Food was disgusting and undercooked

I really enjoyed the pizza, and the deal meant I got more for my money. Lakshmi, who served my godson and I, was very helpful, friendly, and was able to advise us according to my godson's dietary requirements. Would absolutely order from here again, just based on the quality of service she gave us. There is no dine in option here.

We ordered a pizza & 2 sides on Friday, 2nd August. The delivery driver knocked on the door and my husband was walking down the stairs (we live in a maisonette) when the delivery driver started banging on the door in a really aggressive way. When my husband opened the door he started shouting at my husband for taking so long. My husband said he was already on his way down to open the door but he just kept shouting that he was taking too long. I called the shop straight after but the manager was not available and I never received a call back. Dreadful customer service.

We are regular customer for nelson road Papa jones, we recieved the fantastic service, as they closed down, what a disater service from papa jones website took half hour to order simpla pizza, as no franchise deliver to our post code it was processed as a collection. no one rang after one and half hour when rang store manager said we processed collection and they couldnt deliver or do anything for us, when i explain the situation he said will cost £5-6, as a matter of principal we refuse to pay delivery charge, half hour later he called back saying they can do delivery £3-4, and refused to cancel order and refund. customer service bluntly said they cant contact store they cant do anything about. never again that much stress to order one simple pizza. so far we lost money and didnt get delivery either

The pictures of their pizza look nothing like what you get. I ordered a double pepperoni and there was barely any on both at all. What a scam. Dont waste your money here.

The food arrived cold and it was 25minutes late. Not happy with this at all. I will not be ordering from there again.

Absolutely dreadful, I ordered a deal which was meant to be £18 but then they charged £20. After waiting an hour it finally turned up, only to open up a box containing an anemic beige disk with nothing on it, everything was lukewarm and bland, I would avoid this place if you’ve been blessed with the gift of taste.

Ordered pizzas no show after 2 hours and on the phone no order details even though we have confirmation. Lady on phone no help taken funds been ordering for 10 years will no longer be their customer … thanks for nothing !! Warning do not order from here terrible service 😮

I didn’t get my food, they lost my order and I paid.

The pizza has a lot to be desired, I will no longer be ordering from Papa Johns Bedfont, the pizza has barely any toppings, bacon cheese sticks have barely any bacon on them and the cookies are burnt around the sides.

Pizza and garlic bread was stone cold. Surprisingly there weren't any icicles forming around the food. The food was not fit for human consumption and had to be thrown away.

Quite frankly the only papa johns I ever want to use…they’re really diligent about making sure my wife’s pizza is gluten free (as she is celiac) and the staff so so happy and helpful.

Ordered vegan pizza to try the taste but there was hardly a cheese on this . Spoke to manager , who actually made this pizza and who is updating his training very often , as he mentioned on my phone call . After all his training sessions the taste is not coming well . He didn’t wanted to listen my complain , it was paid online . Disappointed …..

So dissapointed with Bedfont PJs. We get PJ from Ruislip. Kids brithday so we were near bedfont so decided to order PJs. Their systeme had crashed so could not process order. After waiting an hour for deluvery, they didnt have my order. I rang to see what issue was. Got told as syteme down i could pay via phone but as offer is online only id have to pay £3 extra on top. Youd think considering i was so patient and when THEIR system is down and not my fault- they would just do the order via phone OR even for all the hassle give me half price or even free!!????? Nope- never again. I like the thin pizza- not that much! Instead we ordered several pizzas from Dominoes, no issues- cheaper and tastier veg aroma!! Thanks for nothing PJs!

Driver called me from a different location and argued with me that it was my fault and I would be charged extra. I had proof. He then decided to go do another delivery before he came to deliver ours. Completely unprofessional. Very argumentative. Completely uncalled for.

Pizza was really cold. Late didn’t even know it was going to show up because the lady had rang me saying that she’ll come, and then it was like an hour after that. Not enjoyable and was about to order something else then it turned up

My pizza did not get delivered

Papa Johns saved my life. My plane was canceled while I was on it. We sat there on the plane for three hours. They only served pretzels and water. When we checked in to our hotel, it was 11:30 PM! Papa John's took my order and delivered it to the airport hotel. The delivery driver greeted me with a smile. Best pizza ever.

I would like to give them no stars Allgerys does not matter to them I ordered a pizza and asked for no onions on a chicken pizza and it come with no chicken and whole pizza with onions on it I rang and asked them to re do my order and to be told they will send driver to pick my wrong pizza and leave me with nothing not even my new pizza

Ordered from here for the first time, was impressed with quality of pizza and delivery time. I had chicken club pizza it was very tasty, washed down with a bottle of Pepsi. Will order from here again in the future.

Think twice before you placed the order. Otherwise you you might need to sleep empty stomach I ordered the food from here, never delivered, on the app show me food is delivered I called the Restaurent no response.

We were advised that our order was on the way. When we first called the staff member was extremely rude and advised food was on the way at 10.42. The food still hadn’t arrived by 10.52 so I called 9 times and there was no answer. I then received a text to say it had been delayed until 11.40 even though we were advised the food was on its way. The food arrived at 11.34 and both the pizza and garlic bread were stone cold.

I had order from papa John's but by mistake from them or us the order came wrong, I call them and very quickly thay send me another pizza, the driver and person take order was very nice guys specially the driver 👍 I hope the person take order don't have to pay from his pocket for this mistake because this things happen in business. Tonight I received a veggie pizza with chicken on it. I’ve been a veggie for 33 years. When I rang the shop, the rude man said “It was a mistake, throw it away.” I threw up. Will NEVER be able to trust this place again. Avoid if you don’t eat meat!

Worst Pizza and Cheesy Jalapeno Bites I had, it's named Chicken Club and had no Chicken pieces. Overrated price. Hard crust dough with low cooked tomato and onion. Waste of money.

Papa John's feltham have got to be the best one in the borough if not the nest one London. They really do take care of their customers and regular and new alike. The group are more like a family than anything and you feel like an extended member. They are fast in delivery and I have never experienced any late bad delivery.. any mistakes are rectified swiftly and this has only happened once in all the years of using them .. feltham papa John's is awesome!

Expensive compared to other pizza places but better taste.

Bunch of guys in the store who can't run a shop even if their life depends on it. They were high for sure. I waited 25 minutes, while they told me it will be 10, to be told that they made a mistake with the pizza and I'd have to wait 15 more!!!! Same thing happened to another customer who came to pick the order he ordered 1 hour ago. Guy doing the dough was cleaning his sweat, scratching his privates and then touching food. The one organising the orders couldn't even organise his thought, let alone the orders. Never order from here, unless you want to taste Indian sweat, and wait 2 hours for it!!!

Says deliveries start from 10am and food was expected at 10:35. I called them at 11am asking where my food was and they said the drivers shift doesnt actually start until 11am. Close to an hour late in the end.

It was delayed by 2 hours + when called restaurant they said its stuck in traffic, food came all soggy (jalapeño poppers) & cold both the order garlic bread & jalapeño poppers. I ordered 9 garlic sauce, they charged me for it nut did not deliver it. Very bad service.

I was organising a charity event at my school, and I had quite a tight budget. I phoned up the day before the event and spoke to Raj, who was extremely helpful and delightful to deal with. Raj offered me a great & really generous discount. The order of 20 pizzas was exactly correct, and not only did it arrive perfectly on time, but the wonderful driver also offered to bring the pizzas into the school where the event was being held. The pizzas were amazing - everyone enjoyed them and there was not a single slice left. First class customer service, will definitely be using you soon!

I blame myself as my last experience here was not good but a year later I ordered again. Vegetarian options are hardly ever reasonable but I left it to the staff to recommend one. It was really tasteless and bland. But like me if you live in that area you haven’t much option if you want pizza. And like me you’ll probably forget and order again. And regret again

1 Star because I can't leave it blank. Everytime I order Pizza from this Store, I have to call otherwise my pizza won't get delivered. I Ordered today at 00:54 AM and since then I am trying to call. It's been an hour and I do not have any update on my order and no one is picking up the call. Is this really a service or a scam? Never going to order from this place. This restaurant sucks and so does Papa John's

I would have preferred to have given them NO STARS. I ordered 3 pizzas for my daughters birthday, they were delivered 10 minutes before which was great however, after I saw the order I nearly fainted. I paid over £42 expecting 3 large pizzas to share and I received 3 small 8inch pizzas? By the way when ordering there was no option to choose a size and for the price I paid I expected for them to be Large. I thought there must have been a mistake with the order so, I called the restaurant and spoke to Mr Sign the Cocky Duty Manager (who was more interested on arguing with me then understand why I was calling) very unprofessional and his attitude was unacceptable. This is a rip off PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I’ve lost my trust in ordering from Pizza Restaurants Food Luke warm .

Ordered at 20:40, ETA 22:00, called Restaurant at 22:12 was told it was out for delivery and would be with me in 5mins, Called again at 22:28 & the order arrived at that point. The man I spoke to at the restaurant was not at all helpful or sympathetic. I feel that my order was forgotten until I called at 22:12 although the food wasn’t particularly hot when I did receive it. I specifically requested a VAT receipt on the order and the delivery man didn’t want to give me it and told me to photograph it!! Fortunately the receptionist photocopied it and I was able to have the original. The late delivery meant I was late getting to bed and had disrupted my sleep. Overall I’m very cross about the service I received last night. I’ve ordered before from them and they have been fine.

Veggies are always fresh, meat is freshly cooked, good generous portions, everything is tasty and well packed simply spot on.

I ordered the ice cream as a gift for a friend, but they weren't home. Neighbours were unable to take it. I asked if the ice cream could be brought back to the store and was told that it would be eaten. I will not be reimbursed. I lost over £20.

On a overnighter at Heathrow so thought would enjoy a lovely Papa Johns, input the hotels FULL address and hotel name which was Premier Inn On the receipt the driver showed me someone at the Papa Johns put the address as Bath Road, Heathrow. So the poor driver went to the wrong Premier Inn My pizza was cold had one slice just couldn’t enjoy it, ended up wasting more cash and bought food in the hotel. Lesson learned when I am here next week.

Ordered online, called store after 1 hour of ordering and was advised systems had crashed and unless we placed order again and paid cash we wouldn't receive our order. Expect to receive a refund in 3 days. My issues is if we didn't call the store we would never know we wouldn't be receiving our order. WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM STORE STAFF where we wouldn't normally have an issue with Papa John's. Attitude was bad from store staff. Lost a customer for sure.

Soooooo disappointed with no service no apology i ordered at 21: 34 the payment goes through he said and I well get my pizza after 40 minutes. I have waited more than 1 hour then called to find out. after speaking 3 different people and manager called wehade first they can't find the order then the payment didn't go through I have to check my online account I did and said it says pending after so many excuse he was trying to waste time to say his driver's are gone by 11 o'clock while he was on the phone with me now I can't order every where is closed I have to go bed hungry and angerry very very bad customer service
