Zizzi - Chiswick in Hounslow

We had a wonderful dining experience at Zizzi in Chiswick! From the moment we walked in, a young gentleman named Vish greeted us warmly and with great politeness. He took our order with care and even recommended the best pizzas to try. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the food arrived quickly, fresh from the clay oven. The pizzas were piping hot and bursting with delicious tastes and flavours, making for a truly satisfying meal. The managers, Lucy and Berat genuinely friendly and made sure we were well looked after throughout our visit. Their attentiveness added to the overall great experience. What we love most about Zizzi is the uniqueness of the taste — it’s definitely one of our favorite spots for pizza. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with stunning autumn leaf decorations on the ceiling that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. This place is well worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Zizzi's in Chiswick is our family's all time favorite restaurant. The kids love going there, the food is delicious and fresh, great atmosphere and friendly service. We go there at least once a month and we've never been disappointed. Definitely recommended for families and also date nights!!

I really liked the pizza, especially The Sticky Pig Pizza, and the Mediterranean Sea Bass was also really delicious. They gave us a small bowl of free appetizer (crispy snack). Many food and drinks menu options to choose. They have vegetarian and vegan menu. The sign states that the restaurant opens at 11.30 am, but one time we came at 11.45 am, they rejected us, and told us that they open at 12.00 pm. So we went to another restaurant that day. The toilets were okay.

A lovely resteraunt with a variety of table and spaces. The service by Berat was good he was attentive. The food options and menu was full of variety and tasty. I had a sea bass main and their signature garlic bread

As always everything was at a top level. Not the first time we come here with the whole Family. The service from Berat was the best that i got today. Very friendly and helpful Person. Thank you, we will definitely come next time and we will recommend to our friends.

This is another shout for Zizzi Chiswick where I lunch quite regularly. Typical of the excellent team of staff is Berat who is unfailingly cheerful and efficient.

We love Zizzi’s but especially the one in Chiswick. We always get a warm welcome and fantastic service. The food is yummy and well priced.

Warm service but slightly cool restaurant

Waited 15 min nobody took our order. We had to leave without eating. Clearly they are understaffed as only one person was serving during lunchtime.

We had our school’s Christmas party at Zizzi in Chiswick and it was a wonderful experience. The food was nice, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the service excellent. It is expensive for family, it is good to have offers

Special thanks to our waitress Lucy. She is so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs needs were met. We were a large group of 9 adults and 10 children so admittedly not easy to serve but Lucy was amazing and very accommodating, especially with the kids!

Last weekend, I visited Zizzi Chiswick, a cozy spot known for its pasta and friendly service. Their menu features a wide variety of pasta dishes, from classic to more adventurous options. The service was fantastic and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place.

We had Tesco club card vouchers converted to Zizzi vouchers.That was the reason for visiting this place. After getting the Zizzi vouchers, you realise that there are now very few Zizzi restaurants left, and of them, hardly any of them accept these vouchers..anyway after bit of searching around we found this Zizzi in Chiswick accept them .we visited this place twice to try and use these vouchers. But I found that the vouchers are worthless. There are very few items on the menu they are valid for and only at certaintimes of the day.I would say these vouchers are a scam .I have thrown my vouchers in the bin The food is acceptable, and the service is okay, but for us, it wasn't an enjoyable experience

Great meal at Zizzi in Chiswick. We have only been a couple of times and today I wonder why we haven’t been more often. Love the e vegan rainbow lasagne. Good atmosphere, lighting just right, tables not too crowded, still a buzz. Lucy, front of house immediately noticed when we were ready to order and was pleasant and chatty throughout. Staff that delivered drinks/ food etc were attentive, pleasant and speedy. Very good. Will b is it again soon.

I’ve previously eaten at the Zizzi at Westfield and I thought that was great service but this restaurant? *chefs kiss* absolutely amazing! This will be the my Zizzi restaurant of choice! A place to avoid, there is nothing Italian about it, from the dishes to the rudeness of the staff, to the furnishings and cleanliness, Italy has never known these on a culinary level.

Voler copiare la cucina italiana senza riuscire...la pizza cruda è senza sapore il risotto con il salmone scotto , il menù che di italiano non aveva nulla ( pizza con pinoli) ma dove in italia si mangia sta roba ??

Questo locale si spaccia per italiano ma di italiano non ha nemmeno il menù né tantomeno la conoscenza dei piatti italiani cucina di bassissimo livello.

Scandalous...copying Italy in this way and scandalous...they pass themselves off as Italian pets and then the food doesn't even look like us....

Staff were excellent. They bought us extra crisps and another kids starter when my daughter was still hungry at the end of the meal. Highly recommend.

I got cold food delivered from this place and called just to be told it’s up to me. Up to me whether I want cold food I assume. Totally rude!!!!

We went for a birthday gathering, so 10 of us and everything was just perfect. The host greeted us and made us feel welcome and seated us. We were not ready to order, so they gave us plenty of time. All the food was amazing, some of my family had eaten there before, so they knew it was good, but we were super impressed. I had the lobster/prawn pasta and the prawns were served on a vertical skewer with lemon on the top to drizzle down over the prawns and pasta and it was delicious! The calamari as a starter was one of the best I have ever had. My husband does not enjoy eating out at all, but said he would definitely like to go back there, which is praise indeed. He said the food was good, great attentive staff and a really comfortable atmosphere, which is really important, and I couldn't agree more! We also had family from America and they were also impressed. I used to go to a zizzi in Edinburgh which was nice, but nothing like the Chiswick one, different class. And I also went to one in Victoria London a few months ago and that was awful! There is something special about zizzi Chiswick! And the hosts were a big part of that, so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely evening!!

Chiswick Zizzi is always welcoming and serves delicious food! We just celebrated our daughter’s birthday and we were really looked after.

This is our favourite Zizzi’s and we have been to 7 others in Southern England. The service staff are attentive and charming, the food is cooked freshly and is spot-on for flavour, the chef is on the case to keep standards consistently high. You can be yourself and feel at home at Zizzi’s Chiswick and it feels warm, chic and happy. Great for a date, for friends, family or just to enjoy a stylish and wholesome dinner for one. We’ll be back!

Brilliant service, absolutely spot on! Our server VISH was fantastic—such a polite young boy and a great listener. He truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a top-notch experience. My daughter loved the chocolate sundae—it was the highlight of her meal! We’ll absolutely be coming back.

Stopped by this place last night. The service was really on the ball and our waiter, Vishu (don’t know if it’s spelt right), made sure we had everything we needed. Only thing, I think it’s time for him to trim that hair, haha! But seriously, great service and food, we’ll be back!

Primero, el cóctel fue magnífico. Era un gin tonic pero con un tónico botánico con tallo de romero (sin cargo extra para el romero : ) ). Era perfecto y no suelo decir eso de los cócteles fuera del sur de California. Luego estaba la pizza - la pizza más simple del menú - - Margerita con queso extra y salsa extra de tomate pero con esos chiles Zizzie especiales añadidos. Increíblemente bueno. Simplemente gastronómico con una corteza delgada fabulosa. Es difícil para mí conseguir pizza en cualquier otro lugar. ¡Y los chicos que asisten son tan agradables! Siempre voy aquí a Zizzi después de mi visita al dentista de al lado (también genial! ). Ahora es difícil para mí ir a cualquier otro sitio a comer pizza.

This is the third time in a raw and we haven’t enjoyed the food and service. Each time something we ordered and they said we don’t have left . We have been coming to this Zizzi since it was built . A huge disappointment.

Lucy provided an exceptional service. Very friendly and was very knowledgeable regarding the menu. She was present and available even with a very busy restaurant.

We come here quite often and I wouldn’t say it’s anything special.It can definitely be a hit or miss.Staff are friendly but don’t pay much attention so you might be waiting for the bill for a while.On the other hand the food can come out quick.

We actually only ended up here because the other options were full on Saturday evening. We have no regrets. Everything tasted good. But that evening it was so loud in the restaurant that we found the traffic noise pleasant when we left (not an issue inside). But it's certainly not always like that.

Food was nice and service was good but to finish our meal and be told not to be able to have a cup of coffee due to the fact they were cleaning the coffee machine spoilt the evening.
