Pizza Perfecto in South Somerset

Used to love ordering from here because delivery was always on time or early. last two deliveries have taken over an hour and a half. Both times when I have phoned chasing (20 mins after the latest time quoted). I have been told that they have left with it and we're coming straight to me. Both times it has taken another 15+ minutes to arrive, although I live 5minutes from the shop. Neither of these was during rush hour. This order was placed at 18.40 on a Tuesday night. Arrived about 20.15.

Delivered on time. Pizza lovely. Only slight feedback would be a lack of seasoning. Pizza topping or sauce base could do with some seasoning. But will deffo order again. So much more cost efficient than say Dominos

Order was wrong and restaurant told me they are too busy just eat didn’t do anything to help either, disappointing dinner time

Pizza tastes great. Delivery services were great, I received my order before the estimated delivery time 😊.

Chicken wings were awful - unseasoned, anaemic and overcooked at the same time! Pizzas were missing additional toppings (that were paid for!), but they tasted ok and arrived hot. Probably will be sticking to dominoes for better food for the same amount of money in future

Was a bit annoyed the order wasn't complete. As it was only minor things I wasn't to worry. It was a dip that wasn't in our delivery so it was only 60p I lost out on, would be good to check orders before sending out

Chips were soggy and cold pizza was warm , 1st time ordered from here , didn't enjoy it and won't order from here again . WASTE OF MONEY

First time I ordered from here , thought id give it ago, wasn't impressed chips were soggy and tasted like they were re cooked, and cold, pizza was ok not the best , don't waem not hot , dont think ill order here again.

Best pizzas I've ever had I only order from here been going here for 28 years staff so friendly regulars they always how you are and ask after family they are like family if you visit yeovil and you want good food and friendly staff I definitely recommend pizza perfecto 10 out of 10

I like these pizzas I really do. But what I don’t like is having to order the toppings “as extras” because if I didn’t order the “extra” my pizza would just be a base. So why are the extras just what a normal pizza has ? I pity the poor person who just orders a pizza without adding the “extras”.

I had a delivery tonight me and the kids ordered pizzas chips and a burger. The driver rings me 40 mins after I order telling me there’s a road closure on the thorneford road. I knew nothing about it as I’ve only just found out it’s an unexpected emergency road closure or something if I knew I would have put it in the comments. But anyway the driver said is there another way ad I can’t get threw so I search it up and say yes and he says ok I guess Ill go the other then asked if I could drive out to him but I don’t drive so I couldn’t. Over an hour passes so I ring up and ask what’s going on the man on the phones says the delivery driver came back brought the food back and went home because he didn’t want to do it. And they never rang me to tell me and I’ve got children up at 9 hungry I felt so guilty so I ended up making dinner for them! Then he puts me on the phone to the manager and he agrees to bring it out to me and I say thank you but by no surprise my food was all cold and the chips had been in that box so long they tasted like polystyrene

First time ordering and will definitely be back! The food was fresh, hot and tasty.

Very good food but charged us £3 more for garlic bread but was never given to us.

I enjoyed the pizza was very nice but concerned if I hadn’t ordered extra topping it would have been a very dull boring experience which is misleading as shouldn’t have to add “extra” to get what any normal pizza should already have.

Great service, it arrived on time piping hot and was a good pizza. I had the meat feast, it was full of toppings and the sauces I ordered as extra where delicious. Highly recommended.

We initially hesitated to choose them over Domino's but am so GLAD we did. Well cooked soft bread, delivered hot and ready to hog on :).

they delivered the wrong pizza. ham and cheese to a vegetarian, we phoned "claimed the right one just came out of the oven and was about to call" they specifically said they'd "swap them at the door" and checked to make sure it was alright, the driver clearly intended to take it to the right house as they delivered mine back to me. completely unprofessional not cooking them fresh. furthermore they allow pre-ordering on the site for 4pm delivery, phoned at 17:20 to find out their ovens dont turn on til 16:45.

Stone cold when it finally arrived asked for a refund of £42 and was only given £13 back not a good service when you cannot reheat prawns on a pizza

I ordered a small pizza 7” with extra toppings. 85p per extra topping is extortionate on a small pizza. Overall the food tasted good but it was delivered almost an hour late. When I rang the shop the man on the phone was polite and apologetic.

It was on time, but I ordered garlic bread with cheese but only got garlic bread and the chicken nuggets were a bit burnt. Not the usual standard from here.

Reviews looked good so gave them a try. Food turned up hot but tasted disgusting. Rubbery and hard chips. Onion rings were weird too. Chicken burger was not a chicken burger as suggested but a very cheap large chicken nugget. Completely processed. Was expecting a piece of breast meat. My half pounder burger was greasy and tasted of the polystyrene packaging. It all tasted of polystyrene packaging where it was cooked some time before and re heated or kept warm on a heat plate. Will never order from them again. Feel totally ripped off. Worst take away ive ever had in 40 years.

I have been using Pizza Perfecto for years and they have never failed me! I get every topping I want on my pizza; No matter how weird 😅 The Cheesy chips and Beans are Delicious and SO CHESSEY......None of that cardboard s**t you get at other places! The Jacket Potatoe with Butter, Cheese, Calsaw and Beans is PERFECT! The best Jacket Potatoe I have had or will ever eat! 🤤 The Delivery Driver is also so Friendly and always smiling! 😊 Unfortunately I have moved out of their Delivery radius BUT that doesnt us from collecting it! 🚙 Pizza Perfecto...you really are perfect in our eyes! Food was nice bar one thing I orderd cheesy chips small and I didn't revive them instead I got normal chips with no cheese

19:20 delivery time, 19:27 and no order, only 5 minutes down the road

Ordered pizza, chips and chicken nuggets. Nuggets were burnt, chips ?microwabed? Cheese on pizza ?sliced processed?. Save your money, get a Dominoes or supermarket pizza

They are bill They forgot to remove some stuff but rang up they redone my pizza and I asked what should I do with the other 1 they sed they will collect it bak and give it to the homeless. A class for feeding the homeless Well done guys

Tasty pizzas, garlic bread better than I’d expected

Disappointed with my food. I really enjoy the previous takeaway so wanted to order again. This time it arrived 30 mins later than the latest given delivery time. The food was cold and no where near the standard previously set. I hope this is a one off.
