Called in for an evening treat and ended up very impressed having never tried this place before. Since Covid a lot of the takeaways here seem to have gone downhill, prices increased yet portions & quality decreased at the same time, but this was definitely value for money and great quality. We had the 2 calzone's deal with a normal side and premium side + 2 cans. Both calzone's were nicely cooked, really well filled and we ended up getting full so saved some for the following day. The cheesy chips also had plenty of cheese and were really nice too. After having several unimpressive takeaways in the last years, both me and my son really enjoyed and were very impressed with this one. We don't get takeout much but next time we do we'll definitely be going here again.

Allowed me to order through JustEat, placed the order, Took my money. 1hr later the order was cancelled! Avoid.

Don't order from anywhere else, always hot, tasty and worth the money! Update on 5/6/2024 2 hours late and cold food. We've used them since the beginning. This is a Thursday and told be there in 5 mins every time we rang. Absolute shocker tonight, and will seek others in town. Terrible service and cold food.

Me and my wife have been ordering from sorrisos for the past couple of months and wow the food is bloody good!! I don't often leave reviews but I think this ones worth it 😬 my wife's just started eating meat again after being a vegi, and this place has helped her convert!! I used to order from sammys but this place blows it out the water!!! NO lie... The mixed calzone is beautiful, such a great flavour! Try it you won't be disappointed 👍👍

I live in Frodsham always get a delivery from these guys pizza is yo die for, excellent kebabs.

My son loves his donner meat, however, paid £4.50 for large cheesy fries which I wouldn't say was large and also aren't cooked properly. The pizza is lovely. Our order also came an hour early which was a little inconvenient.

By far the greatest take away in Runcorn the food quality is exceptional and the staff go above and beyond for their customers

Orderd extra large chicken kebab, it was definitely extra large, massive portion and extremely tasty definitely recommended

I travel a lot round the country because of work. Staying in the Best Western in Frodsham tonight so I thought I'd give this place ago on just eat......I'm not going to lie this is the best chicken kebab I've had and that says a lot because I've had a lot over the years. Give it ago and prove me wrong. The delivery guy was superb as well just feel bad I had no cash to tip him.

Ordered a burger and a cheese burger. Bites into the burger to find cheese in it. Not great considering I am allergic. Thankfully noticed before I had eaten too much. Suggest you check your orders thoroughly if you are allergic to anything.

Kebabs are the best in torn, not greasy service very fast and staff always friendly. If you've not tried I recommend this one

Absolutely disgusting customer service…I rang to make a complaint about food and was told my address always makes complaints…first time I’ve used them..paid cash but no refund obviously because I’d paid cash…was told someone would be round to collect food..I’ve taken this as a threat but have food ready…learn to speak to your paying customers with respect. Your service is diabolical. Food is ready to be collected though!! 😘

Food was amazing and didnt wait long but they knocked on my door and left my food on the floor and started walking away I have a broken foot and struggles to reach it but food was lovely

No cheese no cheese no cheese. Yet again I order the burgers advisted with cheese they NEVER EVER put my cheese on even put a note on every order AND STILL NO CHEESE. HIW HARD CAN IT BE ..I PAY FOR CHHESE SO ADD THE CHEESE.

My wife and I absolutely love this place! Nothing is ever too much trouble, food always amazing, piping hot and delivery quicker than expected every time. We never used to eat donner but here is the very best, light and healthy. Thank you for your continued service. Cheers

Really late delivery, website originally stated 45 mins, accepted order then added 30 mins, then an hour after that it arrived and was burnt. Owner likes to respond to reviews with pithy responses and deletes the ones she has no excuse for. Much better options for this type of food in the area.

Ordered two kebabs with garlic mayonnaise and a calzone. Delivery was quicker than expected. The driver was friendly and the food was delicious. Very happy and will be ordering again soon.

Awful value, awful portions for price, came squashed and half a hand full of chips with 4 handfuls of cheese in, pizza, taste cheap, pineapple didn't even taste like pineapple, will avoid in the future

Very disappointed was told 45mins to an hour waited an hour and a half when food arrived it was cold an no salad even thought it was asked for and confirmed by the person taking the order will not recommend or use again.

Having seen all positive reviews on Just Eat, thought would give these guys a go. Well it was mehhhh, very much lower on the quality compared to Chefaway, pizza dough was very dry almost stale. Well that's first and last time.

Excellent service. I forgot to order my little boy a pizza online , called the shop and they added it on no problem. It’s refreshing to see a female driver too, very pleasant and surprising how quick they were for a saturday. Food was amazing too Will definitely be returning (looking at the desert menu already 🤣)

Gonna be straight up, ordered from this place a couple of times now and the food is shocking The mozzarella sticks are the only thing i have had which i thought were decent quality The garlic bread is just a piece of hot bread chicken kebab doesn’t taste or feel anything like chicken And the chips were freezing cold and soggy I hesitated to say all of this but after countless takeaways being a let down from this place i had to let people know

Good Delivery but the food was substandard asked for a calzone and got what looked like a sausage roll of a pizza

Just eaten our Friday night takeaway from Sorriso's and again it was so lovely Thank you Sorriso, we ordered a Doner kebab and a chicken kebab and a side salad. We asked for crispy Doner meat and it was spot on. The chilli peppers were out of this world and Hubby enjoyed all of them. The delivery was fast and kept up to date on the web site and the driver was really friendly. Cant wait until next Friday for our next order, Thank you Sorriso see you next week x

We order from here quite regularly -most Fridays. We have never had a problem and delivery is always quick. The kids chicken strip meal is great value compared to other local places.

Best food, the cheese burger is outstanding 👌 compare it to 5 guys or even better 😉, definitely recommend this place, keep it up boys

We ordered from sorrisso kebab last night through just eat, I pre-ordered at around 9:30 for it to be delivered at 23:30 when this time came nothing turned up, I rang the shop and at 00:00 and they said it was 2 minutes away, we then waited Another 10 minutes, by this time is was another40 minutes late. We took the food and started to unpack it.I ordered 3 Donna kebabs two with full salad and one without, we found after opening all 3 that they had put full salad on all 3 of these kebabs, I rang the store and explained that our order was wrong, I think I explained the situation to 4 different people ( including the manager ) they told me they would send another kebab out but I would need to wait another 30 mins-40 mins I told them that I do not except that due to the we had already waited, they all began laughing down the phone at me and hung up, I rang the shop back and they continued to laugh saying “ well what would you like me to do?” I asked if the food be collected and I get a refund, they agreed after disconnecting the phone another 3 times, we waited another 30 mins for the food to be collected to which no one showed up all night for.

I ordered food at 23:30 via JustEat.com and my food never arrived despite getting a text 30 minutes before the shops closing hours. I tried to call 15 minutes before they closed to see where my order was up to and I never got an answer. I was calling right up until 1am! So now I have paid for food online that I haven't received. Absolutely disgusting!

Another typical rubbish takeaway from a Runcorn pizza place. I really hope you are not Italian because you should be ashamed with your pizza if you are. In fact forget that, you should be just ashamed anyway. As the title says, barely cooked, burger tasted weird and was just shown the salad. Won’t order again

The food was perfect it arrived 15 minutes early on top.of.that it was late at night and you would expect it to be rushed but the food was top quality.

The driver also thought it was funny and was laughing like an idiot going back to the car. Im disgusted especially during this pandemic!!! I gave them a not so good review lastnite on justeat,this was due to my order not being read properly so wasn't sent out properly either. I still stand by what I said people need to make sure they read the full order before sending it out. I'd also like to add that the manager came out and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Besides this little mistake you normally can't fault them!!

I’ve visited here tonight as I do on the occasion. I work long hours With vulnerable people at risk of covid-19, previously I was a chef. Tonight I visited for my tea and by the time I left the lads offered to deliver a meal on them to all my colleagues to support and recognise the hard work the care system is providing. This is an independent business paying out of there own pockets to support the system the best way they can. It’s there little things that matter and forever I will return to this place! As a chef I confirm the food is fresh, made to order and of a great standard. Kitchen is clean and the staff are helpful. Please support this business the way it supported the system.

Ordered a pizza and it is not worth the price at all. The edges were burnt there was hardly any toppings on it at all it's like it has been rushed making it. Not happy at all.

The only consistently good takeaway in Runcorn in my opinion. I've tried them all over the years and this is the one I always fall back to. Boneless chicken and the Oreo milkshake are a 10/10

4th time ordering from here and it's spot on. No soggy chips or garlic bread. Really nice fresh crispy food 😊 Runcorn is full of sloppy kebab houses but sorriso is not like that it's like summer in a bowl after a few pints 👍

Ordered 2 kids meals, absolutely delicious. Came 30 minutes earlier than expected delivery time. Definitely order from here again.

Ordered £50 worth of food to find 2 massive chicken bones in the kebab and the pizza. The food was not up to standard the staff were rude when we took the food back to the restaurant as they refused us a refund on the phone. Also the man preparing the food was handling raw chicken then making pizzas without washing his hands.

Pizza was dry and £15 or over for a free garlic bread is too much when better places are over £10

Waited an hour for our order which was wrong despite phoning after placing the order to confirm. Both kebabs tasted funny and couldn't be eaten. Only positive was the milkshake. But not worth the £22 to fill the bin!! Wouldn't use again.

We waited one hour and 25 minutes for our delivery, only 5 minutes over the stated delivery time which was fine. However that is the only slightly good point of this review. Every pizza was burnt (see pics), the order was missing the albeit free garlic bread for orders over £13 and the drinks which came with the kids meals were cans of Pepsi instead of the fruit shoots which the menu stated and was ordered. Called to complain about the state of the pizzas more than anything, the guy knew my order straight away making me think they knew the pizzas were burnt before they were sent. I was told to keep the pizzas and they’ll send new ones in about half an hour, which I didn’t want to do as we had already waited a long time and my children were now really hungry. The reply was simply to keep hold of them for about half hour then they would pick up and refund, imagine telling two now very hungry young children they can’t eat the pizzas sitting in front of them (which had been bought as a treat). The only excuse from the shop was they were busy! The edible parts of the pizzas we had did not taste great with bases like rubber which tasted shop bought. Should have took the refund. Will not be ordering from Sorriso again.

Less than impressed with the pizza I got. Most of the cheese stuck to the box and was quite a mess. Sauce was below average, toppings okay, crust fine, but altogether not worth the money.

Food wasn't up to much this evening .. The delivery driver was lovely as always though. The chips were dry, my pitta bread felt wet and the Zinga Chicken coating was white and didn't taste right.. Only thing I ate was the onion rings. I hate leaving bad feedback but the delivery guy asked me too so just being honest.. Not its best tonight guys unfortunately..

Ordered a waffle and ice cream for delivery and came very promptly and delicious! Won’t hesitate to order from here again.

I ordered from here on 21st April and me and my friend both ended up with food poisoning and been trying to contact the restaurant to speak to a manager ever since and never in and I was told I'd get a call back to discuss the matter as it made me very unwell however the manager seems to never be in FSA have been contacted and when trying to make a complaint staff are very rude when asking to speak to a manager to discuss the matter. Very unhappy with the way food was prepared.

Lovely food best in runcorn if your after a kebab. Ordered a few times from here an each time food spot on. nice an clean no greese running all over the paper. Food was up there. Kebab nice an fresh not been sitting there in solitary confinement for 3 weeks. Before dispatching. Get on ut. Food is peng!

Pizza was completely tasteless, milkshake was okay just wish the food had more flavour! Annoyed that you have to pay for delivery as well despite spending over £20.

Ordered a pizza deal delivery tonight and can honestly say its the worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza was what I would class as raw with the cheese only slightly melted. So much cheese that I couldn't actually identify any of the other ingredients on the pizza. No tomato base leaving the pizza almost tasteless. The cheese topping - after I used my own electricity to cook it off properly was weird - nothing like mozzarella. The "luxury" (or whatever they call it) sides were overcooked with the mozzarella dippers almost empty from how dried out they were. The deal was £20 + delivery, which isn't far off the dominoes price - just go with what you know people.

In fairness, I'll try to be as objective as possible. The kebab I ordered was as good as any. The pizza, however, was a massive disappointment. The base was dry and spongy - I would assume it is something they buy ready-made instead of making in-house. The cheese was stringy and chewy - it didn't taste or feel anything like proper mozzarella based pizza cheese. The worst part was the ham if you can call the thing on the pizza ham. It was greasy, spongy and reminded me of dog food rather than proper ham made of pork meat. If you're used to the taste of proper pizza, say Domino's or Pizza Express (and it even pains me to use these as a reference for proper pizza) please avoid Sorriso's pizzas. Just not good.

Very good place obviously high quality ingredients been used . Had mistake on my order but how they dealt with it reflected thier customers services definitely will order again soon.

Waited over an hour for food to be delivered. Kebab was the greasiest I've ever had, the bread was just ripped up little bits that had been thrown into the box. Not at all impressed, first and last time of ordering from here.

1st time ordering for hear and will be the last. Food raw half the order missing now arguing over refund don't use this kebab shop if you value your health and don't want to get ripped off. I actually feel sick as I've eaten some raw meat
