Even though they are supposed to be open, there are a few people sitting inside chatting and they are closed.

This place was fantastic, we loved it and the host, "Amir" is the best. We were really well looked after by staff and everything was so nice on such a memorable evening. Would recommend to book a table in advance.

Beautiful, wonderful, very interesting and excellent

Fake reviews, don't fall for it. Guy charged us £25 for a premium flavour that was clearly fake. Tasted nothing like the real flavours.

The atmosphere can be better if staff were more polite. We ordered grilled chicken wings and a chicken crispy burger and tap water. When my water arrived it was hot tap water they could at least put some ice … food was 1/10 definitely, there was no crispy chicken burger it was beef burger ..the grilled chicken wings were burned and i could tell that they weren’t made now it was warmed up 100% super watery like it shoudnt be . This place was amazing 3 years ago big menu wonderul stuff good quality food but now its nothing like before , definitely not going back and woudnt recommend it .

Excellent , first time coming here would rather this than overpriced places nearby . Better quality better prices and service is great. Didn’t know the interior was this beautiful. 10/10 Recommend

Lovely atmosphere to eat and chill

Good staff good food - the food is top and the service is great . Good value for money . Came here in the day time with my family. Arabic food is really tasty and the pizza sour dough seafood is great

this place is in middle of nowhere.. you might as well smoke right on the side street. yet they have a shisha price of 30£ and on top of that add gratuity-tip to you bill without asking you first. make sure you never pay. the food was ok otherwise overpriced place. i cant think of anything that would be worth the amount spend here.. not worth it.

I went with a friend who wanted shisha which is not my jam at all but I would give this place 5 stars for atmosphere and friendly service.

Nice little lounge, fits about 50 people. Shisha is good, had houmous, home made and very very tasty. Nice scenery, live music on weekends. Somewhere I'd visit again if local. Service on shisha a bit slow, had to ask twice to change coal. But good experience overall

Farfesh Lounge had a lovely atmosphere. Good shisha. Nice drinks. We weren't hungry so didn't have food. It was a bit surprising that Google maps shows it as Italian given that the menu items weren't Italian except for pizza. Perhaps the menu has changed. Regardless, we had a great time and we'd happily return.

Tried calling several times so we could preorder and come and collect, no answer and this is not the first time we have tried to call and no one answers You are also never available for delivery on JustEat either, not great customer service Having a 5 year old and an 11 month old we don’t want to walk down to you and wait for the food to be cooked so to be able to call and preorder would be much better We have had food from you before and it was really nice and you are the only place that does my absolute favourite dish ( spaghetti vongole ) You really need to answer your phone

Nice friendly service but the food can be hit-and-miss (more often the former) and some items are quite expensive; we have tried their pizzas about three or four, on one occasion the pizza was bad but the other times they were really tasty. The issue is that if you order the same item on a different occasion, it could be made a different way or the ingredients may be different. We have been here enough times to know what to order (most of the time), always ate in but seem many customers come to collection pizza; they seem not to stock some dessert items on their menu or maybe they always run out of stock on Sundays'. They also have shisha.

Got recommended this place by a friend, I am so glad I came here the food was absolutely amazing. Me and my friends really enjoyed it. Will definitely recommend this place to others. And the staff are very helpful and very nice.

My first time here today. Very tasty seafood and the pizza is so fresh and delicious. Muhanad is the owner and the chef here. He is Very welcoming, hospitable, generous, and friendly. Will come again for sure.

Ignore any negative reviews, I been here a good 4/5 times now and can honestly say their pasta is sooooo good, shisha is also good, and staff are all very friendly respectful and check on you multiple times, highly recommended, and believe me, I go to lots of places to try food, this is up there!

I wanted to place an order for me and my team. The opening time on the website is Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00, so I tried to call them from 11, no response. Then I called again from 12:00 several times until 12:30, and nobody never replied. Very unprofessional and bad service!!! Me and my colleagues had to find another restaurant to call and we were very disappointed! Very bad the response from them at my comment on Google too, telling me that they open at 12 and giving me advices to have a look at their website before calling in the future, when firstly the time on the website is wrong and secondly they never replied to any calls even after midday!

I wanted to say that firstly on your website the time is from 11 to 23 (see picture). Amazing staff, Lovely and very inviting atmosphere. From the moment I discovered the place it has become my favourite hanging out spot. I love the rich in flavour and tasty food. The shisha is clean and smooth. The staff is always close by. Well done 5*

Wallahi this place is amazing ! I wish I could give more then 5 stars ! The service and stuff are sooo caring and lovely 20 stars wallah. The atmosphere is soo lovely and the place is an absolute vibe to chill in. Most importantly the food is to die for ! I actually really really love the food, full of flavour 😍😍😍 and even the simplest dish takes amazing! The Shisha is absolutely on point. 100% recommend this place ! We come to this place at least once in a week. This is the BEST SHISHA LOUNGE. Also Pizza is scrumptious. All member of staff are so respectful and friendly Thank you for the GREAT customer service.

Food very bad, customer service very good 👍

Was looking for a place to eat so looked on Google and saw this place was near. When we got outside it looked really nice so was unsure whether to go in as we had young children and a buggy. Staff was really friendly and accommodating and sat us down. Waiters were all really attentive and the food was delicious. Will definitely come back when in the area. Highly recommend

I have been a regular customer here for the last couple of years and I was shocked to be treated like this. I went to a week ago with a large group of friends looking for a good night. When i looked ta my bill I was overcharged at least £4-£5 for every item on the menu that we ordered. Iw as told that we there would be a £20 minimum spend per person, which was fine as there was 7 of us until we get a bill of £243. Lasagne we were charged at £13.50 and on the menu it was £11.00 Calamari we were charged are £13.50 and on the menu it was £10.00 2x Caesar Salad we were charged at £12.50 and on the menu as £8.50 Carbonara we were charged £13 and on the menu it was £10.00 3 x Premium Shisha we were charged £30 and was £25 on the menu. Mixed fruit juice we were charged at £5.50 and was £4.50 Margarita pizza we were charged at £13 and on the menu it was £9.00 The total I was overcharged was £37 and I got a refund g £50 which was £40 service charge which I refused to pay and £10 or the overcharging. SO he still owes me £27. Please be aware that the food is all microwave food as there is no chef. All the food tasted like store bought microwaveable packet food. I did not see a chef in the kitchen I guess you don't need one for store packet food. Alcohol not on the menu but was served at £6.40 for a bottle of Peroni. Th service charge is 20% as our bill for service charge was £40 when questioned. Please also be careful of the waitress, she tries to upsell and overcharges you for everything. When i questioned the bill , the waitress started making stories, the owner recognised me and refunded me £50. I have also attached a copy of the bill which can be compared to the menu. Highly recommend you check you bill before paying.

Amazing place. Newly refurbished and best shisha I've smoked in a long time. Only wish for the food menu to be more broadened. Lovely hangout

First the delivery was not correct the driver forgot some of the stuff that I ordered and second i ordered the pizza with sweetcorn but there not much of a sweetcorn.So unhappy and disappointed this time😬

Nice atmosphere, great shisha and amazing food

I was very amazed by this Lounge the Shisha was high quality especially with the wide range of flavours they had. The staff are very welcoming and are very polite and love putting a smile on their customers faces with the great customer service they provide. The food was 5 star last time I went I tried the lasagne and it was one of the best ones I have ever had. Overall this is one of the best lounge I have ever stepped in.

The shisha menu offers a wide range of choice from classic to starbuzz. Must give it a 10/10 and the all new Italian cuisine is unrivalled. The food is freshly made from an open kitchen. But what has kept me a regular and happy customer is the high level of kindness and amazing character of the owners

Quality food, quality environment

Good atmosphere, shisha was not harsh and enjoyable to smoke, although the lights in the lounge looked tacky rather than the "classy" atmosphere they're trying to create - I suggest changing it. However, the drinks were too expensive, being £4 a redbull! I've been to other boujee lounges where even their redbulls were priced correctly. This severely impacted my time at this lounge.

AMAZING. usually i’m quite a fussy eater and am quite spectacle when it comes to new places as many of the italian restaurants i’ve been to have not been so great. however, farfesh lounge is definitely one of the best places i have ever been to. the staff are fantastic, the food is authentic and delicious, as well as the fantastic quality, the food portions are impeccable, every time i visit farfesh i am left satisfied and full! it is definitely worth the visit, especially after a year of staying at home! can’t wait to visit again! thank you farfesh for the amazing food ❤️

I'm quite fussy about Italian food as I lived in Livorno for a while and ate exceptional risotto and pasta, but nothing locally has compared to be fair and in the surrounding areas. I had the spaghetti Aglio and fresh bread, and was thoroughly impressed at the freshness of ingredients and quality of the breads. Very fresh and high quality, Well done Farfesh - I'll be a regular here.

Today I have ordered a few things on deliveroo and got everything delivered plus a surprise: meatballs spaghetti! Every dish was delicious even considering I don’t live very close to the restaurant. I am going to try something else soon. Recommended

We have been ordering from this restaurant on a regular basis over the past month or so. It's our go-to restaurant as everything we have tried so far has been superb. Our favourites are the rib-eye steak, sardines and Rossa starter. Always well packaged and fresh and hot. Cannot recommend enough and we will slowly work our way through the menu!

Bad service, horrible attitude dealing with paying customers. Shisha flavour is not great, you have to call all the time to change charcoal

The shisha didn’t taste the flavour we asked, the smoke was thin. We complained about it straight away and they just added one more coal which made it taste like charcoal. We complained about that as well because good shisha shouldn’t be like that. They refused to change it. When we said that we don’t want the shisha in that case we were told that we will have to pay for it anyway. Very poor customer service. Do not waste your time. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I stopped here for a drink whilst in Isleworth the staff very polite and welcoming also the restaurant is very clean and well presented although I didn't eat anything I would be back to eat here if local again
