Had pizzas from here before and where very nice. We thought we would try the burgers. Highly recommend. Incredibly nice. Will be making this our new go to takeaway.

No chilli sauce. Even paid the extra £1.50 to get it .

Didn’t give us any idea if was being prepared on delivery just delivered it and called us saying come outside no updates won’t be ordering again

Food arrived cold. Burgers had salad on for the kids and i ordered without. cabbage had soaked the bread bun meaning we had a cold and wet burger which didnt get eaten.

Food quality really not great. Donner meat very fatty and burger horrendous. Chicken, over fried and bad quality meat. Only upside was the chips, but that’s some pretty expensive chips.

Burger was over cooked and hard to eat also both burgers were missing the cheese even though they are called bacon cheese burgers

Unfortunately very disappointed. The chocolate and banana calzone was incredible, very floury dough and nowhere near enough filling, the filling that was in it did not taste good or like actual Nutella. The chips were cold and soggy by the time they got to us so they were disappointed, we also requested chicken thighs and received none which was a shame. We have picky family members who only like the thigh piece and that's not usually too much to ask when we get chicken from other places. It tasted like they haven't changed the oil for a very long time too. Shame :( won't be returning. Although, to end with something positive, the grilled chicken was very tasty. Looked nothing like the photos though.

Very poor food quality, service non existent, doesn't look the cleanest. Zero regard for food hygiene. Stay clear.

Took them 2 hours to deliver from hessle to anlaby park road, if you don’t know, it’s round the corner 5 minute drive. Paid for a gourmet burger, was in fact a pre packed frozen burger with the usual takeaway rotten salad, topped with a homemade burger relish (ketchup and some other stuff) rank! Asked for ketchup on the cheesy chips, when I opened them it looked like the chips was doing a 100m Olympic swim in the ketty. Didn’t even get my can of doccy p now I’m sat here with major dry mouth opt

Shortcrust pastry and toppings that the likes of Dominoes customers can only dream off, use this pizza place they deserve to be kept in business.

My first time ordering the new gourmet burgers from stonebake as we usually get pizzas or kebabs but all I can say is WOW! The best burgers I have had from a takeaway or restaurant hands down! The bun was toasted perfectly with a delicious juicy, flavoursome beefburger with lashings of sauce and salad. I didn’t think I'd be raving about a burger but it is deserved. The food arrived quick and piping hot with everything done to absolute perfection. Try the gourmet burgers if you fancy something different from your usual delicious stonebake pizza, you'll be in for a treat.

Very tasty doner kebab... I would say the best in the area. Mostly they deliver on time. To improve, they could improve the salad (green chilies would be nice)

Ok food, pizza was cold even though we collected. Glad we arrived early too because if we’d have picked up at the time on just eat, it would have been freezing.

This place used to be great. But we just got a load of burnt pizzas. They should not have been allowed to go out.

Hands-down the best shish kebab I've ever had. The meat was so tender that it felt like it was melting in my mouth, and had the perfect amount of char. I left some notes for my kebab to be modified as I like things really spicy and they were happy to oblige. The food came prepared exactly as I wanted and it was absolutely delicious! Couldn't fault a thing...hot, tasty, good portion size and great attention to detail!

Overpriced rubbish food. The extra toppings on the pizza we paid for were missing, the gourmet burger was about as gourmet as McDonald's. The kofta kebab was lacking actual meat. Will never use again.

Sorry guys, you're usually good. Food was late (only 10 mins and the driver was lovely and very apologetic), but I also found that my pizza had no toppings on it. So just a margarita pizza for me then.

Never turned up, notification to say driver was on the way but never delivered.

Stone bake is my go-to pizza place. I have never had a bad pizza from here. The food is always delicious, piping hot and bursting with flavour. They always take on board any little tweaks I like to add to my order and the base/ crust is absolutely divine! Delivery always on time and they are so lovely. You have to try stone bake...you won't be disappointed!

I accidently sent the food to my friends after ordering food. Previously, they resent my food straight away. Foods lovely as always.

Very poor experience. We ordered a special (margarita, 2 1/4 burgers and 2chips) Food was delivered 45 minutes late. 5 phone calls made to the shop in that time, which went unanswered. Every part of the order was stone cold. I have never ordered from stonebake before and will not be ordering again.

Upon looking at the menu I thought that it seemed expensive for a pizza. But once it arrived (within 20 mins of ordering) it was very hot, and worth the money as you can tell its hand made and authentic Italian pizza. Driver was very patient with me as it takes me a while to get to the door and she was very polite. This WILL be my new regular.

My opinion, best pizza shop. Never had a bad experience with them. Always tastes great. Only place we use.

Me and my partner ordered a couple of calzones and were less than disappointed. Mine was burnt on just under half of it and my partners was more than 50% dough! Both were 12" but were more panini size than a calzone! First and last from here.

Poor service! Should have been delivered between 7 35 and 7 55pm was still waiting at 8 40pm. They offered £3 credit to just eat account. When delivery driver came it was stone cold! The delivery driver came back upset and took the food back and gave money back. Delivery driver was upset because she was sent out with 6 orders to deliver and then she gets called from the boss or staff member screaming down the phone at her over it! No thermoport boxes to keep the food warm and the customer service is bad big respect to the poor delivery driver who is just trying to earn a living but getting grief from the higher ups :(

We did order late on the night after our usual takeaway was closed it had good reviews which is why we picked it but it was just poor. Our cheesy chips where cold and soggy and the pizza wasn’t much better. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Wow, pizza was the best pizza I've had in a long time, chicken tasted very nice and fresh, chips crisp and hot. Driver very polite, 100% recommend to everyone!

Food was OK quality but the portion sizes for how much you are paying for are a joke. I rang up after receiving what was supposed to be a large kebab because it looked like a small portion, explained that I wasn't happy with the size of the portion and the guy on the other side started to patronise me asking "how much do you think a kg of lamb costs", "other takeaways would have given you beef", "If you don't like it don't order it then". Would have been fine if he'd have given me a kg rather than the 5 grams I received. Wouldn't order from here again if it was free.

Both pizzas were cold , cheese hard on food as if it had been left for a while before sending out to be delivered . Chips , again cold as if they had been double fried . Very disappointed.

Great as always, lovely pizza base, plenty of topping. Ignore the restaurant service, it was a takeaway, I gave them 5 stars because my pizza was delivered before the expected delivery time and the delivery driver was lovely

Marked 3/6 because the food was not hot enough. We've used SBP for a couple of years now but the quality has gone down recently. We recently switched to another local pizzeria because a previous order because the food wasn't up to usual standards, but thought we'd give it another chance due to previous orders being very good, but again let down by the standards of the cooking, one pizza was undercooked, one was spot on and one was over cooked and the chips were ice cold.

First time trying this takeaway and first impressions are everything. Won’t be using again.

Ordered a Donner wrap, not an ikea Donner wrap where nothing was in the wrap and everything was separate. Not to mention it wasn't even a wrap but a pita bread
