Worse Service Ever! Lied to me saying it was going to be delivered after calling numerous occasions. They could have been honest then I could have arranged an alternative. Waited 1hour and 30 minutes for nothing except false information. Annoyed! I had to go out to re order and deliver again. You also have taken my money! Guest were starved…. Be a lack of service .

3 Pieces of chicken were well made but lack of taste. Seems like a decent place and I will try their kebab or pizza next time and update the review.

I ordered at 4 and it was not even ready by 7 .

I m Dilvery boy and their staff have sense to talk with rider. They touch my stuff without my permission like bag. I don’t like this also their behaviour also too much rude. They have no sense. I m gonna give them rating 0%.

The periperi chicken was absolutely amazing... So soft and yummy😭🥹😋It was so delicous so I finished whole chicken in 30mins!!!

Let's start off I ordered with Uber Eats. As soon as the food was delivered and I was absolutely in shock when I opened the box. I called Hounslow Pizza and chicken and asking them what on earth they delivered to me and they blamed the driver but I said to them I wanted another pizza to be made. I drove to them and showed them the pizza.. guess what?? They said this was normal!! They break the pizza by hand for the customer... so delivering your pizza like this you are trying to say you treat your customers like tramp and say that they also don't have hands by breaking the pizza before hand?? Absolute joke! They started screaming at me in the shops saying they won't even make me another pizza. The guy at the till called his colleagues and showed them the pizza and they said that pizza looks normal. First of all that's not edible and secondly that's not how you present a pizza. Before leaving the shop after they made me a new one, they said I wasted their time.. you wasted my time by not delivering the pizza how it should have been. Never coming back to this poor place ever again!! Ps. They claimed that after 10mins the pizza starts to split by itself .... 😂😂 So how did the pizza in the second pic not split into pieces. You need to sort three things out in the future: Your pizza The way you present the pizza Your attitude.

Worst service as there management seems to change, I’ll never recommend it to anyone guys who work there are rude and food is expensive, awful

Very disappointed in the service and behaviour of the guy with managers polo shirt on. I came in earlier today around 5:40pm (23/04/2024), waited almost 30 minutes to be served. While the so called manager was busy flirting with two female customers who he made sure got served before plenty of orders that were pinned to the wall, another person came in presumably their friend jumped the line ordered peri peri chicken and got served while I was still in the line with no one on the till taking orders,. He just handed the £10 over the counter without it going through the till and walked out. Every customer should be treated equally regardless. When I questioned his behaviour and asked to speak to the owners he informed me he's the manager and to speak to him I urge the owners of the busines to get some training in customer service for this person. Reading through the recent reviews I'm not surprised at other people's experiences. I took my money back and went elsewhere for my food and will not return to this place again. I suggest other people do the same. I also suggest the owners of the business check the cctv footage. If this level of service continues you will have no customers left regardless how cheap you may be.

The worst chicken shawarma wrap I've ever had. Meat was tough and must have been in a heated container for a while. Terrible sauces. The entire place is dirty and filthy too. Don't go there. Service was OK but man tried to overcharge me for a large meal when I specifically said medium.

Do not waste money on anything other then pizza.. BBQ chicken means fried chicken with BBQ souce to them.

We ordered 12 inch, two pizzas and then both of than didn’t have any test and they took our order 35 minutes before on mobile phone and after that 28 minute i had to wait in restaurant. service is poor and uncooked

Had a burger fillet menu with fries. The fries were good. The burger was mediocre. I was missing something for the aha effect. The place doesn't look particularly inviting.

Pizza quality and taste is awful . Doesn’t taste to nothing . All the ingredients are empty of flavour . I have been to this place ago 6-7 years when the quality was very good . Now the pizza that I ordered it goes in the bin not my stomach .

After we ordered, we noticed the place is so dirty with dirty broken chairs but we sit and wait for our food. The wings was ok but the pizza was totally messed. They didn’t use liner which was causing the base that was very thin , melted with box. As a pizza shop they don’t know they should used liner for pizza! The fries was cold and we have to give it back and get the fresh one.Not recommended at all.

Very bad customer service. Asked for bbq wings that guy was trying to convince to get spicy wings rather than bbq wings, seemed like he didn’t wanted to make bbq wings but I did insist and he served me burnt one. Very unprofessional staff , they are not happy to take right order , seems like they don’t want to work for the order.

We went today and were the first customers. The staff are very rude ! I asked for a grill burger and was given steak burger. Told a member of staff that I asked for a grill burger, he was so rude and repeatedly said that I asked for a steak burger !! Staff cannot speak fluent English and find it difficult to understand, but regardless they should treat their customers with respect. Cleaning should be done before takeaway shop closing, but they were emptying the oil and cleaning in the morning, whilst food was being prepared. The fries seemed leftover from night before and fried again as it was very very oily. Pizza was very nice, hence the 1 star for that only !!

Just bought some food from there, while we were waiting after placed order then noticed that there was fungs on their food which was on sticks for sure they have kept it for long I had to through all the food in bin, Hope not to get infection after having this kind of foods specially for childrens it’s not safe. Tried the vegetarian pizza. A good amount of veggie toppings and cheese. The crust in their pizzas are not too thick and heavy, just right. I would rate this as a good independent pizza place in bustling Hounslow

I ordered a pizza and chicken . But the chicken legs did not have any meat on it. Was all bones. When I called up to the store I said I want to speak to the concern person. He said he is the boss. He was so rude that he refused to help. And not trying to listen to what I said. No good customer service at all. Poor service.

I ordered peri peri hot chicken from this place, but what to say the chicken was terrible it’s dry and pink from inside for sure they have kept it in fridge for long period of time, for me it doesn’t taste anything like peri peri the chefs doesn’t know to cook a peri peri chicken for sure. They charge you 10 quids for chicken which is not worth for money, I would not recommend peri peri chicken from this place.

This restaurant is horrible. I ordered chicken burger with fries for only 5 pounds (which is very nice) but we waited for 30 mins! The personal was unprofessional and not nice and the food not just disgusting, but also not digestible.

Abysmal experience, staff were unprofessional and were disrespectful. Once I had received my order I was surprised by how small the burger especially after the expensive price. You are not getting what you pay for, you are getting less. This establishment used to be good but now the standards have decreased largely. AVOID this place, go somewhere else in Hounslow. This restaurant is not worth it, not worth your time nor money. Would give this 0 stars if possible, not coming back to this establishment again.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I made an order from this place from just eat and they didn’t even arrive despite them telling me they were going to call me back and update me on my order. When I called them they didn’t even pick up and now the place is closed! THIEVES! Very highly unprofessional and I’m never ordering from here again! I made a report to just eat regarding the order that didn’t arrive and hopefully they will issue me a refund!

Great pizza, fantastic fresh cooked chicken. Nice new furniture and lots of space to sit in and eat at a really good price.

We loved the food there. Thierry bbq pizza was delicious. Peri peri full platter was tasty. Would be lovely if they can reduce their prices a lil bit. All over a nice place to dine

The chicken and cheese not properly cooked

The location was filthy. It was quite risky to take a seat on chairs. Filth on the floor. The tables were piled high with leftover plates and food left over from the prior customers. The tables were covered in food and other debris. I will never again set foot in this establishment.

I had a cheese burger and found a tiny piece of plastic wrapper in my burger that they didn’t take out. Absolutely disgusting and dangerous if it was a kid eating that. The customer service was rubbish as well. Both customer service and food needs to be reviewed. 🤢🤢🤮🤮 avoid and eat at another place in hounslow there’s plenty of options!!!

Exceptionally Bad Service, I Called them to place an Order. The Staff was So Rude when I asked what toppings can I get he Said Fxxx Off and hung up. Luckily I was nearby so popped into the shop asking for the person who Sweared at me and they said it was a driver and he is gone now. There was a Guy Without Cap and hygienic clothes calling himself a manager intervened and didn't resolve the issue and tried raising his voice. I kept asking why would you swear at customer where as it seemed that the guy tried hiding behind the shop and didn't face me. There were other 2 men whom I know from many years as I was a regular customer tried to calm down situation and apologies. Restaurants Like this kind of Services should be closed they have no right to swear at customers.

I went to order food and sat down i then saw the service people take other orders and got then out of the way before even making my food. The people dont even wash there hands and when ask for a refund i was told no you are not allowed do not ever go to this place to eat

Asked for mayo but the Asian guy refused rudely and said he ran out. Then after his colleague the black somali looking guy overheard us and brought me the mayo. Need a staff change, no customer service whatsoever. Food is also too too greasy.

The most disgusting chicken curry was given to me yesterday. It was not even in pieces and tasted and looked horrible. Manager was refusing to have a refund or even give something else. Crazy and try to have fresh food next time that you wont give to your dog. I can still taste the filthy food and feel sick a day later.

The lamb was just a different level of disgusting. It didn't taste or feel like lamb. Rice had salt in it .... The while meal was ineditable. I asked for BBQ sauce and they gave me mayo. The staff them self seemed lovely but the food was horrible

Me and my friends ordered a large pizza. We had to wait 30 minutes and in the end it wasn't even that good. The cheese was falling off as soon as the pizza was picked up and though it was attempted to be cut through, whoever cut it did a terrible job. The cheese was also a bit much and left a certain distaste though the pizza was decent if the superior amount of cheese was ignored. Though they served half-decent pizza, I will definitely not be returning and not recommending this place. I would suggest baking the base of the pizza and the cheese/ketchup together and getting a sharper cutting instrument. But I guess that it's important to acknowledge that their performance may have been hindered by covid pandemic.

Tried the Mexcano, the veggie, and chicken pizzas, which are decent pizzas, soft dough with generous toppings and plenty of cheese. Their wings are a great optional extra, and french fries are huge portions. Good value for money on collection, they mark up on delivery and dine in.

Amazing food and great customer service. Good prices and you get what you pay for. It’s cheap and affordable. If you are hungry I recommend eating here.

Love this place. My favourite thing is the pizza and the peri peri chicken. Tastes like Nando’s but half the price! Shop is much cleaner than all other chicken and pizza shops. Well priced, will definitely go again!!
