A lovely restaurant to dine in with family!

Shocker. Truly dreadful part of a once-great chain. Impossible to download the app for discounts, flabby and undercooked pu Izzas, miserable rocket salad with the most meagre shavibg of parmesan. Gents toilet was disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

My friends were a bit late but as soon as I was sat I was offered a drink and asked if I was a member. One of my friends couldn’t download the app but they still managed to give him a discount which was so lovely. Shout out to Nasir and Priya for exceptional service!

Haven't been to Pizza Express in a while, infact if I'm honest, it wouldn't have been my first choice when it comes to Pizzerias these days, but since their revamp and introduction of their loyalty scheme, I thought I'd give it a try again. Before there was never really an issue, pizza and everything else has always been great. It's just competitors have since launched with more niche selling points. However, I must say it was an amazing experience here at the Chiswick branch. We were looked after by Nasir, who was very courteous and had a great sense of humour with him. He always made sure we were OK as well as making suitable suggestions and toppings when something wasn't available. The team were very accommodating with creating a pizza for my mother which wasn't on the menu, the carbonara. We will certainly visit again, the options are amazing.

The pizza is good. The location is good, as is the on-site service. But: To reserve a table (online) you need an English cell phone number. So we wanted to pick something up. After everything was in the online shopping cart, again only with an English number and address. Tourists have a hard time there. Then we went there; The next bad surprise in the restaurant: what we had put together can only be ordered online - why? Everything is freshly prepared in front of the guest. But the pizzas were delicious and they (the large ones?) are enough for two.

I was told a time for collection and when I arrived that time suddenly doubled. The pizzas arrived undercooked and mine had huge chunks of raw onion on it. I asked for the pizzas to be cut up as we were taking them with us to eat out - the pizzas were not cut, so we had to rip them apart with our hands, which got really messy and gross. I paid for two of the garlic butter dips and the pots were filled with less than a teaspoon. It was so shocking that I had to ask for them to be filled properly. The pizzas were ok but I am amazed at how tiny they were for £16 each! The same size as a mini oven pizza you can buy from any supermarket for a couple of pounds. The prices are ridiculous here nowadays.

I was with friends in the restaurant we were very pleased with the food, which was very tasty. Monika who served us was very nice and friendly. She took very good care of us.

Most reliable on the high street. Always guaranteed great food. Our waiter Nasirul took great care of us. Has gotten more expensive but just get the app and there’s many deals. Good atmosphere, defo come again!

Attentive staff. Food as per the brand. All good. What was interesting is how quiet it was compared to before. I can only assume home delivery has taken over, and I doubt it is much cheaper. Get yourself out and be sociable (I am not the best advocate).

Had a really relaxed evening in the Chiswick restaurant. Great pizzas and a bonus birthday bottle of wine! Nasir looked after us and couldn't have been more helpful :)

I ate here with my two sons this evening and we had a lovely experience. Nasir served us, he was attentive and kind, my son's commented on how lovely he was (they love a friendly waiter). He even fetched us a fresh doughball when he saw my youngest drop one on the floor, anyone with kids knows how precious those doughballs are 🤣. The food was delicious as always and the service was faster than pretty much any other restaurant I have been to. Thank you for a great dining experience, no doubt we will be back!

Pria and Adina at the Chiswick High Road Pizza Express are great servers. We have eaten there three times since we arrived in England and will try to return one more time. We like the American hot pizza and the Nicoise salad.

Disappointing food. Ordered from this branch via deliveroo. 2 pizzas arrived, along with a garlic bread. The dips which were ordered at expense did not arrive.Pizza was raw and undercooked, with minimal toppings, approximately 50% of the surface area was a skimming of tomato base with no toppings. The dough was thick and doughy and not cooked. The only thing that may have partly salvaged this were the dips which not arrive. 1/10, disappointing, not the standards I’ve come to expect from PE.

A group party of 16. The restaurant had our table set up and rest for us. Food arrived promptly and tasted good. Staff were friendly and all in all a good evening. No complaints whatsoever from our party.

We were served by a server called Nasir and he was very polite and took care of us by checking in about how the food was. He made sure that we knew that he was there if we ever needed anything else to make us feel satisfactory with the service and we definitely were. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting and most of the time during the day you can choose where you want to sit if the place isn't busy.

Garlic King prawns and olives and standard pizzas you can trust. Garlic Doughballs lovely and morish. White house wine is drinkable x 2 😋Outside seating is a little sad, loud and pavement not that clean but I still prefer it. Tables could do with a bit of love ❤️ but good for a laptop while you munch

Pizza Express Chiswick is one of the best in London. The customer service provided by Nasir & Rames was excellent on my previous visit. The food was quickly prepared and was of significantly higher standard. With my gold rewards membership, I even received a cookbook which means I can now bake some fudge cake at home. I look forward to my next visit with my family & friends.

Amazing Place and service . My 6 year old had his birthday party today and we couldnt ask for more. John was amazing along with his team, Edina, Kumar and Shayan. John kept all of the 20 children entertained and Edina ensured we all were happy whilst Kumar and Shayan kept delicious food coming ! Thank you Pizza Express Chiswick for hosting our year 5 class, you were absolutely amazing!! They taught our children about how dough is made and then let them make their own margarita pizzas which were delicious! Best staff ever, we can’t thank you enough! The driver was over 25 minutes late. I watched him going around the building for over 20 minutes on the map and had to go downstairs to find him and get the food off him! The food was cold as if it was just out of the fridge! very disappointing!

The food and ambiance is nice enough, and Chiswick is a lovely area. I'm a bit disappointed today, though, because the young staff waiting on us were a little inexperienced and I ended up being overcharged. I asked for "Sanpellegrino, Lemon", and the girl brought me "S.pellegrino water". Easy mistake to make, I sent it back and she brought me the right thing, but after I left I was disappointed to realise that I'd been overcharged £4.55 which I assume was for the water I didn't order and sent back. I also added £4 tip for service that actually was quite poor, in retrospect, which I now regret. Feels like I overpaid £10 for no reason. I'm giving 3 stars to try and be fair, but the irritation has made me really wish I went somewhere else.

I don’t recommend pizza from this Pizza Express local. Pizza doesn’t have any fresh ingredients, all pizza is wet, not enough ingredients etc. It’s looks really bad. I always order from Kew or Richmond and never have issues.

Solid and tasty pizza, many clearly marked “vegan.” Fair table service, seemed inexperienced mainly. Very tasty pizza, and it came out in a flash! Appreciate all the vegan goodness!

Another amazing experience at Pizza Express. We’ve been coming here since me and my sister were born and have always always loved it. Today it was my mums birthday and the staff at Chiswick pizza express (Nasir and the lovely manager who gave us a dough ball christmas decoration!) made us feel so welcome as always. The new truffle pizza is absolutely amazing, and Nasir was very attentive like last time. Thank you so so so much!!!!!

I came here in December and had a great service from the whole team, especially Nasir who helped me chose my dish. We settled on this festive dish that included potatoes and pulled pork. It was delicious 😀 I will definitely come again

This place has really gone downhill. It feels like a franchise as far better pizza express restaurants elsewhere. Frozen calamari (not fresh), and the cheese on their pizza tastes more like that used in cheaper places

Had a good meal with Dough Balls Doppio from the regular menu and Peperonata pasta from the vegan menu. Nasir was our host for the day. He was kind and very friendly and it was good to see such positivity during dinner😎

Came in with my sister a few days ago for dinner as we were in the area and PizzaExpress is always a safe bet for consistent and delicious pizza as well as great service. I am a massive fan of their olives (which I was told by the waiter are dressed in house!) and their tiramisu. Will be coming back, always a pleasure!

I realised that it is almost 35 years to the day that we were at Pizza Express Chiswick (the night of the 1987 storm). We returned last night. Very little has changed, the food was still good and service was excellent - loved the friendly welcome we received on arrival. It was like a trip down memory lane for us both. A nice way to finish our Monday.

Quality has gone down hill. Dough was flat and lacked elasticity. It reminded me of tortilla wrap. QR code thing at the table don’t work. Pizzas are smaller and now cost £17, very disappointing experience.

The gluten free pizzas are getting smaller and smaller. They are good, there's variety but they are ridiculously small compared to the normal pizzas. I could eat two in order to feel as full as with one of the others. That's unfair to pay for two pizzas because we are intolerant to gluten

Just awful.. restaurant was awful, service was ok, food was inedible. At no point were we asked if everything was ok, we all left 3/4 of our pizzas, and still no one batted an eyelid. The restaurant gives other pizza express restaurants a bad name. Dreadful

Disappointed with size of pizza. Very small and £14 for.what is effectively bread cheese & pepperoni just felt stingy. I was hungry afterwards.

Order was 20 mins late and cold. Pizza wasn’t cut up and as I’d asked it to be delivered to the hotel so you’d assume that someone would have realised I’d be eating it in my room with no cutlery? Maybe I assume to much. Very poor.
