Calzone was awful, burnt and said it comes with garlic butter on it but it didn’t! Garlic bread was disgusting too! I’m disappointed

Food was freezing. It came 20 mins late. Called to ask for an update and was spoken to by a very rude member of staff. The cheesey chips had very little cheese on it and the Donna kebab was cold with hardly any meat

Orderd from here on 23/11/22. For a birthday , food missing of order when I contacted them I was fobbed off saying it wasn’t in deal , when clearly it states it …which is why we ordered the deals . Also the pizzas were soggy & cold chips …food wasn’t even nice . Don’t bother wasting your money ! Crap service !!! I’ll Never go here again .

So I'm sorry to write I will never ever order from my usual takeaway again... Had a few hiccups lately but tonight. I'm disgusted... Ordered an x large tray of donner meat with chips separately and a donner burger with chips 2 x chilli dips to get the free delivery and cheesy garlic bread... £13.10 on phone £15 at the door.. X large donner was with the chips (5 x pieces of donner meat) wtf!! Donner burger no chips.. Rang to correct order said would send out 2 more portions of chips I agreed wrongly.. Still waiting... What happens if I was gluten free and requested special requirements? What happens if I have allergies hence the separate order?? Shame on you mamma mia shame on you

I ordered online…since November 2021 I keep getting offers via txt..I txt the code to UNSUBSCRIBE then a different number txts me,I again txt the number to unsubscribe and yet again ANOTHER number txts me..this is really annoying as I keep blocking all the numbers ..MAMAMIA please stop pestering me

picked up some food from this fine establishment a couple days back for me and my husband of 50 years. i must say the food was absolutely scrumptious and the staff were lovely. i was served by a handsome young man; i believe his name to be yuzdzhan and i can’t complain. he was extremely polite and seemed to genuinely care about the service he was providing. the quality of the food was very much up to standard and my bueno milkshake tasted heavenly!! definitely will be a frequent customer from now moving forward. can’t wait to dine here again soon.

Ordered meal deal 4 family size pizza + 2 chips, diet pepsi, got full sugar pepsi, no chips and a greasy bland pizza. Ordered brownies and ice cream, no ice cream on the brownies. Only thing they got right was the milkshake. New management SUCKS. Do not order here as you will not get what you paid for. Never ordering here again which is a shame because reviews are high due to old management and them keeping the name.

Had 2 chicken and Donna kababs tonight was lovely and so was the free garlic bread definitely use again

Been using Mama Mia for a long time without any problems. However recently it's been going downhill. The food isn't as good. Either cold or burnt to a crisp. Taking longer to be delivered & quite often there are items missing from the order. Sort it out Khan, or we'll be ordering from elsewhere.

Order online as its quicker and easier.Well i was wrong.over 1/2hour later than when they said it would be,food came warm and the order was wrong.some of our order was missing.so then had to wait another 1/2 for the rest of the order to arrive,

Thank you to the manager who delivered the food himself after we mentioned a dairy intolerance. The manager explained over the phone which of our chosen items had dairy then brought the food to the house himself to explain again to make sure there were no confusion. Food arrived 20 mins earlier than estimated too. Recommend.

Lovely pizza, freshly made while you wait, nice helpful, polite staff. Slip road right outside so easy to park.

Just ordered chicken kebab it come and was a wrap and the chicken was pink and when we rang the restaurant they didn’t want to listen to us and no refund just a £4 just eat voucher will never order from here again!!

Never go here the chips are burnt like cardboard the staff speaks like shut and would not refund me 1 star im being nice 3 hours wait aswel as he forgot my order

Been using mama mia for ages now. Always great food nd the best chocolate pizza going and calzones to die for.

Been going here for years and thought only fair I finally review it. tried others over the years but always gone back, nothing to beat their pizzas and a good old kebab after a few pints. Place is always spotless, always call in rather than have it delivered as its great to have a chat with the lads while waiting. Even shown me how they made the dough one day just to prove to me it was all fresh.

Not been here for a couple of years as thought it had closed down only to find out it had moved to near the rugby ground, still as tasty as ever. think the other reviews could be competitors as this place has been going for years with the same owner unlike all the others in the town

Food came with a hair in it wanted a refund but they brought a different one back -- was also waiting an hour for it
