was the best pizza ever

Absolutely shocking service from flames takeaway tonight. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery, rang to be told be 10 mins, waited another 10 mins, called again driver has left 15 mins ago, waited another 15 mins, rang again to be laughed at down the phone and told driver has been. Told them he hasn't, he then rang driver and said he was outside. He wasn't! 2 hours for a delivery and hasn't even turned up! Absolute joke and disgusting attitude. Will not be using again!

Ordered 2 Donner kebabs. Fresh salad, good chilli sauce and plenty of Donner meat.

Been using flames for years and always been one of the better takeaways in the area. Needed something quick so ordered 2 X cheeseburgers, Donner meat and chips and a bottle of coke. Took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive and had to be reheated in the microwave. Order was wrong as they had only sent 1 plain burger not 2 cheeseburgers so I rung the restaurant to be told I was wrong as the girl herself had packed the order. I was offered more to be sent out which I refused as I didn't have another hour to wait just a refund on the missing burger which she could not do as she had to wait for the manager who was suppose to ring me back. Guess what no call back, and there will not be anymore custom from ourselves.

Regularly get takeaway meals from here using the Food Hub app. Always hot and a good selection. Just 5 minutes drive away.

Had Chicken and chips last night from here, the Chicken was more like a burger, and was rubbery, not edible, chips had been refried and were also rubbery.... Order should have taken 45mins/ 1 hour was 1hour 15mins, MUST DO BETTER!

Absolutely phenomenal takeaway, me and the Mrs been going here for the past few months. Dare i say it reminds me of a proper good old fashioned takeaways not like the snowflake ones you get nowadays man. Would definitely recommend it goes down a treat mush

Staff are super friendly and always have been, really nice local takeaway, but becoming a bit pricey considering the portions and quality can be a little hit and miss. Sometimes they aim for speed over quality too when they are busy.

Just moved from gambia, ordered the chicken mexicana for me and my bro after a long flight. Let's just say I have found my new local. Would definitely recommend👍🏾🔥

local for years never fancied the place but dropped for nuggets and chips quickie. Not expensive good portions well cooked - all you can ask for - will go again. Asa bonus staff pleasant.

Proper poor service! Rang about my food that didn’t turn up. Delivery driver gave me some speech about “I’ve already been and nobody answered” when I asked him how long ago he said “an hour ago”... I ordered my food at 00:00 and the expected delivery time was 01:30am. Dunno if I was the last order but I smell BS.

Pizza was lovely, food was good no complaints there at all. But i had 1 can of coke missing off the delievery, it wasnt an issue i just phoned up and well i was on the phone almost 5 minutes over my can of coke they had missed off, they didnt want to deliever it they wanted to give me it next time which i didnt want as id just moved in to a house im the area a few hours b4 and had no drink in. I was then asked if i wanted to pay for delievery or add the extra can on etc. Erm no i want the can im missing off my order i just had delievered. Anyways it did come 25 mins later.

We ordered these by phone and they were with us within half an hour, as advised. Ham and pineapple and a special. Lush, hot and tasty. No complaints here. I’ll be ordering again.

Very bad donner meat coated in yellow grease. Avoid people!

Order a mushroom pizza with special instructions for the crust to be extra thin and also add jalapenos. Delivery arrived within 15 minutes and the pizza was piping hot. The crust was exactly as ordered and lovely and crispy with a soft middle. Mushrooms were succulent and plentiful. Plenty of jalapenos well distributed over the pizza. I had intend to save helf for the next day but it was so good that despite eating mindfully I still finished all the pizza. The tomato sauce was flavoursome with just the right amount of cheese to be very tasty without being overpowering.

Had a donor kebab, which is much improved. The sauces and salad are now served separately so the actual kebab doesn't end up soggy. I see the staff are also wearing kitchen clothing (black hat/trousers and chef top) which is nice to see. Is it under new ownership?

They say they deliver to halshsm then say the wont do it coz it to far then they said the order needs to be bigger than 4 meals why say you deliver to halsham when you dont say make sure they will deliver they should take halsham off they radius

Always nice food and staff are very friendly and very quick with getting any order ready big or small will be using again.

We tried this place on only one occasion and were extremely disappointed. The food was pretty poor and we vowed not to eat here again. I did have family try it more recently and they weren't happy either.

This is a typical fast food takeaway. Kebabs, burgers and pizzas etc. The food is ok, but no effort or quality in the products. sadly, for a village takeaway, the staff are miserable.

Yo no vivo en esta zona, pero mi marido y yo estábamos en automóvil para visitar a la familia y como era bastante tarde estábamos en el mirador para llamar y comer algo. Este establecimiento fue iluminado en la principal comida rápida así que carretera publicidad coloca una de pollo y patatas fritas y kebab de carne y patatas fritas. A pesar de la publicidad de comida rápida no tomó mucho tiempo para en realidad obtener nuestro pedido. El personal parecía más interesado en charlar entre ellos y limpieza de su tanque de peces que en realidad sirve a los clientes. El lugar parecía en muy mal estado y sucias… y que estaba en el lado cliente, así que me atrevo a pensar en que la higiene es como detrás de las escenas. La comida era la peor que he tenido! Estoy bastante seguro el "pollo" no era en realidad bajo el bateador pollo era un bulto que correoso con textura rosa parecía y sabía nada como pollo debería.Recomiendo evitar a toda costa!

Told them I'm at rainbow lakes, they told me to wait at 1st gate as it userly locked. I told them it's not but hey hoe . Waiting at unlocked gate for 20 mins while the delivery driver waits at a differnt lake almost half a mile down the road we're the isn't even a gate! Never mind closed one? Result? Cold soggy food :( still paid delivery even tho I walk half way lol,

After leaving off items on deliverys in the past thought would be better to walk in and order. I got home and realised they had left off donner meat. Chips and cheese with garlic and teo cans of coke. I rang flames which they wjere kind enough to apologize and offer to deliver the missed items. Fair play till it arrived and they still missed off the cokes pfttt at this point i just couldnt be assed anymore very poor organisation.

Pretty good food here, usual burgers, pizza, chips etc. Pizza was really nice for the price, burgers and chips were a little bland but did the job! Only other complaint was that adding cheese to chips is really expensive!

Has to be the worse donned kebab I've ever had . I sell hot food myself and can tell the donner meat had been left in a baine marie as it was like rubber and all dried up

Wasn't a great meal tonight, every time I ask for Garlic sauce in a tub it comes back on the donner meat instead and the tray the kebab meat came in was full of yellow grease won't be going in there anymore!
