3rd time in a month they call to say they don't have any of the plant based dough. I don't know if it just takes a few extra seconds and they can't be bothered or it's just the Devonshire vegan-hating farmer-loving thing. Seriously, even Dominos where they have their menus dictated by a head office somewhere to have vegan options still DONT have them and just call you to tell you they don't actually stock them.

Ordering simple. Cooked promptly and parking outside to allow for collection. Great

Ordered in store, only had cash. Surprisingly they don't take cash, this is apparently due to covid-19 but its 2024 and covid is an excuse I could have expected 4 years ago but not now. Embarrassing when your 13 year old son has to pay for the pizza you promised to buy him because you took cash

Waited 40mins for burnt cold wings. Served first had my food last. How do wings get done later than other peoples pizzas. Useless staff

Had a delivery this evening with friends one of which was gluten-free. I have to say the pizza was hard the peppers were crunchy. The side of fries were hard and cold clearly not cooked through. Considering a gluten free from the supermarket made by goodfellas is £4 as opposed to £16 from dominos I would expect a lot better.

The only thing about all dominos is Nun of them take cash . Come on start taking cash again please

Last 2 orders have been awful (double pepperoni and chicken bbq) - pizza bases have changed to stodgy mush and there was practically NO CHEESE on either. I know the cost of things has gone up but your pizzas aren't cheap by any means so I do expect the quality to to be maintained please!

We usually order through the app or collect it, the service is usually quite fast although they are not very friendly or welcoming in store. The pizza we mostly order as it never disappoints us is the Italian crust pepperoni Pizza and is always tasty.

I think in my opinion, they are rip off people on delivery cost, due the fact they start charge people last year due to rising cost of fuel which I understand, but now the fuel is down, and they increased the price of pizzas I see no reason for charge near 3 quid for trips less then a mile

Like to say thank you to the driver paul (2nd) delivery to be made as 1st driver got lost and pizza was lukewarm sent back

Freshly made pizza could have been nice but the service was bad. Kept waiting for 40 mins, I was the only person in the shop and told it would be a 20 min wait. After 40 I asked where it was and they replied "Oh is that yours" I was the only one in the shop? Luke warm pizza thank you.

Excellent pizzas. Very confusing pricing.... they are very expensive for a collect takeaway but offer 2 for one. Why? I only want one pizza! Why not price them correctly in the first place!

If there was a no star option, I would of selected that. I am appalled by the lack of no customer service whatsoever by a female staff member. Entered the shop and was just glared at and felt very intimidated. Paid for some extra dips which you would think that was a crime and had the card machine shoved at me forcefully. And I do not appreciate that member of staff swearing infront of my two kids whilst she walked off and never even had the decency to finish off the order. Manners cost nothing!!!! Even though it was your "sister in law" when I phoned up to make a complaint to the so called manager

I bought a pizza last night and my wife wanted some wedges to share, the price has jumped to £6 for a small box, The pizza was good although the toppings were a bit sparse, it seems there is a touch of greed on Dominos/franchisees part! We won't be back in a hurry!

Okay if your hungry, but they under cook the pizza and never apply enough toppings, get more pepperoni and jalapeños on a frozen pizza than this store…

Advice to staff: Don’t pick your nose in full sight of customers. Disgusting behaviour.

Literally the best Domino's pizza experience I've had to date! I ordered for a timed collection Vai a phone call to pay in-store upon collecting my food. Absolutely flawless service with the lady in the phone taking the order, very polite and helpful! The food was absolutely made with care and hot, loads of toppings! The best Domino's pizza I've ever had! Everyone was smiling, the place was spotless and there's even table and chairs for inside dining!

Pretty much the same as all other UK dominos, good standard pizza, not greasy, freshly and quickly cooked with side dips provided for free A quick, easy and satisfying meal, especially useful for later night food (we arrived late to our hotel) and to satisfy hungry teenagers after they've been dragged around site seeing! Staff were pretty miserable but then... It did look like a pretty monotonous job! Interior wise it is bland and wouldn't be pleasant to sit in.

Well, three visits and two wrong orders!! So why 4 stars?? Because the staff were were very apologetic and offered money off on both occasions...plus the pizzas are excellent and my daughter can have gluten free again!!

We rang up for an order and was told it was too big and we have to order a day in advance. When we went in too have a look and place an order there was no one at the desk to serve us.

Food had been poor quality the last few months and today I placed an order with delivery for 25-30 minutes. Within minutes I get a call from the store directly to say it will take 1.5 hours for the food to be delivered. I cancelled the order only to be told the money I have just paid them will take 5 business days to return to me. The guy on the phone was also really rude. Unacceptable and incredibly poor considering how much we order from them!

The food was good , service slow due to delivery service and felt sorry for the staff as I should think they have twice as much work to do . Some of the staff were really nice to deal with but not all And maybe due to work load. But well made food.

We've been ordering from here for a while now and even when there has been an issue's it's been easily sorted with minimal stress/effort and they get the bonus 5th star for some free cookies and a nice msg on the box we got recently no idea why, which just made it a lovely surprise. 😀

Told the order would be 20 minutes...came back in 20 mins, and was told it might be cold as it had been standing a while !

Working away in the lorry went to order food to the place I’m delivering to and told can not have food unless inside the building, company policy apparently, but only at this particular store because we order at every other store all over the country and there’s no problem whatsoever there, domino’s sort your staff out we’re supposed to be key workers and just wanted something hot to eat ,

Why cant we collect our pizza? Park in the carpark you put pizza on the roof take payment with card reader through the glass then go in and we get out take pizza off the roof and go same as click and collect at b&q no contact no problem instead we are charged double for each pizza to be delivered thanks for the help you could at least lower the price instead of taking advantage of the situation when this is all over I'll be sticking to Chinese

I ordered a large pizza to be collected. When I got home I discovered they had made me the wrong pizza. After a quick phone call they delivered a fresh pizza to my door free of charge. Very friendly helpful staff.

Standard Domino's, normal waiting time, friendly staff however couldn't work out how to do military discount so took a little while longer overall rating would recommend great pizza

I've been going to this Dominos for the past year. Always excellent and the staff are friendly and very helpful. When I walked in this evening, they were all busy, so a motorbike delivery guy immediately jumped on the till and took my order... cannot commend them all enough!Ian

After waiting at the counter over 30 minutes (being ignored) - despite being the only person in the shiop, this is what they served.....

I ordered Pizzas for a treat, after 50 minutes I had to make a phone call to find out where they were and after an hour 2 cold Pizzas turned up, I rang them and complained and was told that they would remake them, but the wait time was 2 hours!!!I declined and threw them in the recycling bin and had to go and buy a Chinese takeaway instead.I was offered free pizzas when I next place an order, but is there much point when the service is so rubbish?

Three large pizzas ordered for a birthday tea before going out. Ordered 7.15pm. Arrived nearly one and a half hours later after two phone calls to find out what was happening. The first time we were told it was on its way!!! 20 minutes later was told it was on its way but they had been extremely busy. We appreciate this happens but maybe if customers were told at the point of order that it was a long wait we would have the option of waiting or not ordering. We had paid for the food and so had no option but to wait. Pizzas were warm but not hot. Not a good first experience very unlikely to use again and certainly would not recommend.

After waiting around for our food for 50 minutes we decided to ring the store - turned out they would have had to remake it as there wasn’t any staff to deliver it! The fact we never received a phone call suggests we would have been waiting all night! Absolutely unforgivable service, and still didn’t even receive any kind of compensation. Won’t be ‘eating’ there again.

9/10 times the pizza gets to you in a good time (home delivery) and it has a good amount of toppings on. Sometimes they are abit short with the toppings but most of the time we're happy and the delivery guy seems nice when its delivered.

We visited Domino's in Chard as we were driving past and fancied pizza. The inside was cold and bleak but the staff were friendly and served us quickly. As we were ordering a medium pizza inside, he told us it was the same prize for a large which was nice. He said it was a 15 minute wait so we sat down and shivered. In the mean time, a drunk bloke with a pint came in and demanded the biggest thing for the cheapest money. He got louder and louder until management had to get involved. Rather than trying to help matters, the management got into a silly argument, and then hid around the corner on his phone! We waited about half an hour for the pizza, and the drunk man was served before us. I went up to chase my order and it had been ready for a while, but they forgot to tell us. Lovely pizza, cold venue, bad management.

To be fair have ordered online a couple times and never messed my order up and delivery is quick!!My two main issues are they use far too much tomato paste on the pizzas to the point when that's all you can taste and I always have to put the pizza in my own oven as never cooked enough. Have had Dominos elsewhere which are much better.

Yet again, what is the point of ordering on line for a specific time when they can’t get the order ready for you. This place is absolutely shocking, and customer service is appalling. Some serious rockets need to be inserted up the staff of this place.

Went in and ordered a pizza after a long day,was told it would be 15 minutes, after 25 minutes went and asked for it as it showed on display that it was ready, the guy couldn’t find it and asked who took the order, to which we replied you did! So after 5 minutes looking around said oh! I will have to put in another order for you, which once again he said would be 15 minutes, so I said so will that mean I will get a refund for the inconvenience, he replied No but you can have a free bottle of coke on us. His attitude was absolutely disgusting and if it hadn’t been the fact that we were tired and hungry I would have told him to forget about the pizza, I really do think that Domino’s need to train their staff better, especially the ones serving the customers. I won’t be going back there, good pizza, shame about the staff.

Hmmm... I order here maybe once a month and on the whole they are not too bad. I more often than not get the wrong order delivered and once even ended up with a pizza with no topping (bar Sauce no idea how that is even possible) I have decided to stop using dominos as they are far too expensive for what you get. Go BossHogs instead!!
