Chicken kickers were like chewing rubber and some arrived without the outer breadcrumbs on. The pizza looked like it had been thrown together with a catapult and really didn’t taste very nice.

I ordered veggies supreme large pizza on Thursday 11/07/2024 about 17:30 and as I am new to Yeovil I had to eat there where they have wooden bank and they put it in the most sunny area of their shop where the sun really annoys you! Anyway, after waiting 10 - 15 minutes I got the pizza and after couple of slices I felt something “crunching” between my teeth and it felt like eggshells or sands!! I called the manager and informed him of issue and he started to say this is the flour they use!! I told him that I had previously 100s of pizza from different branches of Domino’s and it was not like this!! He still insists that it is the flour like if I am an idiot and I don’t know the difference between the flour and sands!! At the end he offered to take this to send it to check and to give me another pizza. The other pizza was ok but not the best!! The following week on Tuesday 16/07/2024 around 18:00 o’clock I visited the same branch again not because I like it but not much options in Yeovil unfortunately!! I found the same manager and asked him if they found anything in their check on that pizza. He looked at me funnily and replied: No. nothing found!! I said: so what was that thing which I felt between my teeth like sands which I felt 4-5 times? Was I imagining?! Funny enough he replied: maybe!! Also I ordered the same on Tuesday which is veggie supreme with Coke Zero and the price was £14.80 and I took it home and it was really ugly acidy taste!!! I will never come back to this branch!! Awful people and awful pizza!!!

By far the worst dominoes service, delivery drivers are rude. If you order for a specific time they will just deliver ASAP and have delivered to me when I'm not even home. One time they even delivered when I wasn't home and took my pizza back delivered it cold. The often miss items like dips etc. Honestly I've never known such a poorly run franchise.

The atmosphere is some what nice but the bad part is delivery and how busy it can get . Usually the food is late for delivery and for pickup it also is most of the time late . Though it is worth the wait the food is probably the best pizza ive ever had .

Pitiful, food was a no show after 2.5 hours. No one could speak good English when talking to them. Doubt I will get a refund. Place is a dive now it's under imagrant ownership.

First time eating a hot dominoes. Arrived steaming, loads of toppings, and delivered with a smile. Just the job for 4 people on a diet break! Dominoes Yeovil don't always serve up an experience this good but they nailed it tonight.

Ordered a pizza and wedges, half way through eating my wedges I was met with glass in my mouth, accidentally swallowing a bigger piece before spitting out a smaller bit. I rang Yeovil dominos to let them know and they offered no explanation and no concern over the fact there was glass in my food.. offering a £10 coupon off the next time I order

I am disgusted with the service at Dominos Pizza that I noticed several times that the person serving me was a tall man, probably the manager did not wash his hands after taking the order and was going to make the pizza, and I also found a short black hair in my pizza, it was probably a beard hair. Currently, Dominos Pizza has a large number of men with beards who do not wear beard nets. I wonder where there is any hygiene here.

Ordered as a deal for £29.99 got food delivered but there was something missing, i phoned in, had an answer and then got hung up on, called again was told that they would deliver what was missing and it would be 30-40 minutes and it never arrived.

It's Domino's, you probably already know if you're a fan or not. With the app it is super easy to order and very quick to be ready to collect. Yeovil's outlet is a bit problematic for collection by car as there is no parking (the layby outside is used mainly by their delivery drivers), so be prepared to do loops of the nearby junction to wait until roadside parking is available. Alternatively, take someone with you to drop off and collect. Never had any issues with quality of the food and the staff have always been perfectly fine. Though Domino's, for what it is, is very expensive. Nice though!

Ordered large pizza, fries and wings combo, bbq wings and loaded fries, when the order arrived there were no fries they sent wedges and the food was warm but not hot although delivery was quite quick. I phoned the store to notify them our order was wrong( it took a while for them to answer) I was given a refund for the loaded fries and that was it the phone was put down......nothing for the wings and fries combo even though I explained I did not like wedges , no offer to replace the wedges etc. Not overly happy with this action, don't think I'll be using them again in a hurry

Normally really good but tonight, the food was 40mins late despite saying it was out for delivery on time, and the pepperoni pizza had defo not been through quality control! Called them and they didn’t seem to give a monkeys. Very disappointing

Sorry, but waiting times are far from being okay. On the top, you have to wait twice as long as they tell you at the till.

If i could give minus stars, I would. Ordered on the app for delivery and have waited 3 hours with no update after “quality check”. Tried to call multiple times but no answer. Disgusted and feel cheated out of almost £40. DO NOT order from here.

Good food. Bad timings. Monday evening, ordered pizzas 45 minutes ahead of a specific collection time, arrive at collection time to be told it's 10 minutes from being ready.... So hasn't been made is what that actually means.

A bit disappointed. I order from here rarely an usually delivery is a little late, but bearable. However recently I’ve had to wait 30mins + after my estimated delivery time and it seems no one knows how to pick up the phone.

Ordered 3 pizzas on the app, the tracker told me they were ready for collection. Could only locate 2 pizzas, was told I’ll have to wait 15-20 minutes for the 3rd. One base was supposed to be the Italian thin base… it wasn’t. First 2 pizzas were cold by the time I got the 3rd. Staff at the counter was as useful as a chocolate teapot!

The delivery service of this store is the worst I ever seen. My order took 1h45m to arrive and of course the food was stone cold. What I find really unacceptable is missing items in my order, I ordered a side that never arrived so I ended paying +20£ for a small cold pizza and a Fanta. It’s the second time an item is missing from an order in this store and first time I didn’t complain. After this time I think you are fraudsters and your store should be shut down

I hear so many people tell me they prefer Domino's pizza over other pizza restaurant chains but I'm not quite with them on that one. Had a late night drop-in with a relative to get pizza after a long day out, and whilst I enjoyed what we ordered, the pepperoni toppings on one of our pizzas was way too salty. I was wrong to think the regular margherita would be any better, it was just as extreme! It just reaffirms my opinion that other pizza chains are better (but ultimately, that's just my opinion).

Dominoes is the best. Nom Nom Nom. I could eat it all day. And thank you Jamal for your cooking.

Most of the time they ignore you and what you have ordered untill you complain and then they say its here but it's never what you actually asked for

So I can't believe I've missed this from a review. Have used this place multiple times as always love a Domino's Pizza. Not much to say about the pizzas as always enjoy them. Most of the time I get good service and the staff are usually friendly. However my most recent visit I found the particular gentleman behind the counter a bit abrupt and less than happy about working this particular day. However as stated I will not let this singular instance stop me from using their services in the future.

Collected an order this evening from dominoes, good was cold and pizza we had to use one of our knives to cut it as wasn't cut properly ,spent over £40... this is unacceptable

Dominos is very consistent across its’ chains, and this store is no exception. Staff were a bit boisterous and were audibly swearing amongst themselves with a customer in the store, but I’m nitpicking. Took 15 mins from time of order to collection of pizzas. Decent munch, no complaints

Domino's is okay. And that's all I'll give them. We don't fancy cooking tonight and domino's was the only place open at this time. We figured we would get 2 small pizzas which totaled to £40. The pizzas were okay. Not amazing, not too bad. Just okay. We have said from now on if we fancy pizzas we are just gonna make our own for less than half the price.

Absolutely avoid. Third time that it's been "delayed" waiting at home for an hour from the "out for delivery" status.

Been here every week for months and its usually pretty good and clean. However this time in entering the place you could see that behind the counter it was a mess and how people were acting you wouldn’t of thought it were work premises. So yeah we got our pizzas and returned home. Pizzas were nice to be fair until obviously I had hair between my teeth. Obviously a woman’s hair by the length of it and it was embedded through the whole pizza. It wasn’t on top, it was partly through dough and underneath the topping the width of a large pizza. I was that tired from a day out I really couldn’t be doing with going back to show and complain. Like I say, usually very good from here but you really need to up your game to stop this from happening. In all my years on this planet I’ve never had so much as a ..........in my food.

What is going on there??? Have happily used domino's as my first choice for pizza for years without issues, but the last several orders are beset by problems, once I understand, nobody is perfect, but now it's a consistently a issue. Orders incomplete, such as a 7 piece turning into a 5. Items not delivered, so I have to ring the store and ask for it to be delivered. My 3 year old can do a better job of slicing a pizza at least I won't get some slices the size of a side plate followed by a slice that would struggle to cover a fish finger. But have to say the most annoying is the tracker, if a pizza is going to take a hour fine say that don't tell me it's delivered then 30 minutes later it turn up cold. You are letting yourself down with these standards, please do better.

Haf order for delivery, got cancelled due to weather and never refunded so basically got scammed

I ordered a pizza deal from their web site. When it turned up 2 hours later, half the order was missing, it was all stone cold. Who ever came up with the idea of coating a pizza in some sort of bar-b-que sauce needs sacking. The garlic bread, was some sort of herb bread, not garlic at all. Most went into the bin, the rest into the dog. Safe your money, and just forget this nonsense

The pizzas are usually good (had a few that had to be sent back), but the delivery times on the app are beyond inaccurate. The app also says 'delivered' long before the pizza arrives. Usually at least double the time, so take that into account when ordering. May stop using Dominos due to this.

Ordered two large pizzas with two side dips. The estimated time for delivery (im only 5 mins away) was 20-30 minutes. After hearing nothing for 50 minutes, i called to ask where my order was. I was told the usual 'its on its way'. I had to wait a further 15 minutes before delivery, and when it arrived, they forgot the side dips. The driver had to go back and get them, but by the time that was all done, the pizzas (which were barely warm when they arrived) had gone cold. They were of average quality at best but very let down on the delivery times. Shame. Im a big fan of dominos, and I have always had them as number one. I moved into Yeovil recently, and this was the experience I had for my first order. It seems (looking at the multiple reviews) that even my experience wasn't as bad as everyone else's!? Dont think I'll be ordering again anytime soon. Disappointing.....

Rapid for collection, tasty Xmas pizza and nice staff

Don’t bother! You’ll probably get ill - I stood and watched staff making the pizzas cough all over their bare hands and then pick up loads of toppings and placed on the pizza. Secondly, I had a massive ordeal trying to get a refund and compensation after finding a prep sticker from some produce in My loaded wedges after my partner nearly choked on it. The staff are rude on the phone and generally not a good store to do business with.

Couldn't find our order and when they did it was 15 minutes late with no apology.

It's decent, a bit pricey for a pizza but most fast food is. There's a chance you'll get a splinter of wood in your pizza though, so be careful

Went to Dominos Pizza to order a cheese and tomato pizza with other pizzas with fries and chicken. It was absolutely awesome. Definitely coming again!

My partner and I ordered from here for collection and even though the app stated it was ready for collection it wasn’t ready, it took about 40-45 mins before our food was ready! For collection that’s ridiculous, at no point was there a an explanation why it was taking so long or a sorry for the wait.

Absolutely discusting, waited over 2 hours for food from Yeovil domino's and when it arrived its was stone cold and the boxes was all squashed , I never will be using this dump again 😑

Wow. This was dreadfull completely awful. After waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery. My pizzas arrived squashed they looked as though they had been dropped the base was unusually thick with twice the normal amount of topping and unwanted hair as an extra topping. 🤢 disgusting I will not order again. If I could have gave zero stars I would have. Let's just hope it doesn't actually make me ill.

Not the first time this has happened. Tracking bot says out for delivery. Wait 45 minutes and then it says delivered, which it wasn't. Phoned dominoes to be told it had only just left. 10 mins later still not here. Its only a mile away. Could've and should've walked. Absolutely diabolical service as always. Sort it out.

Sat in the shop for a hour waiting for a pizza staff started to make their own pizza’s and not ours absolute joke… pizza was cold after anyways as they had forgot about us

The amount of times I’ve given this store the benefit of the doubt is just shameful on my part. Every single time I have ordered from the Yeovil branch the order has been over an hour later than the estimated time for delivery, and that’s with the tracking saying it’s already been delivered. Calling to enquire about the ridiculously late order is always met with a sweet ‘its on its way’. I live 10min away, I think if it was ‘on its way’ I would know about it after an hour. Yes, I know I could pick it up(which would definitely be easier, parking and cost of fuel and all) but it is a service we pay for, and not exactly a cheap pizza at that. Dominos needs to sort this out because it’s just an embarrassment to their name. I honestly feel bad for the few honest people working there.

Very tasty pizza's all the time. Now added new grilled veg which appeared my favourite. Not a vegetarian so new veg pizza I add some meaty toppings to make it just perfect and juicy delicious.🙂

Never order to this "restaurant". Go to pizza hut or Mc Donald in Yeovil. You won't waste your time. Update : they can do worst, I'm actually impressed 😅

Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. The app showed they had been delivered yet didn't arrive for another 20 mins . Rang store and just got told the app was wrong. From order to delivery took nearly an hour. Pizzas were cold and thin and crispy base was quite burnt on the edges. Not great service!!! Inedible!!!!!!

Yesterday we ordered a collection from Yeovil, on arrival the app said our order was ready for collection. When my partner entered they said it would be a 14 min wait, which we waited patiently. When it arrived it was over cooked, when challenged about it, the guy said it doesn't look very good but it tastes nice. At £18 a go I want a bit more enthusiasm. So he said he would make another which was another poor attempt but benefit of the doubt we took it as we had waited 40 minutes and just wanted to go home and eat. When I got home I tried the pizza which wasn't even cut properly, on my first bite the whole of the topping came off and I ended with a tomato base. The standard of food was awful so I went to dominos again for a refund, was told I'd get a call tomorrow before 3pm which I knew wasn't coming. Called around 6pm to follow it up. At this point I was £18 out of pocket and my pizzas had been returned. When I called the manager, was clearly expecting my call as he knew what my order was! He was rude and kept saying he's busy, as if I wasn't! He wouldn't let me get a word in so I went to the store to speak in person, when I got there he said he would ban me, like I was ever going to go back. He kept saying if I leave he will sort my refund out. Like I could rely on that after him making no effort at all. So in the end I called the head office and thought I'd go above him. 2 minutes on the phone and the problem was solved. Highly rate dominos but that manager and store all together tarnish there reputation and I have no idea how that manager got the job, he has no people skills and would you believe he was making the dough, look at the shape and crust. Should sack all the staff and have a refurb. Seen so many bad reviews hopefully it gets sorted soon! I think Stephan was the manager, polish guy, rude and no people skills. Wouldn't even hear me out. Customer is always right! Nothing refund or food as of yet!!..

Like others, app said delivered so waited 10 mins before ringing the shop. Told pizza was on way and would be with me shortly. When it eventually arrived I had two stone cold pizza's which I had to reheat myself. Not the first time this has happened and looking at other reviews, it's not just me.

Slow service but worth the wait.

Ordered food for 4 people, was waiting over an hour and a half and then decided to call dominoes to see where my order was. They said they couldn’t deliver and didn’t tell me this at all. If I didn’t phone them they wouldn’t of given my money back and even then it’s going to take 5 days for me to get my money back. I spent all the money I had on this food for me and 3 other people who hadn’t eaten today and they didn’t even think to tell me.

Rude customer service from your manager Stefan. Messed up my order and then accused me of Ruining there shift after I had to call back three times because order was wrong 3 times. Promised full refund on day of delivery on 6th May. Rang today to chase it up to be spoken rudely to , sarcastic and told me no refund and denied saying he would do so. He shouldn’t be a manager that’s for sure!! I have never had such bad customer service. I suggest the call is listened to!!!!

Late and cold. Ordered at 8:00 for delivery at 22:15. 2 pizzas. That’s it. App said out for delivery at 22:05, perfect. Had to call and chase it at 22:35 then arrived cold. Absolute rubbish.

Terrible, if you like eating from a dumpster this will feel the same , bad staff, bad management....Will go to toilet, cigarette brakes and then without even washing hands make you a pizza..

I ordered 2 pizzas and some cookies. After the app said it was delivered and I wasn't I waited 15 mins gefire ringing the store to be told the driver is still out delivering. It took another 10.mins before the pizza arrived. It wasn't untill after eating the pizza thst I went to get a cookie to find I don't have any cookies,. I have garlic bread instead. Very upset over the service. You should check the orders before sending them out.

Tracker said delivered. Phoned the store to be told "app doesn't always keep up with tracker" Pizza delivered 20 mins after tracker said delivered. Pizza boxes squashed into toppings and cold. Also missing a side. Phoned the store, given the option to have it remade or a credit. Had it remade but "it will be a while". Delivered 2 hours after order placed. Rubbish customer service. If you can't keep up with orders, STOP TAKING ORDERS. Won't be back, will go to an independent in future.

Worst customer service ever! After ordering with them, 2 hours had passed and no sign of delivery. I tried calling numerous times and no answer or they cut the call. Eventually I got through and the lad who answered the call was RUDE as hell and no apology was given. My partner even went to the restaurant to check what’s going on and they didn’t even acknowledge him. Disgusting customer service and I will not order with them again. Also when the food arrived it was COLD and tasted foul. They used to be great there and super friendly. Whatever has gone wrong!

Fist time we picked up from here. Lots of people cuddling and paying around out back. Young girl touching and holding her face after cuddling some man, saying how tired she was. Moaning people had ordered just before 11.. She then went on to making the pizzas without washing her hands and talking (you could see the spit coming out) over the pizza she was making..

This place just keeps getting worse. My latest order everything was massively under cooked and part of the order was missing. Chicken was so undercooked it was still hard and cold. Almost everything went straight in the bin.

Waited an hour and 20 mins for my pizzas and garlic bread when I called i was told it was still slightly warm but was not the case it was all cold so I rung them back and made another complaint they gave me a choice of fresh pizzas and garlic bread or a refund, I decided I wanted a refund I have checked my bank today and still no refund. Its an absolute joke
