Papa John's in Hounslow

Absolutely dreadful, I ordered a deal which was meant to be £18 but then they charged £20. After waiting an hour it finally turned up, only to open up a box containing an anemic beige disk with nothing on it, everything was lukewarm and bland, I would avoid this place if you’ve been blessed with the gift of taste.

I didn’t get my food, they lost my order and I paid.

Ordered pizzas no show after 2 hours and on the phone no order details even though we have confirmation. Lady on phone no help taken funds been ordering for 10 years will no longer be their customer … thanks for nothing !! Warning do not order from here terrible service 😮

The pizza has a lot to be desired, I will no longer be ordering from Papa Johns Bedfont, the pizza has barely any toppings, bacon cheese sticks have barely any bacon on them and the cookies are burnt around the sides.

Quite frankly the only papa johns I ever want to use…they’re really diligent about making sure my wife’s pizza is gluten free (as she is celiac) and the staff so so happy and helpful.

Ordered vegan pizza to try the taste but there was hardly a cheese on this . Spoke to manager , who actually made this pizza and who is updating his training very often , as he mentioned on my phone call . After all his training sessions the taste is not coming well . He didn’t wanted to listen my complain , it was paid online . Disappointed …..

So dissapointed with Bedfont PJs. We get PJ from Ruislip. Kids brithday so we were near bedfont so decided to order PJs. Their systeme had crashed so could not process order. After waiting an hour for deluvery, they didnt have my order. I rang to see what issue was. Got told as syteme down i could pay via phone but as offer is online only id have to pay £3 extra on top. Youd think considering i was so patient and when THEIR system is down and not my fault- they would just do the order via phone OR even for all the hassle give me half price or even free!!????? Nope- never again. I like the thin pizza- not that much! Instead we ordered several pizzas from Dominoes, no issues- cheaper and tastier veg aroma!! Thanks for nothing PJs!

Papa Johns saved my life. My plane was canceled while I was on it. We sat there on the plane for three hours. They only served pretzels and water. When we checked in to our hotel, it was 11:30 PM! Papa John's took my order and delivered it to the airport hotel. The delivery driver greeted me with a smile. Best pizza ever.

I would like to give them no stars Allgerys does not matter to them I ordered a pizza and asked for no onions on a chicken pizza and it come with no chicken and whole pizza with onions on it I rang and asked them to re do my order and to be told they will send driver to pick my wrong pizza and leave me with nothing not even my new pizza

Ordered from here for the first time, was impressed with quality of pizza and delivery time. I had chicken club pizza it was very tasty, washed down with a bottle of Pepsi. Will order from here again in the future.

I had order from papa John's but by mistake from them or us the order came wrong, I call them and very quickly thay send me another pizza, the driver and person take order was very nice guys specially the driver 👍 I hope the person take order don't have to pay from his pocket for this mistake because this things happen in business. Tonight I received a veggie pizza with chicken on it. I’ve been a veggie for 33 years. When I rang the shop, the rude man said “It was a mistake, throw it away.” I threw up. Will NEVER be able to trust this place again. Avoid if you don’t eat meat!

Nice pizza, very tasty thin crust, good offers but terrible sauce (melted butter with garlic flavour) and poor garlic sticks (not really garlic and smells like old oil) 😞

Papa John's feltham have got to be the best one in the borough if not the nest one London. They really do take care of their customers and regular and new alike. The group are more like a family than anything and you feel like an extended member. They are fast in delivery and I have never experienced any late bad delivery.. any mistakes are rectified swiftly and this has only happened once in all the years of using them .. feltham papa John's is awesome!

Bunch of guys in the store who can't run a shop even if their life depends on it. They were high for sure. I waited 25 minutes, while they told me it will be 10, to be told that they made a mistake with the pizza and I'd have to wait 15 more!!!! Same thing happened to another customer who came to pick the order he ordered 1 hour ago. Guy doing the dough was cleaning his sweat, scratching his privates and then touching food. The one organising the orders couldn't even organise his thought, let alone the orders. Never order from here, unless you want to taste Indian sweat, and wait 2 hours for it!!!

Pizza was OK but! It was late and cold. Not impressed at all, will not be ordering from them again.

Delivery was 3 x expected and pizza was pretty average. Garlic bread had taste and texture of cardboard.

I was organising a charity event at my school, and I had quite a tight budget. I phoned up the day before the event and spoke to Raj, who was extremely helpful and delightful to deal with. Raj offered me a great & really generous discount. The order of 20 pizzas was exactly correct, and not only did it arrive perfectly on time, but the wonderful driver also offered to bring the pizzas into the school where the event was being held. The pizzas were amazing - everyone enjoyed them and there was not a single slice left. First class customer service, will definitely be using you soon!

1 Star because I can't leave it blank. Everytime I order Pizza from this Store, I have to call otherwise my pizza won't get delivered. I Ordered today at 00:54 AM and since then I am trying to call. It's been an hour and I do not have any update on my order and no one is picking up the call. Is this really a service or a scam? Never going to order from this place. This restaurant sucks and so does Papa John's

I would have preferred to have given them NO STARS. I ordered 3 pizzas for my daughters birthday, they were delivered 10 minutes before which was great however, after I saw the order I nearly fainted. I paid over £42 expecting 3 large pizzas to share and I received 3 small 8inch pizzas? By the way when ordering there was no option to choose a size and for the price I paid I expected for them to be Large. I thought there must have been a mistake with the order so, I called the restaurant and spoke to Mr Sign the Cocky Duty Manager (who was more interested on arguing with me then understand why I was calling) very unprofessional and his attitude was unacceptable. This is a rip off PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered online, called store after 1 hour of ordering and was advised systems had crashed and unless we placed order again and paid cash we wouldn't receive our order. Expect to receive a refund in 3 days. My issues is if we didn't call the store we would never know we wouldn't be receiving our order. WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM STORE STAFF where we wouldn't normally have an issue with Papa John's. Attitude was bad from store staff. Lost a customer for sure.

Soooooo disappointed with no service no apology i ordered at 21: 34 the payment goes through he said and I well get my pizza after 40 minutes. I have waited more than 1 hour then called to find out. after speaking 3 different people and manager called wehade first they can't find the order then the payment didn't go through I have to check my online account I did and said it says pending after so many excuse he was trying to waste time to say his driver's are gone by 11 o'clock while he was on the phone with me now I can't order every where is closed I have to go bed hungry and angerry very very bad customer service

Went to the brand new Papa Johns pizza shop in Sunbury-on-Thames and ordered a small margarita and drink meal deal for £4.99 for my sons dinner. Great value and great service, 2 really smashing fellas working there. Really good experience, thanks guys. Will go back 100%.

Totally rubbish customer services, tasteless pizzas and rude manager do not order and waste your money, the delivery arrives after an hour plus cold and when it arrives the store manager will argue with you on your door step. When you call they will start explaining you the terms and conditions. Never ever ever order from here.

Pizza arrived almost cold, the drivers idea of customer service was to try and shout and pass the blame, never been spoken to in that way before - truly disgusting customer service and their pizza guarantee is a lie, i didn't receive a free replacement. I was a regular customer until now, never ordering from them again.

Rude and Poor service. Ordered 2hours ago. Delivery driver went to wrong address and then redelivered same food 45mins later. Accepted their offer of redelivering hot food and taking cold food back but then they retracted saying driver said it was hot. Little did they know I have CCTV showing they went to wrong address. And only re-attempted delivery after calling numerous times. They claim their boxes keep food hot for 1 hour! Disgusting service and equally cold and tasteless food.

Had pizza the first night we were in the hotel. Papa John's was the first place we called that would deliver to our hotel. The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasty!

They take your number and illegally spam you weekly once you order without consent. Then, demand you pay to unsubscribe to this. Pizza not bad, nothing special. Go for collection if you have to.

I ordered from Papa John's at 10.30 and its 11.45 and I haven't yet received the order ... My place to the pizza place is 12 minutes distance ... I called the guy thrice and he doesn't even know to speak English and he keeps saying 5 minutes ... I want action to be taken against this guy ...

Very good trading pizzas and delivery time

Pa Pa John's is open late on a Sunday whilst most other outlets have closed which is a massive plus for them. The low rating had been given for the poor quality of product. The meat feast pizza we felt was poor compared to other pizza delivery firms and just did not have enough topping.

The management here are super rude and nasty. Dishonest, not to mention the pizza never comes on time and the order is almost always wrong.

bad service. i never seen the man who service like that. terrible. i ordered before time shop close at 11h12pm, he ok to let me order and then i said how to pay but he turn off phone straight way like he so tired to accept clients anymore (impolite person). And he said i order online but i try to order online, unfortunately i can't checkout maybe signal not well. i try to ring him again and he turn off straight way. Omg. terrible for service in my life. bad review! Hopefully big boss in this shop need to training staff again for service.

I love papa johns pizzas and I have used many outlets.This branch in Bedfont is the worst I’ve ordered pizza from, the pizzas lacked sufficient cheese and other toppings.the so called manager/owner was very rude and confrontational when I told him that the pizza didn’t have enough cheese. I did complain to there head office and I got a very unsatisfactory response. I don’t think I ever use this branch again. The owner of this franchise does not how to speak to customers all he is interested is giving less toppings and saving him money. No stars

My wife and I ordered our food online for delivery, our delivery took just over an hour to get to us. On receiving our food we started to unpacked and realised our drink order was wrong. We had asked for a Pepsi max and they had given us Pepsi max ginger. We phoned the store to say this as neither of us like this drink and we got passed to the manager. He was very unhelpful and said well we don't have Pepsi max so we sent you that. What would have happened if we hadn't of realised and one of us had been allergic to This? He was not willing to offer us a refund and told us we would have to go through head office and wait 10 days for a refund or wait until they had time to drop off another drink. I think that this is ridiculous, why bother to take your number with the order if they are not going to use it to tell you there is a problem? Not only that, the food was not very warm, It was over cooked the base was ment to be thing but was thick in places... I will never used this branch again and it will be a while before I even consider using papa John's again.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and veggie pizza, it was ready within 15 minutes. It's non-halal and my was happy with the veggie pizza. Buy any one pizza and get an other one free.

I ve just received my pizza order from pappa john. And unfortunately it was the wrong order. I ve ordered half@half vegetarian pizza. One half was veg ,the other had chicken in it. I called them , they sad they will change it, but asked me if i had any slices of pizza( of course i had from the veg half cause i was hungry). So they sad that in 30 min they will change it but i have to give them the wrong order back. So in 30 min the driver came, with the correct order, but it hand it over to me only after a phonecall to his manager, telling him that 2 slices of pizza are missing.( of course they were missing, i was hungry !!!).The manager agreed on the phone to take back the wrong order, and told to the driver to give me the correct order. It is outrageous this kind of customer service, the driver had to call to get permission to handover the correct order because of 2 slice of missing pizza ?!?!?! And by the way ,what they gonna do with the returned pizza??? They gonna reheat it and resell it ???? This is a street pizza shop. No customer service at all !!! Next time: apologies, return with the correct order( without any phonecalls for aprovment), and give a voucher or something to the customer. Show your customer service !!!! It is EMBARRASSING!!!!

Their bbq pizza was a regular pizza with some bbq sauce randomly squirter on the top. Both pizzas I ordered were very poor quality and didn't taste very nice at all. Ended up with an upset stomach and my friend wasn't feeling much better. 2nd time I've ordered from here and both times its been dissapointing. The only positive I can say is their delivery was fast and on time and the delivery driver was professional and polite.

Received burnt pizza. Told by staff that we would receive replacement pizza at a later date. Once we called to order we were spoken to very rudely by the manager and basically called liars. I weren't bothered enough to argue with him about a £15 pizza. Basically I would never order from here not just because of my bad experience but because the pizza quality was Poor. Worst service ever! Pizza 90 minutes to deliver and wrong pizza! Wouldn't even collect and drop off another. DO NOT USE! I've complained to HQ also. When ringing them back, could hear staff laughing in background and saying, "you take the call". Very disappointed. Looks like they offer franchise to anyone these days.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The delivery arrived an hour and a half late despite numerous calls with it being cold and the wrong order.  I telephoned the store rather disappointed to be told to call back in half an hour as the manager was busy. I requested to hold. As a customer, I would have felt the appropriate measure would have been to request for my phone number and call me back as opposed to me having to call back.  The manager came on the phone after 15 minutes and said that his name was Mankit. I asked as to how the store would rectify this and I was told that he would discipline his staff. Disciplining his staff was the least of my concerns having a hungry family at home. I was then told not to eat the pizza if I wanted a replacement and to wait 45 mins to an hour for another pizza. I was told that if a slice of the pizza had been eaten, it would not be able to be returned. I placed my order at 19:00 which arrived at 20:30. This meant that my delivery would not arrive until at least 21:30. I was also felt insulted as other members or staff were laughing in the background passing the phone from one employee to the next. Having a hungry family, I felt disregarded and insulted.  The phone cut off so I telephoned back.  I was told the manager has left now left for the evening. The lady then was whispering to the manager in the background stating she wanted someone else to deal with my call as the manager was refusing to take the call. Another lady named Leena came on the phone and stated that the manager was not called Mankit but in fact Sunny. I was also lied to! She explained that he was new and he needed training. After being a long standing customer of Bedfont Papa John's, this will most definitely be my last order with Papa Johns.  Having uneducated , rude and cocky employees employed at Bedfont Papa Johns (especially the store manager) will continue to tarnish your brand name. Reviews from Bedfont Papa Johns on the internet state that other customers have also been provided incorrect names.  Extremely disappointed.

I was call them 11.40 pm and they took order from me ,then after they cancelled my order (pizza).and they told me time is over ,but once they took order you have to delivered to customers .but you cancelled ,finally I understood bad customer service , So please guys learn how to do customer service,thank you 😊

This place is a joke.... staff are disrespectful and lie though their teeth as professionals.... my pizza I ordered was incorrect and after a long 45 minute conversation the manager approved a free pizza on my next order, he confirmed that he had noted all this on the system. Today I wanted to order my pizza questioned my free pizza and they outright denyed it. In fact I was told that I was lying and then when I asked for the staff names they refused to give me their names after telling me I should of taken a name last time... contradicting what I was told in the same conversation. Janet who told me she owns the company was rude and aggressive verbally. In the last 3 months of ordering from them they have sent me 3 wrong orders and when I did write to head office they just told me to go back and talk to the branch... the incompetent staff they hire is a joke considering the pizza is over priced too... the pizza may be good but the service is defiantly not there... never using again!!

Don't expect Italy inside a cardboard box. Expect consistency and quality ingredients. I'd say that's one of the safest choices when you crave pizza in Hounslow ;-)

I've favoured Papa John's for years, always thoroughly enjoying each & every one. Unfortunately during 2016, something has changed, not for the better. The quality has gone down, I've had so many average ones this year, I had vowed to give them up. Noticed that they had a 50% offer on whilst in the area, so decided to try again. Whilst it was delivered on time, the quality was decidedly average. Chewing the base was like eating cardboard, the toppings were crunchy, suggesting it was undercooked. This seems to be common now in so many PJ outlets. Certainly not good value if paying full price.

I've ordered six times from these guys now, and I've not had a single problem. The food was hot, the drink was cold, the toppings were generous, and it was all delivered promptly. I will continue to use Papa Johns in Bedfont.

Misleading. They have a promotion-buy any medium or large and get another one free. Had ordered a £11.90 pizza and was charged £7.31 extra. After asking them 3 times why I'm over charged, then claim the system is programmed that way. Tried to order a month later and faced the same situation and excuse. Pizza is really good but not worth being lied to on your face! Never again!

in a nutshell BACK TO DOMINOS; took them 50 minutes to deliver a pizza and 2 sides; ironically their pizza tracker was showing the food was delivered 'ready to eat' 20 minutes before it arrived; the driver was rude when I mentioned the late delivery; although I didnt blame him for it and was being perfectly polite (there goes your tip mate); bottom line hated the whole experience

This was the first time we ordered this pizza. We were very suprised when it came. It was was piping hot and was very juicy. There were no shortage of toppings either. The price was also appealing, as we got 2 lge pizzas for £15, much cheaper than others around, and tasty too.
