Amazing experience as ever especially the lady manager always goes above and beyond to accommodate my autistic childs needs when we go in

Waiter was sound, pizzas were terrible, urinals leaking, tables filthy, can understand why it was empty, worst Hut I've been in. Ordered pizza that advertised as double cheese (normal mozzarella plus additional three cheese), couldn't even see any cheese. Asked waiter, he took it back, returned with same pizza with a sprinkle of cheese added to middle. Meal cost £62. Terrible

Had a meal here, a family of 5 and were very pleased, the large sharer deal was perfect for 2 adults and 3 young children! Food was cooked well, not burnt and the chicken and fries sides were tasty too! It wasn’t too busy but there was fair space between tables! Staff were friendly and available when we needed something, especially Gyia our main host! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

How come yesterday I paid £10 for a large pizza with 8 slices and today £10 for small pizza with 4 slices? When I questioned the staff today they insisted they could make 6 slices out of my small pizza! To think that was the manager I’m very concerned if this is the attitude they take with all customers. Overall poor customer service I did not get what I paid for and I’m unsatisfied at the service from the manager!

The mobile ordering worked really well for us all as we all wanted to order and pay separately. The salad bar was really well stocked which was amazing.

We were welcomed really well as we walked in, informed about the procedure to order, and during the meal, we were impressed as to the cleanliness of the tables and buffet area of the restaurant. Fresh food was replenished frequently. The staff are exceptional at this restaurant. Also great music

Staff made us feel very welcome remembering Josh being tentative to our Food Order. The Pizzas ordered were cooked just how we like them.

Everything was clean from the tables , floor and toilet smelt good , staff were great food was yummy , didn't have to wait to long and stayed for longer than usual as the ambiance was fab.

Had a pizza hut delivery and must say first time had a pizza delivery where they forgot to delivery the pizza, when complained told we can remake it but you have to come collect it, why have I paid for delivery just to get told you have to collect.

Terrible won't be back. We were shown to a table and asked if we were ordering on the app. We said no we'd left our phones in the car. The bloke said I'll tell the server. He walked over to a girl and told her and I heard her say this is the 20th century. Then looked towards our table. I told my partner and we decided to leave when we stood up to leave they both disappeared out of sight. Then appeared as we left the door I heard her laugh. I think they seriously need to teach there staff customer service. If she was a member of my staff I would have sacked her. Won't be going back. No atmosphere and after the comment felt unwelcome.

Everything- I really enjoyed the cheesey pasta etc. I liked how everything was kept warm and the pizza Was topped up constantly. It was overall a lovely lunch

First time and the last. Very confusing ordering but not sure what the salad bar was all about and the pizzas displayed along the table. We ordered pizza, drinks etc for one adult and two children. Whilst waiting we realised the buffet salad bar was possibly one of the most unhygienic ways to display food. In one hour we witnessed children coming up to the salad bar handling all the salad items then putting them back, two children sneezed all over the potato salad and sweetcorn etc, then another child helped herself to the tomatoes with her hands whilst her nose was running, ice-cream sprinkles were handed around and that's just a few things. The pizzas on the buffet table were handled by some children then changed their mind and put them back on the display plates. Why on earth would management allow this to happen. It's totally against health and safety regulations and should be regulated as this is inappropriate. I will not be returning as my grandchildren need to be healthy and free of germs.

Came in for a quick munch to eat and I was very impressed…never really go to a Pizza Hut for food but this didn’t disappoint. The food was cooked to perfection and couldn’t fault it. Special name mentions go to Josh and Lauren who were fab and made the experience good with their brill service Top marks!

Fantastic food, really hot and very tasty. Service was excellent as always, friendly, attentive and made our lunch absolutely perfect. The front of house staff deserve acknowledgment for how polite and personable they were, and the chef deserves 5 stars.

My family & I were there on the evening of the 22/12 & though the food was good the service was terrible. Never have I been in a restaurant where you got your bill before the food & the bill ended up being very wrong as they couldn't fulfill our order as they didn't have enough lasagna to fulfill our order. Consequently our bill was very wrong , we ended up being refunded over £8 as we were also charged for drinks we didn't have. Our other gripe was that our waitress only partially cleared our table before ordering our desserts. Their staff need more training

We went as a large group with kids and adults and expected the worse as we filled half the restaurant. We had an expectedly fair wait which was fine but when the food did arrive it was really good no complaints from anyone among our party. A big hats off to the staff who were very attentive and friendly despite the chaos going on around them!

My low score is because of their awful change of menu. Why does this pizza hut not do the spicey veg melt anymore??? You can get it still in other stores but by removing this and also removing the flatbread lower calorie pizza, there's nothing I will order from here anymore. I don't know any vegetarian that wants just cheese and there's no way I'm paying the ridiculous price for a personal vegetarian pizza. The veg melt and the thin flatbread pizzas that used to be on the men were the best options for vegetarian. I used to make an order every week. Now you've completely lost my custom. I would like to give a positive mention to a lady I spoke to on the phone when my last order a while ago had my items out of stock. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Just frustrated of the items taken away from the menu

Me and my 2 friends Ordered online at the same time (5:30 on a Saturday) only to have to wait an hour for all 3 pizzas, by the time one of my friends had finally got their meal, I had already finished. My pizza was very chewy like cardboard and when his arrived it was very greasy and all the toppings fell off as soon as he pick up a piece. Definitely not worth waiting an hour and paying over £60 for those pizzas.

If I could give the service more stars I would. Lovely young man serving. Warm and welcoming and such a delight. I was today on my own and it was a joy to see such a pleasant and polite young man. Credit to the restaurant. 12.30pm Friday 24th December 2023

Péssima experiência. Fomos acusados pelo gerente, durante uma refeição que não terminou, que um de nós (4), estava a olhar para uma colaboradora, e como tal a refeição em família ficou interrompida! Agora as minhas perguntas são: é proibido olhar e ver o que se passa ao redor? Alguém interagiu com a pessoa em questão (não percebi qual das pessoas era)? Alguém agitou e perturbou o espaço com outros clientes presentes? Nem todos somos iguais mas talvez devessem rever as políticas de contratação de colaboradores, uma pessoa que não aguenta 2 segundos de observação não pode estar a trabalhar com público! E em Inglaterra, não existe livro de reclamações? Sempre ouvi dizer que o cliente tem razão... Uma coisa é certa, pizza Hut, em Inglaterra, nunca mais

I ordered a takeaway from Pizza Hut Yeovil today and can I just say what a fantastic experience that was. The food was brilliant (always 50/50 when ordering from places) and I was looked after by Eden M according to the receipt, which had some writing on it that made me smile! After having a really stressful day it’s little things like this that makes all the difference. You have certainly gained a customer and Eden M, keep going above and beyond and making people’s days just that little bit better!

Obviously the staff were not expecting the number of customers, you are expected to order electronically on your phone which didn't go smoothly, then once ordered I had to go to the waitress twice for missing drink orders. The staff did their best however, this experience was a negative one.

Exceptional customer service from the shift manager; he was polite, kind and caring. Food was served quickly and tasted amazing! Will definitely be visiting again.

Dreadful place, understaffed, had to order on an app which wouldn’t work, dirty loos, dirty tables, absolutely no customer service but don’t blame the staff i blame the manager, obviously not enough staff on and they were busy. Dirty bowls, had to ask for cutlery, ice cream machine not working and ice cream tasted foul. Totally overpriced and won’t be returning

Food isn't as good as the other well known pizza company. Costs too much so we go else where now. Don't like the fact you order from your table, might as well just order from your sofa and have a take away at home for half the price. Salad bar is ok, nothing special. Ice cream factory isn't as good as it used to be.

Very lacklustre service, not very clean. Pizza served in a red hot pan, had to go and find a plate to eat off! Pizza almost deep fried underneath but underdone on top, which led to watery residue making the whole thing soggy and quite unpleasant. Only ate a small quantity. Decided to pay and leave, walked up to the server who had already entered the amount in the card machine to thrust at me without a word. She did eventually ask if the meal was ok, once she had my money, they might want to think about doing that a few minutes after serving the food. Of course that would have interrupted the very important personal conversation they were having with the kitchen staff….. If you want awful food and to be ignored this is the place to come.

Had a mixed experience here. The staff were all mostly friendly, and the service was quick. The salad bar was a mess, lots of the containers were almost empty, and some of the utensils were in the contents. Pizza was nice enough but would expect better for the price. Restaurant felt grubby and a bit run down. Have definitely been too nicer Pizza Hut restaurants.

Pizza was cold chicken wings it's only a part what they served before around 4 months ago and chips as well literally it's all about the money not size and taste of serving

Toilets were so disgusting smell of urine and general filth, broken toilet plunger left on the floor, smear marks, cobwebs and god knows what everywhere. Someone’s decorated and got red paint on everything. soap dispensers are so low your hands touch the scum filled units when you go to use them just generally disgusting, not what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Food quality is also poor, buffet lacked options and flavour. Pasta dishes clearly were made from powdered cheese or something else highly processed. I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone unless you have a preference for poor quality food and don’t mind contracting some sort disease.

As far as a pizza restaurant goes it is absolutely delicious. Great pizzas are always made to perfection just as you like them, clean and well stocked salad bar. And the staff are more than happy to care and help with any issues one might have. I would recommend it to anyone leaving the cinema looking for a good meal and a casual atmosphere.

Booked a table for a family meal, really disappointed. We waited at the door for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged us, all she kept asking was is it 3 of us, we repeatedly said we were waiting for someone. While waiting for our other person to arrive and the waiter tried to take our menus away already - they encourage you to order online so impossible to even get decent table service. Food is overpriced, and quite frankly not worth the money one bit. Fries seem oven cooked, and half the stuff that is on the online isn’t available in store after 5pm!? Staff stood around doing nothing while people are waiting and waiting for orders.

Came for lunch and reserved a table beforehand. We actually ended up bringing another guest but this was not an issue as the restaurant was fairly quiet. Staff saw to us as soon as we stepped inside and seated us and let us know how to order (Through QR code) a few minutes later they appeared with our drinks and advised us we could use the salad bar & buffet. Overall our server was great, very friendly and helpful. Food on the day was good, they have 3 or so pizzas in the buffet with pasta and garlic bread. Perhaps more variety could have been out at once but the pizzas were changed when we were there so probably just our timing! Food itself was lovely. Only lost a few points because the W.C's were a bit grim. Everything else was lovely.

When I got home with my pizza I found that there were hairs embedded within my pizza I thought it might have been a one of in the slice but found more as I ate more I don’t advise going there if there going to allow this

Second time coming here and the pizzas are good and the service was good. Could have had salad with the pizzas but didn't feel like it as pizzas was enough. The bottomless drinks are a good feature. The lasagne was okay but I didn't feel you get enough for what you pay for. The restaurant appeared clean and tidy but it did feel like the venue could do with a facelift.

Extremely disappointing pizza. Unbelievably expensive and not even as good as a shop bought frozen one. The idea that Pizza Hut wants tips for staff when they don’t even take your order any more. Laughable. Please don’t go here. Wanted a table for three at around 1.15pm and was told that the kitchen is overwhelmed so come back in 30 minutes. Even though there were tables we weren't allowed in. We had travelled from London so we decided to wait outside. 30 minutes later I went back in and was told by the same waiter that they won't take any new orders after 2pm! It was clear to me that the waiter was racist, we were the only Asians there and when we were waiting he let a white couple with their baby in. I raised my voice and asked to speak to the manager, he was just standing next to the waiter, and as I believe he knew of the impending ramifications proceeded to clear a table for us. He then went on to serve us, but the experience left us feeling unwanted there.

Not been to a Pizza Hut in a long time. Went with my wife and son to try a new item but not available... Ended up having the buffet. Ordered on app, minimal staff to bring glasses and plates out. Food OK but won't be rushing back

Silly money for a basic pizza. The cost of a basic pizza hut pizza nearly £30 with no bells and whistle

To be honest, we didn't enjoy it, it was very expensive for what you got. The pizzas weren't a patch on their competitor around the corner. It's been around 10 years since I last went. It'll be another ten before I go back.

Good visit. Had trouble with the app so Jamie was very helpful, in spite being really busy, offered to take our order. Mix up when we were given another tables food, again Jamie sorted it, instructing the team member suppotively. Food was great. Well done Jamie and team, we'll be back with the family. Awful, went to the restaurant as a late valentine's meal , door said closing at 10 ( was around 8;30 ) was seated next to the only other people in the place who had loud kids running around and the parents had downed a bottle of wine . Struggled to order on the app then told afterwards they could have written it down for us ??? So,ain dishes arrive , and they promptly started cleaning the salad away ???? You know, the bottomless salad you can help yourself to as much as you want ? Then went to get a drink , and the machine sprayed liquid all over me . ( I would of laughed if I wasn't so annoyed at everything else ) . I asked to see the manager ( no, I'm not called Karen ) And was told I was being aggressive and threatening for saying it wasn't on that I hadn't been able to get my salad and now was covered in whatever from the drinks machine . I don't think I've ever been called aggressive in my whole life . I asked the manager if he could come up with a solution and he said " are you threatening me ?? !!!" . I'm 52, work in social services ,I have qualifications in business and customer service, I was hangry and I had just parted with £40 . I don't feel it was too much to ask to have what was advertised over an hour before the place shut ?? Or was I being unreasonable?? . Anyway, my partner said it was best if I went to sit down . The manager then came up to me and said " did you pay card or cash " , I said Card . He disappeared then came back and barked ' the money will go back on your card " then walked away with no explanation or apology . Was really upset , and yes, you are right, I wouldn't recommend and will not be going again . Sort yourselves out Yeovil !!!

Really poor experience. Told to order via the qr code (which we very much dislike anyway)…but on this occasion it meant that we could not use the gift voucher we had. Garlic bread was sent out missing garlic butter. (I understand that it probably comes in pre buttered but who in their right mind would plate that up and send it to a customer). Service was non existent and cold, very much a couldn't care less attitude. I can absolutely understand why the restaurant was almost empty and will definitely not be returning.

The food was ok but nothing special and certainly no better then some of the local competitors and at £65 for 2 pizzas, 1 kids meal and 3 bottomless fizzy drinks I’d expect better, Pizza were just average nothing wrong but nothing great about them, corn on the cob still frozen in the middle and burnt on the outside, salad just looking a bit effortless and boring. Doesn’t matter if the food is good though when the restaurant is so tired and dirty, dirt and grime in many places but between the table and booth is absolutely disgusting, the smell in the toilets makes your eyes water so can definitely recommend holding it in. My youngest son dropped some drink so used a napkin to clean it up and the white napkin was black after. The staff are friendly enough but in truth they are doing what many students etc do and just ticking boxes as per the training they will of been given. In general very disappointing and won’t be rushing back which is a shame as been a massive favourite of my sons for a number of years now.

The salad bar was a bit scary, soggy, and had plenty of floating bits in the dressings. Cross contamination is apparently not a concern.

Toilets needed updating and decor sorting, they were also unclean. Had to wait half an hour for a brownie after others had received theirs. The mighty sharer did not come with drinks which was disappointing

Terrible service. Pizza came looking like my baby made it. They added mushrooms for the fun of it I guess? When I called they told me I had to raise a complaint with deliveroo and they did not accept responsibility. Why have they have got delivery drivers making pizza is beyond me.. smh. My sister had a terrible experience too, she received someone else's order which was pis* poor anyway. I will not be taking my customs there again and I highly recommend against ordering from them yourself. You have been warned!

Food was bland and fatty, as expected, but my kids and their friends enjoyed themselves. Service? You're supposed to order your food using a QR code, so service gets a 1 at best.

Very quiet but very slow service. Forgot to come and take our order for about 15-20 minutes after we sat down and then after we had eaten they forgot to come and ask us about our puddings for half hour as they forgot about them and they didn’t take our dirty plates till they brought our puddings out. Only 3 tables were in and 3 members of staff working but they still managed to be slower than places where it’s full usually. Food was alright but the sweetcorn on the salad bar looked like it hadn’t been changed all day as it was discolouring and didn’t taste nice.

I visited with a party of 12 for a birthday meal for my nephew. I have to say we had fantastic service. We were seated quickly, the app wasn't working but the first female member of staff took our order without fuss. Our food arrived in an expected amount of time, tasted lush and was very hot. A second female member of staff was very attentive, she offered colouring for the young ones and helped with the birthday cake. Between the two young females they made us feel very welcome.

I wanted a pizza but I'm gluten and dairy free and initially my first choice was dominoes. But they won't change their gluten free pizzas to have df cheese. So stupid. Anyway, I thought I'll try Pizza Hut. And they didn't have a dairy free gluten free pizza either but when I explained that I needed DF as well they were very quick to accommodate that. So I could actually eat some pizza. They were very friendly and kind! Well done Pizza Hut.

Friendly staff, ordered via the QR code on our table, was very easy to order. The margarita pizza was delicious, didn’t have to wait to long.

Cutlery and crockery are never clean. On my last visit my pizza was overcooked to the point where I could barely chew it. Nobody came to check everything was ok, I had to go find someone after about 20 mins. After being interrogated by the manager regarding what was wrong with it (which was pretty obvious) she said all their pizzas are like that(?!) They eventually brought me another one which was alright, but again nobody came to check. Would not recommend, and won't be going back

Visited yeovil pizza hut. As someone who is gluten intolerant it was very easy to find something to eat and something that I enjoyed.

Numerous uncleared tables for the duration of our visit, no cutlery provided when requested was told there is no clean cutlery available in a restaurant containing our family and 2 other small tables. All staff including the manager seemed confused by anything and everything. Gormless...

Poor - dec 31st we drove 25 miles as a treat to find out half the staff hadn't arrived! No one called or told anyone so everyone was left in the same situation. No offer of compensation was just more interested in their Uber delivery drivers. If the table was booked then you have our number / email so call people and flipping tell them!

Had 2 adult and one child buffet. Maybe a little expensive but we probably had 2 large pizzas, 4 bowls salad, 6 bowls ice cream and 8 drinks between us. Was clean and welcoming. Plenty of fresh and hot pizza available. Salad bar was well...

Fairly standard stuff. You know what you are getting. Pretty decent food. As much salad as you want. All at a decent price. We went there on a Sunday when there is plenty of free parking nearby. I think you have to pay on other days though.

Went to Pizza Hut on half term and they didn't have pizza for kids 😐 The only reason we went there because kids wanted pizza as a treat dinner.

I popped in close to closing time and the salad bar was closed but I asked nicely and the waitress made me up a bowl of salad fro the kitchen

We haven't been to pizza hut for a while, but it's changed a lot! I asked a young girl if she can turn the music down, but she hadn't botched the volume. Why is the music so loud, when your trying to have a conversation, and eating as well? I thought it would change when we returned, with not having music on? Not everyone wants loud music when eating. Hubby is the older generation age, where in his days, music wasn't heard of in restaurants? Our veggie pizzas were soggy! We won't be returning back to pizza's!
