Zizzi - Chiswick in Hounslow

Chiswick Zizzi is always welcoming and serves delicious food! We just celebrated our daughter’s birthday and we were really looked after.

This is our favourite Zizzi’s and we have been to 7 others in Southern England. The service staff are attentive and charming, the food is cooked freshly and is spot-on for flavour, the chef is on the case to keep standards consistently high. You can be yourself and feel at home at Zizzi’s Chiswick and it feels warm, chic and happy. Great for a date, for friends, family or just to enjoy a stylish and wholesome dinner for one. We’ll be back!

As always all good, tasty, original meals. Great value kids menu. We'll come back.

Stopped by this place last night. The service was really on the ball and our waiter, Vishu (don’t know if it’s spelt right), made sure we had everything we needed. Only thing, I think it’s time for him to trim that hair, haha! But seriously, great service and food, we’ll be back!

Brilliant service, absolutely spot on! Our server VISH was fantastic—such a polite young boy and a great listener. He truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a top-notch experience. My daughter loved the chocolate sundae—it was the highlight of her meal! We’ll absolutely be coming back.

First, the cocktail was superb. It was a gin and tonic but with a botanical tonic with a rosemary stalk (no extra charge for the rosemary :)). It was perfect and I don't often say that about cocktails outside of Southern California. Then there was the pizza - the simplest pizza on the menu - - Margerita with extra cheese and extra tomato sauce but with those special Zizzie chilies added. Incredibly good. Just simply gastronomic with a fabulous thin crust. It's hard for me to get pizza anywhere else. And the guys that attend are so nice!! I always go here to Zizzi's after my visit to the dentist next door (also great!). It's now hard for me to go anywhere else for pizza.

This is the third time in a raw and we haven’t enjoyed the food and service. Each time something we ordered and they said we don’t have left . We have been coming to this Zizzi since it was built . A huge disappointment.

Lucy provided an exceptional service. Very friendly and was very knowledgeable regarding the menu. She was present and available even with a very busy restaurant.

We come here quite often and I wouldn’t say it’s anything special.It can definitely be a hit or miss.Staff are friendly but don’t pay much attention so you might be waiting for the bill for a while.On the other hand the food can come out quick.

We actually only ended up here because the other options were full on Saturday evening. We have no regrets. Everything tasted good. But that evening it was so loud in the restaurant that we found the traffic noise pleasant when we left (not an issue inside). But it's certainly not always like that.

Food was nice and service was good but to finish our meal and be told not to be able to have a cup of coffee due to the fact they were cleaning the coffee machine spoilt the evening.

The service provided at the table by the girls is phenomenal and on time. The staff is very professional and friendly. You feel at home. The pasta we had is some of the best in Chiswick. we will always return

Came on a rainy Friday day on Chiswick high road and were so happy with the food and amazing service from Nikola and Gzeim. Staff so friendly and welcoming and attentive to our needs. Great atmosphere - definitely coming back in!

Had lunch at Zizzi's in Chiswick today and it was a very pleasurable experience. We were served by Berat who was very helpful and attentive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, 10/10. Thank you.

Empty restaurant , no other customers, asked for quick service is possible as the place is empty and had "speedy service tip" at 12.5% added to the bill automatically and not even asked if it was ok to include this - totally unbelieveable !

We went for dinner, it was really fast service, friendly behavoiur from the staff. We really liked rustica harissa lamb pizza, king prawn spiedini and calamari. The seabass with fried veggies was tasty. It was a good portion in Kid's meal, also a nice dessert menu to end with.

My favourite site, amazing food and the service from Lucy and Lindsey is exceptional, warm, friendly, yet not intrusive. Thank you for looking after us so well! You are stars ♥️

Zizzi works best for families and kids; good service, but it gets busy on weekends. Menu often changes, good value.

Our food was amazing. Our appetizer was a bit small, but delicious none the less. My daughter ordered a margarita pizza with ham, and when it came out there wasn’t much ham on it. We requested more ham and they took it back and added more ham for free! We sat inside, but had a nice view of outside. Very great scene.

My daughter and I went twice while in London because we love the food so much. The first time we went to Zizi located at Chiswick, and we had the side of macaroni cheese that was was incredible, so the calamari and margarita pizza. The second time we went to Zizi at Westfield and we had spaghetti Bolognese and Ravioli, and once again we were very satisfy. The staff was so friendly, and we feel very well looked after. I absolutely love this place. As a family we come here regularly, despite preferring smaller independent restaurants in general. The staff are exceptional, the service very quick and I have to say the food is also very good, better than I'd expect of a big chain like this. But I want to reiterate that the staff truly make the place what it is, and I'll be frequenting for a long time to come.

The food was delicious, and above all we were treated wonderfully. We will definitely return.

Great service and food was awesome. Licy and Lindsey were wonderful! They made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful evening. You must try the King Prawn Spiedini, it was a delicious. I loved it so much, I ordered 2 servings.

Good vibe, good service and the pizza 🍕 was very good. Only fault, as is with many restaurants in the UK, they don't offer chilli sauce as a condiment.

We had an excellent dinner at zizzi’s, Lindsay was an exceptional server and made our experience really fun :) thank you Lindsay :)

We visited as a family of 8, with three generations in attendance. The weather was 28’C and we were given the option of inside or outside seating. The staff were very attentive, patient for those who were hard of hearing and waiting for distracted children to make a choice. The was a good selection of toppings to accommodate different tastes. Everyone was very impressed with the quality and quantity of food that was served very quickly. I had sea bass that was served with crispy skin and melt in the mouth tenderness, on a bead of very tasty fresh roasted vegetables. I would say that this was very good value for money and would highly recommend visiting if this fits in your price bracket.

Went in for lunch. Only one person was waiting on multiple tables. The server looked very unhappy being there! At the end her tried to get us to pay without providing a receipt. Won't visit here again.

Really great! Great value, friendly service and super helpful. Had the sea bass and couldn’t recommend it enough. Lindsey was brilliant and super welcoming!

Atmosphere was ok. Pasta was cooked well, aldente. But bruschetta was awful, untoasted and tough, chewy bread. Service was terrible. Was only asked for a drink once, waiter didn’t check if the food was ok, starter plates weren’t taken away until the main was served. It would be nice if they cleared the starter plate and asked if we were ready for mains. Mains plates weren’t cleared for about 20 minutes and I had to ask for them to be cleared. Overpriced for the food quality and service. £40/ per head (with one drink)

I like Zizzi generally but this is the best one I know. Great staff and attentive service.

Excellent food, we ate one pizza like that for 3 people, and it was delicious. Service left something to be desired.

Food was bland, pasta over cooked and meatballs just tasted of nothing. Pretty poor wouldn’t rush back

The service was exceptional. We had Louskia as our waitress she was very lovely and patient, made our time eating there amazing.

Lovely staff. They recognised we were regulars and gave us free starters to try out after they cooked them for marketing purposes. Was so tasty, can’t recommend them more! Look forward to returning soon!

More than 1 hour late and stone cold

Ordered a few times over the yrs - Must say that this time was delicious - had a few disappointments from yrs ago the first time I ordered this dish and loved it !! Inside the resturant and takeaway - then it went downhill - but on this occasion throughly enjoyed it again - new chef maybe what ever - Great !!

Not as good as before after the management/ staff changed recently.

Went for a meal yesterday and was served this bruschetta with no onions which is a key ingredient for this dish mentioned in the description on their on menu. Pointed this out to the server (Caucasian lady with blondish hair) she said she tried from the kitchen and chef and I was happy to create my own dish defeating the whole purpose of why many of us go out for a meal. They all did not resolve the matter and frankly didn’t care.

One of the worse pizza I ever had at a prime price. I paid 12 pounds for a tasteless margerita. There are much better alternatives not far away.

We are regular customers here, we came first time because it is a local restaurant but we keep coming back for the service. All staff is doing amazing job but I would like to mention that female management is precious, all working females are all the time with the smile on their faces, are kind, polite, and helpful.

Shame you don’t have any Gluten Free as you advertise Everything Gluten free unavailable on menu which is not good Would buy more pizzas from yourselves as do enjoy but unfortunately and UNAVAILABLE — NO gluten free as family only can eat gluten free

Everything good…… got the wrong drink, not the end of the world

I had a great time having dinner with my friends at Zizzi. The pasta was delicious, it definitely exceeded our expectations. All dishes were served promptly and the staff made sure to check everything was to our liking. The waitress Lindsay was specially friendly and sweet to us. Would definitely recommend!
