Kebabs are nice however last time i ordered I got the "XXL" sammys special and it wasn't large at all

Great food, been a customer for as long as I can remember.

I had a chicken and shish kebab yesterday it was amazing and fresh with good presentation. Today I had Sammy special kebab, it was not at the same level as yesterday the steak slices were extremely tough, I have come back to Sammys recently, the quality of the food needs to be consistant and either marinade the steak to tenderise or use better quality ingredients disappointed 😞

I am a repeat customer anyway, but my order on 23/04/24/was honestly the best meal I have ever had from here, or any other takeaway. The meat on the Donner Kebab was so soft and tender, no gristle and not burned or crispy anywhere. Plenty of mayo and hot sauce which is perfect 'cos I usually find there isn't usually enough. Honestly THE best Kebab I've ever had. The Garlic Bread w/ Cheese was lovely and soft, perfectly cooked and very tasty.

Hit or miss what you get on your order, always something missing or food cold, drivers stand there expecting a tip when they deliver, well get here on time with my food hot would be a good start

Thru do a nice cheeseburger, 1/2, 1lb and King.

We’ve been going to Sammys pizza and kebab place since it opened and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. They make the best pizzas and kebabs and they do it with a smile! All the guys who work there are lovely and friendly. The shop is absolutely, spotlessly clean. You can se them prepare the food in front of you. It’s also great value for money. I highly recommend it.

Expensive, got order wrong x2 burned pitta crispy hard and nearly broke a tooth caked in chilli sauce when didn't ask for it. Bought the box meal and it was just a waste. Also expensive for quality.

*pauses for 3.25s* WHAT A MEAL!!!!! the XLarge donna meat n chips was delectable, had my taste buds moaning and all that business in my mouth. even my dog enjoyed it and he's nearly dead on the floor! although the wait Is always a bit delayed and on my receipt it said 'delivery time: ASAP' (I WAS RAGING) although Mahmoud pulled it out the bag and delivered it no time thank you Sammy's will have this cuisine again

Mmm I treated my wife and my friends to 2 folded Donna pizzas,onion rings, chicken and donna kebab and a free garrrrlick bread mmmmm and wow what a meal, the guys were great and happy to help and deal with any special requirements that we had if any and are great 👍 👌 thanks sammys we will order again

Worst food and worst delivery. Placed order 6.10pm said 1 hour delivery. 7.20 no delivery so called said oh we are busy leaving now. 8pm turns up food was cold, not what we ordered. Called back agreed he would send driver back with half the cash as refund. Driver never showed up. Heard good things about this place but will never use again.

First time visiting Sammys after reading good reviews, and I have to say the pizza I got was very nice. I was a bit disappointed with the long wait I had when I was the only one in the shop.. Everyone was busy doing delivery orders so I was at the back of the queue.

I am not normally a kebab / pizza kind of person but omg I’ve had the most delicious, fresh, hot delivery ever! And it’s not a fluke! This is my 4th order an I’m hooked! Well done sammys your the absolute best Highly recommended 😋

Been regularly ordering from Sammys for couple years now, I felt bad ordering last moments before closing with delivery, they go out of their way to call and ask if our usual order needed something we missed one time from our recent order. Definitely recommend! Not seen that service anywhere else, real grateful for the service provided! Will keep ordering from here defo!

Horrendous customer service. Took money and did not deliver food. Rang up to explain situation but did not receive a refund or the food, and was extremely rude and they lied.

Food was bland, and the grizzle/bone in the cheap meat has cost me a trip to the dentist where its broke my tooth. 👍

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered food for myself and the lads in work to collect. Was missing cans off the meals at first but I realised this outside the shop and went back in to get them. I drive back to work and get the food out the bags and I was missing stuff off the order. Drove all the way back from work (by this time my break was nearly over) to collect the rest and they offer me a warm can of coke for the inconvenience. The food was dreadful when I eventually got to eat it as well. Absolutely shocking, used to order from here all the time and now it’s gone massively down hill. Never again!!!

Ordered via new app. Ordered two mixed kebabs and when you ordered second it came up with the same sauces as choice one , So put in bold in box no sauce just lettuce on the second . So rung to double check and the guy said I’m looking at the order , that’s what you have ordered and it’s made so nothing I can do . I explained about the app and he was quite rude . Food wasn’t the best either when it arrived. Won’t be ordering again . It was for 6 people so large order

Got my order wrong, I paid £1.50 extra for toppings that never arrived I also got stale chips ( I ordered cheesy chips) they told me they'd send some more out (didn't do anything about the incorrect pizza) and to top it off my girlfriend got a nice long hair as an extra topping inside her folded Donner... Yummy

Me and fiance have never tried sammys before so for a change we decided to order from their. My fiance ordered a large tray of Donna meat. I had a double cheese burger with chips and a portion of onion rings. We also ordered two can of pop. £21 later we got our order minus the pop. We waited 2 hours for them to bring us the pop which they got wrong. Where do they get their prices from £21 for burger and chips and Donna meat is absolutely disgusting. We had the exact same meal from silver crown the other night and it only came to £13. We won't be ordering from sammys again because it's an absolute rip off.

Been ordering from Sammys for years, disgusting customer service tonight when our order wasnt correct, the guy kept shouting, saying it was, he packed it himself, but the order was wrong and why would I ring if it was right?? he shouted saying he will send the correct order,but it never arrived!! and the pitta bread was stale and hard, will never use Sammys again , appalling behaviour, disgusting Sammys!! order wasnt correct

The food was horrific. Cold soggy fries and Kebab strips so tough it was impossible to chew. It tasted like reheated food that was cooked about a week ago and drenched in so much fat that the bag fell apart. I threw it away and went to KFC. Given one star because otherwise you cant write a review.

Me and my colleague just had two shish kebabs .... It was the most disgusting experience we ever had (and we travel a lot!). We had to throw it in a bin after two mouthfuls. These people should not be allowed to sell food. The meat was like leather and clearly from yesterday if not the day before! If there was a - 10 star rating then that's what I would go for!

I rarely write negative reviews but I was to be frankly disgusted at the food I received from Sammy's. I bought a chicken wrap which was £4.99 by itself, which most other Runcorn takeaways charge roughly that amount with fries and a drink so I was hoping for value for money. It was completely burnt on the outside, I could smell the burn before I unwrapped it and it was completely inedible, soggy, and smelt funky inside the wrap. I will never go here again.

I personally really like it here, the guy's are always dead nice and the food is tasty. Don't get me wrong everyone makes mistakes but on the rare occasions it has happened the guy's have been brilliant about it and sorted it out straight away. All in all its a good place with sound staff 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

By far the best pizza and kebab shop in Runcorn. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile for there customers. Food is second to non nice and clean. The premises says alot about this shop very clean there health and hygiene is on point. Would recommend.

Called and picked up the food pizza wasn't cooked,base was half raw so called back got another this time delivery asked for it well done when it came still not properly cooked.. Stop trying to save money on gas and turn the oven up to the correct temperature.

What’s happened with the prices shooting up and now have to spend a tenner plus 1.50 delivery charge and they keep messing up the orders apparently new owner. Used to be one of favourites but won’t bother anymore there’s loads of kebab shops in Runcorn.

Sammy's used to be nice when the original Sammy had it, chicken was burnt and dry. Pizza tasted like frozen pizza and chips were dry and tastlesst. Food quality has gone down hill.

Ordered the meat feast calzone. Delivery was very fast but the food its self was super dry. Lots of dry mince not much else in it tbh.

You better start listening to the customers requests. I ordered Sammys Special pizza and asked to have everything on it except hot chilli because I am intolerant with anything hot. What you have done was to put chilli on my pizza so I couldn't eat it. I like your food but because of those small mistakes I would never order again. What if someone is allergic? You could kill someone, please listen carefully what customers request!
