Waiting over 3 hours for a pizza is crazy

I’d actually give this 0 stars if I could’ve. We ordered last night. We’re regular customers and been going here a while. We ordered our usual last night and everything came well apart from the drinks. We asked for 2 Pepsi but 2 coke came, we asked for an extra can of Diet Coke which was a NO SHOW. Rang the restaurant back up and the fella said that the driver had realised and was back out to drop it off. I waited an hour and still no show! I rang them back up and the fella asked me for my address and said 1 minute and then was away from the phone talking to someone else .. 12:45am came AND STILL NO SHOW FOR THE CAN. Decided to gone up and just go to bed. Tonight has really put me off ordering here again especially with the fella being very rude and not very helpful

Food arrived 30 minutes late and was cold. We have had to heat it up in the oven. I always order from here. But I won't be anymore. Very disappointed

No bother to pick up the phone. No bother to update about the order. Been charged and no food! Stay away from this folks!

Worst pizza shop in the UK goes to… freezing cold pizza with a side of chlamydia - over an hour late. Could do with Food Standards Agency knocking on their door - hopefully they will as we just complained at the state of the food we finally received.

I usually enjoy the food here but tonight's order was disgustingly bad, the kebab was cold, with half a bottle of sauce slopped on haphazardly. They've just lost a loyal customer.

If I could rate a zero I would, miami pizza doesn't even exist its pizza uno. Scammers order 5.30pm turns up 6.45 stone cold, burnt to a crisp see photo. phoned and said they re send. Got to 8pm and still nothing. Drove to pizza uno after figuring out it was them. Dirty place no PPI on staff and extremely rude. Finally got refund. Avoid like the plague

Waited nearly 3 hrs for food. Tried ringing over 40 times. Driver turned up and it was stone cold. Wont be using again

My order was ment to arrive at 11:45 and now says it will deliver at 12:35 I’ve rang the restaurant 5 times and getting no answer at all I’m not happy at all!!!

Absolutely disgusting outfit, ordered a meal at 4.30 it is now 7.30 and its still not arrived. I've tried to ring on numerous occasions but phone engaged all the time. This place wants shutting down ASAP.

Absolutely disgusting waighted for 90 minutes then they sent the wrong pizza and no kebab tryed to contact the shop for an hour and no one is picking up never ordering anything from them again

STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS... I placed an order on 06/11/2022 atv21:00 through delieveroo.The order didn't turn up so I tired to phone Miami pizza 3 times all 3 times no answer...so I complained to deliveroo who told me miami pizza had told them they had delivered the order despite there being no delivery on cctv or to the property between the time of order and the time deliveroo claim the food was delivered.....DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES. THEY STOLE £20....

Absolute terrible ordered 3 kebabs two came wrong phoned up and they sent a small portion of doner and a tray of lettuce in replacement would completely avoid worst service iv had

I'm a contractor working all over the country and this keabab was the talk off the site meeting the next day as ABSOLUTELY THE WORST KEABAB EVER shut this place down

Ordered around quarter past half past 5. At half 7 I tried to ring the store, after it rang off with no answer 17 times I decided to go to the store -used address the business is registered with, which was completely boarded up. At 10 to 9 AFTER I had gone and ordered food from another restaurant delivery driver turns up with cold food. Absolute joke. And terrible service.

Ordered my food off these for my kids spent just under £40 order never turned up and they kept just letting the phone ring

Ordered from here and over 90 mins and still nothing tried ringing repeatedly to try and get through kept ringing out and no response at all from the restaurant, they'll happily take my money but not deliver the food. Absolutely disgusted wil not be ordering from here again, questionable ethics. And very odd that the phone kept ringing out when trying to resolve an issue. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Poor service, not delivering on orders placed, and don't bother to answer phone calls.

Very poor service. Please void. Been waiting on my order for over 1 hour. When it eventually arrived. First attempt my order was given to some other guest staying at the same hotel as me. Very upset. Going to bed very hungry 😪 Hopefully the 2nd attempt of delivering my order will be successful. Not holding any hope 😕

Mixed feelings about this place. The wait times specified are wildly inaccurate and the phone just rings off the hook when you try to get an update. Food did turn up although 45 mins later than specified. Order was correct and a good temperature and the driver was polite and professional. For the most part, the food was enjoyable, however, as mentioned in previous reviews, the chips don't take well to styrofoam and had sweated themselves to death. Not the greatest value for money in the area. Probably won't order again

order late which created a problem for my diabetic son, website not updating atall, items missing which turned out to be the item for my son which further added to the problem, called to enquire where order was, they didnt even try and check just immediately said "on way" and hung up, food that did turn up was atleast edible but almost cold already, I WAS a long term customer, THEY just lost a long term customer, at a time when small businesses are struggling during a pandemic Id have thought the last thing you'd want to be doing is pee'in off said customers. ps..... the amount of "paid for 5star reviews" that suddenly appear right after someone gives a genuine 1star review is just plain obvious, you'd have to be a shaved monkey to not know their desperately trying to offset the amount of bad reviews with fake great reviews (which obviously isn't working out to well anyway)

Placed and order which never turned up even after I was told it was on its way on Just Eat. Tried to phone but went to answerphone, then checked again on my app and they had apparently closed early, so there was no way to check where the order was. Hope the delivery driver enjoyed what I had ordered...... Food eventually turned up at 00:15 and the order was wrong.

I used to order from here all the time. However, last time I ordered the delivery driver had me sending him google maps and pictures cos he didn't have a clue. I live on Greenway Road its not difficult. The time before they took payment and didn't send order, weren't answering phone so had to go down and wait while they made it. Today they couldn't accept the order as problem with system, again they took money but no refund as yet. Just order from somewhere else and save yourself the stress.

Orderd a garlic bread with and it took an hour to arrive. It was cold and all stuck to the top of the box. Rang them to complain. They offered to send a replacement. Waited another hour and a half for the replacement and was stone cold. Tried to ring them again and it just went straight to answer points. Definitely won't order from their again.

Best food I've ever had from miami today guy with Everton shirt on cooked it all crispy chips nice garlic bread chili sauce was perfect

Wrong meal delivered. Tried to call but goes straight to answer phone. Finally got through and correct meal was delivered 30 mins later. Cold. Chicken and halloumi kebab had no halloumi (replaced with mozarella - no warning). Donner was greasy. Skip miami pizza and go elsewhere. Real shame used to be good.

Always ordered from here used to be great but lately orders have been taking 2 hours phones off the hook and the food hasn’t been the best but my last order two days ago was absolutely vile I ordered a folded donner plain and when biting into it the smell was disgusting it tasted awful but the smell literally made me bork I pulled a piece of meat out to make sure it was the problem and it had a layer of sticky slimy stuff all over it not sure if it was off or been left cooked to long but I will never order from here again the smell was vile

Ordered today and the pizza dough was disgusting it tasted like beer so the yeast had over fermented so could not eat it waste of money on this occasion normally have no problems so disappointed

Ordered two pizzas. Two pizzas turned up but one wasn’t what we ordered. Tried to ring the shop and no answer. Also asked for thin crust but both pizzas turned up and where thick and doughy like they hadn’t been full cooked. Awful and will never order again from here.

I don't know where to start as I am still in shock! Firstly the picture has sauce on, this is because I put it on before taking a picture for proof. I ordered a few bits and one of them was a kebab. I ordered it with no sauce but with salad however when it came it had no sauce or salad. I rang the number and was out through to a guy who, after I explained I wanted some salad, told me that it was my fault because I ticket 'no salad' (picture proves I only chose no sauce). When I told him I had proof that I didn't press that he said that no sauce also means no salad, when I questioned this as there was nothing on the website that matched this he told me if I wanted the salad I'd have to go to the shop to get it. I told him I wouldn't be doing that and that I want Somone to bring me some salad or refund the kebab but he told me that he was 'too F***ing busy to send Somone with some salad' and explained that I wasn't getting a refund either. We then argued back and too because now, after swearing at me, I wanted a full refund he ended the call by saying 'im too busy to f***ING argue' and then out the phone down on me. As well as all this, the food was cold and 10 minutes late after the time that just eat told me it would arrive, of course that wasn't his fault either. I would strongly avoided this place, it deserves to be shut down.

Ordered 4 times in the last 2 week 3 orders have not turned up and 1 order they said they are closed and when clearly on the website it says open will not order again

First time order from this place. Short way. Half hour late. Good food but almost cold.

Normally I would recommend this place, as I never ran into any problems, but after my latest experience I would not. I placed my order at 23:07 on their website on the 21st of December 2020 and I did not receive the food until 1:00am. I tried to ring multiple times before then but their phone did not pick up and went to voicemail. The food came lukewarm and did not include the mayo as requested. The driver was lovely and told us he apologized and said it was busy. The food did not taste fresh and the chips were soggy. I am sorry to leave this review but I wanted to provide feedback for the business so they can improve.

Ordered at 11:30pm19/12/2020. Still no pizza delivered at 1:30am 20/12/2020. Claimed to have attempted delivery which is a lie. Don’t order here.

If I could give 0 stars I would, first of all discount wasn't applied on the app and tried to charge £1.50 delivery fee when I live under 2 miles away (so we collected instead) Ordered chicken and shish kebab and received BURNT lamb and Donner, food was cold and a mess in the trays, forgot 2x drinks which were supposed to come with the meals. Very very disappointing.

I placed my order via just eat, and although my food was delivered earlier than estimated, I received two quite badly burnt pizzas. This is the first and last time I will be using this takeaway

Got sent something completely different to what i ordered! When ringing up to query what I had been sent, I was given a lot of abuse because I wanted a refund! Aggressive, argumentative, absolute disgrace! You should get what you have paid for!!!!!

Ordered food at 11 30 last night over 2 and half hours it took, no answer whenni tried to call to find out where the food was it got too the point I started cooking as I didnt think I was getting my food that I had already paid for online. They completely forget my drinks man, suppose to get 4 drinks man but no drinks on arrival man, twice this has happened in a row too, will not be ordering here again man.

Worst delivery in runcorn. Ordered food at 5.30 still waiting now. When tried ringing over 200 times they are engaged. So went on just eat they said they are busy and would be another hour. That has passed our food has been marked as delivered yet no food. Will never be using this take away ever again and suggest no one else use it either

Me and my brother ordered kebabs last night and ate them we both threw up after them because we was shocked to find that they were undercooked do not order from here!!!!

Don't bother ordering from this place. Ordered online and waited for more than one and half hour with no news on delivery. Called them, they wouldn't pick up the phone and when they did, the person on the phone was very rude, Cancelled my order and never again!

Made an order over the phone for 1 item, a mixed kebab with halloumi and no onions. Kebab turned up within the time they stated, however, it was covered in onions and there was no halloumi. Wouldn’t order from here again. Really disappointing.

Awful asked for mixed kabab meal got what can only be described as a box of burnt coal i still cant get the taste out of my mouth. No chips no drink and no help when calling them back. 1st and last time.

OMG AMAZING FOOD. Thank you so much for a lovely meal. Our meal arrived on time hot and absolutely delicious. 10 out of 5 stars I would give Miami pizza. Staff are so polite, just lovely people. Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH. We will be ordering again with out a dout. Best food in town. 👍👍👍👍👍

Normally order from here but tonight we were really disappointed. Paid extra for deep pan it was so thin. The pizza was watery and under cooked and there was a hair in the pizza too. Not happy

Wasn't happy with order. Kebab meat was dry, think it was warmed up in microwave. Will not order from there again.

Mayonnaise got tested under uv light, signs of humans seemen and they told me to ring up health and professionals.

I rate this place with 1 star and that's being overly generous..I ordered a cheeseburger with donner meat and chips last night, it was delivered on time but the free garlic bread was absolute trash worthy, it was scorched all around the crust, bloated and didn't taste at all like garlic bread. I also woke up early hours in the morning with stomach ache and had to go the bog twice in half an hour! Filthy place, will never eat from a kebab house again, sick of paying for food poisoning!

Ordered from there last night, the food arrived when is was meant to but after taking the food out of the bag I was then left with an inch deep puddle of Greece at the bottom which had soaked into my Donna wrap so it was soggy, aswell as my son's chicken wrap, the garlic mushroom were just mushrooms, again full of Greece and not garlicy, I asked for salad on my wrap and only had 1 leaf of lettuce if, I wanted to give zero stars but couldn't, will never order from there again

This place is totally unhygienic If you like human hair and a dead fly in your pizza this is the place to go. Under cooked, under prepared and in your face like a bad smell this place in bordering on disgusting But if you are drunk and don’t notice quality or the lack of it, then this dump is for you

vey enjoyable food I phoned my order in then left it about fifteen minutes before collecting. It piping hot and had just what I had asked for on it. Great meal deals available.

Been away from the area for two year back now and as run out of time after a busy day decided to grab a kebab. Return to the place we used to years ago - and surprise the food was great, service good and would go back again

Odered folded Donna meal found hair in one, phoned they where not interested AVIOD at all costs.

Got my order wrong wrong added chili when a said no chili it was very hont gave me chocolate milshakes instewd of strawberry and the food was basicly verry poor wuality when i rung to complain he wouldnt do anything

Good for a late night kebab. Never actually tried the pizza.
