Perfect start to the half term with the buffet! The manager was really lovely and super helpful. We will be back!

Visited Pizza Hut last month to get a takeaway after going to the cinema. Wonderful service especially from Danielle and the food was outstanding as always. Had a lovely J20 with ice while waiting and visited the salad bar...delicious. Look forward to next visit

Staff were really polite, explaining the menu along with the online ordering system via QR code on the table. Pizzas came out freshly cooked and were simply delicious. Starters were good too. To finish a delicious Biscoff cheesecake with Ice cream if you have a sweet tooth. This branch is highly recommended and one of the best I’ve visited. Would certainly visit again.

Staff were absolutely lovely to me and my partner when we dined in today and were helpful when it came to a couple changes as well, no issues at all, were quick and polite and overall we had a very pleasant evening!

I was going to go to dominoes, but instead went to pizza hut for a change, and i think i will again next time. The pizza was delicious, i had great service, and when i had an issue i talked to kayleigh and she quickly and perfectly resolved it. Overall would rate my experience 10/10

Placed order for delivery! Pizza arrived outside December temperature cold and burned, sides cold, ice cream melted and cookie a soggy mess! Wouldn’t recommend!

Had a few minor issues which meant our takeaway took slightly longer than expected, staff were amazing and offered a refund. Very friendly and helpful people, will definitely be back

Ordered on just eat , delivery time changed multiple times to over an hour late. Then on the expected time for delivery was cancelled. Rather than change the time just cancel it , saves all involved been messed about.

The vegan food here is very good

i sat down with my wife alyssa and our food came, she is disabled and in a wheelchair it was very difficult for her as it was a tight space, our food came and the pizza was very mushy and gross, my wife also had a toenail in her pizza! disgusting! never coming again, worst place ever

Came in for a lunch time pizza after going bowling. Had the buffet - great variety and tasty. The waiter, Callum, was great. Let us know when some new pizzas were on their way out and was just a generally decent guy. We were very happy with the experience.

Beautiful place it felt like a true amazing cultural experience, I hope to retire here one day. Callum Josh Grace and Isla made mine and my husbands meal here unforgettable, I’m a strict Christian and Josh and Callum really made us feel comfortable by singing “he has the whole world in his hands” as our grace before our meal, it made me cry from how inspirational it was. Food was amazing aswell this restaurant is truly underated and I will definitely be coming back.

Be careful here! Check your receipt against what you get charged. My disabled son & carer ate here. The Bill was £41.56 - but he got charged £41.96. Now... that's either very sloppy or someone thinks it's OK to rip off disabled people. And when I rang to query no one answers the phone. You've been warned.

Restaurant it self looks tired, service very poor when arriving no staff around for about 5 minutes so waiting to be seated , then seated and told to order online but when requiring help or questions no one around to help or answer questions. food pricey for a small amount and quality very poor and burnt food and poor quality salad selection very poor, service poor even though 2 other families in the restaurant so not busy would not recommend and for the cost also would not come back.

My partner and I come to Pizza Hut Yeovil often, and the service is always brilliant! The staff are so lovely and welcoming, and the food is always great. Couldn’t fault the team. 🙂

Pizza hut is just wow. Somewhere you can meet family & friends for a great day / evening out. Pizza I like is cheese and ham always hot.

Ordered pizza for home delivery. Said would be 25 to 35mins. It took 1hr 14min to arrive and no apology or care for this terrible service. Stick to Domino’s they deliver on time and care about their customers. No wonder so many pizza huts are closing down.

My gf and I had a date night last night (Sat 5th Oct) and we had stopped off at Pizza hut for some dinner to finish off the night. We had waited by the door and a very nice young lady called Grace had kindly introduced herself and asked us if it was a table for 2. I agreed and requested a slightly bigger table because my gf and I both ride motorcycle and gear takes up quite a bit of space. With a smile Grace happily showed us to a table where we sat down and got straight to ordering online. We had run into a bit of an issue when ordering and in between whinging, wining and moaning customers Grace came straight over and helped me resolve this issue and got my order finalised. Whilst we were waiting for our food I was watching the staff member wondering how they would handle a full to the hilt restaurant, and it was comforting to see between the stress and noise they handled it with a calm, controlled attitude. The food was amazing, the salad bar is an incredible addition to satisfy any and all small craving whilst waiting for your main meal and the bottomless drink is a no-brainer. Upon finishing my food, I had a bit of a chat with the staff and had learned there was some new hires/recently hired staff on shift that night and I was very impressed

Told to collect food at a certain time, arrive. Wait for 10 mins to be told it'll be an other 40 minutes. That I have to fill a form online to get a refund if I don't want to hang around for 40 minutes with my daughter at night in town.

Turned up to a buffet today and although it was quiet, the food available in the buffet for what all 3 of us paid was shocking, often went up and no pizza left will not be returning

You have to order via a qr code! It is utterly irritating when a person shows you to a table! At least give people the option of a waitress/waiter.

Waiter was sound, pizzas were terrible, urinals leaking, tables filthy, can understand why it was empty, worst Hut I've been in. Ordered pizza that advertised as double cheese (normal mozzarella plus additional three cheese), couldn't even see any cheese. Asked waiter, he took it back, returned with same pizza with a sprinkle of cheese added to middle. Meal cost £62. Terrible

Had a meal here, a family of 5 and were very pleased, the large sharer deal was perfect for 2 adults and 3 young children! Food was cooked well, not burnt and the chicken and fries sides were tasty too! It wasn’t too busy but there was fair space between tables! Staff were friendly and available when we needed something, especially Gyia our main host! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

How come yesterday I paid £10 for a large pizza with 8 slices and today £10 for small pizza with 4 slices? When I questioned the staff today they insisted they could make 6 slices out of my small pizza! To think that was the manager I’m very concerned if this is the attitude they take with all customers. Overall poor customer service I did not get what I paid for and I’m unsatisfied at the service from the manager!

The mobile ordering worked really well for us all as we all wanted to order and pay separately. The salad bar was really well stocked which was amazing.

We were welcomed really well as we walked in, informed about the procedure to order, and during the meal, we were impressed as to the cleanliness of the tables and buffet area of the restaurant. Fresh food was replenished frequently. The staff are exceptional at this restaurant. Also great music

Staff made us feel very welcome remembering Josh being tentative to our Food Order. The Pizzas ordered were cooked just how we like them.

Everything was clean from the tables , floor and toilet smelt good , staff were great food was yummy , didn't have to wait to long and stayed for longer than usual as the ambiance was fab.

Had a pizza hut delivery and must say first time had a pizza delivery where they forgot to delivery the pizza, when complained told we can remake it but you have to come collect it, why have I paid for delivery just to get told you have to collect.

Terrible won't be back. We were shown to a table and asked if we were ordering on the app. We said no we'd left our phones in the car. The bloke said I'll tell the server. He walked over to a girl and told her and I heard her say this is the 20th century. Then looked towards our table. I told my partner and we decided to leave when we stood up to leave they both disappeared out of sight. Then appeared as we left the door I heard her laugh. I think they seriously need to teach there staff customer service. If she was a member of my staff I would have sacked her. Won't be going back. No atmosphere and after the comment felt unwelcome.

Everything- I really enjoyed the cheesey pasta etc. I liked how everything was kept warm and the pizza Was topped up constantly. It was overall a lovely lunch

First time and the last. Very confusing ordering but not sure what the salad bar was all about and the pizzas displayed along the table. We ordered pizza, drinks etc for one adult and two children. Whilst waiting we realised the buffet salad bar was possibly one of the most unhygienic ways to display food. In one hour we witnessed children coming up to the salad bar handling all the salad items then putting them back, two children sneezed all over the potato salad and sweetcorn etc, then another child helped herself to the tomatoes with her hands whilst her nose was running, ice-cream sprinkles were handed around and that's just a few things. The pizzas on the buffet table were handled by some children then changed their mind and put them back on the display plates. Why on earth would management allow this to happen. It's totally against health and safety regulations and should be regulated as this is inappropriate. I will not be returning as my grandchildren need to be healthy and free of germs.

Came in for a quick munch to eat and I was very impressed…never really go to a Pizza Hut for food but this didn’t disappoint. The food was cooked to perfection and couldn’t fault it. Special name mentions go to Josh and Lauren who were fab and made the experience good with their brill service Top marks!

Fantastic food, really hot and very tasty. Service was excellent as always, friendly, attentive and made our lunch absolutely perfect. The front of house staff deserve acknowledgment for how polite and personable they were, and the chef deserves 5 stars.

My family & I were there on the evening of the 22/12 & though the food was good the service was terrible. Never have I been in a restaurant where you got your bill before the food & the bill ended up being very wrong as they couldn't fulfill our order as they didn't have enough lasagna to fulfill our order. Consequently our bill was very wrong , we ended up being refunded over £8 as we were also charged for drinks we didn't have. Our other gripe was that our waitress only partially cleared our table before ordering our desserts. Their staff need more training

We went as a large group with kids and adults and expected the worse as we filled half the restaurant. We had an expectedly fair wait which was fine but when the food did arrive it was really good no complaints from anyone among our party. A big hats off to the staff who were very attentive and friendly despite the chaos going on around them!
